Country Club Lima Hotel

We stayed for two nights before going to Machu Picchu and a cruise on the Amazon River. The room was very nice. The staff was outstanding. Luis and Franklin in the restaurant were very attentive and took great care of us. Mario and Anthony on the Concierge staff were outstanding. They recommended tours and restaurants for us, and arranged everything. Juan Carlos, the door man, was always there to greet us and had a big smile on his face. Everyone made our stay extra special.

I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience trying to make a reservation at Perroquet. After reaching out to their business account to inquire about activities for the weekend of February 14th, I was met with an infuriatingly dismissive response. The person who replied to me simply said "No" and offered absolutely no alternatives or suggestions for other dates. It’s astonishing how a business can treat potential customers with such blatant disregard! It felt as if they were actively trying to turn me away rather than welcome me in. In the hospitality industry, customer service should be a priority, yet this experience was the complete opposite. How can any establishment be so incompetent as to respond to a client with nothing but a flat "No"????! This interaction has left me shocked and absolutely appalled. There was ZERO EFFORT to assist me or to make me feel like a valued customer. I would give their hospitality and customer service a resounding ZERO. If this is how they treat potential patrons, I shudder to think how they would handle actual guests. I sincerely hope they wake up and realize that their approach needs a complete overhaul—this kind of service is unacceptable and will undoubtedly drive customers away.

Our stay at the Country Club Hotel was an excellent experience. The classic and elegant atmosphere is also very cozy.|The entire hotel staff is attentive and highly prepared. Highlight for Mr. Paredes, Chief Concierge, who serves everyone with friendliness and great attention. It's worth staying here

Not all it was made up to be. The food was okay. The drinks were good, but for that exuberant price, our group of 12 could have had a better meal somewhere else. The experience wasn't worth the hefty price in my opinion, but I travel a lot and have seen nicer places with better service for less. It was highly recommended, but I didn't see the allure. I think it's more of a status statement for locals to consume here. Personally, I would never go back.

Beautiful hotel with large and luxurious rooms. Restaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very walkable neighborhood.

Excellent hotel, very well located. Large rooms, very clean and very professional staff. Turbo Internet. Convenient for events (private and business). And also very easy access to Golf, which is great. I certainly will repeat my experience in my next visit to Lima.

Perhaps one of the most complex feelings ! From one side the hotel is truly iconic, great interiors, vibe of old luxury ( true luxury ) , good breakfast, service and location, a must visit place at least for a cup of tea or a drink at the English Bar which takes you back in time Yet there is an extreme proximity to a sport facility almost wall to wall, with very loud mornings of pilates with super high music volume / with games all day long people shouting etc. so if you are considering it, make sure to avoid the side facing the sport facilities !
