This is good stuff. Delicious coffee beans at a great price. It is not acidic and it has great flavor, it is very similar to just roasted coffee beans.

This was an easy location to get into and out of as far as driving. Very convenient for us as we were staying at the hotel next door. The warehouse had an interesting layout. Great display work so we could see how things look put together. They were very busy at the time of our visit. The aisles seemed a little tight and it made the crowd harder to walk through. The checker was very friendly and he and his assistant were quick. Definitely worth the visit. It was a good demo day with lots of samples out to try.

Today I stopped by at one of the cheese sample table. 2 person who later on acknowledged as Michael and Pat have given unpleasant experience. I came to them and asking question about the sample and they threw rude responses. I try to understand that I might came not at the right moment, because they are busy eating the sample rather than communicate with customer. Not a big deal, other than them, people who work on the other table pretty much polite and friendly.

Why bother making a tire appointment when walk ins are prioritized. I had an appointment at 3:15pm and I was early I got there at 3pm and they didn't even touch my car until 4pm. I was told when I made the appointment it would be about 45 minutes and then when I dropped off my car I was told 1 hour and 45 minutes because they were busy with walk-ins. Had to reschedule my personal appointments as I own my own business. So unprofessional would not recommend to anyone

From out of town and went to the Costco on Jasmine Avenue in Webster. They opened at 9 for executive members. We attempted to enter at 5 till 10 and got turned back. By 1 minute to 10 they were still turning people back and by then there was a good 40 people waiting to get in. The response of the monitor was if they aren’t going to follow the rules that is their problem. Let’s all go back to Sam’s and see if we’re can make it Costco’s problem. Maybe they have forgotten who made them what they are. 15 minutes or even 10 minutes I can see but 1/5 minutes hope you go broke.

I brought a battery about one year ago and suddenly not lost power overnight even fully charged night before.First, I went to local auto parts store checked other issues and found no issues with car, so I went to Costco to claim warranty. Costco refused the warranty ask me to goo back local auto parts store to charge my battery, even I explained the issue is the battery can keep charge instead of not able to be charged. After tried of dealing with them, I went to replace my battery in local Firestone, and no issues since then Worst experience in Costco in term shopping for car battery, so bad I won't buy car battery from Costco anymore.

I really appreciate the employee white gentleman named Kevin who helped bag my items at the checkout last weekend . He’s the only one I’ve seen who knows to place vegetables and eggs on top so they won’t get squashed. He also makes sure to separate clothes from food, and he works very quickly—great job! An employee like him truly deserves recognition.

Google
Great place to find deals at Costco! When they rearrange the store, we have to go looking for the items we usually get. It's like egg hunting.

Yelp
I had a much better experience at the optical center this time around! Nicole that was helping me was top notch in helping me select the correct frame for my progressives and how I can get the most bang for my eye insurance however they do not accept Mastercard :/ I felt bad because Nicole spent more than an hour with me and I couldn't complete my transaction.

Yelp
I have been going to Costco for years and it continues to go down hill. Costco is all about WALL STREET MONEY. The prices are getting redicuously high. The employees are increasingly rude. Nothing is what it used to be and Costco has become low sevice, congession, high prices, and the sale items are hit and miss. Costco is too big for Costco. Costco needs to keep raising prices for Wall Street - Be RUDE to Customers and KEEP RASINING PRICES - The Costco Buisness Model.

Yelp
Costco is so diversified. I love it! I especially love purchasing their brand weewee pads, which are great BTW. I can spend hours just poking and gabbing. The staff is also friendly and helpful whenever I have a question or two. I did just learn, if you are paying cash at the deli, you can walk right up to the counter to place your order. I did not know that. Uhm... so on the the rotisserie chicken salad review. Not a fan! It was not tasty at all, plentiful yes, but it is a no for me. It was if it was thrown together with eyes shut. The rotisserie chicken had no taste, for real. It did not have enough cheese. Plenty of lettuce though. I do not know what was going on, but I must say it did not live up to the hype.

