Google
This Costco location is solid! They scan your membership card right at the entrance, and at checkout. Inside, it’s the usual Costco magic – huge selection of everything you could need, from groceries to clothes to electronics. It’s perfect for weekly shopping, especially if you’re stocking up for a family or just like having things in bulk. I’ve even bought major appliances here and had a great experience – good prices, smooth process, and solid customer service. Definitely one of those places where you walk in for “just a few things” and end up in their food court right after.

The store was bustling with excited shoppers! The food promotions were great😍 I'm really interested in the new camping equipment. The best part of the experience was our new membership🤠 #RideAlvinExpressTaxi🚕

Even though this location is only almost 10 years old it looks and feels 15 years older than the nearby Sam's Club which is about 3 years older. First the positives: The rotisserie chicken is delicious. They have a HUGE selection of Asian food items and ingredients. They have cheeses and a handful of other items that I can't find at Sam's. They support Black owned, women-owned owned and POC owned businesses. This is why I purchased a membership this year. Ordering from the hot deli is super easy. You can buy cupcakes in smaller quantities. I think it was a dozen. No one is trying to sell me services such as electricity or satellite TV. The pepperoni pizza from the deli is really good. The negative: It's backwoods trailer park. From the moment you walk in it doesn't feel welcoming. It feels like a really old outdated store on "that" side of town. It's overdue for a remodel. It's very dimly lit. As a visually impaired person makes reading labels is a strain. Bakery selections are limited. However, the croissants are huge for a great price. The prices overall aren't that great. Some run neck and neck with Sam's however with Sam's Scan n Go the extra 2 cents is no big deal. The selection of fresh fruit and vegetables are expensive and limited. Quite a bit of the stone fruit was bruised and over-ripe. Broken and damaged product displays. One of the nonfood items that I saw on social media and was interested in purchasing was on display, broken. Other items were also in not the best shape. They only take Visa. The selections at the hot deli is extremely limited. Beverage cups are quite small. Will I shop there again? Maybe. I want to get the most out of my membership and I really want to like it.

My family loves Costco! It’s conveniently located for west Pearland residents. Costco always has the best gas prices, healthy food options, and great customer service. I’m happy to see more variety recently in the food selections, hoping it continues to stay that way. The produce has been better as well. Keep up the great work Costco!

Google
I can’t say anything too bad about this place besides it’s always crowded. They have delicious pizza, always in stock with items I need. Almost 99% of time there’s a long checkout line. Parking lot always packed but good amount of parking. The customer service desk always has a line and long wait time.

Google
Unfriendly and Unhelpful Staff: The customer service is lacking across the board, including from the assistant store manager and general manager. There’s a noticeable lack of initiative or care to improve the customer experience. It feels like they’re just clocking in—no accountability, no courtesy. 2. Disorganized Checkout Process: On busy weekends, the queuing system becomes pure chaos. People regularly cut in line with no guidance or intervention from staff. It’s frustrating to see such a large operation ignore basic flow control. 3. Constant Stock Issues: Many essential products are frequently out of stock. Items like ginger and certain frozen goods are rarely available. Whether this is due to poor local management or regional planning, it’s unacceptable for a store of this size and volume. 4. Self-Checkout Lacks Oversight: The self-checkout area is understaffed and poorly managed. Employees seem disinterested and undertrained, leaving customers to deal with machine errors and line confusion on their own.

I truly love Costco so much and this location in particular has been my go to until I witnessed a crazy and horrible interaction on Wednesday 6/25. I was walking on by and witnessed a customer just going off on the employees at the T-Mobile kiosk. It was very extra and certainly uncalled for, those poor employees were just getting yelled at and threatened by an unhinged customer. Not at all did I see any staff from Costco come and try to help the interaction between the employees and that customer. That is horrible, I mean if it would’ve escalated then what? Costco needs better management and perhaps security for situations such as that. Long story short never going back to that Costco if anything may switch to Sam’s plus their pizza is better so that’s definitely a bonus. Also if I could’ve given no stars definitely would’ve. Sorry not sorry

Google
Went in to Costco for a simple price match and the first two employees I interacted with were so professional. However, a manager or supervisor… I believe Priscilla was her name, came into the conversation with so much attitude and disregard for our loyalty to Costco. I had proof of purchase, the two different prices clearly documented and the floor price sign was missing on their part, after wasting an hour of our time, she chalked all of that up to, “you can return the item instead of getting the price matched”. A very lazy employee indeed. Glad we are switching to Sam’s club next month.

