Staff treats the membership as if its they own the entire store. Relax a little, came 7 min early didn't realize it wasn't 10am yet and we wasn't able to just walk around until 10am exactly. One day I was going to pay didn't have my card my daughter let me use her card while I zelled her...they had a issue with using her card cause they couldn't verify her membership, as for she didn't have it with her. Why does it matter how or with who's card I pay. Sometimes I feel like I'm just targeted cause I have an accent.

I visited this Costco this past Monday with my mom. After almost an hour of shopping (including a Samsung QLED Smart TV), we went to checkout. The cashier asked if we were paying everything together. I said yes, but with two separate cards. She then asked whose name was on the card and said that because the membership is under my mom’s name, the payment card must also be in my mom’s name. This has never happened to me at other Costco locations. My mom (the membership owner) was right there, and I was simply helping her shop cause she’s an old lady. but I wanted to purchase the TV for her using my own card. I asked for a supervisor. I heard the supervisor tell the cashier that it was fine, but when they came back to me, she changed her tone completely, became rude, and insisted it was “the rule” that everything must be paid with my mom’s debit/credit card. She then said if I wanted to buy the TV, I could pay with cash only. I was extremely frustrated and ended up leaving the entire cart. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at Costco. The next day, I went to the Costco Southlake location, bought the same items, and paid with the card I wanted with no issue.

Awesome store. Best to come here early in the morning or on a Wednesday, way less crowds. Clean bathrooms. They are always updating their inventory. The food court is awesome. Its worth just having a membership just for the food court. They always have good deals here.

I’ve been a Costco member for quite some time, and I have to say this location stands out as one of the very best in the country. Every visit has been consistent in terms of service, quality, and atmosphere, but what truly makes the difference here are the people. I especially want to take a moment to highlight Taylor at the membership desk. In all my years of doing business, I can honestly say Taylor is one of the best supervisors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I walked in, Taylor greeted me with professionalism, kindness, and patience. Instead of just treating me like another transaction, Taylor took the time to explain my options, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure I felt confident about my membership. That kind of personalized attention is rare these days, and it made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Taylor’s leadership style also shows in the way the team operates. There’s a sense of order, efficiency, and friendliness at this location that reflects great supervision. It’s clear that Taylor not only knows the business but also cares deeply about the members and staff alike. On top of that, this Costco as a whole is incredibly well-run. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized, making shopping a breeze even on the busiest days. The selection is unbeatable, the quality is consistent, and the value speaks for itself. But for me, what makes this Costco one of the best in the country is the way it combines all those strengths with an exceptional level of customer service. Thank you to Taylor and the entire team for going above and beyond. Experiences like this are exactly why I continue to be such a loyal Costco member

I LOVE costco! Perfect example of why, today I was in need of bakery items last of the minute. Ericka greeted me with a big smile ready to help me and found the right person to help me. Brionna stopped what she was doing, Ericka took over her task so that Brionna could get me what I needed and put it all together with a smile! I appreciate them for going that extra mile for me when I was in a panic. Talk about teamwork! Thank you!

Great customer service experiences through out the store, EXCEPT at the checkout. It’s STRESSFUL! They rush you through the line, no interpersonal interaction with the customers. Most of the conversation heard is between the two employees station at each register. I was told by an employee at the register that the reason for the fast pace is because they are under pressure to meet a daily quota of customers at each register. This treatment is obviously within Costco training culture. It’s unfortunate that Costco doesn’t have within their app a ‘scan and go’ feature/option that bypasses the checkout lines all together like the Sam’s Club app.

Friday 11-7-25 5.25 we were coming out and get our receipt checked, I was 4 people back an I watched the woman approx 30 short black curly hair, let me make this clear, that woman's hair was dirty an had not been brushed since 1984, does EVERY retailer allow new employees an regular employees to come to work as though they dressedblindly, yes they do an even Costco, 2nd, we were checking out, 4 guys putting groceries in carts, idk know it would taken that many, young cashier, grunts hi scans, rips off receipt, grumbled thxs, most younger ones barely get hi, my lousy opinion, this wont change, mayb a higher up person being present help. I get it were in line an show receipt. Mayb 10 min were in there chking out an goin outdoor, I see 10 min , you see all day, idk, my husband loves costco, I would close acct for good, I like the products. We'll bye note: what made me write this review: checkout lady at the door, when I said we're 4 people back, just happened to watch her an when we came, this is what she did each time, Didn't speak, marked receipt, I thot our heads on our body can turn an move downward The lady's head looked up while marking receipt that was 4xs. Good, NOT job

This Costco has the rudest, most unhelpful employees I’ve seen in a grocery store. When I left, the man by the door stuck his hand out in front of me, and didn’t say anything. I asked what he’s wanting and he said “your receipts” with an attitude. Sorry I’m not a mind reader. The lady standing by the membership scanners TOUCHED my phone when I scanned. Terrible employees, terrible experience.
