This location has a full wine and liqour retail offering with great prices. All of the usual staples and more. Costco does a good job of offering a large variety of Asian inspired items. Parking is small which on a busy weekend requires additional time. Clean, bright, and well stocked store.

Google
Great place to buy groceries and have lunch with friends. The products were affordable, and you could enjoy additional discount for special items. You should be a member to enter the market. Today, we got the additional $5 discount for the premium instant udon. Beside, always love the $6 rotisserie and free trial products. There were clean restrooms and affordable hotdogs + softdrink for $1.5. Don't forget to order the pizza and ice cream too! Both were so mouthwatering.

Google
This Costco location consistently offers excellent deals and competitive pricing. However, the conduct of certain employees has been disappointing. It has come to my attention that staff members are routinely acquiring promotional items for themselves during their shifts, often leaving little to no stock available for customers. I strongly urge corporate headquarters to reevaluate their hiring and training processes to ensure a more customer-focused experience moving forward.

One of the best places to buy groceries and household necessities is Costco Wholesale, which is situated at 200 Legacy Blvd. in Dedham, MA. This branch is known for its excellent organization, cleanliness, and wide selection of premium goods at competitive prices. Costco offers something for everyone, whether you're looking for smaller necessities or bulk items perfect for families. The welcoming and helpful staff at this establishment is one of its best features; they make every shopping excursion pleasurable. Notable is the eyeglass department, which offers designer frames at affordable costs and a constantly shifting assortment so there's always something new to try. The produce area is also well-stocked, frequently offering organic options to satisfy customers who are health-conscious. Another area where Costco Dedham shines is in offering a more curated shopping experience. Costco's strategy of providing a small but carefully chosen selection guarantees quality without confusion, in contrast to stores with an overwhelming array of options. This is a big plus for people who like to shop quickly and efficiently. Another big lure is the nearby gas station, which sells Top Tier fuel at some of the lowest costs in the region. Locals love it because it's a dependable choice for drivers on a tight budget. This branch is conveniently located for customers throughout the Boston area and is reachable by both local and highway roads. Costco Dedham is undoubtedly one of the greatest retail establishments in Massachusetts because of its reasonable prices, extensive product selection, and welcoming environment. Don't pass up unusual discoveries like their popular Korean sweet and spicy chips!

Google
A top spot for grocery shopping. consistently clean, well-organized, and offering a wide variety of products at great prices, including large-sized items perfect for family use. One of the best branches in MA 👍🏼

We’ve gone to many Costco’s before, but we thought this one was the most superb. When we made our account, they were all very nice to us. But today was the most infuriating day for us. We bought 4 watermelons. We didn’t steal them or do anything against the rules. But when we were pay for them, one of the cashiers, Christian, was constantly ridiculing us. He kept pointing at our watermelons. He didn’t need to say “thank-you” or “have a nice day”, but he shouldn’t have ridiculed us in front of our faces. He even laughed at us loudly, again right to our faces. Even saying bad things about us wasn’t as bad as this! The Costco leader could check the cameras and see that we didn’t violate any of the rules. Do you think that you could ridicule us because we’re Asian?

Google
This Costco is similar to other branches in its offerings, so can't say much there. They offer a lot of toys, such as Xtra-large squishmallows, disney toys, and Pokemon cards. Food offering is vast, not a lot of ethnic foods but they do cycle through foods multiple times. I've seen some items never seen at other Costcos such as large turtle chips and Chi Forest drinks, but those tend to disappear quickly. This Costco also has an air pump station, car service station, and a gas station. The Gas station lines do get very long on weekends, but it opens pretty early where no lines form. Overall a great place to shop.

Google
Costco was busy as usual and there was long checkout lines. It was easy to shop and even though it was packed, currency a new everything I wanted but I got most of it. The only thing I have to gripe about, is that the food store by the checkout cashiers stalls are really understaffed. I have to wait around 30 or more minutes just for a whole pizza. It's not the workers faults, it's always busy around there. Is just that there's not enough staff to take care of the orders. Next time I'll just order my pizza online.

Yelp
This review is based on the Xiao Long Bao Soup Dumplings I got from Costco. Definitely a 4/5 must get!!!! Not sure how many is in the bag but supposedly it serves 12-13 people. I'm thinking maybe 50? The flavor is definitely there. The outer layer and meat texture is amazing. My only complaint is that while in the process of cooking it (steamer), the bottom do rip so unfortunately the soup spills out. But when it doesn't, the burst of that soup , oh man, restaurant quality. Highly recommend making your own sauce. Soy sauce and sliced up ginger. A dash of sesame oil. You'll thank me later !