Yelp
Quick $1.50 hot dog lunch that comes with a drink. The hot dog is large and you can add your condiments. They only have ketchup, mustard, relish and onions so I went in and bought sauerkraut. And yes, you do have to be a member to go in.

Yelp
I LOVE YOU! My sweet Costco. I moved into my house to be near you. I visit you weekly (if not two or three times a week). You help me with my house, you help me with kid birthday presents, Christmas gifts, class parties, flowers for my table, my groceries, samples for my crying kids and fulfill 90% of my shopping needs these days. THANK YOU COSTCO. Never change. Signed, A very typical suburban mom of three

Yelp
Coming from Sams Club membership, I just find it crazy that I can buy taco sauce and seasoning from a place, but not the taco shells. Yes, that is my first argument for not liking Costco. I can give more in depth anaylis such as not being as many name brands available compared to Sams Club. I saw alot of Kirkland products, which I'm use to seeing in Aldi. Things I would typical find at Sams Club...I couldnt find here like Turkey sausage or Activia. Was really disappointed in this discovery and already turned off my auto renewal because I was really hard pressed to find what I needed. Most importantly, yiu can NOT finr anyone to ask a question at all. You see more of the sample crew members available than people that work the floor. I literally had to just run into someone face and just wave them down to get a question answered about taco shells. lol Plus when I was checking out, I had to wait forever for someone to come assist. They had several crew members running around helping other customers but even with my light on at the register that informed anyone that I needed help, they still passes by. One person even looked at me and walked away. I almost left all my items at the register and left. At least at Sams Club I could check my own stuff out through the app and avoid the lines and be my own customer service because clearly you won't receive it at Costco. If you ever wondered if Costco was better than Sams...it is NOT and the membership is way cheaper. I'm just glad I got this membership through Groupon and $45 of it was able to spend in store, so I really only paid $20 for it. A deal? Not when the service and choices are horrible.

Yelp
I've maintained that I've never met a Costco that I didn't like, which certainly applies to this Pearland location. The only things that I've noticed here that don't apply at the other stellar locations around the city is subpar customer service and lacking inventory. I realize that all locations are usually catered to their surrounding neighborhoods, but I've found more basic stuff than anything else. If we're going purely on looks, everything checks off: the exterior is well maintained and even still looks new'ish, the bathrooms are clean, and the rest of the warehouse looks organized. Even the parking isn't that much of an issue even on the weekends, which is a great thing. However, I've noticed they're not as big in sporting goods or well stocked with Asian foods as the Richmond location or have the killer bakery items and extensive holiday decor like the Webster location. I've found more pet-friendly inventory and clothing choices at the Katy location, but maybe there's a method to the madness on Costco's end. I do appreciate the occasional wine tastings and the fact the gas station moves way quicker here than the other spots, so there's that. Sadly, the biggest drag has been their customer service. The membership team sometimes look like they can't be bothered (hence, I'd rather return my purchases at a different store) and half the time I can't flag down folks that seem to want to help me locate something. Even when checking out, the cashiers seem to get the line moving than they are being friendly. I'm all for efficiency, but even a smile goes a long way. This certainly does not apply to everyone, but these mishaps have happened more than in their sister locations. At the end of the day, Costco is still Costco and when in Pearland and on the hunt for a Kirkland branded anything, this is likely where I'll be.

