Costco is hands down the best warehouse. I stopped shopping 🛒 here about a year ago thinking the gras was greener elsewhere... I was wrong. The quality of food and merchandise is far greater than its competitors - at least for me, this will be my go to once again. 👑

I recently purchased a tire from your store and paid for it. When I asked about the delivery time, I was told, "It will arrive within 3-4 days; we'll call you, or you can call us." When four days passed and there was no response, I tried calling, but it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. I was told delivery could take up to 10 business days. I went to the store to cancel my order. Since my English isn't very good, I asked a friend to help me on the phone. The employee, Sam, refused to speak to me on the phone and then processed the cancellation in-store. When I left and went to buy tires from another company, the same employee, Sam, called me and claimed I had stolen the phone from the store—an unacceptable and baseless accusation of racist behavior. I asked them to check their camera. This experience was extremely disappointing. The service was unprofessional, disrespectful, and irresponsible. I strongly advise others not to shop here to avoid a similar experience.

Chain Reaction Part IV: Costco $1.50 Combo: All Beef Hot Dog 20 Oz. Soda Appearance: 9/10 Taste: 8.5/10 I’m heading to the front end of the store for a great lunch deal. The food court doesn’t have the largest selection, but it’s large enough for a satisfying snack or meal. Out of the nine choices, I selected the most popular, cost-effective deal. This prix fixe deal includes a hot dog and a refillable cup. All Beef Hot Dog: This quarter pound all beef hot dog was plump and served on a soft doughy bun, which was the perfect size for this frank. The inside has a juicy, salty flavor. Three toppings are included, but I was not craving any of them. I decided to go plain Jane. 20 Oz. Soda: You may fill your cup with any of the following Pepsi products. The soda fountain has 16 valves, but there are only six different choices. You are entitled to unlimited refills, so I hope you’re thirsty! There is a catch if you wish to purchase this cost effective meal; you have to be a Costco Member. Annual membership starts at $65. This was one of the lowest prices I ever paid for a lunch and it’s great when you need something fast, yet satisfying. #costco #costcofoodcourt #allbeefhotdogs #kirklandsignature #soda #freerefills #pepsiproducts #foodstagram #chainrestaurant

You guys really need to stop with the pushy sales people trying to get you to upgrade your membership when you’re trying to get your purchase rung up and go home. It’s distracting, frustrating and annoying. Otherwise, a nice clean Costco.

Costco This place is ALWAYS SO packed. The lines are days long, luckily they move pretty fast, but make sure to give yourself LOTS of time to find a parking spot because it's nearly impossible. I'm not sure why this place is so busy, but every time I've been there I've spent a solid 15 minutes looking for parking, it’s ridiculous 🤯🤯🤯🤯and another 20 or so minutes just waiting in line to check out/get out.But big choice fruit 🍌 vegetable 🥦 ice cream 🍦 croissant 🥐 and more more more. Computer 💻 📺 🎹 and clothes

If you must come on the weekend, prepare for a battlefield. On weekends, you'll need to circle around a bit for parking, navigate your cart around hoards of people, and expect to wait on longer than usual lines. Saying 'excuse me' and 'pardon me' can make the entire process a little more civil, but there's only so much one can do when the souls are wall-to-wall in here. My husband and I have experimented with other times and days of the week, and have found Tuesday afternoons to be one's best chance of a quiet Costco trip here. Beer and alcohol are sold in an adjacent annex (prices are fair, but not Costco-fair. We've seen better in other liquor stores.) That said, there's lots of love. Samples are aplenty, and I especially appreciate how many fun Asian products are on the shelves and freezers. There are things I've found here that I've never seen elsewhere. Also to note: because of blue laws in Jersey, appliances, clothing, and home goods are not available for purchase on Sundays.

Costco has everything you need. Their prices are still good considering all the inflation. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Their additional services and savings you get from those are excellent. Recommend Costco to everyone.

