These Are the Major Food Chains Requiring Masks Right Now | Eater

"One of the first major retailers to roll out a national mask policy in early May, the chain nonetheless continues to face frequent noncompliance and volatile incidents; a widely shared video from July 6 shows an unmasked man in a Florida store — wearing a shirt that reads "Running the World Since 1776" — screaming at the person recording, highlighting enforcement challenges and the danger such encounters pose to employees and shoppers." - Elazar Sontag

By far Costco is being dishonest about its loyalty and healthy options. My husband got us Cashew yesterday, on the front of the bag, it says fancy cashews with sea salt while in reality it is brought of 15 different countries, packed in Vietnam, soaked with peanut OIL and SALT and brought to costco for it’s own profit causing people high blood pressure and high bad colesterol. This is by far is considered GARBAGE not food. Shame and Sad instead of picking healthy options, we eat poison and junks!!!!!! This Cashew tastes the worst, very disappointed with Costco 🥹

Google
Truly excellent merchandise at low prices, with clean, organized aisles and employees who go the extra mile. My membership has almost halfway paid for itself in just one shopping trip. I was particularly impressed with the variety of pet supplies and fresh produce. They had a 2-lb. bag of Bocce's Bakery Bac'n Nutty treats for only $12, which I'm sure is any dog's dream come true. My only complaint is that I had to be careful selecting produce because most of the strawberries had gone moldy.

Always the best place to shop! So much good stuff and the employees seem to know where everything is. Rarely have a problem finding what we need. The pizza is the best at the cafeteria! Rest rooms are always clean. The parking lot is huge, so no parking problems. They have a nice gas station right at one of the entrance. They carry propane by the auto service department. Worth the drive for us to come here for products and prices.

We had a really great visit to this Costco on Gardens Park Blvd in Orlando, Florida today. The quality and freshness of all the deli, fruit, salad kits, and bakery were outstanding (as expected). And all the cashiers and other employees were amazingly helpful and nice! I would especially like to recognize Zebdiel in the liquor store and my 2 cashiers Amy and Fes. It is so nice to go to a Costco in a different state and be treated like family, just like back home in Eagle, Colorado. THANK YOU COSTCO!!!

Google
This Costco is huge. I mean huge! Which is really nice they have a lot of things to go between and they have decent parking. However, there are so many people all the time because of the location that it is like tripping over people constantly. The staff are nice. But it is like Jurassic Park in there. If you do not have time to waste or you do not like being around too much people this is not the location to go to.

Google
My first Costco in Florida, having just moved from the Midwest. Definitely a few things different. I couldn’t find my favorite breakfast sausage or spreadable butter sadly. Otherwise great options, and left with a full cart that came in costing less than I expected. The A/C was much too cold inside for me, especially since it was raining hard outside and impossible not to get wet on the way in. Because of the rain, no one had returned their carts so we had to search for one because there were none available. Staff were great, as always.

I recently got a Costco membership at the Orlando location and it’s been totally worth it. The place is huge, clean, and has a solid mix of groceries, household items, and random finds. The staff is friendly and the lines move fast, especially if you avoid weekends. The food court is a win, especially the hot dog and soda combo. I usually go for groceries but end up leaving with stuff I didn’t plan on buying. Prices are great, especially for gas. Only downside is having to buy in bulk, but it works out even for two people. Overall, it’s one of my favorite spots to shop now and I highly recommend it.

Google
I’ve been a Costco member since 2015 — already 10 years — and this Orlando location is easily one of the best I’ve ever visited. The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything from groceries and electronics to clothing and household items. The staff is helpful, checkout lines move fast, and I truly enjoy the overall shopping experience here. It’s incredibly convenient to shop in bulk, and the quality of their Kirkland products is consistently excellent. The only small downside is that prices seem to rise quite often — it would be great to see more price stability on staple items. But overall, this Costco remains my go-to place for smart shopping and great value.