Yelp
I love Costco! I got to visit this Pearland location. It seems newer and pretty clean. Typical of Costco, it was busy. The parking lot was full. I finally got a spot after waiting for someone to leave all the way in the back. I thought liquor was only sold in liquor stores in Houston. I saw wine inside this Costco. The food court is also inside. It was nice to see the $1.50 hot dog + drink deal. This is one establishment in Houston where I see toilet seat covers in the women's restroom. In my experience, it doesn't seem to be a standard, so I was surprised to see that. No one cares, but too bad - this is my 1300th review!

Yelp
If you like buying a lot, this place has to be your choice! :) Great selections from foods to home stuffs! Since it's wide and big you can get your exercise done by enjoying shopping Come get your stuffs Cheers

Yelp
Was super excited to support Costco with my new membership however my recent experience upon them opening in the morning was not enjoyable. The attitude of the employees was less than pleasant or helpful. Particularly the service from a supervisor Glory was not the best. While she greeted and smiled at other patrons, she did not greet us as customers once at her register. The difference was noticeable and made me feel like I don't want to shop at Costco. I only supported them because of their commitment to DEI initiatives but that can change if staff isn't treating all patrons the same. I'll keep going for now but if it becomes a pattern then I'm out!

Yelp
A friendly Costco that is nothing special. There is a standard selection of goods and products at slightly higher prices - but obviously in bulk. I still find their prices to be on the higher end - regardless. Great place to go once in a while!

Glen W.

Yelp
It has a lot of options, the bakery ideas are very good, plus a wide selection of wines

Savanna K.

Yelp
I this location. This location is still fairly new to the location, and I absolutely love that it's close proximity to Sam's Club. With that being said, I wished they would have kept the appearance of the interior in more tip top shape. It's gotten a bit run down, and the floors need to be refinished. Stockup when they have their monthly sale, you won't regret it, and the prices are unbeatable. You get more organic based items here. I enjoy the selections of Asian food items here, and like how they can carry the same items for long period of time without having to rotate it out. If you want selection and your usual staples such as Chosen Avocado Oil Spray which I always stockup on you need to come here

Julia S.

Yelp
I went to Costco for their Black Friday sale, it was a very busy day and the employees were helping everyone. I had a question about a display that was out because it didn't look like they had any product left and I asked Jordan (I apologize if I misspelled) for help, he was helping another customer and let me know he'd be back to help me. He came back, went to double check they had the product and carried the very heavy item to my cart! He was very nice and had great customer service. Thank you Jordan!

Yelp
We are currently Sam's club members but since our membership was about to be renewed, I wanted to check out Costco before staying with Sam's. I spoke with one of the ladies at the service desk if we could look around before making a decision. I assumed she would just say "yes" but I have to say, she walked me around a bit and talked to me about the benefits of having a Costco membership. (More than I expected and was very appreciative of her going above and beyond). First off, Costco membership starts at $60, Sam's was $45. With that said, I personally wasn't overly impressed with Costco. I mean, their prices were nearly the same as Sam's club. (The lady I spoke to said the prices BEAT Sam's club. Unfortunately, she was mistaken. I found a few products that were identical at Sam's club for LESS.) Our family eats mostly whole, unprocessed foods: meats, veggies, fruits, eggs... I noticed more PRODUCTS at Costco. For instance, lots of "keto" products: keto snacks, keto candies, keto cereal, keto this and keto that. Well, unfortunately we have no use for any of those. Maybe other people do. We'd stick to the meat and produce sections and the prices there didn't seem that great. We wandered around the non-food aisles and again, I wasn't overly impressed with their "low" prices. Didn't seem like amazing deals. Maybe I came at the wrong time... inflation is out of control right now and prices are up everywhere. So for now, I'm still giving 3-stars because I'm sure all these products are great for other families. There is a great variety... unfortunately, not helpful for us.

