Costco Wholesale

Great Costco! I’ve been coming here for 21 years and I’ve always had a good experience with this store. Very clean and organized and the deals are amazing. I’ve also been a member of BJs wholesale club and I much prefer Costco because the selection is better by far. They really do a good job with this store. Hot dogs for 1.50 is still a great deal too!

Who doesn’t love Costco. 😃💝 🇺🇸 This is my first time being at this Costco in Largo, it’s very clean, organized and looks like the store is transitioning into fall decor 🎃Halloween! Great costumes for the kiddos at a really good price!! Lots of self care products for us ladies like shampoos, facial creams, plushy towels and so much more. Don’t forget to fill up your vehicle with quality gas, Costco beats all gas prices! 😃😃😃Getting the executive membership is so worth it, you get to beat the crowds!! And let me not forget to grab a slice of pizza or hotdog!

Costco is the best for tires and batteries. They have the right stuff. What can you say? We are so lucky to have them here in the USA. No better place to buy your stuff. These people know what they're doing. If you think this is all about buying bulk, you're wrong. Get the membership. It's totally worth it.

The employees at this particular store are very rude. After the holidays a few new people arrived that work the door who are nice but the lady at the self checkout is always rude. I have literally been hit by one of those big stocking carts.. it's not just a couple of times. It's every time I've come here. Mind you I've been to Costcos all over the dang place. The standard is always the same. This is the only one I've been to where the workers are like this. The parking lot is awful and it just seems packed all the time.

Great location! Staff are friendly and helpful. I misunderstood the price listed for an item but they quickly went and did a price check for me. The only complaint I have is when the card reader wasn't working at Costco gas station, I couldn't locate an attendant for help. I think rain had gotten into the card reader as I moved up to the other pump and it worked fine.

What can I say? If you are into clean eating Costco has some amazing items at great prices. Italian made protein pasta, tomato sauces with no sugar, clean grass-fed beef sticks, Real Good chicken strips, POM juice, grass-fed butter, Chosen avocado oil based mayonnaise; all at amazing prices. That's not even scratching the surface. I often get my groceries delivered via Instacart. Costco travel and Costco insurance has saved us a ton of money. The executive membership is well worth it!

Costco is hands down one of my favorite places to shop. It’s like a treasure hunt every time I go — they seriously have everything you could ever need, and a lot of it is way cheaper than anywhere else. Their outdoor furniture? Amazing quality and looks like it costs twice as much. The hygiene products? Top brands for way less. And don’t even get me started on the food — the shrimp trays, the ready-made meals, and that fresh bread… I honestly can’t find anything that good anywhere else. Oh, and the gas prices? Huge bonus. Just having the Costco membership for the gas alone is totally worth it. I honestly think everyone should have a Costco card. Whether you shop in bulk every week or just swing by for a few deals, it always feels like money well spent. Costco just makes life better.

Shortly after 7pm on Sunday my 5 yr old daughter injured her foot/ankle while walking thru the Costco parking lot en route to Lowes. She is 75lbs and I cannot carry her. At this point, Costco is clearly closed. The only people remaining are employees. I see a gentleman rounding up carts so I grabbed one and assisted my daughter to sit down. I took about 5 steps when a woman stopped her vehicle in the middle of the road and started yelling, "ma'am...where do you think you are going with our cart?" (Or something to that effect.) I told her that my daughter was injured, that we were going to Lowes, we would return the cart on our way out and then I started walking towards Lowes...out of the road and onto the sidewalk. Apparently, Costco Karen did not like my answer because she followed us in her vehicle while yelling that I was stealing and needed to return the cart (or again, something to that effect.) I reiterated that my daughter was injured and that we were not leaving the property. I stated that we were going to Lowes....which is just a couple stores down from Costco...and when we leave, the cart will be returned to the same location... Because we will be walking back the same way that we came to return home. This woman continued to yell at me and my injured 5 year old daughter about a shopping cart......while following us in her vehicle and then stated she was calling the police. She was very rude and aggressive which scared my daughter and made me very uncomfortable....so we continued on our way to Lowes. Due to the woman's behavior..... I notified the first Lowes employee that I saw...in case Costco Karen decided to follow us in to the store or in case her behavior continued to escalate. When we left Lowes there was a Clearwater police officer leaving the parking lot. Not sure if it was a coincidence or if the woman placed A call. She was clearly still in the parking lot. This made my daughter and I extremely uncomfortable. It felt like we were being harassed at this point. My daughter said that she was scared of the woman and didn't want to walk back the same way because she was scared that the woman would try to hurt us for taking the cart. I'm not sure if this woman was a Costco employee, waiting for a Costco employee or a die-hard, over zealous Costco member......who is a stickler about the shopping cart rules. Regardless, her behavior was extremely unnecessary, concerning and borderline harassing. Was it because my daughter's skin is brown and mine is white? Was it because I don't have a Costco membership? Do all Costco employees have to remain on site until all shopping carts are accounted for and safely corralled in the designated shopping cart holding area outside? Or is this normal Costco employee behavior and this is how Costco trains their employees to act when it comes to the use of shopping carts? Because Sam's Club and BJ's would NEVER..........