Yelp
I'm GUTTED that Costco got rid of their books. I asked the sales girl why when I was buying my $3 case of water and she said because Costco wasnt making money from the books. Wth, Costco! Make it make sense!

Yelp
Great quality products and 5ge delivery options are nice. I've always been a fan of COSTCO.

Yelp
Omg! This wholesale store is a lot better than Sam's Club in a lot of ways. I had the opportunity to be gifted a Costco card during the Christmas hour. I visited the store on Sunday to solidify my membership and had the pleasure of speaking with customer service personnel, Sophia. Initially, Ms. Sophia attempted to upsell me a deal with a credit card. I wasn't interested in getting another CC, so she was cool with my decision. I ended up getting an exclusive card to add to my basic account which Ms. Sophia assisted me with. She was so patient and answered all of my questions. I even was allowed to add my sister who gifted me the original card. The card machine was down at the moment, but Ms. Sophia went above and beyond by showing me how to access the app to view how my points would be calculated. I always knew Costco was better than Sam's Club in some ways, but I did not realize how much their products aligned with my lifestyle. The produce was significantly better looking and the deals appeared to be much more affordable. They have more vegan-friendly foods such as a pack of organic tofu, several big bags of frozen vegetables, bulk soy, oat, and almond milks, hummus, Beyond patties, and the icing on the cake is their wide selection of Asian snacks such as mochi (not just the frozen kind), my favorite: want-want rice crackers, kimchi, taro balls, and boba gelatin-free fruit cups. I mean, the variety was expansive. Even some of the processed noodles, vegetable-fried spring rolls, I spotted some kombucha too. I really love the vast cultural options that they had. I just wasn't expecting that. It is a beautiful thing. I didn't get the deal with no Mastercard so I can't credit my purchases, but hopefully, they can change that soon. I visited on a Sunday and it was barely packed with people. The store is clean and they actively have staff sweeping. The staff members seem to be satisfied with their jobs. Now, the apparel department was out of order, but that is to be expected. The ladies restroom was very clean and had lots of stalls that were packed with toilet paper. This is a solid location.

Yelp
Another one star due to not enough brand choices mostly Kirkland brand only. Cash registers are limited forcing customers to do self check out, also the return line most of the time is too long due to only one personnel at the register. Master card not accepted :( Not worth the membership fee.

Yelp
Can't argue with that dollar fidddy glizzy! Went to Costco and like always I got to get the hot dog for a quick snack. You can't argue with a hot and delicious hot dog combo for $1.50. Even though it was crowded they got the order out as fast as possible. The employees don't play around at Costco. We all know that Costco is amazing!
google avatar

J.J. M.

Yelp
I love Costco! Thankfully the food court is super cheap since the membership isn't. I love the pizza, ice cream, and the new cookies! This location kind of lacks in samples. However, at the Houston location there are samples every corner you turn! Both locations are huge and I've never been on a non busy day. I always go to the food court but never sit and eat, because it's always so packed! With how huge the store is and how many customers they get, I'd expect the food court to have more than just a few benches. It's very tight and you can't even walk through with everyone's shopping carts. Other than that Costco is great!
google avatar

Sarah G.

Yelp
We love having a Costco membership. Stopped in here while on a staycation. It's always fun looking around, trying samples and stopping at the cafe. We usually get the $1.50 hotdog/soda combo but didn't today. Tried the $2.50 ice cream sundae and our daughter only ate about 5 bites. Ugh. Staff were friendly. Gas lines went fast. Tip: the hoses reach BOTH sides of your vehicle... I'll see lines 5 deep for like the left side gas tanks, right side lines are empty. Scratch my head wondering why someone would wait 20 minutes when there are open lines???
google avatar

Danny N.

Yelp
This was a pretty nice Costco! They had some great clearance deals and the gas lines go by quick! Lots of parking and lines are efficient even when it's packed!