Yelp
Absolutely terrible service from Ashley - supposedly the manager. Returning two supplements. The initial staff was unable to pull up membership, by name or phone number. Then they said unable to find supplements. Ashley said the clerk did not scan membership if it was bought with gift card that's why it's not in system. She said it's my fault that I did not ask clerk to scan my membership. She then changed her tune and then put her words in my mouth saying I said that. How would I know about running something as 99 etc. Talk about manipulation and gaslighting and wasting customer time, worst Costco experience would not recommend this location

Yelp
Always friendly but yet always busy. Sweet spot of lines and parking is during week. So many samples on fridays too

Yelp
I truly love shopping at Costco, but the customer service at this location is horrible. On more than one occasion, I've encountered a rude associate. How bad does Costco have to treat their employees for them to be so miserable.

Yelp
My heathen children have a love hate relationship with Costco. They love the fact that they can get pizza at the end of our visit. They also love going into the produce and dairy areas because in their words "ohhhhh yay its so chilly!!". Now they don't care for the fact that Costco has no toys! OH, the HORROR!! They settle with a new book to read or an actively/coloring book. That's if I'm willing to buy them something. We have bought so many items from Costco! Our sectional sofa, an accent chair, spice rack w/spices, dish drying rack, makeup mirror, digital kitchen scale, and even our filtered water pitcher is a Kirkland item. Everything is mid to top range on these items. We absolutely love our sofa and accent chair the most. We also have the executive membership that offers cash back on all purchases, so at the end of the year we get a check! For 2019 we got a check for $37! Not bad at all. All of the produce has always been super fresh and ripe, we've not had one problem with any of our food purchases. I don't know what the deal is with their gallons of milk, but it is seriously the best milk we have found. Its just so much better than the typical grocery stores milk. It last longer and doesn't seem watered down like others. Costco is the only place we purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. It just makes more sense to do this with the amount you get for the price. Overall, we really enjoy our local Costco.
google avatar

Ngoc H.

Yelp
I'm not suing I'm a Costco snob but I do know my Costco and love visiting different Costco anywhere I go. I'm in Houston and gotta say this Costco is lacking some items. Pastries we normally get not available. Asian items I'm used to not available. Overall I wasn't impressed but did enjoy my experience.

Yelp
I have been using Costco tires since 1990. When I moved to Houston several years ago there was not a Costco near me so one car has discount tires on it. The car with Costco tires picked up a nail and I went to put the spare tire on and it was flat Point of knowledge for all of you with older cars; check the condition of the valve stem in the spare donut tire! Mine had rotted and leaked, and the tire would not hold air. When I went to Costco, they repaired the standard tire that it picked up a nail, but refused to replace the valve stem in my donut spare. Very very Un-Costco like. I went to a local tire shop and for $15 they replaced the valve stem with a new one. I'll be taking my other older car to discount to see if they will replace the valve stem on my donut spare for the other car. Will let you know .

Yelp
Very nice organized and clean, guest services helped me with all of my needs. Highly recommend visiting and joining.

Yelp
This Costco is a very busy area of Pearland. It is a relatively newer location and is kept clean and up-to-date. The lines do get pretty long and so the wait time can be pretty extensive. They do have nice scenery on the outside with several cherry blossom trees blooming. Similar to other locations in Houston, they have a gas station and large size parking spots.
google avatar

Tim C.

Yelp
This is our new favorite costco because on the day we visited it was a lot less crowded....we like that...... even if it was a fluke. All the costcos in our area are within a few miles of distance from our home so we'll stick with less crowded thank you very much. We picked up a frozen blended drink from the food court, no chocolate swhirl, it went down very good and we'll be back to verify the lack of crowds.

Yelp
Always consistent in great quality of products at low prices. Great service, fantastic return policy.

Yelp
I made an appointment for tire service today, and showed up 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Waymon checked me in, and I made sure to tell him TWICE that I'm getting a low pressure warning from one tire and to please check it. He promised me he would note it on the work order. I purchased the tires from this very Costco location, so their road hazard warranty should apply if there was any damage. Whelp, after waiting for 2.5 hours, I was told that my car was "ready" but that they forgot to look for damage on the suspect tire. The clerk said I was welcome to stay for another hour or so if I wanted them to check it out, but they couldn't get to it immediately since they had other customers in front of me. In total I spent close to 3 hours today in this terrible Costco location, and the one reason I went there - to get that tire looked at - wasn't addressed. Again - I told Waymon TWICE to please note it on the work order. If you schedule an appointment for tire service at this location, pack your patience and a good book, because it's going to be a frustrating and lengthy experience. You've been warned.