Yelp
Everything I need in life can be purchased at Costco! They have lots of good deals and as much as people like to complain. I love it there. There are choices in warehouse stores but I feel that Costco has more items I want to purchase. They are in the process of updating their app and adding more features. The app has a warehouse feature where you can select a warehouse and search if an item is in stock and the current price. The prices ending in 97 are being deleted either seasonally or no longer carried. One thing to note is that some warehouses will mark the same item down faster. They do not price match across warehouses. They will do a price adjustment if the item is in stock and for a lower price than you paid. Online is run as a separate business unit and the prices online are usually a couple bucks higher or more because on "most" items it includes shipping fees. They do not price match from store to online and vice versa. A few things I like are their clothing which sometimes are good quality and some times name brand but probably not the same as the inventory in manufacturer's stores. They mark this down on a regular basis sometimes getting to 2.97. I like Costco prepared foods/deli which are good for quick dinners. They have installed these new temperature sensors for the open cold cases. This is great because you are not relying on someone to manually check the temp. I also like the kitchen/appliances, specialty food items, skin care and seasonal items. Lately I try to stay out of the chip and snack aisles. Their gas stations recently changed their hours so they are open way before and until 10 pm after the warehouse closes. Generally it is the cheapest gas around and the warehouse tab in the app displays the current price per location. Their food court which offers pizzas, sandwiches, hot dogs, ice cream and cookies is usually crazy. Especially near the closing time. If you haven't been there in a while you are required to scan your card at the entrance now to get in. This has reduced some of the people who are not members crowding the food court. I still see people trying to sneak in through the return desk. I believe you can buy drugs at the pharmacy if you are not a member but do not get the discount enjoyed by members. They have good prices on pet meds too. Their optical does require a membership and fun fact Costco is the biggest optical vendor in the US. This is a huge money saver, as well as the tires, home appliances and furniture. The nice thing about Costco is they will refund your membership fee if you are not satisfied. Also they have a lenient return policy but lately they have been tightening it up on the outrageous returns. They have a new president driving change but hopefully keeping all the features that make customers loyal.

Yelp
Came at 7:30pm and had a good experience! As usual, came out buying more than I needed. A little disappointed all the samples concluded for the night, not even offered by the snacks! Highlight of the trip was finding Bark toys for our dog that were Costco themed! OMG so cute. Looking forward to my next visit!

Yelp
This is a great costco. Always clean and lots of employees. They are always having samples of something no matter the day or time. I've gone pretty late during the week and they still had samples. This one is busy like all costcos, but if you go during the week it's not as bad just to grab some items and get out quick.

Yelp
I have never had any issues here. This Costco is very close to a popular mall. They handle the various visitors from around the world very well. Service is excellent Great value of the food is Costco standard! I walked around the store and the selection of items were unique in comparison from other Costco locations around the state of Florida.

Yelp
I love Costco SO much! The selection is amazing and the process are GREAT. I love buying in bulk! I usually buy staples and I just put the excess in a cabnet or closet somewhere. Since its the holidays, there are a ton of extra stuff like gift baskets, chocolates, books and toys. One underrated offering from Costco is the alcohol. There is actually quite a large selection!

Yelp
We have Costco in NC but I had only been once years ago. Visiting this Costco gave me an idea of what the store is all about. Overall this location was very organized and there were employees walking around constantly cleaning which was appreciated. The location was extremely crowded which made me weary upon arrival but it worked out. This Costco also has a liquor store attached to it. It's not a large liquor store maybe 20 selections at most.
google avatar

Eugene Z.

Yelp
Costco is an experience (good and bad). The good news is quality is unbeatable with probably the best return policy/warranty process out there. You can be sure that anything you purchase here is of great quality at a great price. Of course, everything is in bulk so it's best if you have a family. There are many must haves (too many to list and better to just google those). They always have seasonal items and the discounts are just the cherry on top. If you need help there are always crew members roaming the store. As many reviews have already suggested there is NO scan and go like Sams so don't complain. The lines are most likely super long even on weekdays. So you can definitely expect a long wait time to check out. However, most cashiers are super fast (only to be beat by Aldi cashiers).

Yelp
I'm a big fan of Costco, especially the stores in Florida that sell spirits. They have their own brand called Kirkland and I must say that they rival their high end competitors but they are much cheaper and in certain cases, even better tasting. They have a great selection of clothing at reasonable prices for what is offered. This is a well managed store and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you're in the area, check out this Costco.

