Who doesn't love Costco! Had some cool toys for my boys that they loved. I never understood these trends but my kids seem to love it, thank you for not having to make me order it online. I included photos haha. Love the staff here and what Costco is doing! Oh and they have pomelos!

Overall shopping at this location is usually pleasant until you make a purchase for tires. The tire check in employee speaks to you as you don’t know anything, wait time is a bit longer than it should, but shopping for anything else is pretty good. Well stock, employees inside the main area is helpful.

One of our favorite places to go for gas, groceries, and the food court. Vendor quality is good here and they really limit their skus to ensure the best products, and keep what is selling. You can end up spending a lot of your paycheck so don't get unless you need it. Also better to buy frozen things and have a chest freezer (tip). Easy to get, good parking, tire services are great. 5 star.

Great experience in the optical department. They help me change my lenses and gave me a new case. How amazing was that.

I came at a very busy time late on a Saturday morning, so parking was slow, but the checkout was quick, the inside of the store wasn't too crowded, and I found what I needed fairly quickly. The backup in the lot can be avoided by entering the back of the lot, from Detroit Ave. and parking near there. You won't get a spot right next to the door, but if you enter from the front, you'll get stuck waiting for others to park and probably still end up no closer to the door (unless you can use the handicapped spots).

Tire department very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return. I had a flat and it was near their closing time but the staff member said oh no ma'am we got you and I. Fact let's check all your tires it's OK. This was the pleasant hill Costco which I never visit til that day. I was very grateful for their help!

Very good place to buy food in bulk.\n Parking is good. Wheelchair, accessibility has\n Vegetarian food, regular food.\n A lot of choices. Gets really busy , though , might have to wait for little bit in line , but it's well worth it

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at their tire shop was frustrating enough to warrant one. I came in expecting basic professionalism and efficiency — instead, I was met with disorganization, poor communication, and an unacceptable lack of customer service. Despite having an appointment, I waited over three hours for simple tire repair. No updates, no apologies. When I finally spoke to someone, they seemed indifferent and rushed, as if I was inconveniencing them by asking for the status of my vehicle. The wait time for a simple tire service stretched into several hours with no clear explanation. Other customers around me were equally frustrated, and it was clear this wasn’t a one-off issue — it’s a pattern. If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of customer care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This shop needs a serious overhaul in both staffing and service standards.