Teresa R.

Yelp
I have to say that Costco in Pearland went above and beyond for me. I called to order some pizza's for pick up for a friends Dad's funeral. He ordered the pizza's for my friend to pick up on her way home from work. He couldn't find a way for me to pay with credit card over the phone, so he offered to pay for the pizza's himself. I was shocked that he would do that for a complete stranger, but it was such a blessing. Thank you so much Costco Pearland!!

Yelp
great costco. not as busy as other locations. would recommend this one. well stocked and good employees.

Fabian V.

Yelp
Got home from spending a small fortune in Costco after a 50 minute round trip in driving time. One of the packs of bacon in the 4 pack is bad. The online agent could offer no solution other than saying that I need to go back to the store. I am not driving for 50 minutes and then waiting in line for who knows how long to get a refund for 1 pack of bacon. Really terrible service. I will not be renewing my membership when it comes up later this year and I definitely will not be back. What I will be doing is posting this on every platform I can think of. Let's see if they even care.

Yelp
Unfortunately, I got a flat tire. The closest place to me was Costco went inside spoke Waymon which continue to tell me that specs on my door said 93v that he would have to replace all four of my tires explained to me that my car needed 94v and that's all they carried I said that's fine put one 94V on my car so I can get going because I can't afford to get four new tires at this moment I'll come back later to get the other three he told me no sir I cannot sell you one tire I said because it's not safe I said is it safe for me to drive off with a flat tire, I said is this policy show me in writing please . He could find it. I asked again are you sure you're going to deny me service. To make along short I drive off one tire flat and someone hit me in the back on Broadway. Now my car is totaled. Thanks Waymon

Yelp
I love Costco but some of their employees at the service counter are very rude. The worst of them all is Liz. This girl has no customer service and no manner. She gave me a refund on 2 occasions and each time, there was never a word came out of her mouth, no greeting with hello or how may I help you and no Thanh you or have a nice day at the end. She didn't even bother to glance at you. Geez. Some of the cashiers that supposed to help at self checkout are just lazy and just stand there chit chatting with each other. The sign states do not lift heavy item onto the tray, but that's the only way to scan if they won't come to use the gun to scan case of water. So I have to lift the case of water to scan while 2 people standing nearby talking. I thought Costco supposed to have great customer service? I guess not this one.

Yelp
Costco is a good shopping destination with good to excellent products. Buuuuttt , I am somewhat putout regarding my experience shopping there today. While we were driving home we went over our receipt. Bad on us ; should have done it there in the store. Not all, but several items we purchased were $3 to $4 higher than their signs in the store stated. So I called the store and their recording directed us to option 1 for the administrative office. The phone rang several (maybe 8or 10 times) then the recording came back on stating we needed to press option 1 to get the administrative office. After three attempts to reach a manager and each time getting this same message, I gave up. They need to fix their signage to reflect what they charge at the register, or fix their computers to charge what the signs says the price is. I will be more aware and less trusting of them in the future. Buyer beware
google avatar

Vicci M.

Yelp
I'm a Costco fanatic! The employees at this story, Corey, Julie, and Elizabeth make you feel welcomed with their friendly smiles and upbeat personalities. There's a variety of products to choose from here and the tasting stations is something you would want to try. The produce and meat are always fresh too. I give it a 4 stars because the pharmacy is closed on Sunday which is an inconvenience and it sometimes takes a while for a prescription to be filled. Overall, Pearland's Costco is the place to shop.
google avatar

Rose N.

Yelp
I love all Costco's. They have everything I want, and things I wasn't even looking for. Sometimes I repackage the meats so they can be placed in the freezer and I forget what type of meat that is. For that reason, I have taken a photo of all of the meats.
google avatar

A L.

