Great experience at Costco Davie Always clean and well-organized. Customer service is fast and friendly, and the products are fresh and reasonably priced. Huge variety of everything—from groceries to electronics. Parking is spacious and convenient. Totally worth the membership just to shop at this location! The only thing I’d recommend is clearly marking pedestrian paths—there are quite a few idiots driving around and it could easily lead to an accident.

Every time I go to Costco, it is clean, organized, and the workers are fast and efficient at checkout. I never have to wait long in line, and the workers are always kind and helpful if I need help finding something. Costco also has very good prices, and I can buy in bulk, which helps my family save money. I love looking at all the different things they have, from food to clothes to electronics, and even things for my car and my kitchen. It feels like a treasure hunt every time I go in, and I find new things that help my home and my family. I also like that they have samples so I can try new foods before I buy them. It makes shopping fun and helps me choose what I want. I love getting the rotisserie chicken and the fresh fruits there, and they always taste fresh. Costco makes shopping easy, fun, and affordable, and it is a place where I feel comfortable shopping with my family. Thank you, Costco, for being a store that I can trust and depend on for good deals and good service. I will keep shopping at Costco because I know I will always get the best value and the best experience.

Located just south of 595 on University, this Costco has THE worst parking lot!! It really just starts the experience all wrong. We always park in the back to avoid the chaos, but the last couple times it was insanity even all the way at the back. People were parked up on the grass, over curbs, and everywhere such that people couldn’t even leave spaces because of the lines to park. As far as the groceries, they always have good quality items and are always introducing new items. Sometimes they are limited time and other times they stick. They usually have a solid choice of samples out and about to entice you to buy something new. Love that they always have new items but can definitely get pricey trying to try everything before they go away. The other aspect of this location that can make a trip here a nightmare is the checkout. Oftentimes the lines are 5-10 people deep each while people flock to the center lines and block people trying to get to the side registers. The addition of self check out lines has helped a little but l often see there being some issues when people are checking out. If you have to go, you have to go but honestly not my first choice just based on the experience.

First time member. Angie at Membership was amazing. Great customer service and very pleasant to deal with. Great prices and products. If you're there for the 1st time, be sure to grab a cart because you'll need it. There's no way you enter there and leave with empty hands lol.

Clean and organized but customer service is non existent. There is absolutely no acknowledgement…no greeting at the door no thank you when you walk out. The self checkout cashiers practically throw all your groceries around in the cart to scan and rush you and don’t even acknowledge you. All workers on the sales floor look like they don’t want to be bothered and if you approach them with a question, its as if you are bothering or interrupting them. I would not shop at this location again.

Janet at membership services was UNBELIEVABLY WONDERFUL. She spent a lot of time with us explaining the benefits of each membership type and what would be the best choice for us. She was very thorough and gave me great peace of mind. Thank you Janet for your impeccable people skills and thank you Costco for having Janet on staff!!!

Shopping at Costco is always a smooth experience. The staff are efficient, courteous, and quick to help with any questions. I appreciate how organized everything is, from the food court to the checkout lanes. Even during busy hours, they manage the crowds well. Plus, the return policy is unbeatable-fast and hassle-free. It's one of the few places where I feel like I get great value and great service

I had a membership for many years, and although I live alone and purchased certain things in bulk, I alwys found it was worth while for me. A lot of people said "you're a house hold of one, why buy so much"! When you know how to portion things out such as meats or fish and freeze it properly, it's cost efficient. Never had a bad experience at Costco, here and in Ny, it was always a win for me. Also, gas price here is generally cheaper than at the local gas stations, another reason I took up a membership. I always opted for the executive membership, which gives you cash back towards the end of your year, I always applied the cash back towards my renewal, win win.

I had a great experience at this Costco. The two employees I interacted with at return and self checkout were the best. I was able to sample some pistacchio and ended up buying a bag. They seemed to have everything in stock. A bit hard for me to find this Costco location as it is close to the highway entrance.