If there’s a store where you can truly shop on a budget, it’s definitely Costco! Many older folks might call it “a store for the poor,” but in reality, it’s unbelievable how much you can get here for such reasonable prices. The value is unmatched, and it’s the perfect place to stock up without breaking the bank.

Yelp
Average Costco - it never has products that I see are available at other NJ locations. Their baked goods rarely have savory options and are focused on the sweets. It's busy 24/7 even at opening and the car park is a nightmare to navigate. They don't have a great system for their food court and they sometimes get so backed up on the cashier lanes till the lines go all the way back into the prepared food section. It's never a relaxing experience and you feel like you have to be in battle mode to get your shopping done.

Yelp
TIRE SHOP: they quote you quickly with their highest price point tire so better ask for other options. Be prepared to wait, if you think the tire advantage plus was inviting, think again, for a tire installation or wheel repair or any free services you will have to wait 2-3 hours. Unless your time is not worth it then go ahead. Inspect your tires, mine was done at night and I noticed that they never place back my aluminum valve stem cover. Big advise: just be prepared!

Yelp
If you can avoid the after work and weekend lines your experience will be a good one. This location has a vast variety of multicultural goods. Usually very good quality produce and cuts of meat. Great deals on seafood! Check out their cafe for a slice of pizza, giant cookie or smoothie while you wait on line!
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty busy on a Friday afternoon! Probably gone by once every couple of months to pick up items I need that are on sale. Fill up my gas tank as well while I'm here as well! As with it seems, all retail establishments, sale items are fewer and farther between, and the price reductions are less than they used to be. Still a great place to shop and be a member.

Yelp
Costco's food court pizza is a fantastic value, offering a large, delicious pizza at an unbeatable price. The crust is crusty crispy, while the flavorful sauce and generous toppings ensure every slice is satisfying. It's a quick and convenient option for shoppers, though you might encounter a wait during busy hours. Joe makes it fresh and throws in extra cheese. It ain't easy being cheesy

Yelp
Such a selection of things to buy. The prices are great. Some staff just ignored your question some were friendly. Extremely busy store. Understandable that essential things were sold out of. First time at this location. Saturdays might be just a very busy day to be here. Not many costcos locally in the area maybe building new ones would decrease workload and selling out stock quickly

Yelp
Can't beat the low gas prices with the 3% cash back. And did you know you can get your 3% cash back on gas with your Costco card at any gas station doesn't have to be Costco

Yelp
The Teterboro Costco location deserves an updated review since 2020. Since then, I've mainly been frequently the Clifton location however, after my visit today, I have to say that I'm hard-pressed to make the trek out here due to such a more pleasant, calm, and well-stocked experience. The Teterboro location has upped its game with regard to what products they carry, the variety of items that I'm usually looking for that are hit or miss in the Clifton location are staples here and they have much more Korean and Taiwanese products than other locations. This one is also much better organized, and calmer from start to finish (even with check-out) and I found their fresh produce and proteins to be much fresher, better organized, and a better variety. Their baked goods even had fun items like ube cookies, something I hadn't found at other locations. Teterboro has definitely taken a front seat when it comes to Costco offerings in this area and the price point especially for bulk items is hard to beat. 12/10 for their inclusivity, cleanliness well-stocked aisles, and calmer environment than the other locations in this surrounding area.

Yelp
Still a mad house. But close enough to make an early trip on an off day when the crowds haven't ventured out yet. The plant section here is great during spring and the jewelry & electronics are are always fun to peruse. Self check out takes longer than regular checkout so I use the cashiers closet to the exit and usually get trough pretty fast.

Yelp
Love Costco! I recently became a member. I grabbed a groupon deal, and haven't looked back. This location is pretty close to my home, so it's easy for me to get to. I love the prepared meals they have for my family. It makes shopping day meals super easy. Definitely try out this location, they even have gas pumps!