Yelp
Good selection of products. Purchased a gun safe. 450 lbs! Costco helped me load onto back of my pickup. Too bad they don't use a loading dock. Check out and Pick up was in front of main entrance. Tough to do on a busy day. A couple of Costco persons helped with the heavy lift. Thank goodness.

Yelp
The place was mobbed today every single parking space was filled for several minutes driving around and around looking to park! Once inside it was like manuvering thru Disney Park! But lots of choices and lots of items different from BJ,s! Best to go thru SELF CHECK OUT IF YOUR SMART! Pace yourself and enjoy the experience! Not sure how to improve the check out but they need more staff to keep the lines short

Yelp
My favorite Costco in the area! This location is about the same distance to me as the Avon one, however, tend to have more of what I like for snacks! For example, the Kirkland brand seaweed; I remember once upon a time my family and I were just going to the Avon location and they never had the seaweed BUT Dedham location had it in stock! They always have inventory of everything, lines move fast, & never had any issues here. I have found so many cute stuffies here, like the Squishmallows-- large & small ones. You can even buy piano keyboards, playground sets, and more. Costco, for the most part, has it all! Though, there are some items that are a much better deal at local grocery stores if you're not looking to buy in bulk, & sometimes even cheaper at the grocery stores to buy the same amount in quantity that Costco offers.

Yelp
Overview: This Costco branch is consistent with other locations in terms of offerings, but it has a few standout features that make it worth noting. Product Selection: The store offers a variety of toys, including extra-large Squishmallows, Disney toys, and Pokémon cards, making it a great spot for families with children or collectors. The food selection is broad, though it leans more towards mainstream options with limited ethnic foods. They do, however, rotate their stock frequently, sometimes offering unique items like large turtle chips and Chi Forest drinks. These specialty items tend to sell out quickly, so it's worth keeping an eye out for them. Additional Amenities: This Costco location also features an air pump station, a car service station, and a gas station, adding convenience for shoppers. The gas station can get very busy on weekends, with long lines, but it opens early enough that you can avoid the crowds if you go at the right time. Overall: A great place to shop, with all the standard Costco benefits plus a few unique offerings and amenities that add to the experience.

Yelp
My first time ever shopping at a Costco and I was disappointed. My friends been raving about them for years and because I shop at BJs she's been trying to get me here forever. Today I finally went and let's just say it will most likely be my last visit. The customer service was poor in quality and I'm specifically speaking in regards to Cynthia with the glasses at Customer Service. The prices are high and low. The variety is amazing and you can definitely tell you're not in Boston. High Asian population and it's shows in the food selection. The checkout was okay but it's not until I'm paying that I'm told they do not accept Mastercard unless it's DEBIT. I use my various credit cards for points and cash back. It would have been good to know this before shopping here. Or have it displayed at the counter for newer shoppers like me. The service at the checkout was bland and rushed. I understand they're trying to get lines down all day, so you don't have to make small talk but please handle food better especially at the prices they are. My friend had a conversation with the store management in regards to another employee George who she had an unfavorable experience with. They spent quite some time talking and I can only say my friend seem appeased after the conversation.

Yelp
I bought rotisserie chicken salad and it tasted like tofu with spices. It was so disappointing as I really like Costco and prepared foods.

Yelp
I haven't been able to actually shop at this store in months. Every time I try to go, there's no parking and place is mobbed. I won't be renewing my membership - it's just throwing money away when I can't physically get into the store. They should have longer hours if they don't want to make more parking available.

Richard M.

Yelp
Been coming for years, going downhill for awhile, usually get there at opening to beat the insane crowds, today they open 10 minutes late and the meat section is almost empty. Gotta be better than that

Simon S.

Yelp
DO NOT use their tire service. I made a terrible mistake in doing that and it cost me thousands. They failed to secure my vehicle on the lift properly (one of the lift points was off) and smashed my air suspension compressor. $2,500 damage and they wouldn't acknowledge it, apologize or show me the video from the shop that would've shown the mistake. I knew it happened there because I've owned the vehicle since new and it has never had the compressor constantly purging and running before, as it was when they backed it out of the bay. They claim to care about their members and be 'customer first' but in this instance they showed the opposite. I wish I were able to tell you that they did the opposite, - apologized (accidents happen) and offered to take care of the damage. But no. So, avoid the Costco tire center and stick to their groceries only. It's save you in the long run. Oh, and if a Costco executive reads this I'd like to hear from them and to have them make me whole and apologize. I'd happily tell everyone about that rather than telling everyone about my experience.