This is Disney world for adults. For those of you without a membership, you are definitely missing out. This place is solo great. Unfortunately I spend way too much money here because they always know my hearts Desires. From thr food to the snacks to the appliances to the tvs to the wines to the salt. Everything is amazing yhere!!! This id one of thr best locations. Much better than the Miramar one.

PARKING LOT DISASTER... Usually I try to stay far away from this Costco due to the parking lot chaos with the tight parking spaces, horns relentlessly honking, extreme difficulty exting from the lot and frequent crashes. But, went to the Costco against my better judgement with my buddy after having a nearby coffee to pick up a nutritional supplement from the pharmacy section and sign up for a new Costco membership, which went smoothly. The sea of customers waiting in the check out lines were insanely deep (see pic) and the flabbergasted stressful look on their faces were classic. The best part of todays adventure was the 1/4 hot dog and 20oz fountain drink for only $1.50, still the same price from twenty years ago. They cut out the onion toppings maybe a cost issue, but the relish, mustard and ketchup were perfect toppings for that big juicy dog and soft bun. Good news to avoid the chaos but no hotdog & drink deal...... Costco delivery is free for orders of $75.00 or more for 2-day delivery, and for orders over $35.00 for same-day delivery with an Instacart+ membership.

You know how they say there's a cult following for Costco and Trader Joe's? It's true and I totally get it. I'm a huge fan of Trader Joe's as is and Costco has some very cool items, especially when they introduce new items. But honestly, although I have a Costco membership, I don't go to Costco as often as I do Sam's Club. I have my reasons. Let me explain. Costco and Sam's Club have many similar items, but so many different items too. Costco is definitely the higher end version of Sam's Club. I find prices at Costco can be slightly higher on similar items, I notice these things. Reason number one why I prefer Sam's Club, they are ahead of its time with the "Scan & Go" app. Scan & Go is an app you download and when you arrive to Sam's Club, you can literally scan the items on your phone as you add them to your cart. Once you're done shopping, you can pay for everything on your phone and a QR code appears to show the person checking receipts at the door. Bypass the crazy long lines and go right to exit door. Show them your code and they will scan random items to ensure they are paid for. They say a-ok and you're done. That's it. BRILLIANT!!! I'm shocked Costco hasn't jumped on this bandwagon yet. It is quiet, efficient and you avoid the lines!!! Sam's Club also offer earlier opening hours at 8am for their Plus Memberships which is another game changer. Pay a bit more for the Plus Membership to get more perks, worth it. The regular Sam's membership allows members to enter at 10am like Costco. Sam's Club opening at 8am vs. Costco opening at 10am. Worth it. The Costco crowd and the lines are ALWAYS PURE MADNESS!!! I compare Costco to playing a game of Frogger. Lol. I go to Costco once every few months or only when I am looking for something specific that someone told me about. Then when I'm there, I realize how many cool items Costco really does offer. I love checking out what new items they have. Unfortunately, another downside of Costco is they only accept debit or Visa payments only. I rarely use my debit card and all our credit cards are MC. Of course. I always stress out when I go to Costco not knowing if I'll get my debit card PIN number right. Lol. I know. It's absurd. Then I found out you can bypass the PIN on your Visa debit card by pressing enter. Now I know. Still though, it's inconvenient. All in all, Costco does a wonderful job at introducing great new products and I'll come every few months. It's too easy to spend money here on bulk items so I only go as needed. Haha. I enjoy it when I do go.

Please invest in professional customer service. The unwelcoming interaction has me reconsidering my family's membership. Do better.

The parking here is terrible. The check in "greeters" are hella mean... why do they act like TSA agents and shake you down for your membership card?? Oh brother. Avoid this location like the plague if you can. I'm only giving a few stars for the 1.50 hotdog and drink!!! The ladies at the bakery are nice, other than that RUN!