Yelp
While it's true that I love almost all things Costco, like any good chain, not all locations are built the same. (#1) Thankfully, this Friendswood location has pretty much everything I want in a Costco: fast service, lots of inventory / product availability, massive parking lot, a decent food court, and gas station. Practically every Costco is busy on the weekend, but with my dumb luck I've managed to avoid most of it. Shopping here on a weekday is a breeze, it's almost therapeutic to casually browse at your leisure without having to adjust your cart or wait during the checkout line. The member services team is also on their A game. I've never had any pushback for returns and they've been extra helpful on the phone when it comes to inventory checks. I've never had to wait long while in line for returns and they deserve the credit for working hard and being efficient all the way. Last but not least, shout out to the bathrooms. Cleanliness at Costco is a given, but a sparkling bathroom is a real accomplishment. _____________ (#1) Figuratively and literally.

Millie N.

Yelp
I really like this store. As with any store on any given day you may find a not so happy worker but face it are you always a happy camper at your job. my one complaint would be is that they need MORE cashiers. As a senior citizen I don't care to check myself out.

Brooke C.

Yelp
I was looking forward to finally experience Costco and was terribly disappointed. The staff will take no interest if you don't want to commit to the promo or larger membership. rude customers, the workers did not look like they wanted to be there, slamming my produce and food on the belt looking annoyed as ever. Unfortunately I will come back for the sake of already committing to a year membership but that was a bust. Sam's for the win
google avatar

Sarah T.

Yelp
I really wanted to give this store a better rating as I had very high hopes but unfortunately this place was way too crowded and there was nothing being done to mitigate the flow of traffic. Additionally I asked one of the staff, an elderly woman if the samples she was assembling were ready since they were simple cheese and nuts and required no assembly. She responded in the grumpiest attitude "as you can see Im still making them" I found her tone distasteful and unprofessional, I really think the people who give out samples should be more hospitable because these definitely were not.

Yelp
Do not renew your membership in person at Costco Webster, TX unless you want to endure a never-ending high pressure upsell for the expensive membership. It's like the worst of a vacuum cleaner salesperson and timeshare experience combined. Even the supervisor would not allow me to stop the upsell experience and simply renew my membership. We finally just left without renewing and we wanted to but expensive glasses like we did before. If you want to renew anyway just do so online! The optical department itself is first rate if. You can get in the damn door. Costco, this is unbecoming...
google avatar

Charlene P.

Yelp
I get the hype now! I wish I had joined years ago. The prices here are amazing if you can afford buying in bulk. Medications are such a bargain. I find that most medications are 1/4 the price when you buy a year's worth. I've bought sweaters that I receive many compliments on and with coupons they are often less than $13. However the best buy is their Nicaraguan Kirkland whole bean coffee - $12 for 2 pounds and sometimes less. It beats most Starbucks coffees. Lines appear crazy long but they move very quickly and customers are always kind and we navigate around each other kindly. Shout out to a sweet and professional employee Mr. Clorio.

Yelp
First time here At this location. Was a member in my hometown of SA. Webster location is a nightmare! You cannot shop in peace. You have bumper to bumper ppl everywhere! Electric scooters zigzagging all over the place. I regret getting a membership here. I will not be renewing again. The lady, "ULLA" at the service desk laughed & asked me if I was sure I wanted a membership to their location and laughed. There is NO place to park in that place. Total madhouse.

Angelica V.

Yelp
Costco has become a very hostile environment. It shouldn't take 3+ employees to help me with a simple task, which they didn't resolve by the way. Meanwhile there is a huge customer service line waiting for long periods of time while employees run around and don't get work done. Please work on your customer service skills before clocking in.

Sue D.

Yelp
I have been shopping at this location for the past eight years. The cashiers are always very polite and helpful. But today I just went to purchase AirPods and there were about 6 to 7 items in my cart. The cashier named Lakthiya. she was wearing a white tshirt.she told to get the cart on the other side so my husband left it and since they had to place the items .They said my husband was crazy and started placing our items very rudely our things on the conveyor belt.It was very offensive.