Yelp
After reading other reviews I guess their problems in the tire center are felt by others too. I came today to get tires rotated and was told it would be 2 hours, maybe 2.5. Came back after 2.5 and they hadn't even started yet. The only response from the guy at the counter was, "well it hasn't t been pulled in yet, so you can take it if you want." So rude. This is my second rude encounter here. The first time was with Johnny back in November when I bought my new tires. I should have known them not to come back to this location.
google avatar

Andy L.

Yelp
- I showed my costco card and cashier rang everything up. - My wife reaches the backpack I'm wearing and pays the cashier - Cashier starts bugging her for her costco card and calls over a supervisor - I had to take our money back from the cashier and then hand it to him myself personally. Been going here many times and this is the first time we were hassled like this. Common sense should tell you that we're together in some way and sharing our finanicials. What kind of nonsense is this?
google avatar

Vlad V.

Yelp
First off, I love Costco. If you happen to prefer Sam's Club, you should stop reading this review immediately. Sam's Club is a joke. Costco is life. Sam's Club is owned by Walmart. Costco actually pays their employees. That should be more than enough to prefer Costco over Sam's Club. But what makes Costco so cool? Well, the gas is cheap. And the food is good. They offer affordable pizza, hot dogs, brisket sandwiches, chicken bake (grilled chicken, cheese, and cheese in a sub), frozen yogurt, and more. It's good too. They recently added some new items to their menu too. If you need any more reasons, the sample. I love free things. And I love free samples. You can expect to find eight to ten free samples on any given visit...at least. Buy a membership. It's worth it. Costco is a great place for bulk items like water, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Or for big families. Or for fat kids like me.
google avatar

Keysha F.

Yelp
I love shopping at Costco! It is a clean store and they are generally well stocked. They did not have my tofu though and when I was greeted at the door the courtesy clerk was a little rude, but when exiting the clerks were so nice it turned my experience around. I was able to check right out with no problems and no waiting and I was able to grab a hot dog and drink as a little snack. I was happy with my shopping experience. Shopping during Covid-19 has been a little tough, but my shopping experience was pleasant in general.
google avatar

Trina M.

Yelp
What is Sam's Club anyway? Who knows it's been a year and I can honestly say I have long forgotten Sam what's his name. Costco is absolutely totally my go-to, my Holy Grail, my everything. I have literally not had a bad experience with any product that I purchased here and I frequently leave with way more than I expected to purchase but I am not mad in the least because the quality and the quantity of what I get is well worth the value. I only wish they had a click list or a pickup area from ordering online but hey, I guess you can't have everything in life. But for now everything I need is at Costco. WINNER!!!
google avatar

Hoa L.

Yelp
It's like seeing an oasis in the land of traffic and construction. There's everything you need there and it's a basic location with the typical items you expect. It looks like other Costco's in Texas and fairly standard. Parking as usual is a pain but they do have a gas station as well. They do not sell ice, but they do have the liquor store which carries it. If you want to order pizza in mass quantities (like over 10), you just come in and pay for it before they will take your order. As usual, their quality is consistent and good.
google avatar

Kayla N.

Yelp
Did you know Costco.com does not price match their own Costco store price? This is the first encounter of this type of price match policy. We recently bought a washing machine (first time buying appliances at Costco) and a week later, the Costco store price reduced by over $100. Submitted the price match request and Costco.com did not honor it. This will be the last time we purchase any appliances; which is really too bad since we're planning to replace our refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave next. Several thousands Costco.com will not earn from this long time customer. Disappointed.
google avatar

The S.

Yelp
This Costco is great but the tire center is terrible. Johnny at the tire center is rude and unhelpful. He also needs to make sure to keep his mask on. I won't be getting tires here, for sure.
google avatar

Stephanie T.

Yelp
Great place to go when you need to buy in bulk. I love the pizza here! It's hot and fresh and only costs you $1.99 before tax for a slice! Bring your own bag to put smaller items in. They sometimes have boxes in the front to put items in.

Mark W.