This location is very well maintained. Shelves are well stocked. The fruits and vegetables always look fresh. It is always fun snacking while you shop. There are times I find something very tummy and I take it home! Matthew behind the cart is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. It is always fun to drop in and sample the things he has! The prices are competitive but sometimes the size of the packages is prohibitive as we are only 2 people with limited space. If it doesn't spoil I make room! As for the gas, prices are always the best! Lines are long at certain times but worth the wait

Came to Costco to get some gas. Lines were long leading out to 595 but i was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Definitely great service, super organized, and fast! I'll take the drive here for cheaper gas any day!

You can never go wrong with Costco! This location doesn't have the biggest parking lot like the Coral Springs location, but definitely has everything you need and then some. Be very careful though because people drive like maniacs here. I wanted to make no bake protein balls and also pick up some fresh fruit and vegetables for the work week ahead. I was able to get a big bag of rolled oats too for pretty cheap!

Holy crap what a circus!!! Costco in general a crap Shoot but this one ....the entrance and exit were both clogged. Parking lot was atrocious to say the least.

Why??? Why? Can't Costco be open more for more hours???? There isn't any where to park and it is overcrowded. I have a hard time going because of the parking and the crowds. 6 am - midnight would be great!! Come on Costco!!

Came here for a quick dinner. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting. The smell of urine was super strong and the floors were wet and sticky. I've seen cleaner bathrooms in a nightclub. Ordered a hotdog and sundae. Ordering was super quick from the kiosk. The service was okay. The cashier was not friendly and had a bit of an attitude. There was no warm and friendly greeting or a greeting at all. Hotdog was good! Sundae was amazing. Food was served fresh and fast!! Prices are amazing and super reasonable!

I found way more deals than advertised. Take a friend along it's more fun. Price, quality and value cannot be beat.

Let's start by saying parking is a mess, both times I came and the last time my car was banged . Parking is impossible so many people and the line for gas is crazy . In my opinion it's totally not worth whatever saving you get at this store. So to get a member ship one pays 65 or 130 I got the better of the two but you can only use visa at these stores or cash . I saw online I could buy tires cheap and so when I went into the tire store they were short of attendants and did not have tires advertised on line . I felt like this was bait and switch . I was told I had to order them and wait but my problem is I need them now not later . The tires I needed would have cost 900.00 for four tires but I found the same tires at another place for four tires 400.00 everything included and zero stress . All done on the spot . I never walked in the store because I don't like chaos to shop and I don't want ro walk miles in a store to get a few items . I cancelled my membership as I don't want this craziness to shop and it's not close to home anyway .

Let me preface that both my Mom and I have been using Costco Optical Department for at least the past 30 years. We have always returned due to excellent customer service, wide selection of frames, quality and value. This time was no different despite having a small issue. My Mom bought an eyeglass package with progressive lenses. The frames she purchased were a different size and style than she is accustomed to. She has had the same or very similar frames for at least the past twenty years. The frames she purchased were larger than usual She kept saying it seems something distorting what she sees. She tried to explain it as the distortion blurs certain areas when she reads and distance seems to be more out of focus than a blur. Our first visit we were assisted by Veronica. She patiently spent more than a half-hour adjusting the frame and checked the prescription. She assured my Mom the prescription was correct and even double checked the frames measurement against what was on the record. She was unable to assist any further and suggested we return on a weekday when the manager is on duty is available. She told us his name, Elvis, and she mentioned she put notes into the record on the computer of all she attempted to do and still did not work. Lastly, Veronica suggested my Mom attempt wearing it and see if its just a matter of her eyes adjusting to a new prescription and larger frames. We returned for a second visit, when the manager, Elvis was on duty. Elvis already was made aware of my Mom's issue and was ready to assist. He attempted to validate Veronica's findings by further manipulating the frames, check the measurements and prescription with no significant changes seen.. My Mom mentioned how her old glasses she sees almost perfectly clear with those than the new frames. He looked at the prescription of those glasses and matched it up to being a previous prescription. He offered to redo the glasses with the older prescription in the existing frames and see if that helps resolve the issue. My Mom agreed to give it a try. We returned for a third visit, after a week we returned, my Mom, again spoke with Elvis about still having issues with the lenses and/or frames. He offered to redo the entire glasses to the frame similar to the ones she is used to with same previous prescription and measurement. Upon returning for the fourth time, my Mom was nervous about having go through this once again. Elvis greeted us and took the new frame with the new lenses out and had my Mom put it on and double checked the comfort on the ears and on her nose. To her surprise, it worked perfectly! Both Mom and I want to commend both Veronica and Elvis for their pleasant demeanor. We were both always greeted both politely and with a smile showing genuine care to make things right. Both these individuals provided outstanding customer service and were patient, polite and were willing to do go above and beyond.