Bob D.

Yelp
We became members without testing the waters. It's our greatest regret. The staff is rude and incompetent. Several of the items they advertised at a great price were not in stock. The bathrooms are filthy and the food service area was equally bad. Do not join.

Yelp
Love COSTCO! Service is always stellar, quality is great, prices are wonderful- just wish there was one that wasn't an hour + drive away! Please build in Lakeland!

Yelp
Maybe because it's Friday but this Costco was super busy and crowded. It was packed inside. I was lucky to get some samples because don't we all love that at Costco!? We got some rotisserie chickens which my dog is loving. Lots of fresh produce. Even busy the check out was very fast. Getting out of the parking lot was the bad part, horrible slow and long wait to just get out.

Yelp
I've been shopping at warehouse clubs for decades, & appreciate all they have to offer. I've only recently been a Costco member, having just recently renewed my annual membership here for the first time. I waited to renew because I wasn't sure I wanted or needed a 2nd membership, but I did miss some of the products they offer, so I caved & renewed my "executive" membership. A few things I like are their variety & quality of products, & frequent introduction of new & seasonal items. I love their sales & their gas prices that are usually unmatched anywhere close by. I have the Costco Visa card also, so I do appreciate the cash back feature. Unfortunately there are many more items that I'm less pleased with. Their annual cost is higher than competitors, with less benefits to members, so this is the reason I questioned renewing. I've come to really enjoy many features that my other club offers that Costco doesn't, so I go into it knowing that I will likely only use this membership a few times during the year. A few things to note, the club is CRAZY busy and difficult to navigate on weekends & certain other times - usually when I'm there. If I can't go early in the morning when they open, I try not to go. And the gas station is tough too, it's hard to find a time it's not busy - but again, the gas prices are good, warranting a delay. Their location is a challenge to begin with, it's SUCH a congested area, I really have to be in need to muster up the desire to head out that way. Also, I wish they would post in-store prices on their app/website - they list prices for shipped items, or no prices at all. I like to be organized & have a list together before I head out the door for a more quick (usually not there), efficient trip, but not having all the facts makes this difficult. Also, other clubs offer free shipping for upgraded memberships, free curbside pickup, and self checkout through an app when shopping in-store. The checkout lines are insane here, so this would be a really fantastic option to have! Finally, after deciding to renew my membership, and patiently wading through the massive crowds of a Sunday afternoon (I expected it so I made sure I had plenty of time), I was very surprised to see the amount of increase to the costs of their products. I realize the cost of everything has increased, but it just seemed excessive to me here. I don't know if I'm not keeping up with things or if they're taking advantage of the times, but it's definitely a bit much. Anyway, I have a new membership so I'll see how the year goes. I'll do my part to shop at less busy times & make sure I have time to be patient & do comparison shopping while I'm there. Keeping my fingers crossed...

Yelp
Costco, in general, had really gone downhill. Their products are slowing degenerating, and their produce it bitter and like plastic. Their baked goods are cheaply made of low-quality ingredients. Keeping in mind that Costco's CEO received a total compensation package worth $12.2 million in 2024, last time I went to the Orlando Costco, I had to change out several vine tomato's because so many had gone bad. When I checked out, the cashier counted my tomato's and told me I had 13 tomatoes, and we could only have 12. This sounds like sometime right out of a Charles Dickens novel.

Yelp
This Costco is pretty good and is on the newer side. Time flies so it could be 10 years old for all I know, but it feels newer. The location is terrible in the Millenia area of town not too far from the Mall and if you've ever been, you know that area can get congested. And I never parked close EVER at this one. Some people do as there are cars near the door, but they might just not move their cars since they got such an excellent spot. This one has a liquor store (separate entrance) which is always a good thing. My regular Costco does not so I venture out to check on the other ones in the area to look for a good deal. Nothing against this Costco, but why don't they build them all the same? So annoying when you're at a different one and things are just located in different places than what you're used to. Just an observation... Costco is what Costco is and this one fits the bill and has Gas, Liquor, Food Court, Pharmacy, and Free Samples. Bring a cooler if you're buying frozen or cold stuff as you never know how long it will take you to get home.