Yelp
We've been members of Costco for years. Way before the coronavirus hit. 2020 shall thus be known as the year that Costco converted their food court to members only (announced in February, effective 3/16/2020), Covid-19 hit the United States, and that Costco temporarily limited entrance to two per membership card (effective 4/3/2020) to assist with social distancing during the pandemic. Costco is where we buy our milk, eggs, yogurt, avocados. We like their pharmacy. They offer a well priced basic yet tasty sheet cake (which was big news when they discontinued selling it in late June). And their rotisserie chicken is popular with good reason. In addition to shopping in person, Costco offers online shopping with a same day option via Instacart, or 2 day delivery from their warehouse. During COVID-19, however, it has become more like 5 and 14+ days, respectively by mid to late April. Two Day charges $3 per item, but removes the delivery charge when you reach $75 in your cart. Once you are done ordering, you can't add anything, only subtract. Same Day has a $35 minimum to order. Instacart makes their money through the price difference. We felt their prices were 20-30% more than regular store prices. When you place the order, suggested tip option starts at 5%. After delivery, when you are asked to rate the service, you have an opportunity to raise your tip. Till your shopper begins shopping for you, amendments to your cart is allowed. While they are shopping, stay available, and you can select substitutions live!

Yelp
Costco is always reliable. They have a copious amount of everything you could ever need. In the summer they have great outdoor plants, they have tech, food, equipment, clothes, and much more. Whenever I have a party or gathering Costco always comes through. They also have hot food: pizza, hot dogs, ice cream, etc. And their gas is is super cheap! Overall, get a Costco membership if you like to buy in bulk!

Yelp
Very bad service I left my car with them for fixing tire leak. They said come back in an hour. After 2 hours when i returned they said all done but didn't know the issue. I found that the issue was still not fixed. I went back to the tire center and reported the issue. Other mechanic said the car was not attended. I had to leave the car again and waiting outside. Very bad service and rude They don't deserve even a single star for the hassle they gave me.

Yelp
Love you all workers at Costco Dedham, even Jeff the security checkout man. Aka " The cart nazi guy" PeaceOut!

Yelp
Gas station, non-Costco affiliated liquor store, Legacy shops, and right off 95. This Costco is great. Self checkout if you only have a few items. Bakery needs 24 hour notice but the choice is between white or chocolate with a good layer of buttercream in the middle and some sort of whipped topping for $18.99, great when you need a simple cake to feed 48 people. I feel like this Costco offers a few different things than the Waltham branch in terms of snacks and desserts. However, everything else remains consistent from the rotisserie chicken to the baked goods. Go early or go late. If you go during the day or on the weekends you're bound to have a headache fighting the crowds. Plenty of parking. Condiment station tends to run out at the end of the day with no refill.

Yelp
I went in to buy lactaid milk and while checking out and purchasing my milk, and scanning my card, I was interrogated by this tall blond guy who kept questioning if I was the person on my card. What a jerk! For a gallon of milk, I mean c'mon. I won't be spending $60 membership fee to be treated like that!

Yelp
Gas Station is a huge plus with prices rapidly rising I appreciate the savings sometimes 10+ cents a gallon of gas compared to other stations in the area. Past few years has been hard on retail and Costco has basically had everything I needed, I always leave with a cart full. I am confused as to why so many reviews about customer service are bad. I have always had excellent customer service as I always am polite to the Costco employees (or any employee or person for that matter) and treat them appropriately. I am pretty sure everyone who complains about poor customer service is receiving the same attention that they initially gave. JMO This Costco in Dedham has many rude customers I noticed, I feel bad for the employees and when I go there I cannot believe the ignorance, talk about people who need a reality check. I see people walking around as they are the only person in this big warehouse. Walking in front of you, stopping quick as the bananas are a flash sale and when they do this they give you a dirty look like you should not be in the way. I especially like the customers who leave shopping carts so EVERYONE can't get by. So very nice of you. Also when you say "sorry" 100x to people who you do this too throughout the store, please stop you are not "sorry" you are "ignorant" JMO I am not a Costco employee BTW. I would just like to be able to shop without someone stopping short every 2 minutes & be able to walk freely in a aisle without someone running me over or blocking a whole aisle so they can look at toaster.