Yelp
I was 4th customer in line for tires today. Had to argue the warranty with the service rep, as I was told they wouldn't honor Michelins warranty because of speed rating. It's funny I go on Michelins site and the tires I wanted are recommended by Michelin. Finally had to get store manger Gabe who was very nice agreed they will honor warranty. I am still sitting her and 3.5 hrs later and still no one has touched my car. Very sad for such a large company to treat customers this way. I will probably wast 5 hrs of my Sunday. Do not recommend this location for tires!

Yelp
I have been waiting for Costco to come to Pearland. I have been forced to use the competitor for years only because of its close proximity to my house. I've never been to a Costco but have heard nothing but great things. When they started signing up new members, I jumped on board because of all the new member incentives. They invited new members to their VIP party the day before their grand opening, which is on 11/12/15. We headed over to Costco, and their was bumper to bumper traffic in all directions leading up to the store. From the looks of it, all of Pearland was there for this party. Understandably parking was a nightmare. I'm pretty sure I parked illegally, but we just followed everyone else's lead. The store is so huge, you really couldn't tell there was a whole small town in it. They had food and drink stations set up everywhere. They weren't serving those little samples they would give on a normal day, but way bigger portions. I didn't even have to make dinner because we filled up on all the food there. Customer service was outstanding. There are so many benefits to having a membership at Costco. Can't wait to head back over tomorrow on their grand opening and buy an ungodly amount of bulk items!

Yelp
This is one of my favorite stores to go to , I can spend hours walking around browsing . If you've never been here before and are not familiar , this store does require a membership which starts at 60 and goes up depending on which one you choose . They regularly have samples to hand out , of course samples change daily . One of the things we regularly buy is diapers , they sell huggies and their store brand only ( they go on sale pretty regularly so we try to wait until then ) Also their return policy is one of the best!!!! You can pretty much return anything for a full refund no matter what it is .

Yelp
They removed their sign, so now I can enter this store w/o any potential issues. Glad they are good n line with the other stores in the metropolitan area.

Yelp
My family and I have been shopping at this location ever since it opened. The cashiers, food samplers and other staff working here have always been very nice and courteous. The store is very clean, well stocked and organized as well. However, today my son and I were trying samples and came across the person serving the ham, this happened at around 2:50 p. m at this location. He was cutting up the pieces and putting them in the disposable little containers. I reached over to take one and he immediately with a very loud and rude tone told me to stop. He said you do not take anything from the trays, we serve you when we serve you meaning he would give me the sample. He also in a very loud and scolding manner told me that I had contaminated all the ham he had served and that he would have to throw it all out, however I didn't touch anything because he stopped me before I could even take one. I would also like to point out that there was a couple sampling ham and the lady grabbed the container the ham was in and opened it but he didn't tell her anything at all. It was very embarrassing and humiliating especially because my son and other customers witnessed this. It made my son very nervous. Every server we have sampled from before allows us to pick up the samples ourselves and they have never had a problem with that. I was going to purchase 3 Kirkland hams but instead I left and purchased elsewhere. I will definitely avoid him in the future. I do not like leaving reviews like this but I just wanted to say that this was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I know there are certain policies when it comes to food but he could have been more polite. The reason I gave 3 stars and not 5 is because of what happened today.

Yelp
Man I come to this Costco all the time I was trynna sign up for the executive member card. Then the lady was trynna sign me up for the credit card. I was like alright I'll try it. I shouldn't have. The reason I was there in the first place was to get a dam tire rotation. If you can try as early as possible on Saturday. Because when they gave me back my car all the lights were flashing and the staff was no help at all. The manager left me at the gas station. I got my car moving and back to the tire center and the guys didn't even try to help nether the manager. At the end of the day they aren't trying to help you, just make a sale. The tire manager made a sale right next to me at 9:30 I got there at 6:00 pm Monday!!! Those assholes just closed up the shop and my wife came and gave me a jump. Make sure when they do a tire rotation they turn your care off completely. If my wife didn't save me I would've been stuck at that dam place. I had to miss work the next day costing me my perdem. I will go and return the dam credit card and the dam executive card. Don't want it.
