Costco is truly the holy Mecca for shoppers, and their wine selection is absolutely unmatched. Whether you’re looking for an everyday bottle or something special for a celebration, the variety and quality are incredible. It’s clear Costco knows how to cater to both casual wine drinkers and connoisseurs alike, and the pricing? Let’s just say it’s a steal compared to most places. Their refund policy is another area where they shine. It’s one of the best in the business, making you feel completely confident in your purchases. They’ve built a reputation for standing by their products, and it’s rare to see that level of commitment to customer satisfaction. And let’s not forget the food court. Nothing beats grabbing a classic Costco glizzy and a refreshing Bev after a shopping spree. It’s simple, it’s satisfying, and it’s become an iconic part of the Costco experience. The team behind Costco has clearly mastered the art of running a business that puts quality and value at the forefront. They’ve been doing this company justice for years, and it shows in every aspect, from the selection to the service. Costco isn’t just a store; it’s a lifestyle.

This is still my favorite store to shop at. I love everything here. They carry only the best products or their house brand, which is thoroughly vetted to ensure top quality. You don’t have to spend hours checking ingredients, as their products have become healthier over the years, reducing concerns about harmful chemicals. Their selection of produce is excellent as well. I also love their seasonal collection of gifts and food. Food sampling is a bonus, and the occasional discounts are definitely a plus!

I loved coming here every day (5 days a week) to grab lunch and dinner. I’d even do food runs for my whole team. But now I need a $65 membership to visit the food court? This change is a terrible decision.

My mom had a really upsetting experience at this Costco (Galleria location). The cashier at register 6 was extremely rude—she kept laughing at my mom for simply asking if the line was open (even though the closed sign was up). Then she let someone else cut in front of her and continued to laugh at her the entire time. My mom stayed calm and respectful, but the cashier’s behavior was completely unprofessional. To make it worse, the manager (short, white, blonde) did absolutely nothing to help. He was dismissive and offered no support at all. Also, they refused to let my mom use her Discover DEBIT card, even though we’ve shopped at Costco for years and use that card all the time. They only take Discover credit, not debit? That’s simply not true—we’ve used it monthly. The whole situation felt racially charged and humiliating. My mom was treated like a joke, and no one stepped in to make it right. We’ve been loyal Costco members since 2018, but the staff at all locations have become hit or miss—either super nice or extremely rude with no in-between. We will not be returning to this location. Costco needs to train their staff better and treat customers with basic respect.

The eye exam girl had a terrible attitude, I was only 5 minutes late for my appointment due to difficulty finding parking, they cancelled my appointment without any notice and told me I had to wait another hour and a half because a walk-in customer took my place and they were on lunch break, lazy and terrible service. Will never go to this eye exam center again.

Clean and tidy place, membership only, but I like it. But every time I go there, I spend much more than going to HEB, because there are only two people in our family, and it is easy to not finish the large packaged food, such as the 6-dollar croissant. The two of us simply cannot finish it within the shelf life, and we don’t want to eat it every day. But it is still very cost-effective to buy some daily necessities here, such as toilet paper and water, and there is always enough plastic wrap.

the new picture ID thing is useless. I’m disappointed with the experience one of my employees recently had at Costco. He went to the store, as he’s been doing for the past three years using my membership card to make purchases on my behalf for my business!!!!! This has never been an issue until now, he provides always tax ID and sign . Unfortunately, he was denied entry, and the staff handled the situation with a noticeably poor attitude. While I understand and respect store policies, I believe there’s always a better way to communicate and treat people. Given how this was handled, we’ve decided to take our business to Sam’s Club going forward. It’s unfortunate, as we’ve been loyal Costco customers, but customer service matters.
