Good place to get gas. Great price for Top Tier gas. I don't like waiting on line to checkout. It'd be nice if they could adopt a scan while you shop app like some other big box store has.

Just had a wonderful experience in the optical area of Costco. I was helped by Sydney. She took the time to adjust my glasses and make sure they fit perfectly without rushing. Such a great experience!!!

Costco please consider donating to Ronald McDonald House located 620 S 38th Ave, Omaha, NE 68105. There are so many families staying here getting their children medical help. The house has so many needs and are only able to help these families with donations. Donations can be any kind of food or supplies to keep the home going and providing to these medically complex children. Please consider supporting and reaching out to other companies to support this vital organization. So many people are not aware of what Ronald McDonald house does. Love the store, absolutely hate the new hot dog bags. I'm sure it was a cost-cutting to get rid of the aluminum foil wrapping, but your stupid bags don't close. And I did not know this when I went to pick it up out of my cart in the parking lot. Thinking the bag was an actual bag, I went to pick it up by the open end, didn't realize I only picked it up by only one corner flap of said bag until my hot dog was on the ground. Didn't realize it was specifically designed for easy opening because when it was handed to me it looked like a freaking bag if you don't want to use aluminum foil, fine. But wrap it in wax paper or parchment paper, so it's easier to open. The rest of the store was great please get rid of the hot dog bags.

Nancy did an excellent job helping my family sign up for our Costco membership. She gave us clear and detailed information, answered all of our questions, and also guided my dad through the Costco Citi credit card application, making sure he understood the benefits. Thanks to her support, the whole process was simple and stress free. We’re very grateful for her help and believe she deserves recognition for her great service.

The best box store around Omaha. We chose to go here over the other option in town. Always clean and everyone seems happy to be at work, mostly. The store is bright and has all the options you'll want. Take some time and look around, there are usually deals happening.

This is a good Costco location. Not as crazy as the one on Dodge St. Always clean and friendly service. One of my favorites! Great deals on quality products like coffee, beef and poultry. And don't forget the paper goods. There is no better place to get money saving deals on toilet paper, paper towels, etc. And I love the rotisserie chicken! I'll buy one and snack on it for days.

This is a smaller store compared to the Dodge location, but it has most of the mainstays you'd expect from Costco. The parking lot is quite small and tight to park around. I like to shop here if I'm just perusing as they have different items marked down here, like garden ornaments and bird baths. Some of the clothing is also extra marked down. Limited selections comparatively. If I'm in the area, its not too bad to stop, as it's easier to get in and out.

This location is in La Vista and is less visited than the West Omaha location. Parking is easier at this location, and people tend to be .ore courteous here. Getting in and out of the also is a plus compared to the other Costco. I will probably be coming to this location even though it will add an additional 15 minutes. Ordering the $1.50 foot long hotdog with a soda could make a difference.

How do you review costco? Anyone who has been here knows the deal....it's the best! You will leave here with things you didn't need but some how felt you needed it inside. If you make it out of here without spending $300 you crushed it but you will legit spend $300 and everything you get is worth every penny. Costco is a dream! The amount of stuff that's in here. You are set. The selection of things to get ranging from food to dishes to appliances and everything in between. You are definitely leaving with something you didn't intend on purchasing. Customer service is always helpful but sometimes some of the cashiers working at this one are unfriendly. I only go to two of the cashiers that are always kind and if they aren't there I suffer (lol) through the checkout experience.

Cosco is my HAPPY place...what an adventure ..so much to see and buy...so little time! As I was straining to reach my size across a tall table (or maybe I just have t-Rex arms) and an associate pushing a big floor cart ....stocking shelves "unexpectedly" put his push cart aside and asked me if he could help me reach for something ....not only did he do that for me ..he helped me search for my size....(embarrassing) thank you "B. C." for your thoughtfulness and great customer service ...I appreciate you ..you went above and beyond tonight! Selection was so massive....so many options, colors, sizes ...the value ..well I spent $400 in 1 hour ...need I say more?? I found awesome gifts (for Xmas game prizes) stocking stuffers ...a couple of delicious seasoned rotisserie chickens ..$5 ..cooked to perfection warm and ready to serve! Tasty samples ..associates were so happy to see your smile when you ask where that sample is located and you run (not walk) and toss it in your basket for the WIN! Half dozen Leggings...hoodies...gifts ...nuts, produce ..endless cases of items on sale ...boxes available at checkout for convenience .....the awesome part is when a random fellow shopper scopes out your cart and asks you where you found it and you share info ....(ok..I did that too) It's an adventure when I visit Cosco! (most importantly ladies restrooms clean and well stocked....)

