there was a line for the fitting room, so i asked one worker if she could open one. she said she didn’t have a key and to ask the cashier. cashier said “only one is open right now,” despite there being five fitting rooms and a line. when asked if she could open another, she said she had an emergency and needed to leave the store with the only other employee, so they were only allowing one fitting room to be used (???). we waited five more minutes for the fitting room and the cashier still hadn’t left to take care of her “emergency,” and the other employee was literally hiding in the back texting. so we left without trying on or buying. like what the heck is happening in this store? just unlock a freaking fitting room?

Definitely be in the love with the item before you take it out the store! The return policy is extremely strict. I wasn’t able to return or exchange an unworn pair of pants with receipt because the price tag was removed. Not even a credit? I’ve never heard of that. I guess my usually shops (Gap, AE, Lululemon, and Target don’t follow such a rigid return policy. I won’t shop there again- not good customer service in my opinion.

I’ve been here multiple times and there’s always this one worker that, EVERY TIME she’s working, I’ve never been able to try on clothes, regardless if there’s many employees working a shift. I luckily tried the dress I bought on prior to this visit and was helped by the other lovely employee.

Good spot to go to for denim. Every once in a while you can catch sneaky, good deals on much needed clothing essentials like denim and t-shirts. Staff also is usually friendly too. Inventory has to greatly improve though.

staff are very very rude and lazy. will refuse fitting room service to everyone. they are always rolling their eyes or just staring at customer's. store is incredibly understaffed

5 fitting rooms, only one allowed open. There was a line of people waiting. When we asked to open another room, the 4 workers on their phone said no.

horrible service. extremely under staffed and the staff that was there was rude.
