Very nice, cute, quaint, quiet. Nice, personable hospitality. They texted me the day of check in a couple hrs before check in time and let me know the room was available which was great, we were able to check in early. The people at the desk were super welcoming. Code was already programmed into the door so we could walk right into our room. They provided us with town info (restaurants , wineries, etc), informed us of the grounds features, housekeeping info, and let us know they'll be hanging a bag of fresh pastries at our door around 8am every am. The courtyard room (which I assume is the basic or pretty close) has a microwave , small fridge, coffee maker , tea maker. Four tea bags are provided, along with a small bag of coffee, Jam and butter for the pastries, two bottles of water, some glassware/utensils. For two nights, this will be great. Something to note, the courtyard room does not have a tv. Some rooms do have them, but not ours. So if you're looking to watch something , bring your earbuds to link to your phone/tablet or make sure your room you book has a tv if you want one.
The people at the front desk saw us walking into town and chased us down to give us an umbrella because rain was possible; that was super nice of them. They do offer massage services and seemed like they had availability when I checked in since they offered (unfortunately, I don't have time to take advantage of their facility this time but hopefully next). Town square is a quick few min walk, it's right there! Great location, but also the sidewalk walking from inn to town is dark, so bring your phone for light at night if you need it.
This is a small, cute and quaint place. If you're looking for over the top extravagance, this may not be your place. If you're looking for a nice inn experience close to town, this will be perfect.