Yelp
This location is a nightmare to shop. I visit Costcos nationwide as part of my job and this location is by far the worst. Too many people, too little parking. People create traffic by circling the parking lot or sitting and waiting. At least once a month I turn around and go home before even entering the store. And then you've got the illogical blue laws of Bergen County restricting sales of certain items on Sunday.

Yelp
This review is about the Costco Optical Dept at Costco in Teterboro,NJ.... I was there today 8/17/22 .... I had a problem with one of the strings holding my Lens in, Tim took care of it in under 5 min, super professional and super friendly guy. Even cleaned my glasses before handing them back. Also I would like to thank James for being a great part of their Optical team, very nice guy and cares about his customers. James was the person who placed my order a couple weeks ago and is super friendly and professional and great at what he does. Keep up the great work guys!!!!! Everyone in the optical dept is awesome!! And this costco is one of my favs but it is often very busy. Thank you Tim & James!!!!! Luke

Yelp
One of the best Costco in Jersey! Some items you can find only here! Specially Keto products! Quite confusing if it is your first time here. This costco is always packed! The parking lot is huge but still a lot of people even weekdays. The line is always long but the employee tries their best to make it organize. Things and food that I love are: Wide variety of goods! I love their bread/pastry corner! I love their freshly baked muffins, cookies and croissants! The fresh produce are great too, specially chicken thighs that are price $8. I love their golden kiwis! It is cheap and sweet! Most of their foods are! They just introduce new products like KETO ice cream! Will I buy here? Yes af course! Mainly because some items here are can not be found on other costco! Just to remind that it is always busy here! Huge line and parking always packed.

Yelp
Great spot to fuel up! Heard about this through word of mouth, and I had to come and see for myself. It was very fairly priced (on the cheaper end), and it is to my understanding this is quality gasoline Along with Diesel, there are only 2 fuel grade options: Regular and Premium This is a huge fuel pump station, and depending on the time of day you visit it may be backed up. What I found interesting was the attendants are not allowed to accept any gratuity (tips). I tend to be a tipper, and definitely to anyone who pumps my gas in the gruesome weather conditions. This individual would NOT accept it as hard as I tried. Key Notes: -They only accept cash or Visa credit card for payment. -You DO NOT need to be a Costco member to fuel up here.

Yelp
Who does not love Costco .... With its international membership, I can share the card with my parents in a different country. There are only certain items we purchase at Costco : Dairy (Organic milk, cage-free eggs), Kirkland brand (frozen shrimps), Avocado oil (for cooking), EVOO, bananas, fresh broccoli, onions, meat (sirloin & steaks), what else .... hummm We will be able to "survive" for 3 weeks when we shop there. The refund is wonderful too. As long as customers are not too "sneaky" and "obnoxious" - such as returning Halloween goods AFTER Halloween !!! or more than half-eaten snack .... - the refund is very swift.

Yelp
I have been a shopper at this location since it opened several years ago. I have noticed a decline in product selection and inventory maintained. But I was very troubled by a recent event. My wife left her $200 eyeglasses in the store on a Friday. When we got home we called the store and they said they found the glasses and I told them we would pick them up on Saturday morning. When I arrived on Saturday morning no one at the lost and found could find the glasses. I kept calling for a few days with no success. Finally one associate told me they do not keep lost items overnight; it's their policy. I was dumbfounded. I called the northeast regional office (a woman named Beth) to question this stupid policy (which I believe is illegal). They said that a representative would get back to me. No one ever got back to me. This company does not care about its customers. Don't lose your property in Costco.

Yelp
Love this Costco! Good deals and typically new things here. Employees here shows good customer service too. What's not to like Costco when there's a gas station, alcohol, tire section all in one
google avatar

Li W.

Yelp
A solid spot! Note that in Bergen County certain things can't be sold on Sunday so a lot of non-food items are blocked off and marked as not being able to be sold. It's just a Bergen County blue law that's still standing after a gazillion years hah. Otherwise it's a pretty good Costco, can get busy sometimes.