Yelp
I wish someone from Costco could tell me why they don't add more cashiers. Is it matte of space? Saving money? I don't know. But I know that the next time will see the crazy lines as they had here last weekend, I will leave everything and go. To have 12 people ahead of you is something that just make you wonder if you should come here again. That is it for complains, now to the better side of Costco. As I am moving to Providence, one of the stops is Costco (Home Depot experience on a different review). So saved a lot of money. I mean you can get things at the 99 stores for cheaper, but not even close to Costco quality. Also, discovered their $10 Caesars salad. Not bad at all! I got it for my sister who s into veg these days, and I almost ate all of it. Of course that one of their french Baguettes is also a plus.

Yelp
I love Costco! This is your typical location with full service optometry store, liquor store, bakery, food cafe, and photo store area. I recommend either coming here very early or late during the day near closing to beat the crowds or expect a long line when checking out and parking in the back of the parking lot. As an Asian-American I appreciate that this Costco has Asian products and merchandise during our holidays and especially around Chinese New Year. For example, they have Chinese sausage, Gingseng, and Jerky. This Costco is in a very prime in Dedham and it's very easy to access off the highway. Dedham seems a little far, but it's worth it because it's a very nice area! Right next door is Legacy Place which has a variety of upper end shopping and restaurants.

Yelp
I have a love hate relationship with Costco. Love the prices and great products. But hate the crowds and having to store 50 rolls of paper towels. That being said.....I won't give up my membership. My SO is a bit of a dooms day food hoarder...so if the zombie apocalypse hits we will be set for some time with our food stock from Costco. 1. Avoid this place on the weekend at all costs. Go weekday morning if possible. 2. Have a plan to avoid overspending. 3. Skip your meal and just eat the samples.

Yelp
Nobody picks up phone at their Tire Shop! Never!!! Why bother even having it?!( Considering dropping membership....

Yelp
The store, products, and prices are great but my god, the customer service is AWFUL at this location! Every single time I've been here, I've witnessed and have personally experienced employees being so rude and never helpful to their patrons. I've seen them yell at customers for overlooking the quantity limits on products or for not moving "fast enough" when paying. Tonight was definitely the last time I visit the location. I'm originally from FL and used to go to Costco with my mom but since moving to MA, she sends me Costco gift cards which you're able to use without having a membership. That's their policy and a great one because it gets non-members in the store to experience the magic of Costco so they sign up for a membership but I've never even been offered to sign up so ‍. I've never had a problem in the past but today the two cashiers and supervisor treated me like a complete criminal for shopping. I tried paying with the gift card but they said it didn't have a balance but I was certain it had at least $40 on it. Instead of calmly explaining to me what was going on, they began whispering right in front of me and threatened to void the $300 transaction because I didn't have a membership and my gift card had nothing on it. They then aggressively said that they would like let me pay but were going to throw away my card and I legit had to stop them as they were tossing it in the garbage because dude! I just told you there's money on it! WTF So, I went to the other customer service desk where they checked and verified that there wasn't a balance on it. I left super confused and when I got to the car I searched my wallet and found another Costco gift card that is likely the one that has money on it ... Totally my mistake but I really don't feel like it warranted that experience. A lot of assumptions were made and acted on and I felt so uncomfortable! While I was in the parking lot loading my car, the sweet lady that was behind me in line actually came up to me and said she's so happy I spoke up because she saw how rude they were being. People notice this stuff! Just be nice. Be understanding. Be empathetic. Furthermore, anyone who's in sales can see how they absolutely destroyed an opportunity to sell me a membership but I won't get into that. As I already mentioned, I personally won't be coming back to this location and am writing this review to give customers a heads up as to what to expect. Hopefully management also sees this and sets up some additional training for their staff.

Yelp
Couldn't even Browse w/o a Costco Card. I've never heard of that most places of business want you to look around encourage you to join.