Yelp
Horribly run store, lines are 20 people deep to check out at 1030, why,why doesn't Costco have scan and pay like Sam's club??????? And then have people up front instead of manning registers?

sinh t.

Yelp
Too crowded, hard to find a parking space. The Asian woman serving Boa buns samples was very nasty today, could not smile, could not talk. She did look happy at all that people came to taste her samples. Not sure if I want to come back to this location
google avatar

Yelp
Worst rotten hours. All I wanted to do was buy one thing. I worked until 6. NEVER RENEWING THIS ROTTEN MEMBERSHIP. And no one will even care about this anyway. Rotten service!!!!

Yelp
The optical department is AMAZING!!!! My husband and I are here on our honeymoon and I had a contact break this morning right before universal studios. I called costco on our way over to the park and the SWEETEST worker set my prescribed contacts to the side and I got to go in grab them and leave! THEY SAVED MY TRIP FR I OWE THEM MY LIFE
google avatar

Imee G.

Yelp
The store is packed on Friday afternoon and I don't even mind that because it's the only one near me. However, when checking out at the self service it's hard to use big items when there is no hand held scanner and the employee standing next to me didn't even help me when I had to scan a paper towel and bathroom tissue. I don't even know why they are there just standing and doesn't even want to help and when I ask someone to help with the muffins she seems annoyed. I love Costco but Customer Service needs improvement. And why there is no hand held scanner if your employees don't want to do their job???

Yelp
I have been a fairly new member of Costco, near Millenia Mall, Orlando. I am reviewing the Costco brand of toilet paper. The rolls have been made with very poor quality control ! You can't even start the first sheet or two, to get a new roll going. It's like glued down. Next, you cannot tear off the sheets properly, without ripping little strips. The perforation is defective. You cannot get a proper tear from these rolls. Please fix this problem, or it's back to Angel Sift toilet tissues I go.

JJ J.

Yelp
Costco checkout - OLD Tech!! LOW tech!! Cut DIY checkout to 1/3 by giving people the hand held scanners! No need to unload each item, swipe, deposit in the bag area, and reload each item. Just scan and go. Also get the overhead scanner for exiting customers to eliminate the long exit lines. (Go visit the check out at Sam's Clubs.)

Tim K.

Yelp
Whenever I checkout at COSTCO, I look for Joey Bringle behind the cash register. He's the most likable guy you'll ever see working in a store. He has all the professional duties covered in spades, such as efficiency, customer service, etc., but beyond those duties, he's always cheerful, funny, and has a spirit about him that's contagious. Joey's been a standout at COSTCO for over 38 years. Everyone knows he loves his customers and his co-workers, and they love him. He's a major reason I shop at this COSTCO, and the main reason I'm giving this store 5 Stars. The next time you're in the COSTCO, near Mall at Millenia, give a shoutout to Joey. He's the Real Deal!
google avatar

Nicole E.

Yelp
I had 30 miles to empty. Time to fill up 2.63/gallon today. Not too busy this evening. We were able to pull up to a pump immediately. Filled up the tank for $44.
google avatar

Michelle F.

Yelp
This Cosco is conveniently located close to the Mall of Millennia so it is an extremely busy spot. The selection of product is great and there is also a separate liquor store attached. I was able to start my Christmas shopping and impact that long list of gifts. We picked up two hot dogs and two pops for a total of 3.00 on the way out. Where can you do that anymore?
google avatar

Rachelle M.

Yelp
This was my first time to this Costco and let me tell you! Hold on for a bumpy ride lol! It's insanely busy.I mean I moved from Texas and I know busy but this Costco is a whole other level! The parking lot is great is next to crumble cookies! Also it's so crowded lol,OK So Costco is one of my favorite places on earth I managed to grab some hot rotisserie chicken just out of the oven and they sell them fastbhwre so grab them as soon as you can! We got some pre-made mac and cheese from deli are near the chicken to take home and bake and it's was delicious! The blueberry muffins were a great price and I love all.of the variety! The electronics there are a great price I saw so many people buying TVs there! We also bought some organic ground beef,Lots of fruits and vegetables and grass fed butter! ALSO if you need cookware they have great cookware and appliances!
google avatar

Stacy F.