Yelp
After never having been to a Costco before, I made a trip with my sister and mom to get stuff for our family Thanksgiving, and hot dog was it an exciting trip. We spent HOURS there and I didn't even realize it because it wasn't a miserable experience. I figured it would be just like Sam's because they're similar stores, and in a way it was... but it's like comparing Target to Walmart. It was the same and yet very different lol. The store seemed less crowded, the aisles felt wider, the selection felt broader... I'll definitely go back! It did have its downsides though. For instance, I wanted to buy half a dozen muffins, but they had them listed as 2 packs of 6 muffins for $7.95. One pack wasn't any cheaper and since I'm the only person in my house who would eat them, 12 large muffins was WAY too many. Sam's doesn't do things like that. They'll sell you the 6 muffins lol. Also, my mom's knee was hurting and she was having a hard time walking so she was going to get a riding cart, but there were none available when we got there and she asked an employee collecting carts if he knew if there was one abandoned in the parking lot. He said he would check, but came back a few minutes later and said that there weren't any and the store only has FIVE so they were all in use. Five motorized carts for that whole store is NOT enough in my opinion. Regardless, I look forward to my next Costco outing. It's so exciting.

Yelp
Got new titanium framed glasses and everything went well. Prescription was for variable from being nearsighted to requiring reading.

Yelp
Never had I been to a Costco. Really. Been to Sam's Club most of my life. But they opened up this Costco not to drastically far from home in recent years, so the wifey wanted to check it out. Seems very similar to Sam's I feel. Although Costco seems to sell more hipsterish food products and have a few more vegan friendly options. My wife appreciated the vegan options. They also had the big box of Beyond Meat burger patties about $4 cheaper then I've seen anywhere else. Picked up several things we liked. We may end up going here off and on. Sam's is closer to home. But this might be worth a trip here and there.

Yelp
CostCo Wholesale finally opened in Clear Lake! But dang was the grand opening PACKED! It was honestly hard pushing the cart around because the aisles were too full. I'm sure this won't be a problem later once the hype dies down. Luckily we didn't have to wait in the long membership sign up line because we became members earlier this week. Walking in, this place is like an adults playground. Whatever you need, you can find it here, even if you don't really need it. Just don't come here hungry because you'll really end up buying more than necessary. Throughout the whole store there was samples of all kinds of food and drinks just to tempt you even more. Some of our other favorite areas of the store were their food court, frozen food section, beer + wine, electronics, seafood, and travel packages. We definitely plan on buying a trip through Costco because they bundle everything together to get you a better deal. Becoming a member at Costco is one of the best things you can do for your family to help save money on things you would already buy. On the way out, don't forget to check out their liquor store. It's a separate entrance on the outside of the building. They have frequent liquor and drink samples, and they even have cocktail bundles where you buy the liquor and the mixer is free. No membership is required to shop at the liquor store also. We'll be back soon CostCo!
google avatar

Edward G.

Yelp
My wife and I have been members since 1989! We've always enjoyed the quality of products and the value for dollars spent. We once heard someone say, "You go in for a gallon of milk and come out with a canoe!!!" I can count on one hand the times we've either come out without buying anything or under $100.
google avatar

Lavender K.

Yelp
People shouldn't go to this place. The staff at this market are very anti-Asian. I thought that just a membership card can buy things here, but that's not the case. The conductor is really nice!!. He checked our cards and let us in, but the cashiers here wouldn't charge us. Even the manager here is not polite to customers. They raised their voice at us, and told us that the cardholder must be there to charge us. I don't understand how they could do that just because the cardholder was busy at work and wasn't there. They asked their daughter-in-law to go to the market for them, using their card to buy groceries, but the cashier did not let them count. So even if they get sick with covid, why can't they let their family members buy food??? If this market is only created for Americans, it should be titled "Only for American".
google avatar

Jennifer A.