Yelp
Wow! Just wow! My first experience in a Costco and just wow! I'm so shocked at the level of ignorance i experienced today. I heard so many great things that Costco had to offer over the other Wholesale membership clubs. The only pole that were courteous and helpful were the greeter and the ppl who check ur receipt when you leave. From the rude customers in the parking lot to the pushy woman who barely waited for me to get my cart then almost pushed her cart into me and my daughter then my best friend trying to get around us. Had we only heard an excuse me we could've moved out of her way. As she powered thru us she almost hit another customer!!! As customer all pushed thru one another without any manners or concern for others we continued to shop. Well let me tell you, the nasty negativity the oozed from the employees was the icing on the cake! Nasty comments. Ignoring the customers while they (the employees) held private conversations. Then giving sarcastic answers when they FINALLY acknowledge your presence. I went with a friend who has a membership to see if i wanted one too. NO THANK YOU!!! I will not be spending my hard earned money in a place that acts like Dicks Last Resort but in real life!! So surprised at what i experienced. I will share my experience with anyone who brings up what a great place Costco is(NOT)!!!!

Yelp
I was doing an Instacart delivery for a customer. Everything was good until checkout time. The cashier Walter was tossing the items and i explained already it's 2 separate orders for 2 separate customers. His customer service sucked, and I didn't feel welcomed. One of the orders went thru while the second didn't--which happens often doing instacart. I asked him to put it on hold while I contact customer service and he said he couldn't do that. ( I don't see why he couldn't no customers were behind me) So he got the manager Noemi she wasn't trying to listen she was hostile. She pulled my carriage off the floor.-- finally customer service fixed the problem and I was able to complete the order. How about this! When I asked the number to corporate Noemi didn't even want to give it to me! How are you a manager and you not are you leading by example like that but you don't even try to hear the customer or try to resolve the issue.

Yelp
I took an elderly friend there to get hearing aids the price was very reasonable it was 1500 for just regular hearing aids that you have for just yourself and change the batteries etc. we paid 1800 and got the ones that was self adjusting as well as come with a battery charger that you put the be hearing aids in every night and then if she still having a little problems with them but they still have her keep coming back until their adjusted to what she feels comfortable the very kind and courteous to her she's an elderly person in her 80s so they're very understanding with nothing ever works first time and maybe lots of help. The charge on the battery stays for three days so God forbid the power should go out where she lives that they stay fully charged for her and she will have no problems from that point

Yelp
This is our second Covid visit to Costco this spring. I was very pleased. They all wear masks. There is plastic shielding at checkout. There were wipes available. Two young men checking us in with gloves and masks. I think they were counting us. Supplies were good. The meat counter was full. I find I shop a lot less if I do a big shopping here. I am grateful that they are doing so well for those of us who really try no to catch it.

Yelp
Samuel was very nice and helpful. I always have loved this Costco and it's customer service.

Yelp
Bought a new set of 4 tires with the usual Costco deal including installation. Two days later, my front driver's side tire almost fell (flew?) off while driving home from work. Went back to Costco after tightening the lug nuts all around. They reinstalled and said they did everything correct. Tire shop manager was supposed to contact me after reviewing the shop video; I had to call him. He claimed everything was done correctly. I disputed it, given what happened. He said he'd escalate it, but never got back to me. Now, after some more time, I find the wheel always coming loose after a relatively small amount of driving. I think they damaged the threads either taking the wheel off or putting it on. I would never go back to Costco for tires.

Yelp
Love,Love,Love Costco!!!!! Great choices in food, housewares, etc, etc.. Bakery, meats, poultry, fruit, vegetables, appliances small and large, household items. Things come in larger sizes, so keep that in mind....