I recently checked out the Davie Costco. It was smaller than the one I shop at in Pembroke Pines. It took about five minutes to walk around the store looking for someone who could help me find my regular staples after having gone round and round myself looking for them. Given that the setup is different, I had no clue where to find my birria & cheese Pupusas or my Tex-Mex style chicken tamales. I finally found a young man who was helpful in redirecting me but he didn't know where or if they even carried the tamales. In the process, there was a lady giving out shredded brisket (my fave) samples and this is a real gem here! The two positives here were the faster, shorter checkout lines and the no-nonsense verification at the entrance and exit areas. I don't plan on going back because the other location is my preferred one, but it's nice to have another Costco nearby.

Amazing experience and customer service parking is a nightmare but prices are good and great place to shop.

I just recently came back and opened my membership after having another club for a few years, I love going to Costco Wholesale except the parking is always very crowded, and I enjoy looking at items in every aisle. They have great gas prices. Their selection of homes, groceries, and pharmacies is always great, and you can't miss the hot dogs, Pizza, and other yummy items they have at their snack bar. The fun part is going into the refrigerated produce section because of the cold climate. They always have specials on beef and organic food. It's hard not to go overboard when shopping here.

COSTCO TIRE 1/5 -- bought four new tires, they promised to be done 90 minutes or less so I shopped the warehouse with my toddler, 3 hours later they were just starting, so 90 minutes turned into 3.5 hours. I showed up on time to my appointment that was made a week prior. It is better to not give a time then to give a drastically wrong time estimate. I would have made other arrangements for my toddler if I knew it was going to take so long. As mentioned in other reviews, Costco Tire Davie does not have mechanics so they only do rotation and balance, not alignments. You have to take car elsewhere to do alignment if you want/need one, which makes zero sense. Overall customer service was good except for Justin, who kept arguing w me because he didnt like that I was telling other customers that I had been waiting so long. They continued telling everyone that their cars would be ready in 90 minutes when that wasn't the case for anyone because we had all been waiting together. One gentleman I was waiting with, was told they had his tires so he arrived to his appointment and waited one hour before they informed him they in fact did not have his tires on site, that it was an inventory issue. Another gentleman kept receiving texts that his car was ready when in fact it wasn't and they didnt know who was sending those texts, which probably means the private customer information has been sent to an unknown third party.... Not good. COSTCO GAS 5/5 -- they always have employees out there keeping the lines moving, even during the hurricane preparedness, the lines are organized and move along quickly. COSTCO WAREHOUSE 4/5 -- great store but other Costcos are bigger with better parking and bigger selection of items.

Costco with a convenient location next to the highway for the Fort Lauderdale area. They have the 3 pump setup on their gas station as well which is a plus to speed up the wait times.

We have been members since 1989. Great place to buy almost everything at the best prices. Definitely the lowest gas prices in the area.

Complete and utter chaos. From the gas line extending into a busy state road youll evtnually turn and find an overly congested parking lot. It doesn't get better when you go inside either.

