I could not have asked for a better experience! The team at Counter Culture are professional, knowledgeable and most importantly responsive. No "supply chain shortages" or COVID excuses from Wayne. He connected me with Jess on a weekend..while he was on vacation! Jess understood we were on a budget and with her expert guidance we chose the samples in our price range. Wayne runs a fantastic Countertop business! He replaced our old (40 year old!) Formica kitchen Countertop with a new Quartz design. He is very detailed in his measurements and installation. His staff is also fantastic to work with. We couldn't have been more thrilled with the results! Thank You, Wayne!

We wanted to replace our traditional island countertop, with a T shape. After calling around, Tasha helped make our idea a reality, by providing great customer service, and adding some life to our design. From start to finish, they were professional and provided great communication.

Wayne and the Counter Culture team did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel. I can't believe how incredible and modern my kitchen is now compared to what it was. The quality of the job was amazing and they completed the job quickly. I'll definitely be recommending them to all my friends.

Everything about our experience with Counter Culture has been amazing. Jess was able to listen to our vision and find the perfect pattern for our bathroom redo. Wayne's attention to detail is unlike anything we have ever seen. Not only does he do great work, he is also amazingly neat. Each day before leaving, Wayne always left our bathroom even cleaner than the last time. The final product is beautiful - beyond anything we could have imagined. Can't imagine anyone else could do anything as amazing as this.

Working with Eric and Wayne on our kitchen remodel could not have gone any better. They did our quartz countertops and came in on time and on budget. Their pricing was competitive (not the cheapest or most expensive, we got 5 quotes) but their customer service and attention to detail far surpassed expectations. After dealing with delays and poor communication from the other trades working on our project, Counter Culture was a breath of fresh air. They actually answer their phones (and texts), return calls promptly, show up on time, set up showroom appointments, have patience when you start to second guess the slab you chose, and fabricate and install quickly. Eric and Wayne were real pros, I would not hesitate to use them again on future projects.

I went to the Home and Garden show simply to get ideas and collect vendor names. Once I met Cory and saw the beautiful quartz counter top of my dreams, I was hooked. Wayne is genuine and professional and stands behind his people and products. My kitchen looks amazing and Wayne was so kind to assist with a few things that were probably above his pay grade. I know this exceptional service is above and beyond what most would provide, but sincerely appreciated. I will recommend your services to every and all of my friends.

Wayne at Counter Culture did the countertops in our kitchen and two bathrooms. We couldn't be more pleased! First of all, Wayne is the nicest man in the construction industry we've ever met. He and he crew did a great job, communicated with us well through the process, and we are so pleased with the quality of the workmanship. We'd highly recommend Counter Culture to anyone.

We LOVE the counter tops, HOWEVER, the seams were not filled properly and there is glue stuck inside my new sink that that I cannot get out. Sure, my fault, should have held payment until it was addressed. Life gets busy, so a few years later I called, more than once, to finally get it addressed. Left messages, then only could get responses by emailing the "info" email address and they quoted $300 to come to fix the seams. Sorry, not acceptable and we cancelled. We are going to have quartz installed in all four bathrooms, but we'll go elsewhere. Funny thing, the owner was all over us when we were buying, but have not heard from him AT ALL about this. The only other advice I would offer is to NOT get the touch faucet unless it is "hard wired", as the battery life isn't great.

There was an error in the granite that we ordered, however it was fixed within 3 business days. The installers were amazing as we did not have to remove the backsplash. We are extremely happy with the final product! Highly recommend!

Requested a quote online, received a message the following day saying they wanted to come out to look at everything and could we get scheduled? I responded almost immediately, sent over all of my information, and said any day, anytime. Someone is there working from home, we're available. No response. I messaged again three days later. No response. That was a week ago.

Sadly, like many companies today, Counter Culture's service standards and ethics seem to have gone downhill over the last year. Blame it on COVID, perhaps. People in the construction trades are overwhelmed and tired today, but rather than turn business away, many have allowed their standards to slip a little, or a lot. It seems that some are even taking advantage of the fact that customers working on home projects are lined up out the door, so companies know they can get away with a few extra errors, extended wait times, or even a questionable business practice or two. If customers are paying attention, and complain, well, what's the loss of one or two when there's plenty of new business to fill the void? Unfortunately, it appears that this industry-wide malaise has caught hold at Counter Culture as well. Counter Culture was a great company, and it could be again, but something is just a bit off today, and that raises concerns that any customer with high standards may want to consider. No need to bad mouth anyone in particular. It just seems that this company's "slippage," in multiple areas, is something that potential customers should be aware of. I just hope they can get their act together before too many good customers walk away. But, doing business with service firms that have lost their way is not a wise idea either.

I would not recommend Counter Culture based on my experience. I had the countertops replaced and backsplash installed in my condo's small kitchen. I was told it would take 1-2 days for countertop demo and install, and 1-2 days for backsplash. It ended up taking SEVEN WEEKS to have this job only mostly completed. This included 12 different days of coordination and other people in my home (I do not work from home so this was not easy). On almost every occasion, the CC employee showed up multiple hours after the time we had agreed on. If that wasn't enough... our backsplash was installed incorrectly. This meant I had to buy additional backsplash materials at my own expense due to CC's error. I relayed that the backsplash needed to be fixed to CC and explained that I was having our kitchen professionally painted and needed all of their work to be completed before the painting. I didn't think this was a huge ask because the painters weren't scheduled until 4 weeks after the initial backsplash install. Instead of prioritizing their error and working to address it, I was cancelled on multiple times, including one day when the tile installer just didn't show up or respond to any calls or texts. CC was not able to fix the backsplash before the kitchen was painted, leaving me with damaged walls and the need for additional painting.

