The quality of the food really depends on what you order. I had the taco omelet with potatoes, which was pretty good. However, my wife ordered the catfish with grits, and it was disappointing. The grits lacked seasoning, and the catfish had a strong fishy taste. Our waitress, Precious, was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. The prices were on the higher side, but the portion sizes were generous—again, depending on what you ordered. We both had the pineapple lemonade. Initially, it tasted mostly like lemonade with very little pineapple flavor, but my refill had a stronger pineapple taste. They definitely need to work on consistency with the drinks. Overall, it’s not a bad spot to eat. One downside was the seating policy: they wouldn’t seat us until our entire party of 20 arrived. Even after we were all there, we had to wait another 45 minutes to be seated.

Came here for Sunday brunch with a friend and we had such a good time! She ordered the catfish and grits with extra crispy bacon, and I went with the grits and French toast. The French toast came out a little overdone, but the staff was super accommodating and took it off the bill…great customer service. I also had the strawberry pineapple lemonade, and it was so good. The atmosphere was lively and fun—music was a whole vibe, and someone even came around taking photos at the tables. We sat at the bar top to avoid the hour-long wait for a table, and honestly, we didn’t miss a thing. The food was delicious, and the experience felt just as good as sitting at a regular table. I’ll definitely be back!

Highly Recommend. We liked it so much we went two days in a row. Flavorful, big portions, hot, fresh food. What we had: - Chicken & Sweet Potato Waffles - Breakfast Burrito - Catfish & Grits - Sweet potato pancakes Two things to know: No alcohol (not sure if its BYOB) Chicken sausage was a bit salty but they were working on it.

My daughter took me here for my birthday brunch. Ari was our waitress and she was AWESOME!! Great vibes inside restaurant. My daughter had fried catfish and grits. She loved it. I got Chef special's 3 wings and 2 pancakes. First stack had one pancake burnt, but Ari got me some fresh ones. Golden and fluffy😊 Great customer service!!!

I really enjoy eating at this local restaurant. Asia greeted me and my girlfriend upon entering and we happily waited the 20 minutes to be seated since we went on a Saturday AM. The lemonades are SWEET so be prepared for that! The waitresses were awesome and helped us select great items. This place gets very busy so the earlier you visit, the better. This was my second time here and they didn’t disappoint. The food takes a bit to come out because it’s hot and fresh and so worth it! The music and vibes are great in this restaurant & will keep you entertained. They also have a bar you can sit at if a table isn’t your thing.

Google
Absolutely no complaints! The food and service were excellent. Portions were big, and everything was seasoned just right. I had the seafood breakfast burrito with potatoes, and it was delicious. I also tasted the chicken and fish dishes my family ordered—everything was on point. Not only did it taste good, it looked good too. I wish I had taken pictures of the other dishes as well. The young lady who served us was super nice. We even got to speak to the cook and give her props for that chicken—seriously, some of the best I’ve ever had. If we had one more day in town, we definitely would’ve gone back.

Came here with some friends visiting me. My friend went to the same restaurant in LA and wanted to try the Vegas location. When we arrived we were told the wait would be 45-60 minutes. Cool. My phone was buzzing at 40 min alerting us our table was ready. I ordered the Catfish & Grits with a side of Wings. Since this was my first time eating Catfish, I didn’t have a frame of reference. I usually don’t eat anyone’s grits except my Moms, but whoever made the grits almost had them tasting better than my Moms. The grits had cheese, salt and pepper. Maybe a bit of garlic powder. Thick, but not too thick. I had two big pieces of catfish that were fried perfectly. The fish was flaky and light. At least to me. The wings were fried perfectly and nicely seasoned. All in all, yummy food. I’ll go back. Our server was knowledgeable, polite and attentive without hovering.

Absolutely Amazing! We were greeted by a nice hostess & a photographer that gives you a complimentary photo to commemorate the moment. I had the Shrimp & Grits, my dad had a waffle, & my husband had a veggie omelette. The waitress Jay was so dope, she remembered everything (when she brought our waffle out, it came with the butter & syrup, so we could put it on hot, we didn’t have to wait & ask for it). Very rarely do I find a black owned restaurant hitting on every level but this one definitely did! The prices were reasonable, the portions were good, the service, & the music was loud enough to vibe but soft enough for my infant to sleep comfortably the whole time ! I will definitely be back. Ps- parking is free & convenient right outside the restaurant!