It's a whole new world ! Came to this Cisco for the first time in preparation for a party I was doing. Fair warning the store is laid out in a way that truly does make you go down every isle however totally worth it. Lots of great finds for good price. If you have a membership Or a friend that has one, highly recommend. They also have gas. Be warned the gas line is long but moves at a steady pace. Either way it's worth it.

I come here often on and off. This Costco has the worst traffic but great selection. Be prepared to be stressed with parking when you get here

Horrible day today at this Costco had a lot of food in my cart waiting on The self-checkout then gets kicked off for having too much food couldn't check out I was with my kids even carnival I had to wait online again just to go check out this is an acceptable customer service horrible in this area where put that lady on this on self-checkout needs to be fired

I love this Costco location as they always have great prices and new products! Don't get too attached to favorite products though because they do run out of stock quickly. Sometimes we are lucky and it gets brought back/replenished. Only downside with this location is the parking lot. Seems smaller than others and is always crazy busy. Otherwise you can't beat Costco prices!

I honestly don't know why the ratings are so low. I always shop here. It is truly amazing! Staff is great just like any Costco. Food stalls are all around the place. We get our groceries here and they are such a good deal with a membership. Food court gets your food in under 10 minutes so I always order while we checkout. Been coming since a kid. Love this place.

I am long time customer of the Costco in Davie, Florida. i shop there more often now due to i have my dissable ( legally blind) sister and mother under my care. they love salmon and we always get it at Costco ( due to competitive prices). unfortunately, the las 4-5 times we purchased the salmon, upon unpacking it smells bad. please be aware of the meat department productos in Costco ( university drive , Florida) specialty the cheaper or least pricey ones.

they took away there baked muffins, the new muffins suck!! costco bring back the fresh muffins!!!!

Specific to Tire Shop: Made an appointment for 4pm, mechanic did not look at till 6pm. No communication with customers. Very disappointing.

Holy smokes, this place is insane. It's a mecca to capitalism. Aisles and aisles with food and other consumables, clothing, household chemicals, televisions, furniture, computers and more. Prices are low and the food looks amazing. We picked up a few things that Dad had on his shopping list. Smoked salmon, New York strip steaks, wine, napkins and paper towels. For a weekend afternoon, the place was well packed. Nearly all patrons wearing their masks but not really doing a great job of social distancing. At the register, a very friendly (and masked) associate took care of scanning our groceries super quick and then we had our receipt reviewed at the door. Officially the WORST Costco because of their bully employees. Every single time I go I'm getting harassed, accused, nasty comments, reminded repeatedly they're closing soon when I'm clearly running in quickly to grab one thing with plenty of time to do it, weird invasive questions, inappropriate behavior and HORRIBLE customer service!!!They seem to discriminate against lighter haired people. Very strange. And I PAY for this on top of giving more money when shopping????? Why should I have to be on guard and crapped on for shopping there??? Worst shopping experience and a NIGHTMARE.

Honestly the worst management I've ever seen at any Costco, they don't treat their employees right specially the ones that work in specialty departments like gas, tire shop, or mayors and the boys pushing carts. They have often find themselves short staff because of the improper scheduling & poor attention to their employees needs leaving them frustrated and unappreciated. Moral here is very low and I commend the workers for putting up with it. At this point I no longer go here because of personal experiences with their management and how they talk to me as a member, and worst when they scold workers and that's not the culture Costco was brought up to be. The current GM Mike Reyes is a very nasty person that screams and curses left and right. The only saving grace are the few gentle souls around the food court and gas attendants. But even they are so mistreated and it shows and it radiates to us the members sometimes and I can't blame em. Will not be supporting this location any further. Lines are very long, parking is horrible. You're be better of going to Pines if you don't mind the trip.

This particular Costco store presents a less than desirable atmosphere. The interactions with staff often involve insinuations of theft or unfriendly attitudes. The employees appear discontented and uninviting. Additionally, some male staff members have been observed to display inappropriate misogynistic behavior, making female customers uncomfortable. For instance, during a self-checkout attempt, male employees prevented me from handling what they considered heavy items, like a case of water bottles, implying doubt about my ability to lift them. Also at the self checkout they always snatch the card away from you so they can see the image, which is uncalled for. They can ask for the card nicely like a regular human being.

