"This inviting restaurant in the heart of a winery is appealingly appointed with contemporary objets d'art and exotic wood furnishings and overlooks the Cévennes. The perfect foil to sample contemporary bistronomic cuisine: duck magret, spicy jus, roast melon in elderflower; panacotta flavoured with lavender honey, apricots and a dairy mousse. Most of the produce is local and seasonal, like the lovely fruity olive oil which is produced on the estate. We had a fantastic lunch here. Delicious food, beautifully plated and excellent service. I loved the spaciousness and decor of the dining room with its views out over the estate. You should visit the wine tasting area downstairs if you can.

The wine and food here is simply amazing, the duck with roasted cantaloupe is still being talked about in our group, plus the wines are such fair value to have at lunch or to take home.

Lunch at the oasis! A chic restaurant in the middle of a vineyard - a setting that's hard to beat really! Pop in for a degustation at the cave door of Les Domaines Paul Mas. Then it's upstairs for lunch to finish up the afternoon!! Lovely modern spacious ambience with views over the vineyard. Simple menu of local produce, effortlessly caters to most allergies, picture perfect presentation, obliging service. Well worth a visit to the cellar and the restaurant if you are in the area. Looking forward to returning for another visit.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! A great place to take visitors. Don't be afraid to go, it's unpretentious. No need to wear you Sunday best. Even the drive to get there is a lovely countryside excursion.

Good wine I buy every year. Just regret that nothing is to be munched with... walnuts, baguette, comté. Just little cubes. Is this difficult?

I bought this wine in Canadian liquor store in cold winter. It was amazing! It warmed our February evening. I like the label. ☺️ Thanks!

Minute portions of mediocre food. Not a vegetable, potato or accompaniment in sight. Dishes arrived cold. The staff were even colder! Awful experience.

Really good food and wine at a reasonable price. The service is always impeccable. Lovely big airy dining room and courtyard in the summer. Definitely worth the price.