Yelp
This Costco has great services and is always well stocked with the essentials I need, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. Ziploc sandwich and freezer bags and chocolate covered almonds. Oh and let's not forget the gas which was around 20 cents cheaper than most other gas stations I've driven by recently. Great one stop shop to keep you stocked up on pretty much whatever u need for a while.
google avatar

Yelp
I mean, is there anything negative to say about a Costco warehouse store? It's not just a place that warrants shopping for groceries, household supplies and other essential items, but it's a place that we go for the heck of it. Think of it this way. Costco is like the adult theme park. Sure, there are no physical rollercoaster rides but who says walking through each of the aisles isn't a thrilling experience in itself? Tired of window shopping? Need a break? Go get yourself a well-deserved classic Costco pizza or a hot dog. In the mood for a treat? Vanilla strawberry sundaes are my jam. This time, we decided to go for one of their new desserts which is the non-fat vanilla yogurt and the tangy açaí swirl. It wasn't bad. Ive been spoiled with some really good frozen açaí and I like it very tangy, but it still wasn't bad. We had a great time walking around and not buying anything except some cold drinks on this hot weekend and a sundae to share for two. PARKING Available for free in the lot

Alayna M.

Yelp
Don't worry paola D single handily saved the day at Costco tonight 10/12/23 by demanding my husband there that she just SAW standing next to me in the check out. God forbid he go to the restroom. She was pissed I didn't unpack the cart for her that's why. Sorry I didn't do your job for you. Then rudely said "UM he has to be HERE" I guess I'd be in a bad mood too if I was named Paola too.

Yelp
Bought a brand new LG TV from this place. Three months into it, the TV screen stopped working. Called their warranty service and they said they would send someone to fix it. The repair guy said you have a manufacturer defective TV. Talked to the warranty services again and they said I could return the TV to the store and get a new one. Went to this store and talked to their customer service and they refused to help me. Wouldn't even consider it. So now, the repair guy came again to fully fix it, and found screws missing on the inside of the TV....CLEARLY a refurbished TV that they re-boxed and sold new. I'm completely disgusted and will be switching to Sam's Club today.

Yelp
Customer Service is non-existent at this location. I bought a couple of items and used self check out and they stop me at the door and count my items one by one. One of their cashiers is the one who checked me out at the self check out(assuming because it was holiday peak hours or just busy). If any errors occurred it was their failings, not mine. I got 8 items and when they checked at the door it was only 6 items on the receipt. As I mentioned, if an associate is scanning my stuff, I would think they should not be making these mistakes. I didn't mind paying those items the associate somehow missed, which was a big 40 water pack and some eggs. I just assumed a simple apology would suffice since it is a hassle to be stopped at the door versus the excuse I got for their mistake, "it happens sometimes" and proceeded to show me other papers/receipts from what I am assuming "scanning" errors. I appreciate Costco and I have my executive membership, after this little inconvenience, I am considering not renewing it.

Yelp
I took my parents for their first Costco visit here and they had a lot of fun. There are definitely great deals everywhere, but I find it useful to check prices on Amazon or your grocery app to compare unit prices to see if it's truly a steal price or not (some aren't). They have electronics, clothing, jewelry, and automotive stuff, but their food is what makes them stand out! Besides the super cheap hot dog and pizza stand, they have a fun selection of frozen foods to browse. And whole rotisserie chickens for $5! Pleasantly surprised by their produce section as well-- huge apple eater here and they were nicely priced. Plenty of parking, fun to browse, and super fast checkout out! All pluses :) you can use the mobile app as your card access to get in too. I'll be back next time I'm visiting Clear Lake!

Yelp
Always crowded, but well stocked and keep everything moving. Cashiers and stockers are helpful

Yelp
Tremendous value on all merchandise. Customer friendly. Product quality is top notch.

Yelp
It is the only one market we go in every weekend. We come to buy food in biweekly. The price is reasonable and durable and quality products.

Yelp
My favorite grocery store. Great food court. Wish the aisles were labeled. Quality products for a great price.

Yelp
This is for the Optical Center I can clearly now the glasses are on! I unfortunately can see all obstacles in my way hahahahaha! Ok, great experience overall:) Huge selection of glasses and contacts and super sweet ladies to help me decide between the 15 pairs I pulled off their shelves. After spending hours and hours accomplishing nothing and recruiting the help of random customers I narrowed it down to 14 pairs. Hahahahaha I'm kidding, it was 4. The decision was finally made by one woman who walked up grabbed a random pair of glasses and said "try these on". Well, at least I didn't waste a day or anything;) Upon deciding I spent 5 minutes paying and my glasses were done in 5 days. Well worth the wait though. And now I present the final decision......