Thank you so much Counter Culture for my beautiful kitchen! I couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism of this wonderful company. If you are thinking about remodeling your kitchen be sure to work with Wayne and his team!

Should have done this month's ago....... We went in on a Tuesday and had beautiful new granite countertops installed within 2 weeks. (It was January.) Wayne and his crew helped us with more than we realized we needed help with. Precise, clean, and completed quickly. Thanks for helping us create a whole new look. Definitely recommend!

I had a metal framed coffee table that I love the shape of but the top had a gross amount of wear and tear. I reached out to Regina at Counter Culture and she helped me find a new table top that I just love. I got to shop around the remnants in the warehouse and pick out the perfect piece. I brought the coffee table and they fit it to size. Not only was it cost effective but the whole process didn't take more than three days. The customer service was fantastic and I just love the end result. It's got me looking around my house trying to figure out what other projects I can make up!

This is a great countertop company. Fantastic service and attention to detail. Wayne is the owner and he personally comes out to every job to make sure it is done right. Regina and Jesse are the office staff and they handle logistics, scheduling, etc. All three people go the extra yard to make sure you know exactly what to expect, from beginning to end. We had a large, old Formica countertop removed and replace with a nice Quartz countertop made by Pental (who has a great showroom in Aurora, BTW). We also had our old, cast iron sink replaced with a high-tech granite-based sink made by Blanco. The results were stunning and we could not be more happy! There was a small problem with the sink about 3 weeks after install, but Wayne came out (the Same Day we called) to fix the problem! Thanks to everyone for all their help. Great job!!

This company is by far the best company I've ever worked with. They were reliable and ALWAYS available to answer my questions and capture my vision. I purchased countertops from Home Depot a few years ago at another property and I wish I would have known about Wayne, Jesse and the rest of the crew before. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. 100% recommend!!

Our new quartz countertops are gorgeous! Regina and Jessica in the office are great to work with, and let us take a couple rounds of samples home to mull over. As they say on their website, their showroom is small, but even then, they had all the samples and knowledge we needed to make a good decision. They let us know that certain suppliers sell half slabs, which helped us save money because we needed more than one slab, but buying two slabs would have driven the price beyond our budget. They helped us get the best price--we had shopped around and this was by far the best price we found. When it came time for installation, we had a couple hiccups with the seam and a plumbing connection leaking. Regina and the owner, Wayne, personally made sure both issues were solved quickly and to our satisfaction, and didn't take final payment until the job was 100% done.

Our kitchen was just completed by Counter Culture last night. The Best customer service! Love our new kitchen!!! Jess, Regina, and Wayne - Thank you so much!

My kitchen had a Corian countertop that was only a couple years old on 40 year old cabinets. I worked with Wayne on the removal and installation of the countertop on my new kitchen cabinets. The countertop looks brand new again. It was a great experience all around and I highly recommend them.

Just finished up our project with Wayne and team and we will never have enough good things to say about the experience. Wayne is as meticulous and as helpful as they come from the initial bidding process through the final installation. He offered up solutions to fit exactly what we needed and even suggested and did some minor cabinet moves and adjustments to a wall to cut it down slightly to make our project turn out better for us. I couldn't have been more thrilled with both the speed in which they work, the quality of the work they do, and the communication throughout the process. Great experiences throughout with Wayne, Kristy, Josh, Corey and the installation team. High praise and will refer and use again. Thanks Counter Culture!

I called to ask for a service which they didn't provide (we have laminate counters, which they don't work with) and they took the time to call me back and give me the names and numbers of two companies that provide the service I needed. Customer service rock stars!

The team was very helpful during design and selection. Very quick fabrication-excellent install (even with last minute change order). Wayne, Jess, and the team go above and beyond to get your satisfaction. Will only consider them for future cabinet/CT work. Best in show.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. I wholeheartedly recommend Counter Culture. We worked with them for the remodel of two bathrooms- the vanity tops, sinks and then the bench top, niche ledge and windowsill in a new bathroom. Their customer service and communication are beyond excellent. They went the extra mile for me during a small snafu (not their doing) that occasionally happens during remodels. I appreciate that. Don't go anywhere else.

Have used Counter Culture for 3 projects in the past 8 years at 2 different homes. I trust their work and find their pricing to be very competitive. Will be using them again for basement project coming up in next year.

We had Counter Culture come over to cut our counter tops to fit a new sink we bought for our kitchen. Wayne came over to do the cuts. After he was done and left, I noticed that when the sink was in place, there were large gaps on 3 corners between the sink and the counter tops! He had totally messed up our counter! Being young and naive with no experience in this kind of situation before, I paid in cash and failed to get an invoice from him (totally my own fault there). However, when we tried to call and get an invoice or have someone return to fix the issue, they never returned our calls. Not only did they do a terrible job, but they took advantage of us and that is not a respectable business. Don't waste your time here if you want quality work from quality people. Would NOT recommend.

In the midst of a total kitchen remodel, Wayne Hileman and the team at Counter Culture provided excellent work at a very reasonable price. When we started our search for a quartz countertops, we looked everywhere from design centers to chain home improvement stores, but we weren't able to find nice countertops or get good direction there. In fact, the process began to feel overwhelming and frustrating. When we visited the small but well laid-out showroom at Counter Culture, we talked about general ideas and Wayne indicated he'd come to our home with samples when the remodel process was further along. He also gave us some background in their decades-long experience fabricating and installing countertops. When we were ready, he brought a complete set of samples out from several manufacturers, and helped us select one which turned out just beautifully in our house. To our very pleasant surprise, he actually completed the installation that very week! I could not be more thrilled with the service I received, and the price came very close to estimates we were receiving from chain stores who represent lower quality products, and could never arrange to have samples brought to our home or provide the high level of detail and guidance during the installation process. I strongly recommend Counter Culture to anyone looking for countertops.