Yelp
I like this Costco since it has gas station as well. They usually have well stocked items and have nice cashers and associates at member service station. I took off one star because their Wireless station has unprofessional guy who must think he is the king. Stephon, the manager of the kiosk would say anything to sell the phone but once the order is placed, he would not help you with checking the delivery status or talk to you, never answers phone calls. He told me to call him daily from 2 to 5 business days for the delivery of the phone since sometimes phone gets there even before I get shipment notice. However, He NEVER answered phone calls. I ordered on Saturday and I got notice of expected delivery on Wednesday. So I drove there 13 miles on Wednesday twice. However, Stephone kept arguing that I placed the order over the weekend and he had no control over the Fedex. He did not care the fact that I got notification for the Fedex that it was to be delivered that day. I went there next morning Thursday after finding out that it was loaded onto Fedex truck at 8:30am but since Stephon did not pick up the phone. Stephon made me wait while he was with a customer but refused to check the status even after the customer left. During my 3rd visit, I spoke to the front end manager Justin who checked the delivery status directly for me and offered future help with phone delivery status. I made the 4th trip to pick up the phone after receiving delivery notification and confirming the arrival of the phone with Justin. However, Stephon refused to generate the receipt and instead asked me to come back the next day. It was around 4:30PM and there was no other customer and the kiosk closes 8:30PM. I spoke to the store manager Jorge about that I made 4th trip to purchase the phone but Stephon refused to print a receipt for the phone. Jorge spoke to Stephon but he lied as if I have been complaining about FEDEX. At no time, i complained of delays or demanded control over fedex. I acted according to the Fedex notifications and only asked to see if it was delivered. Justin came to help, but by then I was too tired of responding to Jorge who fully trusted Stephon and gave me irrelevant explanation and did not allow me to speak at all. Only after Naome interrupted him that phone was in. Jorge stopped argument. I told Justin and Jorge that I should not give business to a totally undeserving guy and cut the loss and moved on to Waltham Costco where I received a professional service which 100% satisfaction. Hey Costco Dedham, replace the arrogant kiosk man Stephon with a professional team like that of Waltham.

Yelp
098 / 100 - 2018 YELP 100 CHALLENGE. I don't really understand why this Costco has such low ratings. It is exactly as you would expect it to be: Costco, the land of bulk goods with wholesale pricing. My only gripe with this location is the weird parking lot and the very, very bizarre layout of the store. Maybe I'm just used to way all the Costcos in California are laid out, but this one always throws me for a loop the moment I walk in. I feel like it should actually be flipped/mirrored. Like, the entrance is on the right side and not the left. Despite that, this Costco is pretty solid, even with all the crazy people who speed through the parking lot and seem to lose all capabilities of driving the moment they are within a half-mile radius of Costco. I don't get it. It's not like this is solely restricted to this particular Costco, it's seen in EVERY Costco parking lot. Employees here are, for the most part, friendly. I've run into a couple of cashiers who are not the nicest, but it's no big deal to me since I just want to get in and out anyway. There's tons of great selection here, lots to pick and choose from. They're always in stock with tons of things so you're bound to find what you're looking for. The store itself is also pretty clean (or as clean as it can be, considering the amount of foot traffic it sees!), which is an added bonus.

Yelp
Today is 12/28, traffic is herendous. I was at Costco gas station filling gas. The guy behind me came to tell me he was not Costco member but his gas was so low he worried he could not get to next gas station. I agreed to help him by using my card and he would give me cash. But the lady on duty came out of her booth in the rain to tell me absolutely not to lend me card, membership was not transferrable, etc. Apparently this guy had pleaded with her first but she refused him. I thought that was unnecessarily harsh especially during holiday season. Traffic was so bad the road going in and out of Costco was a sea of red lights. He could burn out his gas before the first traffic light. If she would allow me to help him with even $10 of gas, I am sure it would be a kinder, warmer better judgment call Instead, this cold damp winter day got chiller at Costco gas station

Staffing has attitude problems at the pizza and hotdog stand There was a African American guy who wears yellow shirt and I believe also speaks French He never talks to customer only point to tell ppl to pay then as soon as the transition is over he just walked away not even say a word. Come on . Need at least some basic custom skills

Yelp
Always a fantastic value. The fuel station here is fantastic. It's modern, well lit, and the pumps are easy to operate. I like how the gasoline is top tier and consistently thirty cents cheaper per gallon. The warehouse itself is stocked with great products which are an outstanding value.

Yelp
I have no coming to this Costco at least 10 years now never had an issue until today not only did I spend 40 minutes trying to park there I go inside do my shopping wait in line another 20 minutes to get to the counter and for them to tell me my membership needs to be renewed not prepared for the membership fee today the manager precedes to tell me you cannot shop until you renew your membership which expired 4 days ago So much for being a loyal customer these days I will be renewing my membership at BJ's Wholesale Club

Yelp
I'm rating Costco employee, that was very complicated My mom and I went to Costco in Avon and once we got to checkout the staff told me that Lysol is one pack per customer only and I replied "I know, we have 2 packs is because we both have our own membership and paying separately Then she asked to see them I gave her both, she went to the computer to make sure I wasn't lying I was so offended, I called the manager Randy and general manager told them what took place They both apologized and were very understanding They listened and promised to talk to the employee I do like Costco for their quality of food but their staff need more training We, the customer pay for membership. We want respect and to be treated fairly.

