A lovely meal in a lovely location. Service was good and the menu was varied enough to allow for all dietary requirements. They offer a vegetarian tasting menu at request although we opted for a la carte. The wine list is good although lacked any specialist wines. Food was great and showcased fresh and seasonal options.

We really enjoyed our visit to this restaurant — everything was quite good! The truffle pasta and the lobster pasta were especially delicious. Overall, the food and atmosphere were very nice. The only thing we didn’t really like was the dessert, but as they say, tastes differ :)

A Memorable Dining Experience with Thoughtful Service From the moment a staff member graciously took my coat upon arrival to the final moment of signing the bill, every part of my experience here brought me joy. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff were exceptional. A particularly delightful moment was when my server playfully asked me to sign the receipt "like a movie star"—I couldn't help but smile like a child. The three-course meal was exquisite, and I chose the Italian cheese platter for dessert. However, the apple compote listed on the menu was missing. When I inquired, the manager explained that there had been a slight menu adjustment and apologized for not informing me in advance. I appreciated the explanation and thanked them for their kindness. To my surprise, a few moments later, the kitchen sent out a specially prepared fruit compote just for me. This thoughtful gesture truly highlighted the impeccable hospitality of the restaurant. I rarely give 5 stars, but after dining here in September, this restaurant really deserved it. I opted for the degustation menu, and I was not disappointed at all. Each dish was plated beautifully and served with flair. I savoured each bite of my delicious meal. The service from the team here is top-notch as everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I would definitely come back here again the next time I am in Prague.

We visited the restaurant for dinner and it was honestly a really nice experience. The food was tasty, the service was absolutely perfect, especially Diana she is such a sweet girl and very professional, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Also, Rui if I’m not wrong, that’s his name he is the sommelier he is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very cozy and perfect for a relaxing meal. The dishes were perfectly cooked, incredible flavours, the only very small point was that the tiramisu was not up to our expectations, it has to be more richer, creamier texture to really fill the mouth. Everything else was fantastic!!

Lovely setting in the heart of Prague. We enjoyed the Italian meal but moreover the service: truly nice and genuine. Exceptional in Prague. Awesome team! 😍 The view from this cozy restaurant (evening) is also a plus: by the river with the city lights… What a romantic time we had. Four Seasons never disappoints.

Came here for drinks and a casual dinner last night and had a great time. Fabrizio was fun to talk to. We ordered wine and Aperol Spritzes but will definitely be back to try cocktails, as the ones he was making looked awesome. The atmosphere wasn't too loud but also not empty and the light food we had for dinner was good. I'm in Prague for work quite a bit and this is a great place to go to have a drink and relax.

We recently stopped by Cotto Crudo's bar on a cold Prague Sunday afternoon and had a delightful time. The interior was stylish, in a Milan sort of way. I had a glass of Moldavian Pinot Blanc that was crisp and delicious and my husband had Czech beer of some kind on tap. We were also given complimentary snacks such as chips, olives and a spicy peanut mix. The music was a pleasant section of songs from the 1940's which fitted the atmosphere perfectly. Cotto Crudo was a great experience!

I only had breakfast here while staying at the hotel but even still, service was excellent (as always) and the breakfast buffet and breakfast menu is nice and full of warm options from the kitchen. I chose the lemon ricotta pancakes the first day and really enjoyed them with my Earl Grey tea and some fruit from the buffet. The inside is decorated very comfortably and there are windows all around which overlook Prague with water views. It's very charming. I can't wait to come back to this hotel and also this restaurant on my next visit to Prague.

Located at lobby of Four season Hotel the restaurant Cotto Crudo really surprised me with opulent flavors of fusion Italian dishes. Presentation of the foods were simple and elegant, and the taste of soup, salad were an exceptional stand out. Subtle and refined taste of onion soup and various chopped up vegetables salad mixed with minimal dressing kept my palate stay alive before the main course. The combination of Veal, foie gras, black truffle, and pesto olive oil in main course were something I never tasted and it made my dining experience very interesting. With perfectly paired glass of French pinot noir I was in absolute heaven. Amazing view of river and great service the place is a world class establishment.