Yelp
This location is always busy and the parking lot is a bit chaotic, but it definitely has a ton to offer, especially if you have little ones! We decided to sign-up for a membership recently due to the need for snacks for the little ones school lunches, as well as, for home - paper products, cleaning products, bulk diapers and wipes, etc. They have a huge layout but it's pretty easy to navigate. I do wish that they had better signage for what's within each different aisle, but it's not a huge deal. The groceries are mostly to the right side of the building, while electronics, clothing, and other products are mostly to the left side. I do enjoy looking around at all the new items they offer in the mostly mid-section, especially the toys and books that have great pricing. Our biggest downer here is that they sometimes try to use a 'generic' member card at checkout which is annoying as we have the premier membership and get 6% back on purchases and need our own card scanned instead of a generic. Overall: A Solid bulk shopping with different items each time. You may wish to download the app so you can be in the 'loop' on what's a great deal that week.

Delanee B.

Yelp
Worst customer experience in the tire center with Matthew. I understand that Costco has certain policies they have to enforce but there's a way to do this professionally and this was not the case here.

Yelp
My husband likes to joke that Costco is my church, I go to Costco often... this location near millenia mall is always busy but not so much that you are uncomfortable while shopping. Employees are friendly and helpful, food is fresh and they always have something new for me to purchase and try at home. My favorite rule for Costco is that if you purchase something you don't like you can always return it, so when I see the random products that I sort of want to try but am scared they will not be good I still purchase them and I have to say I have yet to return anything because the products always are good. Lucky me! My favorite part is that during the holidays they bring in toys at competitive prices, very helpful! I love their flower selection and the prices are very competitive and flowers are FRESH! I also send flower arrangements online every year to my mother in law and also for funerals, again you get 3 times the amounts of flowers for the same price you would somewhere else and the flowers are always perfection. They do have a small food court with their famous deal of the hot dog and soda for under 1.50 always have pizza and some sort of ice cream sundae. Good location, lovely staff and lots of parking. I am a Costco fanatic.
google avatar

Scott G.

Yelp
My wife and I absolutely love coming to costco, however I'm not sure if my wallet does! I love wandering around the store and seeing what new seasonal items are in stock and what items are on sale. Is Costco is a fairly large Costco and does have a gas station which is very nice since it is usually cheaper than any other gas station around. Fortunately the parking is not the easiest as Costco is always packed the parking lot is oddly shaped. It does have a fairly large liquor store attached to it as well. I really enjoy going to Costco in the middle of the day to try to fight the crowds as much as possible and eating lunch there. The cafeteria is open currently and the pizza is always phenomenal! On our most recent trip we picked up a few holiday gifts including couple wine Advent calendars for ourselves and family. These Advent calendars are great gifts and are so fun to open each night to see which type of wine is next on our list to drink. Unfortunately the beer Advent calendar was not in stock when we came, however we were able to pick up a couple different wine ones and are excited to start in a few days.

Yelp
I typically globally love Costco but this location decided to close earlier on the evening for group was suddenly visiting Orlando.
google avatar

Arelys Q.

Yelp
I love coming to this Costco. It has a great selection of products you can buy in bulk. Although they have a few items that are more expensive than Sam's Club ( I shop at both warehouses). I usually buy my produce and meats here. Their quality of meats and produce is superb. Their gas prices are also cheap, there is always a line to pump your gas every time I go.
google avatar

Geoff H.

Yelp
This was the worst Costco that I have been to for customer service. Staff was rude and unhelpful. We simply got what we wanted and got out of the store quickly. I usually really enjoy Costco but this one I would not recommend.

Dominique J.