Yelp
I arrived at Court Cafe on a Friday afternoon. When I approached the front desk, the hostess flipped the sign around, which read, "Waitlist closed. " She quickly flipped the sign around and said she was joking. I always appreciate a good sense of humor, so my first impression was good. The hostess sat me at the bar, and I looked around and noticed the nicely decorated interior of the restaurant was nice and clean. Classic R&B music was in the air; as a music lover whose favorite genre is R&B, that's always a welcome sound for me! I ordered the sweet potato waffles, scrambled cheese eggs with three different cheese options--I got the shredded Colby jack, I think--and strawberry lemonade. I got hooked on sweet potato waffles at another local restaurant that has sweet potatoes embedded into the waffle. The sweet potato waffles at Court Cafe featured a traditional waffle with a small scoop of sweet potatoes on top, whipped cream, syrup, sugar, and all sorts of sweet toppings. I loved the waffles here! However, I prefer sweet potatoes embedded inside the waffle. Courts Cafe has the moistest eggs I have ever tasted, and they are delicious! I liked the strawberry lemonade, for which the attentive bartender gave me a free refill to go. In February, the restaurant had a sign-out front that advertised 20% off for locals, so that was a bonus and savings. I am unsure if the 20% discount was a one-month promotion or ongoing. I enjoyed the excellent food and service and will return! My food cost around 25.00 with the 20 percent discount.

Yelp
Only Downfall was no alcohol (Newly opened so we'll let it slide) Before we headed to the airport we stopped here and grabbed brunch the portions were huge I was stuffed What we ordered - shrimp and grits - fried fish - regular butter grits - lemonade (strawberry and pineapple) Food was amazing , clean bathrooms, knowledgeable staff! Super warm and welcoming Next Vegas Trip! We will be back!

Yelp
Corner Cafe LV is unapologetically BLACK. The food is Chef's kiss. They had a great soundtrack playing throughout the restaurant and had SpongeBob and sports on television. They also encourage good hygiene via a placard on the door by reminding anyone who uses the bathroom to open the door with a paper towel to prevent the spread of food-borne illnesses. There is also an in-house photographer. This was a beautiful gathering of melanated beings, but it appears to be very inclusive judging by the staff. Jordan took care of us. Great service and great demeanor. I had the shrimp and grits with a side order of deep-fried catfish. My wife had the Chicken and Brown Sugar Belgian Waffles. Also, blueberry lemonade and pineapple lemonade. I don't have to say much about it... you see how good this looks?!

Yelp
We have eaten here a few times, and the staff is always so friendly! The music was a bit loud, the vibe was like a nightclub even though it was 10am. Our most recent visit, I have noticed that prices had increased, which is unfortunate because now I do think that it is a bit overpriced for what it is. With that being said, the fried chicken was delicious and I had the sweet potato waffles on the side! Both were flavored so well and I would definitely recommend the chicken and waffle combo.

Yelp
**NO ALCOHOL** I REPEAT THEY DO NOT SELL ALCOHOL. As you walk in there's a photographer to your left that takes your pic. There's also a backdrop if you would like to use it. The decor is all black but there's plenty of lighting so it's not dark in the place. I sat at the bar. There's enough TVs throughout the restaurant and the musical selection was nice. Derrick was my server. He was attentive and kept my lemonade filled without even asking. I indulged in the suicide lemonade and I highly recommend it. I had the catfish and grits. The catfish was seasoned well. The grits were creamy but I personally wasn't a fan so if I ever go back I would do a side of catfish. Disclaimer: I'm not a fan of grits so they have to be phenomenal for me to like them. Side of 3 chicken wings is 14 or 15, a bit pricey to me but......they were flavorful and crispy. The hot cakes are huge. Enough to share with someone else. Although, I had peach cobbler hotcakes I could taste the cinnamon and vanilla in the batter. They were tasteful.

Yelp
Might be one of the top 10 breakfasts I have ever eaten at a restaurant. Did not predict that when I walked in. Proves that Vegas has great restaurants that aren't insanely priced. The taste, the presentation, and the portion were excellent. Great soothing music too. I went to several of the "name" high-end restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip, plus Chinatown, and this might be the most memorable meal of that week. Restaurant is east of the Vegas Strip near UNLV and a Target shopping center. They have omelettes and traditional breakfast but what makes them stand out is fried chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, catfish and grits, and their selection of flavored butters that look as good as ice cream or gelato. Everything I saw come out of the kitchen looked great and I know folks ordered way too much so they could take home for later. I personally had the catfish and grits. The grits by themselves were incredible. Cheese and black pepper was blended into the grits to a well-balanced flavor. Cream and spice. Then on top of that two ample fried catfish filets with a wonderful crispy batter. It was so much food but I finished it. Do not know next time I will be in Vegas but I will make sure to be back.

Yelp
Best chicken and waffles in Vegas period. I got the banana pudding waffles which were delicious, and the chicken was crispy, juicy, & super flavorful. The catfish and grits were excellent and the sauce it comes with was too good. The portion sizes are huge, and the service was great! Good music, and they even had a photographer there in case you wanted pictures. I've already told all of my friends to try this place, 10/10!!!