Love this Costco! Selection is ideal but the staff is pretty amazing. Cheerful and helpful! Floor staff, membership, returns and food court. Everyone was amazing. Great prices on goods and fuel. Get the membership.

The tire center at this location is woefully mismanaged. We have been buying tires at Costco for years and it has always been a good experience until recently. We have experienced significant delays since the implementation of "appointment only" scheduling. Because of our most recent experience, we will be investigating other options for tire purchases. We were suddenly losing air in a tire. Stopped into Costco and was told the next available appointment was the following day at 6:30 p.m. Or we could wait 90 minutes for "non-appointment" service. We opted for the latter. That 90 minute estimate turned out to be a 3 hour ordeal. During the wait, I checked in often and observed what was happening in the shop area. Based on my observation, 75% of the time, only 2 of the 4 bays were being used. The other 25% only 3 of the 4 bays were being used. The 4th bay was not used during the entire 3 hours. That physical resource utilization rate of approximately 60% explains why we had to wait 3 hours. There were a maximum of 4 technicians working at any given time, with one of them staffing the register/sales counter. This type of experience is not a good look for Costco.

I can't compare the store to others because this is the one and only Costco that I've been in. I will admit I like the store layout and all that they have to offer. The only thing that I feel they lack is gifts throughout the year. During the holidays, they have a large selection of gifts but throughout the year I feel like their gifts are far and in between compared to Sam's. I've bought a lot of their food items from there grocery department, and I've loved everything. Their mac & cheese, rotisserie chicken, beef bulgogi, and ravioli are all delicious! I've heard nothing but great things about their street tacos as well.

I think this location is great. The employees are friendly and helpful when needed. They are constantly corralling shipping carts for customers. The items and stocked nicely as well. They have the store marked and arranged easily (or as easily as possible with the high volume of traffic this store receives daily). They also have a lot of samples even during the workday to try.

Costco does everything in their power to not support tire warranty claims. I had 2 tire places both tell me that my tires are covered under warranty and Costco declines. Their tire center sucks! Don't come here

I like this Costco a lot. The store employees are very friendly each time we go. The merchandise is well organized amd in line with all other Costco selections. I would say what this store does better than some other locations I have been to is the courtesy of the store staff

Love all things Costco.We get all of our stuff here from clothes,food and furniture. Food court hot dogs are the best. Plus all my favorite people work here.

Going to Costco on the day after Christmas, was I totally insane? Would the lines be out of control? I thought I was done for when we planned to visit Costco this afternoon but I was pleasantly surprised. Visiting my Costco on the day after Christmas would be asking to be thrust in a throng and spending hours waiting in line, but not at the La Vista Costco. While there were shoppers, it seemed like a normal day and we were able to get everything we needed. I've noticed that each Costco has different items, for example, the Costcos in Hawaii have chocolate-covered macadamia nuts and this location only had two types of eggs, whereas Costcos in California have 4 types. This location carries fewer types of bread. No Dave's bread or Artisan bread. I'm sure it has to do with the market and what people will buy. Being able to get in and out in about an hour on a Saturday, let alone the day after Christmas was awesome. Will definitely come back here again to stock up.

I would get married here! All I need is a $1.50 hot dog and a medium drink and that's I can live like that for the rest of my life. Me and my boyfriend have very romantic dates here. Great atmosphere, great people, perfect hot dogs.

This is for the tire shop. I called and made an appointment for tires. I even discussed tire options and chose tires with John. Went to the store at the appointment time and told tires aren't there. Asked if I purchased them (which I would have if offered when i scheduled the appointment) and he acted as if it was my fault. Wasn't helpful at that point forward. I would have liked to tell him what an jerk he was but chose to just leave and take my business elsewhere. They need a better explanation of their process if you are not reserving the chosen tires when making an appointment and taking the time off work to do do.

