This Costco is located in a beautiful part of town, full of greenery. We use their Eye Care department, as well as everyday house hold supplies and of course groceries! The watermelon and literally every produce is top quality! I love how inexpensive their cat supplies are such as their litter. I love to see they respect both cat and dog supplies. The dog blue pads are incredible. At the end they have their traditional little food court, their coffee slushy drink is delicious and strong! I love this Costco, though they are all wonderful

Love this place! Quality product and bulk options. I've been a member for so long, and they never disappoint. If you've been thinking about joining, do so. Worth it. And don't forget to stop by their food court and try their famous hot dogs, pizza, and chicken bake.

A busy location. It's a clean store with well organized merchandise, but the checkout flow and control is poor compared with some of the other Costco's. One of the female managers walking around the checkouts was kind of rude to one of the customers who was commenting on the long and disorganized lineups. Really not to the Costco standards that I'm used to seeing. Now the lady at customer service who helped me, is another story. She was fantastic!

Clean store, great selection, and fast checkout. Crowded at peak times, but manageable if you plan ahead. Parking can be tough. Still one of the best places for bulk shopping in Ann Arbor.

This Costco location has been my go-to wholesale store for years, and even though I have three locations nearby, I always find myself coming back to this one. It’s clean, well-stocked, and well-organized, making every shopping trip a breeze. The fresh produce here is consistently high-quality, and the variety never disappoints. While I do have memberships with other wholesale stores, Costco remains my absolute favorite! I know I can never go wrong here. One of my favorite parts of this store is the plants section. I always make time to browse through the beautiful selection of plants, especially during spring when they have amazing sales on planters and potting soil. Their premium bunch roses are also a standout, they’re fresh, long-lasting, and a great value for the price. The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. On my last visit, I was surprised to see they don’t carry Pedialyte. Still, the excellent service and overall experience keep me coming back. The membership scanner introduced a couple of months ago at the front entrance has made the check-in process even smoother. The self-checkout option is another great addition, although I typically shop in-store for the full experience. Costco is also a go-to for the food court’s affordable options, as well as for holiday gift items and decorations, pharmacy services, and even tires! They truly have something for everyone, all at reasonable prices. Overall, this Costco location exceeds expectations in every way. From fresh produce to home essentials and everything in between, it’s a place I trust for quality and value. Whether it’s for groceries, gifts, or even plants, this Costco location is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Been an executive member for years and years and likely continue until we're too old to go shopping. The employees are fabulous, always friendly and helpful. Only issue is when they're busy, their parking lot, getting in and out is a nightmare. There are some days and times we just don't go, not worth the busy hassle. Have used Costco travel twice now for a cruise vacation and absolutely was best deal with fantastic service.

Great gas prices and $4 99 rotisserie chicken make this a money saving shopping trip. Be sure to try the new hot turkey and provolone sandwich in the food court.

No one in the tire department answers the phone. I have so many negative experiences with Costco tire departments from multiple locations. I went to one location they broke the key to the locks on my tires and shared that I would have to go get a new key or get the locks broken then come back to get the tires put on. I thanked them for their time and asked for a refund (because you have to pay for the tires before they are put on). The gentleman reiterated that there was no need for a refund because all I needed to do was get a new key made or get the locks broken and return. I then had to insist a refund. Another Costco shared that I would need to go online pay for the tires then schedule an appointment to get them put on. I asked because he was looking at the tires I needed if I could reserve them ( like I did at the last Costco) or pay for them over the phone then to come in a specific time. He said no. I shared my scheduling restrictions. He stated they are only able to reserve tires for 24hours. I called on Wednesday and needed the tires to be put on Friday. I call back on Thursday. New person who shared they are unable to reserve tires and what I needed to do was come in pay for the tires and schedule the appointment then if they don’t have them in stock. I then wondered if the individual Costco’s had their own policy so I called another Costco 7 different time at different time of the day on different times of the week with the call ringing consistent never connecting with the tire department. Additionally the pharmacies, I call to see when my prescription will be ready they give me an estimate. I receive the text saying your prescription is ready when you get there it isn’t; they ask for 15 minutes and encourage you to walk around the store you give them 20 minutes. Wait in line again to getting up to the counter and waiting an additional 15 minutes for them to fill it while you are at the counter.