Yelp
Worst Costco ever. So packed inside and outside at the parking lot. Covid times, no control on limiting capacity. It was overcrowded. No recycling machines. Someone stole my shopping cart with stuffs inside the shop. Will NOT come back to this store EVER!

Yelp
Yesterday my partner and I came to our regular Costco in Teterboro. We went there because Walmart's pharmacy was charging him 3x higher on a certain medication this time around. He looked around online and found out Costco could get the same much cheaper. So he had his doctor called into their pharmacy the day before. We arrived right about 5pm. The parking was a bit crazy as snow hindered places where one could have parked. There were no lines going into the building. We made a b line to the pharmacy. The staff was very helpful. Ask for the last name and date of birth. His prescription was there for pick up and paid for it separately from the normal checkout. Please note one must know someone or be a member of Costco to get in and use their pharmacy. Since the checkout lines were manageable we also picked up a few things. The best time to come here would be right after work.

Yelp
Is there such a thing as a calm Costco? Does it exist? No, hahaha but this is definitely better than the one in Clifton. Parking is always a mess, yes I get it but it's still not as bad as other locations I've been to. It's crowded inside of course yet still not as bad as the one I usually frequent. I went at around 1pm and the lines weren't long at all. They were well stocked on everything. Got all my shopping done in about an hour and a half. Had to stop and get my slice of pizza and soda for 2.50, duh. The main problem with this place is just the complex in general. They could have more parking spots for Costco if they laid it out a little better. While I think it would be easier coming at an off time like I did, just getting into the complex proved hectic because of all the other restaurants in the place and their lunch rushes. Just be careful driving, pay attention to signs and once you're inside it'll all be worth it!

Yelp
Went to Costco to purchase a new tire. I have had to fill my left rear tire up every week for a few weeks now and finally went to purchase a new one. The attendant at the tire shop offered to check to see if the tire was repairable first instead of purchasing a whole new tire. I thought that was very nice of him. Great customer service.
google avatar

Elle K.

Yelp
This is solely for the gas situation. Having an attendant pump your gas is a nice concept if the attendant does her job. This afternoon a lady was on duty in our row. She was AWFUL. Unhappy and miserable. She literally was in our way but barked at us to pull up. We were truly concerned about the possibility of running over her foot. She didn't care and didn't move. So freakin' lazy. As she's barking at us, she still has her foot in our path. I guess she doesn't need that foot. Then she asks me for my pin #. Sure, lazy lady, I'm gonna give you my pin # cuz you're trustworthy. Costco, how about doing away with the attendants who aren't really attending but rather severely slowing down the flow. And how about lazy lady, you move your feet and not be in the path of our car as you are ordering customers to drive forward. Horrible location. Horrible attendant.

Yelp
Costco for the win!!! I've been to the other Costcos around North Jersey and they are all amazing!! This is an urban and busy area w/ LOTS OF PEOPLE - if you're going to complain about the traffic and lack of parking spots then tough luck to you. This is how Costcos are unless you're in the Southern US or somewhere more rural. Despite the high volume, the Costco Warehouse is well maintained and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cafeteria for pizza and ice cream is well run and all items are readily available. Same goes for the Eyeglasses and Photo divisions -- everyone working hard and never too long a wait. The returns and check out line isn't terrible as well, 15min waiting tops. The Gas Station can get quite crowded on the weekends so could take up to 25min but you know the cost unbeatable -- across the board.

Yelp
I visited Costco to get some Tumeric since they are the only ones who carry 1500 mg tablets. I don't usually frequent these types of stores because they get too crowded. I truly dislike entering stores that get too crowded. However for this product I was willing to deal with it. This product really works to alleviate pain due to arthritis. I have dealt with pain in my shoulder and knee for approximately 3 years. After taking this product for 1 week my shoulder completely stopped hurting. My knee is better, still hurts so it's not a miracle cure but it made a big difference so that I don't need to use a brace unless I'm walking a substantial distance. This product has restored my faith in homeopathic remedies. The store though I will avoid especially with this god forsaken virus going around. Now perhaps I understand my trepidation with crowded stores.