They are the only large warehouse store on Maui. They often have deals if you are willing to look around. I go back every 2-3 weeks for basic supplies that I know I will ise such as eggs.

I have been living on salads lately and Costco offers the best bang for my buck! The fruits and vegetables are fresh, inexpensive, and plentiful in variety! Add the $5 Rotisserie Chickens, and Organic Quinoa Veggie Egg White Frittatas, and Costco makes eating healthily a breeze! There's lots of other things, as well, from jewelry to electronics, vitamin supplements and other Health and Beauty Aids, books, clothing, furniture, and more!

This regards Costco's 2 hour delivery service provided by InstaCart. After reading Britt's review about InstaCart I was sold to give them a try and I'm grateful that she took time to write her review - it's changing my shopping habits! Yay, Yelp! So I'm in love - and this love ain't cheap - but still, I'm in love. Last Sunday, we ordered 9 Costco items from their site while sipping morning coffee in our pajamas. Within 2 hours we had frozen food, cold food, cooked food and dry goods delivered to the house. We saved so much time that we watched a movie and played in the pool instead of driving to Costco, looking for a spot, fighting the crowds, waiting on line to check out, loading the car, negotiating the parking lot, driving home and unloading the car. I told you, it's love. But it's not cheap. Costco adds a fee to each item we order - which they clearly state on their site. And it adds up. But I'd rather spend the money for someone else to have the Costco experience. Right now I'm at work and the rotisserie chicken, produce, beverages and more are being picked on my behalf. I don't have to go there after work or on the weekend when everyone else is there. It's a beautiful thing. Once I shop - buying sale, coupon and regular priced items - the site asks me if I'll accept substitutes on specific items. I say no - but you could accept their suggested substitute. Once the order is completed the site tells me there's still time to add to the order until the shopper starts picking the items. Then, I get a text that my items are being picked. As items are scanned, the Costco site tells me if my items were available. There's a timeline to show me the order was received, in progress, complete, etc. I can enter a message for my shopper (which I do, telling the shopper to use our garage door for a quick, straight shot to our kitchen). The shopper immediately texts me back to acknowledge my message. OMG this is so cool! Last week, we were a bit surprised at the upcharge to get home delivery. This week, we're only too willing to pay the price to forego the instore experience. Hey, we choose to pay with our cash instead of our time. And when I'm enjoying pooltime later, I won't regret it!

I have been using Costco for medications / refills on prescriptions. I am so pleased with this pharmacy- Danielle the tech and Danny the Pharmacist in the Davie Store are extremely efficient and helpful. Both go out of their way to help and always provide me with important information and directions of use on my medications.

Customer service was extremely long and slow today! I returned a bouquet of flowers -pink lilies that I purchased a few days ago. I've had this type of bouquet & lillies before and usually they smell really beautiful. But for some reason this bouquet had a very strange smell to it. Not only that, but the leaves seem to turn a yellow brown color pretty quickly even before the flowers bloomed! I don't know what kind of spray & chemical they use on these flowers, but not only did they smell bad (smothering the actual fragrance of the flowers) but whatever that chemical was, started to make me feel sick! I have never experienced anything like this before with any flowers from any shop or store! BEWARE!!!