Yelp
It's a Costco. Bulk goods, long lines and no bags. The parking lot is generally packed and gas station too. Once you get inside the only place I really have experienced congestion is the cold foods section. Some Kirkland products are amazing, I think we use the butter, honey, and cleaning products daily but some are duds. I'm looking at you toilet paper. They do guarantee, but when you see the length of the customer service line it's enough of a deterrent to make that policy really useful. Customer service is ok, haven't really had a cashier who smiled or returned small talk but to be fair, maybe that's just their disposition. All in all, it is what it is, a popular (read:crowded) bulk good membership only warehouse.

Yelp
Haven't been to a Costco in such a long time bc there isn't over on Rhode Island, much to my dismay. But I went while in Boston the other day and it was so great to be back! Unfortunately they were out of toilet paper. But they had a great selection of organic ready-made meals and everything else you love Costco for. Staff was friendly and it wasn't too busy. Plenty of parking. Cheap gas! Nothing to complain about!

Yelp
I'm sure y'all are real nice, but as a visiting executive member, I had to go and wait for temp card & got totally and completely f'ed by the woman to the customer service counter who blatantly ignored me to chat with her friend, who I had asked not to cut in front of me. And then helped someone else. That's poor customer service. And straight up rude.

Yelp
I heard they're thinking about removing their froyo! Oh hell nah! not okay I wish they wouldn't, it's the only thing that gives me life. I have 10 kids and the only place they like is costco! They only go for the froyo.. if they remove it it'll make my life a living hell.

Yelp
I have been Costco members for years but today what happened in Dedham store make me cancel the membership without hesitation. First Costco supposed to be a wholesale store but when I checked out a person named Jean(assistant manager) and Scott( front manager) said there is limit on water, rice, paper towel, alcohol prep pad, every member can only buy two of each. When I asked them to show me a statement or notice , they just had very bad attitude said: we are representing costco to say that and all the people here to say that. What is even more shocking is the general manager there said , you don't need to be scared for the coronavirus, my son had the coronavirus and he recovered. Costco, really need to train their staff, not only bad attitude but also poor knowledge and scientific sense. Your team is pushing many customers away.

Yelp
This Costco has been my go-to place ever since i moved to MA. It is a huge store with a wide variety of options. The best of all-an excellent tire center where the staff goes above and beyond and a Costco gas station. Not all the costco's in mass area has both of these options. Oh not to mention they have also got an excellent collection of wine. Usually i also find good deals on furniture and couches at this place. They have a fairly good collection of books on sale starting right around end of the year. I always get the fruits, eggs and milk from this place and have always stayed fresh to be consumed for next 2 weeks. The good thing about this store is it gets so busy during the weekends and the stock moves on pretty quickly. So the stock is always updated and never left behind. I dropped a star because the returns section is usually crowded and not so friendly customer staff in the returns dept.

Yelp
Best Costco. It's always crowded but the staff is top notch and always keeps things running smoothly.

Yelp
3.5 Stars. Costco gas is always the cheapest around which is why I go here. You have to have a Costco membership card and you have to pay with debit/credit card (no cash). The lines get to be really long and it is annoying because the setup is 2 pumps in a row and it is sometimes hard to pass the car to get to the first pump if it is open. Tip: Pump reaches to BOTH sides of the car.

Yelp
Everyone knows I'm a big fan of Costco. This one is not my favorite because it's always crowded, but for good reason. There's a Costco gas station (which I think is a rare sighting around here) and location, location, location! Super close to other stores, so you can do your ALL shopping in one go. Selection is decent and I usually find what I'm looking for. Samples are abundant on the weekends. They updated their self-checkout with 6 booths instead of 2 lanes! Game changer. I hope they're implementing this at the other Costcos.

Yelp
Costco always has great prices and quality. But the people here, both customers and employees, need to learn manners. Shopping here is like going to the zoo. Customers cutting in line and blocking aisles with carts. Rude employees with bad attitudes. Everyone here needs to take a deep breath and relax.

Yelp
Bob the assistant manager is so rude and obnoxious. i've been to 3-4 costcos in the past 2 months and this is the worst one yet. the bathrooms are nasty. coffee grinding machine area in the checkout section smell worse than the toilet. will never be back.
