I ordered the chicken tandoori and it was cold and old either from previous meal service (lunch) or the day before. I felt as if they never would have served cold and old chicken to a local and will never patronize this restaurant again. Rarely have experienced something like this so noting for travelers.

Crab curry and garlic naan were incredible. Yes the place looks a bit tired and so what? Jaffna has been through a lot so just order the best of what they offer and enjoy. If you came for smashed avo go to Bali instead.

When they started in Jaffna, best Indian restaurant with rean Indian chef. Now try to maintain somehow. Still really good spicy soup is best. But nowadays owner/ management not interested to maintain a good service, may be financial issues.

Food is ok. But it takes too much time to deliver. We had to wait nearly an hour to get foods

A must visit restaurant in Jaffna. Superb and delicious dishes. Garlic / Cheese Naan, Tandoori chicken and devilled fish are few of their signature dishes. Thank you Mr Rashed👨‍🍳 for preparing us with wonderful variety of Indian meals.

Ordered chicken+egg soup and a chicken fried rice. Taste was good and the interior was welcoming. Prices were affordable but comparatively higher than other restaurants in jaffna with respect to quantity. One issue to be noted is the long waiting time!

DO NOT ORDER BIRIYANI FROM HERE!!! The biriyani was the worst sorry excuse of a biriyani I'v ever seen in my life. Rice was a cheap rice grain (not even basmati) with a fried egg on top (not even a boiled egg). Overall it tasted like some kind of a weird fried rice (not the good kind) and did not even come close to tasting like biriyani. An absolute disappointment.