Yelp
Stopped by to grab a slice of pizza on my way home from work and ended up getting a migraine to go along with my slice. As I entered the front door I noticed only certain people were getting stopped to check for membership. Of course I was one of the ones that got stopped. The gentleman at the door was nice enough and let me in and directed me towards the food court as well as where to purchase membership since I didn't have my own yet, and my aunt who I usually come with wasn't around. As there was a line, I went to the food court first to buy a pizza and grab membership while I wait on it to be cooked. I put my order in the kiosk and an associate rushed over and cancelled my order from the kiosk and said I needed to do membership first. I have never seen membership be checked at the kiosk and I've ordered plenty of pizza's from this location. We had a bit of a back and forth as this seemed like a lot over a simple pizza. Thought maybe i'm making too much out of it, seems right to get the membership first....even though it seemed odd for them to come check only me about it to begin with. I quickly purchased a membership then came back to the food court to order the pizza and was still given pushback. Showed the associate my membership info in the costco app and was still told that I wasn't a member, despite the payment confirmation, email confirmation from costco stating I had membership and completed verification in the costco app. I watched a dozen or more people go to the same kiosk and the same few associated didn't seem to feel the need to check anyone else's membership. It seemed to me that certain people were not welcome to become members, regardless of buying the membership. The pizza is pretty good, not worth the headache at all.
google avatar

Helen Y.

Yelp
Always have a lots of people I love their food count Too many people are there all the time Make me headache
google avatar

Pamela H.

Yelp
I love, love, love Costco! Even if I go there for one thing I have to grab a cart, because I ultimately find a dozen other things I didn't need, but am determined to purchase. The membership is worth the money you save on automotive, paper products, fruits, meats, veggies, books and toys, furnature, jewelry, electronics, house wear, wine, clothes, flowers....you get it. I love their pharmacy and photo center too. Passport photos are deliciously cheaper than any place else. I'm addicted. Not unlike any other Costco, its best to get there early and try to avoid the weekends, otherwise you really need to put your patience hat on to look for parking, maneuver around the aisles without having a collision, and to wait in the long checkout lines. To their defense, they move people through the line pretty efficiently. Don't forget to grab a slice, or a hot dog before you leave. You can get a good lunch for cheap.
google avatar

Luis V.

Yelp
I was never a big Costco/ club fan at first. It was just always two people in the house so I didn't need much food or items especially in bulk size. Over time it really grew on me from the samples, discount on gas and even the little food court. It soon became a one stop shop for me even with my car. I still go to other places for small items, but can always count on Costco for items I needed meal prep or had a family surprise visit. Even the liquor store has great deals as I can find some good whiskey and alcohol for a decent price. Will be back always when my gas and pantry is empty.
google avatar

Bryan S.

Yelp
Waited in long line to checkout (understanding it's holidays and expecting the longer wait) After we get through, 3 employees, all guys maybe 25-35 years old simply talking and not scanning our items. I have to ask, and they decide not to scan me through. I asked what's up, they said to just go to another line. I asked if they were gonna assist since I just waited in such a long line. 3 grown men look at me and one says, "nah man, just go find another line" Nothing better than knowing to offer grace in these situations only to find trash service. What a terrible way to end our Costco membership since '07.
google avatar

Mandi S.

Yelp
Love Costco and that it's close to home. Great prices on things like bottled water and fresh fruits and vegetables. The fruits and veggies typically last longer than at some of the surrounding grocery stores. Staff have always been cordial. Fast and efficient at checkout. Staff verifies people are wearing masks and limit entry. Staff wear masks and use sanitizer between customers for the most part. Distancing isn't really enforced, but there is only so much they can do.
google avatar

Laura G.

Yelp
I have a membership at Costco, BJ's Wholesale and Sams Club. Each wholesale club offers something that the other doesn't so I shop at all of them. Although I am only in Costco a couple of times a year. Even though I am not a regular customer of Costco they by far give the greatest amount of pressure to upgrade your membership. While trying to renew my membership this year and add a family member to my account I was forced to stand for almost fifteen minutes listening to a hard sell solicitation. I don't want their credit card and I don't want to buy the highest level of membership. What I want is for the associates to realize that my financial decisions are not up for debate. After shopping I was once again solicited by the cashier to upgrade my account. I was told that my account was flagged for her to solicit me because of the amount of money that I am spending there. Since I only shop here a couple of times a year this seems highly unlikely. All of this is useless rambling on their part because no means no.

Yelp
The place was crazy busy, we picked up a bolt in a tire while on vacation and had to get it fixed. Victor took us right in and with a very short wait we had a fixed tire and we were on our way. Not that impressive right??? It was the attitude and the way that he handles the situation that was impressive, he never hesitated, he just said there will be a wait and got right on it. This is one example of many that keep me coming back and using Costco as my choice for shopping.