Yelp
Who can visit costco without stopping on the way out for a hotdog and coke meal?? Not me! I do miss the relish and onions. Please bring them back! I also love their strawberry ice cream sundae with lots of berries top and bottom. We were there on 4-20-21 about 6:30 and I want to give a shoutout to the young man behind the food court counter. He was working his butt off to fill orders, stopped to take cash from a gentleman and then immediately changed his gloves. Thank you for your attention to cleanliness!

Yelp
Costco is life! What can you get at costco!? Welp, pretty much anything! You need a ninja blend - costco has it, you need a solid color cotton sweater - costco has it, you need a box of macarons for a party- costco has it, you need diapers for your 6 month old - costco has it, you need 60 string cheese to pack for lunches - costco has it, you need liquid I.V. - costco has it, running low on prenatal vitamins!? Costco has it, need a variety pack of individually wrapped beef jerky for a road trip? Costco has it...the question may not be what can you not buy here but how much of one thing might you need. I questioned if my husband and I really needed things in bulk, or if we did would we use it all and not waste!? Important questions to ask yourself before diving in to a membership. However, once you do sign up you really won't regret it! We pay the 2 person membership of $120. Now that we have a baby we make more trips! If you dabble a little or a lot (not judging) on alcohol then don't forget to visit the liquor store just to the right of the entrance. I have found some sought-after craft beers here! After all that shopping you might get hungry or you came hungry...in that case visit the small food court. I'm sure y'all have heard the pizza is good - I have personally verified this and it checks out! Big slices not expensive. Haven't had the hotdog yet but I will. But my all time favorite and worth the whole trip to Costco (even if you just go here for this) is the chicken bake! OMG - each bite is warm, cheesy, perfect breading, and the chicken isn't dry! On your next visit don't forget the chicken bake!!!!

Yelp
Wow wow wow !!!!! I am amazed with the customer service at this location. The store was very clean and organized. I went pretty late at around 7pm with my family and had a pleasant shopping experience. We ordered food 13 minutes after closing time along with many others and was not rushed at all. The food service workers were AMAZING !!!!! They were so nice and thoughtful of the people ordering food post closing time and made sure everyone got their relishes and condiments while doing their closing duties. Being a food service worker and knowing what that's like speaks volumes so way to go girls ! I will definitely be coming to this Costco whenever I'm in town and my father who lives here will be to!

Yelp
I have been an avid CostCo shopper for a few years. I am very happy they finally opened one in the greater Clear Lake area. CostCo is a Membership Only box store. The cost of membership (2018) is $60 (basic) or $120 (cash-back). That is for two people. With the $120 membership, you get 2% back on all your purchases. I'll do the math for you. That means you need to spend a minimum of $3000 annually to break even on the additional $60 upgrade. You may think that is a lot of money but it is EASY to spend $3000 in 12 months if you are truly utilizing your membership. This past year, we bought four pair of glasses at the CostCo eyewear department. We also utilized CostCo travel to rent a car. There are MULTIPLE ways to utilize your membership to maximize your savings. I haven't come close to maximizing mine yet. They also have Business Memberships but I don't know all of the details on those memberships. I do know that you can add multiple people to a business membership but I do not know the details on cashback etc. The meat department is the best. Read the labels. Many of the meat products are prime beef which will be more expensive than choice or select at local grocery stores but the quality of prime beef is so much better. A perfect example are their whole briskets. CostCo sells prime grade whole brisket and Walmart sells choice grade. Prime cost slightly more per pound but the quality is also better. I prefer the prime. Make sure you are truly comparing apples to apples when comparing prices. The CostCo brand is the Kirkland brand. You can get the Kirkland brand on everything from food to clothing. The food I have eaten with the Kirkland brand has been fresh and tasty. There are many things about the Kirkland brand that I prefer over the Members Mark brand (Sam's brand). For example, the Kirkland chocolate covered almonds are fantastic. I do not like the chocolate covered almonds at Sam's. There are a few examples I could give but this review is not about bashing Sam's or the Members Mark brand. I just prefer Kirkland over many other store branded products. Bottom line - If you can't tell by reading my review, I am a huge fan of CostCo. I could write pages but you wouldn't read it. The quality of products they have are very good and many things are a great value. I am very happy that Clear Lake finally has a CostCo. It has been a long time coming.