This is my local Costco. I have been shopping here for 17 plus years. I do not have much basis for comparison, as I think I have been to one other Costco location and no other warehouse competitors. Shopping is a chore for me but going to this Costco location can be like going into battle. Parking is scarce and finding parking in the relatively small parking lot can be dangerous. The check-out lines can be long, although I have to say with self check-out they are improving. Like any warehouse store, the place is huge so there is no "running in" for anything. Although, gas prices are good, I would rather not wait on long lines. Still, we go to Costco to get great deals on certain items. We like their filet mignons and fresh salmon. You can get a lot more fresh fruit and vegetables for your dollar than at Publix. Last week I bought a massive amount of bell peppers and grapefruit for the price of what two would cost at Publix. Of course Costco has the best rotisserie chicken for a great price. They also make delicious cakes (if you do not need an intricate design). It's a place to stock up on batteries, sonicare refills. toothpaste, cleanser, laundry detergent, Q-tips vitamins, snack foods, protein bars, etc. However, the aspect of Costco that is most fun is the surprises. Sometimes the surprises are found when sampling food. I usually go to Costco on weekends and this location has generous food sampling. There are some items that I would never have purchased if I had not tried them first including the Crab Dip, Pot Stickers, and Chicken Apple Sausage. Sometimes the surprises are books or clothing. My son's favorite Panther's hoodie came from Costco. Last year I found a pair of Lulumon knock offs that fit perfectly. So yes, going to this Costco can be a pain, but it's usually worth it!

I would like to congratulate the friendly and quick service provided by the employee Liz. She is incredible, very attentive and very friendly!!!!!!!

Stopped in here recently. It has the same items as Costco in Pembroke but located in different areas of the store. They had Christmas lamp posts to decorate outside. There were only a few left so I knew that I had better pick it up that day instead of waiting. I'm glad that I did. Everyone in the family likes the classic look of the lamp post. While here I also got blueberries, blackberries, potstickers, Chicken Tikka Masala and dog treats.

This isn't my usual Costco, but this was the location that came up with the quickest availability for Luna's Christmas (Santapaws) cards. Yes, I'm one of THOSE dog people. Service was prompt at the photo department (located right near the entrance) and the cards came up looking like how they were shown on the website layout. I was able to find parking fairly quickly though I did have to walk a little bit. The parking lot was well lit though. As far as the rest of the store, this was your typical Costco where you can get anything, even a law degree** Besides puppy photography, I picked up some plastic utensils and snacks for the office. They also had an ample selection of clothes, liquor and electronics. The employees were generally helpful in looking for my items. The only hangup I experienced was in the self-checkout, when I needed to wait for an employee due to an issue with the scanner. Granted the store was packed, but I ended up needing to wait for a more senior manager. If you are buying tires be prepared to wait and wait even when you have an appointment. I scheduled my appointment for 4pm, it's now well after 6pm and I'm still waiting. They tell you it takes 1 to 1&1/2 hours but they can't make that happen. I saved $30 over Firestone but not worth the extra wait and there is not a comfortable place to wait.

Want to know why Covid-19 is rampantly spreading in South Florida? Come to this location, 1890 S University Dr, Davie, FL 33324. It's over capacity, carts aren't being properly sanitized, the self serve soda bar is open to anyone and people are refilling their own drinks. Masks aren't being worn over the nose and mouth and it's obvious, people just don't care. I'm sure business will slowdown now that the $600 federal unemployment expired and FL only offers twelve weeks at $275 with an additional nine weeks of $275 as emergency pandemic unemployment IF one qualifies. What's even more ignorant about most US residents, they don't realize the thousands of unemployment dollars they received are subject to federal income tax and state income tax if they reside within a state that has one.

I love Costco out of all the similar membership warehouse retailers. However, Costco parking lots are not optimal. Their parking lots are usually tight narrow & not easily maneuverable. But this locations parking has the best layout (IMO). This store is bright, clean, has a good layout and are always well stocked (with quality products) and organized. In the last few months they've expanded the warehouse, added more products & updated their shopping carts. This location also has the following for your convenience: large entrance & exit, self check out lanes, food court, pharmacy, optical, photo center, gas station & tire center. The staff is friendly & helpful. You could always find someone for assistance. On occasion, I've needed assistance loading heavy items (i.e. cases of water) in my cart & in my car and they've always happily assisted. This is by far my favorite Costco (from those I've visited) in Broward & Dade.
