I bought 10 biflex yesterday from Roseville Costco with my friend who is a Costco exec member since I found they have a value size there which is attractive. However I found it surprising that one of it was expired in 2024. I took it to sjc airport Costco for return, and told the attendant that one bottle was expired. It was extremely amusing that she immediately told me they don’t take expired items and suggested that I should dispose it without even asking me when did I buy it nor looking at the receipt I showed her. What the hell was she thinking in her mind? Does she think that I bought it and saved for 3 years in order to return it again? Do I even have to prove that I did get that bottle from their shelf? How funny and rude! Since they insisted that you have to show the membership, I will go with my friend again to return it. I’m extremely happy that I’m not a Costco executive member because they showed me that 1. the price you save will have a cost 2. you should not buy more things than you need even if they looks attractive. 3. Don’t trust them since they cannot even effectively dispose the expired things on shelf.

Costco Pharmacy!! I had a very disappointing experience here. The lady at the check-in counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. First, she gave no explanation of the wait time. All she said was, “just wait at the end of the section.” We waited 10–15 minutes, thinking someone would call us soon. When nobody came, we went back to check, and again she rudely told us to “wait outside, someone will call you.” In reality, there was no one else waiting before us, yet we still had to wait about 40 minutes before it was finally our turn. What’s the point of making an appointment if you still have to sit and wait unnecessarily? The most upsetting part wasn’t even the delay—it was the attitude. The staff at the counter made the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. A little courtesy and clear communication would have gone a long way.

long lines for 30 min! slow service. Cannot return goods with receipt! returns policy violates state law… lost time. Regret I ever signed up for it. Sams Club is much better. No way to file complaint online? Suggestion box that noone reads! What a store!

Prices are going up now as fast as any retailer. One must keep track of prices because by volume many prices look good but aren’t. Parking is an absolute nightmare as usual. One thing I that IS a good deal is the GASOLINE, if you use it exclusively it’s worth the membership fees… I plan to ware a mask whenever I can. The government is keeping track of Covid but not saying a thing. “Thanks Gavin!”

Beware of this cashier! Her name is CYNTHIA!! I was paying with a cash card (not a membership card), and she tried to mislead me into thinking the card had no balance left. She even suggested I just leave the card with her. Luckily, I remembered the balance on my card and insisted on calling a supervisor. In the end, I was able to complete my purchase with the same card. It was clear she was being dishonest and was attempting to keep my cash card for her own use later.

As Costco stores go, this one looks to have a great staff. Helpful managers and it’s pretty busy but the lines don’t stay long for long. There’s a tire center, pull up air station, and gas station here as well. I travel all over Northern California doing the Costco Roadshows for Human Touch Massage Chairs. Well appointed market place. Price competitive. Affordable. Neat display.

Would choose this over Lawrence each time. It’s a bit less crowded, the food court is inside. However, there are a few items never available such as chestnuts. If you’re going for the tire center, there’s a McDonald’s next to the Costco where you could wait for a long time for your car to be ready. Beware of going to this Costco when there's a game at the nearby PayPal Park. Not only traffic is affected, but also it is often way more difficult to find parking at Costco (yes, many people park at Costco (free) and walk all the way to PayPal Park). Very busy Costco in rainy days