Yelp
Stan and Alyssa at Costco optical dept are great. Stan took perfect measurements cause I could see great out of my glasses and the last 20 years that I've been going to Lenscrafters I was never able to read with my classes on before even though I have prescriptive lenses with an add in them. Thus meaning you should be able to read through the bottom of the lenses. Now I don't have to take my glasses off to read when in a supermarket. The frames are beautiful and I got designer frames that were only $100 and I didn't even have to pay that much cause I have insurance. Everybody admired my new glasses and the service is great and when I went for an adjustment the manager did a great job in adjusting my frames. My total pair with 2 add ons...like anti-glare + another extra was only $70! At Lenscrafters 4 years ago I paid $450 for a similar pair of Tory Birch frames but at that retail store it was $400 more AND THAT WAS 4 YEARS AGO. I like Costco in general. You could buy Starbucks coffee beans at half the price that you would spend at a supermarket and go home and grind them and have delicious coffee and I'm not even a person who drinks coffee every day and I appreciate the fact that I can get a perfect cup because they're freshly ground. In the supermarkets, that brand is expensive. Costco's own brand paper towels are just as good as Bounty and I've been loyal to Bounty for 30 years cause I don't like any of the other brands. My sister said try Costco's brand because they're just as good and they were and they're a little bit less money. I got some leggins (pants) there at a great price too. Fun store. Great optical.

Yelp
Overall: this is a normal Costco in terms of what it sells. However, the employees are just...so rude and angry all the time. It's really unpleasant and unnecessary. Cashiers will ask weirdly personal questions. For example, yesterday one didn't even say hello, she just asked if we celebrated Christmas. We said "no, do you?" she said, "obviously, that's why I asked". Okay...? No need to get an attitude about it. Sheesh. Another time the cashier at the photo center asked why I was printing photos. I told him I just like having physical copies. His response? "Whatever, it's weird". Can they just keep their rude responses to themselves??? I'm not here to get their opinion! The food kiosk is terrible. We ordered a pizza and it took over 30 minutes. We told the employees we wanted to cancel it as it's taking a really long time. They had pizzas ready, but they said: "those are for other people from the kiosk line". Okay, but we ordered before them. One of the employees apologized, which I appreciated, but the others made it seem like we were annoying them. If other people can get their pizzas in 5-10 minutes, there's no reason we shouldn't either.

Yelp
I went to Costco Teterboro Optical department to have my son's eyeglasses fix since they offer minor repairs for free. Tim Griffith from Optical department added the missing screw but realized that the second missing screw cannot be placed because the screw holder is broken. He checked the system if they still have it so we can reorder. Unfortunately, they don't have stock but what he did next was superb customer service. He found a paper clip and fixed it. He even put a Sharpie pen to hide the silver color of the paper clip. My son's eye exam is due next month anyway and he can get a new one but what Tim did fixed my son's glasses unti the new replacement. Thanks and will be customer of Costco especially their Optical dept for life. Here is a photo of my son's eyeglasses he fixed.

Yelp
So this is my usual Costco that I go to. Not by choice, it's the closest one. Usually I'm in and out in about 20 mins if it's not busy. I had an issue with my account at the register so they send me to customer service. Not a big deal. A few steps away... I'm at the customer service line and the cashier or customer service agent greets me by "what do you need?" Not, a "Hello", or "How may I assist you?" Her name was Lisabeth? I think? Pretty rude. Good thing I won't be going to customer service anytime soon. I hope. She's in the wrong line of work. Grumpy people need to stay home and not take their problems out on others. Other than this experience, this Costco has been pretty good.
google avatar

Alex T.