Yelp
Not handicap friendly or handicap accessible! Very unhappy with this Costco! I brought my grandfather here and asked the front door woman where I could get a scooter for him since he can't walk unassisted. She informed me (quite unapologetically) that there were only 4 carts and they were all in use and I'd have to wait and try to find one. Surprised I asked, only 4?! Are you guys ordering more?! She said no, seeming annoyed at me. I was eventually able to find a cart for him and as we came in he voiced his concern, as did another man using a cart. She was even more annoyed now and explained that since it's not mandated that they have more they don't, and won't. We no longer plan on renewing our membership here especially since we haven't had this issue at Sams club or other smaller stores. The parking lot is always so full at this location it's hard to ever find a spot let alone a handicap spot. So I KNOW they are aware that four carts isn't enough for their daily foot traffic. It's 2023 do better!

Yelp
I called the pharmacy today to verify some much-needed medication was ready. The girl told me that it was and I asked her what time they close and she told me 8:30. Now I show up at 7:30 and the pharmacy is close. I made a special trip here just so I can get my insulin and now I can't get it because the girl lied to me on the phone.

Yelp
Love Costco. Amazing products. Great employees. Their business strategy is brilliant.

Yelp
Customer Service is non-existent at this location or with this company nationwide. I spent 255 dollars and they stop me at the door and count my items one by one. Their cashiers are the ones who checked me out. If any errors occurred it was their failings, not mine. It turns out that they rang up my fabric softener twice and did not ring my detergent. There was a price difference. It cost me an additional 12 dollars. Congratulations. While you were alienating me, my milk was getting warm. I will not be renewing my membership. I think Sam's should get many more customers and Costco needs to change their ways. Me and my money are going elsewhere.

Yelp
I love this location. Plenty of parking and cheapest gas around there. If you see this mushrooms, you must try it. Soooo addictive. Hawaiian rolls are super cheap here. I got this for last Thanksgiving and saved us quite a bit. Milk is definitely cheaper than other grocery stores as well. Organic products are cheap too!

Yelp
Switched to Costco from Sams last year because it's closer. Now I do believe that their products are superior

Yelp
Great shop with excellent prices. Patrons are courteous and not aggressive. Lakaysha checked us out today and yelled at us for not moving the cart close enough. She then proceeded to rip open the boxes of unit dosed items (box of Waterloo cans for instance) so they all were scattered across the cart. Would avoid her if you see her at the line.

Yelp
Overall impression: Costco is just the best, period. Way better than Sams club. Problem is this Costco doesn't have a photo shop and is limited in a few items compared to other locations. Because in this area everyone seems to do sams club I'm going to focus on the differences I find between the two: 1. Efficiency I really can't emphasize this point enough. Costco does everything to make sure crowds are controlled well, lines are moving smoothly, and things are working well. Food line is usually very fast. Checkout is run well. Sams club is always terrible at all of these. 2. Products Okay so they have different products and some people like the Sams club ones more. I get that. But Costco always has very high quality products for a great price. 3. Return policy Costco has the best return policy period. No questions asked and they don't even really need the receipt. Sams club makes you feel guilty every time you return and they don't make it very easy. 4. Helpful workers Costco workers can help you out better because they are better trained and more highly educated. You have to actually pass certain tests to do certain jobs at Costco. At Sams club, most of the workers can't help me very well or figure things out. It's not their fault but they're just not trained as well and most of the time they just aren't as highly educated. Costco workers are also paid more, which explains a lot too. Bottom line: get rid of your Sams club membership and try out costco now that there's one in the area.