It's a Costco, like all the other Costco warehouses of the country. They have cheaper goods, but require membership ($60/yr min). Means the benefit is repeat use. Beyond the mass quantities of lower cost household products, booze, and foods, there's a variety of other goods. Worth prowling. Casual shopping, there, stacks up quickly. Make a list, use membership several times a year, and you should be impressed.

I had Cosco membership for many years and then dropped it for the last few years because we didn't feel like we were utilizing it. Since the Lavista one is now easier to access we decided to join again and check out the newest Omaha location. I'll definitely say that it doesn't seem as crazy at this location even at what I consider peak hours like midday Saturday or Sunday. The gas pump is easy to move through not like the Dodge location. Inside you'll find the same ole goodies that Costco always has and this one has a seafood rodeo two weekends out of the month which is when they sell fresh seafood in the stand. I'm glad they opened another location in Omaha the Dodge Street one was getting out of control.

My wife got into Costco they are lucky I'm not making this a 1 star for putting my wife and baby out making them walk over to the counter to get a reissue by the same guy who said she couldn't leave the baby in cart had to take him out walk over to customer service get a new card issued then go back grab kart she had to leave while she had my children a 4 month old baby real classy Maybe someone should be training and coaching on customer service need assistance be glad to help

I went to Costco for the first time a couple days ago and boy, was it an experience! Sure, you can buy stuff in bulk there and the Kirkland brand is supposed to be pretty good. But I tagged along for one simple fact, $1.50 1/2 footlong with a pop. And it didn't disappoint! I will definitely be going back for another tasty dinner real soon.

Love love love - staff is always super nice. It's not crazy crowded, like the other one can be. Being right off the interstate is really convenient and the prices and quality of times are second to none. I feel like I'm getting ripped off every time I go to a standard grocery store.

I've been to this Costco several times now. Its standard for Costco, I do enjoy Costco and think they carry a good supply of products. We recently booked a trip thru Costco Travel which worked great as well. I cannot give 5 stars though as they keep getting rid of products I like and I know that other Costco locations carry other products that I want but this location does not. Very frustrating. Though I suppose it's not Costco's fault as much as they are selling what people here are buying. Or are we buying things because they sell it???

I love Costco and you'd almost assume I was being paid off by them by how I rave about their business. I was very surprised to hear a second Costco had opened in the Omaha area since I last lived here so on a whim one day we visited this one instead. I am so glad we did! Why? Well this one is SO much better. Maybe I've just been lucky to get here at nice times, but I have yet to have an issue finding parking which I cannot say about the Dodge location. Their funky parking lot reminds me of the Costco's I've been to in Illinois (Aurora,IL anyone?). Plenty of carts available at the front, including wheelchairs if you needed one of those. The people at the entrances/exits seem nicer too. In fact I dare say just about everyone, with the exception of one cashier, has been nicer at this location. Need to return something? Never a long line in my experience and they don't give you hassle for it; which I appreciate. The store itself is bright and new looking. Never seen it jumbled up or disorganized. The produce selection is fresher also. I don't know if they get trucks more often or if they just cycle through their products quicker, but I very much appreciate my blueberries and bell peppers not being moldy when I go to eat them. Nor does their produce section smell like a rotting dumpster from over ripened fruit products oozing on the ground. They don't seem to have as many sample people here, but the ones they do have are very nice. It's worth noting though they are an outside company and NOT Costco itself, so a rude sample person should not be blamed on Costco itself. Haven't experienced a long line at either food court or checkout. The store is clean AND the bathrooms are clean. Bonus! For the person complaining Costco sucks because they don't always have the same products... well of course not. If you ever see a * symbol on the price tag it's a limited edition item and regular stores (and Sam's Club) does this too. I recommend this Costco, or just about any Costco really. You can save a ton of money on produce, baby stuff ($16 containers of formula, $20 packages of wipes, and cheap diapers?! yes please), meats, and just about everything.

The Costco in general is fine. Same as nearly every Costco I've ever been to. My review is based on their pharmacy. Avoid it. Terrible customer service, paired with a condescending snarky attitude. I won't ever fill a prescription here.