Yelp
Who doesn't love Costco? The best part is trying out the little samples of the food and coming back for seconds! LOL . They have pretty much anything you'd want there. Sometimes though I hate that some of the items are in such big bulk sizes. The only downside I had to Costco and the reason I had to drop em down a bit was for their food. Now don't get me wrong, price-wise their hot dog combo is a steal. But honestly I got my hotdog and it didn't taste fresh, wasn't as hot as I would expect if it had been there, and was not expecting a hoagie bun - I mean if I had two hot dogs in there, ok, then I get it. But for one hot dog, one of ur bites ends up being like 3/4 bread and toppings. And speaking of toppings - how do you not have sauerkraut available? ‍ maybe I'm just use to better tasting dogs.

Yelp
The location is good in a big shopping center with other stores. It look us about ten minutes to get a parking spot, but we probably could have parked far away and walked. Inside it was busy and crowded, but it wasn't hectic or stressful. There were lots of families and people doing their shopping for the month. There were samples of many products to try. We got everything that we needed and waited for about 5 minutes in line at the register. I was impressed with all of the hot food options like pizza and such by the exit.
google avatar

Yelp
I love shopping at Costco. I've been a Costco shopper ever since I was a kid growing up in California eating their 1.50 hot dogs. I've been coming to this Teterboro location ever since they opened couple years ago. Let me tell you that this place is huge and the parking lot is huge as well. Definitely a big upgrade from their original Hackensack location, while that location turned into a business Costco. This location is definitely bigger than the one in Clifton. Trust me if you don't like crowds this might be a place to avoid on the weekends. The parking lot gets crowded by 10am and it's usually packed with super long lines throughout the day. If you must shop on a Saturday, I advise you to come at 8:45 and camp in your car for the door top lift around 9am. That's what I do. I get in, get all my stuff off my grocery list and out of there before 10am before it gets super packed. They pretty much have everything you need. Sizes are your typical wholesale size and prices are pretty good. They have like rotisserie chicken for like $5 which is definitely a good value if your running broke. That can last you a good 3 meals if you break down the meat to make chicken fajitas or chicken quesadillas or chicken whatever's. If your really broke, you can come hungry and eat all their samples they have out and then make your way to the food court and get their $1.50 hot dogs. You can't go wrong there. Anyways expect to buy in bulk, good for families. It's a hit or miss with the workers there. I've had my fair share of very friendly Costco workers and also rude ones. Most of the times the customers there are pretty rude because I get it, all the long lines and the crowdedness in doors and terrible parking can really get on northeasterners' nerves.

Yelp
This is a shout-out to Priti at the photo counter. She was so nice and friendly, taking my passport photos, making sure I was satisfied. Her customer service skills are A+ in my book. I'm glad she'll still have a job there after the photo sept goes away. Thanks Priti!!!

Yelp
Self checkout is a wonderful addition, but they limit the number of purchases for that service. Dean, the cashier, is such a pleasure. He is courteous, efficient, fast, energetic, and humble. Checking our items out was a breeze. I like to organise my stuff, and he worked with me. We were done before I realised it. He's a breath of fresh air! That's a first for me. Thank you, Dean for your help! I hope the management sees the work you put in, and reward you for it.

Yelp
One downside is the complex shares space with a Walmart, and the access points to Rt 17 are horrible.

Yelp
Came here today as I've come many times with my mothers card as we have a business and each family member has a Costco card. I came yesterday. I was looking for something but didn't have enough time so I wanted to go back today to just look for what I wanted. Yesterday I had no problem and today I was stopped when I was going to self check out to scan the card and this lady said it wasn't my card. I gave my ID and stated that I have never had issues in the past because I always use my moms card. We clearly have the same last name. Today this woman told me i couldn't buy my items. So i spent the last 20 minutes shopping. Wasting time because TODAY they decided to tell me i couldn't buy my groceries. So how about if this is a rule then follow the rule at all times, not just when you feel like it. So when I asked her if I could just finish this purchase, she said no and that I wasn't allowed? So I clearly was at the checkout and had a Costco card but this woman decided to not let me buy my stuff because apparently it's affecting her day. So now I'm walking away annoyed and frustrated all because she decided to follow the rules today, but not yesterday. Trying to convince me to buy a Costco card when I live with my parents. I will never go back to this Costco again and you need to do better because this is not acceptable as people who have been members of Costco for a very long time.

