"Recently opened off Convoy Street between the Costco Business Center and Target, Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai brings a long, storied Japanese ramen tradition to town: the chain began in Kitakata city in 1958 and now spans more than 60 locations, with a few U.S. outposts in Orange County and the Chicago suburbs. I found the signature Kitakata-style ramen distinctive for its shoyu-based broth made from long-simmered pork bones that is relatively light and clear compared to tonkotsu or miso; the house-made, hand-crumpled noodles have an irregular, curly texture and a softer, silkier chew, and the classic bowl is topped with toro chashu (soy-braised pork belly) with optional add-ons like seasoned egg, boiled Napa cabbage, corn, and tofu. The menu also includes shio (salt) broth spiced with fresh green chilies, spicy miso, and a rich tan tan ramen finished with a slick of spicy garlic oil; there’s a gluten-free noodle option, and the restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner with beer, sake, and starters such as pan-fried gyoza, takoyaki, and karaage." - Candice Woo

Costco. Decent parking. Samples. 1.50$ hot dog and drink. What more is there to know? Will say this Costco is stocked well. Even, when living closer to Tacoma, we would still make the trip to Lacey Costco as it is easier to navigate parking. Great Prosecco for a great deal!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Their attitude towards the consumers are genuine and friendly. The place itself is always in stock with many options to choose from and the prices of the products they sell feels like I'm back in 2010 again; low priced and great condition.

All the staff have always been super helpful and always friendly. Especially during the holidays this has been a blessing. As an example, it's been raining mostly nonstop for weeks. So the carts are wet and people are in a hurry to under cover. I wasn't in a rush, so I let the older folks and the moms with kids go ahead of me to get under the breezeway and there was an employee bringing in a long line of carts, so I waited for him to go by too. He noticed and told me to hold up a second. He pulled a cart that was mostly dry and dried it off all the way for me. Some might think that a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. I wish I could have seen his name badge to thank him by name. He had dark skin and longer dark hair, maybe in braids or locs? I don't know how they do it when the store is so chaotic, but they should know it is noticed and so appreciated.

Love Costco. Pharmacy staff there is phenomenal! They need more accessible parking spaces and motorized carts. I often have to wait for both of these. I wish their commitment to DEI carried over into providing a more accessible experience for their customers with disabilities.

Was able to get an appointment right away to have a tire looked at, as it was leaking air. They did find a puncture and was able to patch it. I had the Costco tire warranty, so it did not cost me any additional money. Of course, I shopped and ate at the food court. I did find a large foam mat for $17 and exactly what I needed. If I had went to Kohl's it would have been $32!

I had a very bad experience at Costco in Lacey today. ***Take note: this is regarding employee Elisabeth working on 12/27/2025 around 4:30 pm. She was one of the receipt checkers at the exit. We had a total of 10 items and she checked the items about 3 times. And from her facial expressions, one would think something was stolen!! We are both professionals with a very high income. We don’t appreciate this type of attitude especially as we spend a lot of our hard earned money at Costco. It is disrespectful to treat customers the way Elisabeth did. Employees should be coached how to treat customers well. Or they will ruin Costco’s reputation. This is harassment. The managers should look into this matter with employee Elisabeth.

It does well what it's designed to do. My only complaint is that sometimes items disappear but they can't carry everything. Since it's just the 2 of us I mostly by non-perishable commodities (i.e. toilet paper) and the occasional treat.