Yelp
This review is long overdue. I've been twice now and everytime I go the food is great. The service is great as well. I've had the chicken and waffles and everything was good. Other ppl I went with had the grits and they said it was good as well. I wish it wasn't so far away from me. They don't serve alcohol which doesn't bother me cause I'm there for the food. Inside is pretty spacious and the music is always on point.

Yelp
This is probably our 3rd time eating here when we feel like having the best chicken & waffles in Vegas! This place is always busy and we know why. We still haven't tried their other dishes because when hubby & I crave chicken & waffles, this is the best. I tried the banana pudding waffles with my fried chicken and it was delicious and of course had to get my blueberry lemonade! Simple delicious! Hubby had his chicken and peach cobbler waffle and regular lemonade. The place could be a little quieter if they turn their music down a bit but I still love it because they play the best music! Don't change it pls! We always get great service also. Kudos court cafe!

Yelp
We came to Court Cafe after a morning of hiking in Red Canyon. Our waitress was very nice and offered some suggestions. They don't serve alcohol instead they have various flavors of homemade lemonades. The food was very delicious and presented beautifully.

Yelp
The Court Cafe Las Vegas did not disappoint! There was a wait but we were able to grab a seat at the bar. Our orders were taken promptly and I didn't have to ask for drink refills. Derrick our waiter was as very attentive. So now to the food... it was amazing. The sweet potato pancakes with that sweet potato purée did what it was supposed to do. I didn't even need the warm syrup that was provided. The fried catfish has good breading and was seasoned to perfection. The grits were creamy and delicious, I didn't need to add anything. If you're looking for a good brunch off the strip this place needs to be on your list.

Yelp
I brought my parents here for brunch on Sunday 12/22. Our waitress was Jay. She was nice and checked on us regularly. My parents are in their late 60s to early 70s, so the dj music was a tad too loud for them. They split the chicken and waffles, which the menu shows as $24, yet we were charged $27. The entree comes with 1 choice of butter, which they picked only 1. But the waitress brought them all the flavors. I noticed extra butter on the sides is $2, so why were we charged extra for something they didn't order? I wish I had realized this before we paid and left; so I want to point that out in my review. I ordered the sweet potato waffle with a side of bacon; very good. However I think 3 pieces of bacon for $8 is extreme. The strawberry lemonade was delicious as always. Pretty good experience this time.

Yelp
Court Café is a true gem in Las Vegas! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance hits you with good vibes--the music, the decor, and the energy in the place are all on point. The experience was nothing short of amazing. The vibe is fun, laid-back. The food? Absolutely incredible. I had the Peach Cobbler French Toast I think it's called, and it was a 10 out of 10--sweet, decadent, and perfectly cooked. I couldn't stop thinking about it afterwards. The service was great, and the music they were playing added an extra layer of enjoyment to the whole meal. The only constructive thing that I could say is that the food took quite some time to come out. If you're looking for amazing food with great energy and a welcoming vibe, Court Café is the place to go!

Yelp
Nothing bad to say about this place. Good food, excellent service -our server Precious lives up to her name-and the music is bomb, although a tad loud for my 66 year old ears. From the first bite I was in heaven. The catfish and grits are amazing! Hubby had the chicken and waffles and felt the same. Bring your appetite because the portions are huge! Definitely my new go-to spot for Vegas soul food.
google avatar

Yelp
First of all, our waitress Precious deserves 50 stars. This young lady needs to teach classes on how to treat a customer. With that out of the way, I would say that I'm giving 4 stars for the generous portions and the fabulous lemonade. The maple bacon was also delicious. The presentation of the food is also nice. After that it goes downhill for me. Chicken wings were beautiful with a nice crispy coating, but it had no seasoning, no flavor. The catfish was coated in the same batter, I would've preferred cornmeal. The grits were thin and soupy. But the etouffe sauce was fire! I asked for my shrimp to be pan fried, the should've seasoned them before frying but they didn't so they were bland. I had the annoying waffle which would've been good expect my waffle was cold and hard. My husband likes his pancakes and his catfish, but he also would've preferred a cornmeal coating. Mom liked her soupy grits.

Yelp
Our waitress was amazing!! I've gone here before and the people working there haven't been great but we came back for the food because it's so good and got lucky to have our waitress! Good vibes, good music, good food! Please drink the lemonade it's so good!! I hate that this place is tucked away because people need to know more about this place! I found it in LA when I was living there and was so happy when I found out they had one in Vegas where I now live. Definitely recommend!!