Mike S.

Yelp
Dont see the allure of this place! Ive been a Sams club and Bjs member for YEARS... had some filets at my bro in laws one night and liked it so i got myself a membership... worst decision ever! They NEVER have prime meat available after 5 and if they do u have to buy like 5 lbs. Over ratted and ALL their meat is priced higher than sams or bjs and not as good. Plus all their clothes are second rate stuff.. think Fila is their best crap. Id stick to sams or bjs. At least u can get Under Armor or Gap or Steve Madden etc. Aside from all that the parking lots and the clientele are less to be desired to say the least Only gave 2 stars for some decent buys like cheese etc that others wont have

Yelp
This brand new location, the move of its predecessor in the same town, improves upon an already good time. It's classic Costco Gasoline goodness with 12 lanes all generously wide. It's a very easy to spot location from anywhere near the property. The lanes are both easy to enter and exit and are wisely located right off the local roadway but away from the main bottleneck area of the lot. Prices are, as always with Costco Gasoline, the lowest. Unlike the North Plainfield location where the attendants are militant about this scheme to swipe their own member cards for all transactions to benefit their own memberships' annual spend numbers, none of that here.

Yelp
I've experienced better. Let's start by talking about the engineer who designed the parking lot. It is CHAOS. This right here ruins your entire experience. I am typically patient when it comes to parking, but all the turns and short strips make it very challenging. I don't even know why I continue to try coming here, there are a few other locations that are equally close.

Yelp
It's better not to have customer service at all then have customer employees like thiat. They've been serving clients so long that. people in the lane began yelling . I left costco without paying my member fees. Thank you Ivan and Maria for ruining my day off.

Yelp
Horrible experience with customer service. There is a Asian kid in customer service named JUN gives every single customer difficult time with their returns. You don't believe me, just monitor him for 1 day. He made that easy hassle free return experience so so difficult for every customer. Of course that happens when the club doesn't have a good management so everyone can make their own rules and policy. I'm sorry Costco you lost one customer today and I'm sure will more tomorrow. I just open my Sams club account with their amazing customer service.

Yelp
It is always a mayhem here on a weekend. You need to be lucky to find a parking spot or if not you will be driving around in circles, frustrated. Staff is friendly and check out is usually pretty efficient.

Yelp
This review is just for the food court there. I have read about their Açaí bowl and hot dog and have always wanted to give it a try. Today I finally got the chance to. First off, $1.50 for a good size hotdog plus a fountain soda. What is there not to like about that? The hotdog was actually fairly good and the dog was bigger than a regular dog anywhere else. You add your own ketchup, mustard, relish and onions. Then there is the açaí bowl at $4.99. Much cheaper than any of the specialty bowl places all over and it actually taste great. Overall a nice and filling lunch plus drink and dessert at a great price. Now time to shop.

Yelp
I love Costco's food court. Their pizza is cheap, delicious, doughy, and amazing. I love chicken bakes. And their hot dogs are the best. I also get my car insurance through them on Ameriprise, and it's really cheap compared to the competitors i checked on. Their gas station is also the cheapest in the area. (btw, you don't need a membership to buy gas here, just a Visa) Valbona X., Ivan P., and I love going for lunch to eat free samples, get passport photos, and buy random things in bulk. It's usually a pretty fun time to be had, except for the excessively long lines for gas and checkout.

Yelp
Just another average Costco. Except that this one's parking situation is a nightmare. To avoid the crowd, I arrived on a Sunday morning, 5 minutes before the opening time. There was already a huge crowd at the entrance waiting to be let in, and the parking lot was already half full. The previous time I came here, which was on a Friday afternoon around 3 p.m., I spent 10min shopping and walked out without getting anything after I saw a mile long lines. And I swore never to come here unless I'm in the mood for waiting in the line for hours.