Clean store. 2:00 on a Friday and the lines are pretty busy. A lot of samples were available and polite customer service reps.

We have been Costco members for awhile but didn't use it much because the Dodge location was pretty far from our home and work and it was also always consistently packed, even during off hours like during week days. I was so excited when they opened this new location in LaVista. We now go at least once a month, and also purchase all our prescriptions and our glasses here. Their pharmacy is the best, and I will happily go out of my way to use it. In addition to having good prices, they also fill prescriptions exceptionally fast, and text you reminders for refills which you can refill just by texting back (so convenient!). They have a good selection of high quality and affordable items and have almost anything you could need. We have staples we buy every month including fruit, cheese, dog food, baby wipes, cosmetics, and food items we use in bulk, such as olive oil and spices. We generally buy a few extra things, as well, based on what sales they are running. The best part is that this location is never insanely busy like the other location, even on holiday weekends. We are always able to find a reasonably close parking spot and have no problems navigating through the store. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly and make checking out very easy.

Bad service at the pizza restaurant the guy run the place sold 2 pizzas and left me on wait .i waited 52 minutes and he told me when I bought the pizza it's will be 15 minutes wait.

decent costco. Just wish they would label their "organic" section better. Costco where I lived before (monterey, ca) would have teal colored labels to label their "organic" stuff. You could see it from real far away, without having to go right up to the isle.

This location is worth the extra 10 minutes or so drive from the other Costco. Soooo mellow and easy going. I LOVE Costco no matter what, but this location is so chill and we love it! (The Costco location off Dodge is PACKED with little moving room sometimes, it's like the game Frogger trying to get across the lanes haha!) They also have different selections between the two stores so it's fun to shop both.

Okay, I must admit that I've become a Costco-holic. And now that this new location is open and closer to home, it'll be where I head for my must-haves. Prices are great, the employees are wonderful; the only downside is the crowd in the store from time to time. At first, this location wasn't busy; they would send the tire techs to help the checkers as business was slow. My last couple of trips to the new location have shown a ramped-up interest by the local shoppers, however. If there is one tip I would share regarding Costco, it is this. If you see something on a shelf, and are interested in it, don't tell your self that "I'll keep an eye on it." Just buy it. It probably won't be there the next time you visit, and you can always return your purchase if needed.

Thanks God they opened a Costco by the house! I'm not sure my husband agrees when he sees the bill, but I LOVE it. There are select items I get from Costco and select items I get from Sams. It's all about knowing what to buy, when to buy, and at what store to buy it at when you are trying to buy in buik. This location is extremely clean, well stocked, and has great employees. It opened with a bang and I'm excited it's here!

I LOVE Costco!! If we could be a spokesperson for the company, we would! But the LaVista location has a general manager who has issues not just with his staff (based on their disparaging comments about him) but also with community relations. Why doesn't the general manager give to community organizations? Why won't he come talk to customers? Why does he give the impression he can't be bothered? It hurts us to write this review, Costco is a great place. If ONLY the general manager could be as friendly as the sample ladies. If you like the product, please take it home with you. Awww, they are so sweet. But the general manager? Time to move on buddy.

Just fired Sams Club! They have so much more selection here! And they don't have Stacy Garver as a manager! In the 3 days since we fired Sams this place is always packed! It is also well stocked at all times. Maybe they pay a little better or their employees are just happier? What ever it is, in the short term we are thrilled! Per Sams we spent about $5600 there last year. Looking forward to doing the same at a store 6 miles closer to our home, and possibly being treated as though they would like us to comeback! Quite a difference!

Great selection of wholesale items!! Whether you're looking for basic home supplies or bulk food you can easily find it here. Wasn't originally sold on buying in bulk at first but definitely pays off in the long run! Would give it 5 stars but their in-house food I didn't think was all that great although quite cheap! If you end up getting their home-cooked food I would just go with their strawberry smoothie, for sure the best thing they have. Ps.. Even if bulk items isn't your thing, they do have single unit items you can buy too.. a lot of variety at this food warehouse!