A very nice FS hotel restaurant, where you can't beat the attentive service. The Miso Salmon Salad was really delicious, and the main entree, I ordered the Cavatelli, with lentils, which might seem odd, but I really love them. Now, in the entree's description in mention Cacio e Pepe, which is one of my favorite dishes, but it really has to be done right. Although this dish was fine, it really laced the zest of strong black pepper. But overall, at dinner we were well looked after, and the food was satisfying. For a FS Hotel the prices were very reasonable and the Miso Salmon Salad was served very cold, and the pasta dish was served very hot. Thank you Cotto Crudo.

Located in the Four Seasons Hotel is an modern comfortable upscale restaurant that whispers we love you. They are known for the raw fish small plates and present a modern Italian flavor as their entrees. I had the crab pasta which was interesting along with the small plates raw fish selection.

The service here was exceptional!! I wouldn't expect anything less from a restaurant within the Four Seasons! But the food was beyond salty. It was as if each bite was given its own pinch of salt. We got the burrata, which, if it wasn't so crazy salty, would have been amazing. And then I got the sea bass, which was also very, very salty. Cooked well, just very salty. Good experience, but maybe ask them to be light on the salt!

Delicious food and employable service! Gabriela, our server, knew the menu and wine list perfectly and made wonderful suggestions for our dining pleasure. Jasmine cocktail was delicious!

This place deserves better rating. The seafood is fresh and great homemade pasta. The wine list is lacking, but, they make great cocktails.

Lovely meal at this serene hotel restaurant. The view of the castle was enhanced by a brief fireworks show. Service was first rate and food was quite good. Raw tuna appetizer was good. Pasta and clams entree fine too. Wine selection was modest for a Four Seasons, but okay. Overall, though, a welcome break from local fare.

Honestly underwhelming. The food is nothing to write home about and the service is good but not great. Everything just lacks personality and originality. It feels like it had to be here because of the hotel but has no soul.

When you come to a place like the Four Seasons in Prague, you're not looking for just a place to rest your head and get a mediocre meal or run of the mill drink... you're looking for an experience. Charlie at CottoCrudo ensures that you will have anything but an average time at this at the hotel's premier main level bar. His knowledge of fine spirits and classic cocktails will grab you're attention, and his alcohol-based creations will keep you planted in your seat, wanting more and more of what he has to offer. He was hands down the best bartender we have ever had, in any part of the world.

Great restaurant with amazing view to the Prague castle. Food was delicious and so was dessert. Service was very good. Definitely recommend.

Just came in two days for fantastic wine and an amazing view. Had a meat and cheese platter the other day that could have fed a small family. They packed up the leftovers for me and upon opening the bag, discovered they included an assortment of fresh bread. Today it's just wine with the house accompany men of chips and smoked almonds.

This restaurant located in the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel with an amazing view over the river and Palace has potential to make it big. Unfortunately they lost their Michelin star rating recently and now we know why. Service mediocre, food similarly served and the wine list lacks an assortment priced "in between" low and high (price goes from 1000 CZK directly to 9600 CZK to 21000 CZK on their Pinot Noire selection). Best was their trio of cheeses - We loved the Burrata they serve. Best visited on the patio outside (we were sitting inside) - and inside was totally empty this Saturday evening as the picture shows. We will be back at this awesomely located hotel but for now this restaurant will be a backup of a backup restaurant at best.

This resturant is in the Four Seasons, Prague. The setting is lovely, being right on the river. The decor is warm and stylish. We started in the bar for before dinner drinks. The mixologist were excellent! Our drinks were perfect and served in beautiful stemware. Next the dining experience was excellent! This was the best meal we had in Prague. The menu is varied and there's a large Vegan menu. I can't say enough about our server Gabriela! She was charming, professional and her knowledge of the menu was so impressive. Not only did she know her menu, she knew wine and made perfect suggestions. She exemplified fine dining service and delivered this with warmth and a smile. She made the experience even better. Don't miss this resturant when in Prague!!!

Food was very good for both breakfast and dinner. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are adequate. The prosciutto portions were generous. The service is well below average. I would not come back because of the service. I have dined at Four Seasons restaurants across the world and this service was not commensurate with the brand. The dining experience is slow, the service is disorganized as our waitress disappeared and we we were them serviced by another waitress 30 minutes later. No one ever asked if our meals were satisfactory and the coffee, water, and drink service was poor.

We at here while visiting Prague on our honeymoon. We had a gorgeous view and excellent service. The food was fantastic. The gave us a free dessert which was so thoughtful! They went above and beyond!