Yelp
I have to tell you about the humiliating and infuriating experience I had last night at this location. I was meeting my husband at Costco with our 4 children. He was ten minutes behind me so he said to go in and start feeding the kids. I didn't have our card, he did. So I went to walk in anyway. I was stopped. I explained the situation and showed him the photo of the card. He wouldn't accept it. He said go into the side with customer service. The customer service line was extending way out the back and I have small kids with me. It's the coldest it's been in Florida all year: they are all freezing. So I went to walk in the exit like I've done many times before because it's closer to the food. We were stopped there as well. So I waited for my husband standing as close to the entrance as possible for warmth. A manager happened to come out. I had asked to speak with a manager but they didn't call anyone. These two men were extremely combative. Thankfully a manager just happened to walk by the door and I explained the situation. Before I could even finish he walked me and my small kids out of the cold and into the warehouse. He apologized and said how they don't accept pics of cards to PURCHASE but that those men should have accepted it to enter the warehouse. By that time my husband was there before I even made it back to the food area. It was just an avoidable humiliating experience. I was treated as tho I was stealing merchandise. I can understand if they were just taking their job to the letter and misinterpreted what was and wasn't accepted to enter. HOWEVER They didn't even offer me to wait just inside in the warmth. They took no pity even on toddlers. I never want to come to that location ever again. I feel like cancelling our membership because of it.

Yelp
Location sucks. We love Costco just as much as the next 5+ person family, and while this location is clean and usually has enough tellers to make checkout not excruciating, the location makes going here a chore. Millenia area is a nightmare to get around. Traffic and tons of one-way-in/out strip malls. Costco unforgettable can't escape the burden of the areas traffic. I try to avoid or try another location.

Yelp
After converting the other Costco and making it a "Business Center Costco", parking is atrocious. People park I. The loading dock area or the grass behind the building. The lines to check out sometimes stretch halfway to the back of the store. They seriously need to convert the Business Center Costco back into a real Wholesale store to split the crowds. I originally came to do a return and then went shopping. I left without buying anything since it was too crowded. I also don't plan to shop at Costco online either since returning anything is so horrible. The only positive was the employees.

Yelp
There's two different stores that I go to and the experience is different in each. The store off university boulevard is my preference just because parking is much easier, the tire shop is outside the main store so it's quicker to get service done. The store near the milliania mall is difficult to park at and is always crowded, but they have a liquor store outside the main store where service is quicker. I like the products both carry even though one may run out of something oftentimes the other will have it. They are always clean, the hot dogs are good at both and the staff is knowledgeable and efficient at both. Joining is worth it if you can store the large portions of product.

Yelp
This Costco is moving in the wrong direction from an ADA perspective. It appears that they blocked off and lined out about half of what would normally be handicap parking spaces. There aren't usually enough to begin with. I need van parking, which is here all but non existent.

Yelp
Love this Costco, they have variety of different items. They have Asian food items and it is on a rotation so there are different items in the store. If you see something you like , you have to buy it quick , because you may not find it next time you come. I like to come every weekend and try their samples, it is like a amusement park and it is slightly different each time you come in. Certain items are cheaper to buy it in bulk but some items are more expensive, you have to know the prices around the area to know which items are cheaper to buy in Costco. I always get gas there after I shop to maximize my membership saving potential.

Yelp
JK on the one star review. I love Costco 5+ stars but that drive to get there is 4+ less stars. Ugh! Costco, if you're listening (in this case reading this), open a Costco in the Clermont/Groveland area, we need and want you near us! All we have is BJ's and they just don't compare to you. We promise to breakup with BJ's as soon as you open your beautiful doors to us. Consider this an open invitation, or better yet, a proposal! I love you Costco!

Yelp
I like this store, it's clean, not crazy busy and great selection. Why the 2 stars then? The employees here are RUDE! I have been here 3 times and every single visit has had a nasty employee. I don't understand why. I go to Costcos all over the US and have been to a few others here in Central Florida and have never encountered such rudeness at any Costco. :(