I love Costco. I value the importance of eating an organic diet free of pesticides and other chemicals in my food. Costco offers organic butter, eggs, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, green beans, Ezekiel bread, Hemp seeds, Chia seeds and raw organic honey. I love being able to buy everything I need in one place at an awesome price.

Cody, who assisted us in our membership was very thorough but not pressuring you to avail anything which we really appreciate. We like Costco but as what is expected, you can never get our of here without spending $200 minimum

Agree with Raffy K. It great to have a 2nd choice when going to Costco. It's pretty much the same footprint as the one on Dodge. Same friendly staff and great service.

We are a Costco family, for sure. The Dodge Street location has gotten so out of control, I'm glad the La Vista location opened. Now, La Vista is closer to us and it's so much less crowded. Parking is much more manageable and the gas pumps are easier to get through. The options and layout are exactly the same. Definitely prefer the new location over Dodge.

This store is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful! It's PACKED on the weekends, so weekdays are the time to go if you want time to browse the insane selection of products. Kirkland (the Costco brand) is just as good as any name brand for products I have purchased (paper products, alcohol, clothing, etc.). Their foods are always fresh and well priced (try the chicken salad!) and the food court has a nice selection. I like the chicken bake and smoothie. Overall, I have never been disappointed in either customer service or quality.

Great buys from computers, phones to food to alcohol. You do need a membership but you will save that in just purchasing gas there regularly!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well laid out and easy to find items. The parking lot is smaller than the West Dodge location.

If you see something you may want get it because there is a very good chance you will never see it again once it sells out. SAM's is better when it comes to having consistent stick

Bought a TV a Costco La Vista and a ton of other things, when we got home, we realized that they (Costco) had placed the wrong model TV in our car. Charged us an extra $100. Called them up about it and the girl we spoke to at 2:10 pm on Saturday WAS REALLY RUDE! Took the TV back and when all was said and done, we wasted almost 3 hours on the process. Will never shop there again.

Meat selection has really gone down hill over the past few months. When they first opened there was a ton of prime beef and now there is hardly any. I like to do a lot of smoking and any lesser cuts tend to dry out a lot faster and are much tougher because of this. I called and spoke to a manager about the semi recent lack of selection and was told that people only usually eat prime beef in the winter. I was pretty much like I must not have gotten that memo as I like prime beef throughout the year. I was then told I could another Costco and maybe they'd have some. Piss poor explanation and customer service at this location if you ask me.

I often come to this location to shop for myself and for other through a shopping app. Well today the door man was tempted not to let me in because i did not have a PHYSICAL card (the membership card is on the shoppers app). This has never happened to me before and did i not mention that there were several people walking in not even showing a card. My advice is if having a digital membership card is an issue the maybe Costco should not be apart of this service.

I sometimes can find meat or other products cheaper at other locations, but overall one of the better warehouse stores. Same layout as the one on Dodge street. I come here for gas and produce.

When I lived in Cali I never went to Costco, even though it was 5 min away from me. It wasn't until I moved here and started coming to this location when I discovered how awesome this store is. This place constantly battles my will power and wins. I come in with specific goals to get certain items and leave immediately --- never happens. It sucks that I can fill up their carts as fast as I do.

Nice, newer-ish location. Plenty of parking. Never seems too busy...I've been in Costco locations in Tampa and Portland and a few other places and they are always a madhouse; not this one. My biggest complaint: the foodcourt soda machines need to offer Cherry Coke, Dr. Pepper, or Pibb Xtra. And Churros. They need churros. Wait, does Costco have churros? Maybe it's Sam's that doesn't. Whatever, I have memberships with both and they both need churros!

Great new location to La Vista. Very nice having a second option for a Costco in the Omaha metro area. As others have mentioned, the new location is exactly the same as the one on Dodge, but that makes it easy to find things! The place is constantly clean, friendly staff, and ample parking. Also gotta love the free food samples, and they have plenty of those too!!

Another store for the Omaha area! Same layout as the Dodge store. Costco is a great chain to have locally, they have great products and services available for reasonable prices.

Total bullshit they only have thee electric carts in a new store and this big of a store.

If I could I would give this place one star but I can't. Costco has become my husband mistress ever since it was built in Lavista. It a great store and it always clean!