Yelp
This Costco is farely new, but just like any Costco setup.....Greeted with a click, you'll find your way pass the electronics into the smell of sugar baked goods. Onto more free samples and items.... then the long checkout lines of halfway filled carts worth billions if not trillions. Finally the prize of $1.50 Kirkland dogs with free drink refills! Budget ? Yes indeed!

Yelp
The Quintessential Wholesale Club It's easy to see why some shoppers go one way or the other, when it comes to Costco: they either avoid the warehouse like the plague, or they sing high praises and stockpile their basements and garages to prepare for the aftermath of a nuclear holocaust. For the uninitiated, Costco Wholesale provides a selection of optical wear, vitamins, body washes and shampoos, clothing, books and toys, miscellaneous indoor and outdoor furnishings, electronics for home and office, candy, clothing, produce, dairy, baked goods, seafood, meat, deli, canned items, snacks, paper products, cleaning agents and H2O in bulk packaging at semi-reasonably-discounted net costs. All this can be yours, if you can find parking. The Teterboro Landing Costco has a horrendous parking situation, although it is much better than the prior location - Hackensack river front - and it makes its Clifton sister look like a CVS. This Bergen County warehouse experience features no internal liquor store, although a separate entity opened to the exterior east side of the building with a limited selection of wines and invisible spirits presence. This situation is undoubtedly caused by the ancient Blue Laws of Bergen, negatively impacting the internal sales of the store on Sundays; the store is incapable of properly separating its unavailable for purchase inventory each and every Sunday, partially due to poor staffing and layout. This location does not feature an internal express checkout lane, so all shoppers are left to the mercy of rude patrons; they see you standing there with one item in your hands and make you wait an hour for them to get checked-out, even though they have two full carts with 700 items compared to your one. Unlike Sam's Club, Costco does not have a manager's station to ease lane traffic, and no employees enact an advanced checkout with portable scanner gun. Most days, however, a second checkout person assists with transactions and cart loading duties. Positives? * Optical personnel assists patrons without commission pressure or hassle for sales. * Excellent jewelry selection * Fair prices on chicken, pork and most seafood * Available selection of meats * Prepared foods/take-and-bake items * Food can be paid at checkout Negatives? * Parking sucks * Aisles have no labels * It's always crowded * Floor associates don't always speak English * Difficult to determine a Costco employee from company demo-man/woman * Unfriendly, inconvenient store layout * Produce goes bad too quickly after purchase * Expired.close to expired produce on display * Ground beef sold 1 day prior to expiration or same day * Red meats packaged with high prices * Management of long checkout lines non-existent * No express checkout lanes * Exit procedure

Yelp
Everything you may or may not need, in bulk size. Loooooooong checkout lines depending on time and day you visit. Lately, they seem to be out of stock on items we regularly purchase. Optical department is sorely lacking. Long waits and shoddy craftsmanship from the outsourced service they use to make lenses. They used the wrong sized screw on my very expensive frames that was force-fitted and ruined them. The photo department offers quick and reasonably priced printer ink cartridge refills. Lots of vehicle traffic. Parking lot is always packed. It is next door to a Wal-Mart Superstore. Luckily, I am on a family member's account. I'm still going to check out BJ's.

Yelp
I really like coming here at this Costco, it is very big and always have everything on my to-get list. Enough cash counters but there are few days when you have to wait 30+ mins in the lines. Usually on weekends, their staff has small counters where they make and prepare some food items and they let you taste it. One day I tasted their Tiramisu cake and I am a big fan of that cake. Have been buying that once in a 2 months. Another amazing thing is their food court which serve freshly baked and delicious items which are really cheap. Parking - huge parking spaces but sometime it gets difficult on weekends and on all days after 5pm.