Yelp
I saw this place on IG and I should have known not to trust trendy places. I'm really disappointed to share such a low review for a black owned restaurant but I had to send food back and didn't want to take my leftovers to go. Everything looked good on the plate and the vibes were great but the quality of the food was not. I never tried the catfish because once I saw inside it was gooey and mostly breading. My fiancé tried it and just shook his head and said he wouldn't eat it so we sent it back. The chicken was okay. My fiancé questioned if it was cooked through and it didn't really have any flavor. The red velvet waffles were good just thick and dry. The best thing was the brown sugar butter. My fiancé said the sandwich was good, it was just HUGE. He didn't finish it. I had a bite, it was okay, just too much tbh. I would not return.

Yelp
I certainly had a great experience here. Someone recommended this Resturant and I'm glad I tried it before I left Vegas. The hostess Megan was awesome great personality, and gave us some good recommendations as far as what to try. We got seated rather quickly. Food was great but quickly became cloying due to all the excess breading on the shrimp. I ordered the shrimp and grits. It was very good outside of all the breading. I feel as though they can tone down on the breading. I also tried the fried chicken as a side this was good and my friend ordered the po boy which was delicious I love the garlic bread they make it with. As far as drinks they do not serve alcohol. Try the lemonade with all the flavors you won't regret it. Ambiance is pretty chill and casual.

Yelp
Wow! What a hidden gem. The vibe of the restaurant is very modern, if you like R&B songs, youll enjoy the music. Our server PRECIOUS , she is indeed precious, her service beyond topnotch, we were greeted with a smile and she is very cheerful and friendly. Definitely a great employee you got there. The way she care for her guest I actually thought she is the owner because she has that great passion while working. The food was phenomenal! We had veggie omellete because my mom is on a keto diet, my sister and I shared shrimp tacos and chicken wings!! No leftovers we enjoyed that much!! We will definitely be back.

Yelp
The service was great and they were attentive. The food: What happened to the days where soul food Places seasoned their food? The po boy: The shrimp was big and juicy but lacked seasoning and it fell apart when trying to eat it. The fries that came with it was cold. The chicken and waffles: The chicken was hot and juicy but the only flavor I got was from the hot sauce I put on it. The waffles were plain came with no butter it was 2.00 for butter. And tasted like they came out of a box mix. A little cinnamon would have went a long way. Don't know if our food was worth $50.

Yelp
Absolutely the best thing going!! Made my trip to Vegas well worth it. Precious P was our sever made us feel at home and welcome from the time we walked in the door! Everything looked so good and she broke the menu down and helped us make good decisions. Had the catfish and shrimp poe boy and the sweet potato French toast and it was absolutely fire I couldn't finish because the portions were so big! The ambience was welcoming and the vibe was right.

Yelp
Recently visited Vegas and decided to go back to Court cafe for breakfast, since the last time I went the experience was good. Our server Monica was so sweet, upbeat, and attentive. She recommended the Shrimp BLT since I was so torn and I cant say enough how glad I am that I listen. It was soooo good!! Definitely going back next time I'm in town and will be ordering the same thing!!
google avatar

Yelp
If you're looking for a great soul food brunch spot, this is your place. Come hungry because the portions are huge! Im talking about huge pieces of catfish, chicken wings, waffles etc...Along with the great food, you will also enjoy some 90s R&B tunes. Currently, they do not serve any liquor, but I was told they are working on that. If you're coming on a weekend. I would suggest coming early because it fills up quickly.
google avatar

Yelp
Food is okay. This place is very pricey! The customer service is good but could be better! I ordered the shrimp and grits and this is one of my FAVORITE meals but I wasn't really pleased with the dish! First thing I noticed is that the plate looked so good!!! The shrimp were big, juicy and plump! Super fresh! But the next thing I noticed was that the batter wasn't sticking to the shrimp! My suggestion would be not to push the shrimp into the grits because the batter gets soggy and that's why it comes off really easy. I also noticed the batter wasn't cooked all the way through which was a huge turn off for me! The grits were cooked perfectly!! Seasoned to perfection! This was a meal that could have been shared so I had to take more than half of it home! The lemonade was excellent! The place will be even better when they get their liquor license! My suggestion for the shrimp and grits is to ask for the shrimp to be served on the side, not IN the grits!
google avatar

Melinda E.

Yelp
I've visited this establishment in Los Angeles first and was disappointed upon arrival learning they don't have a liquor license yet. However, I decided to stay given the 2.5 hrs wait time. I opted to sit at the bar when a spot opened and I truly enjoyed all the employees and the customer service. I did wait about 40 mins for my food but I didn't mind because it was super fresh & delicious . My only complaint about the food is that the pancakes were a little dry. Overall, I will be back to try other specialty items.

Yelp
If you're in Las Vegas and craving a fantastic breakfast, look no further! We had such a delightful experience at this restaurant that my wife, who had visited just a few weeks prior, insisted we return on our next trip. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I ordered an amazing omelette that was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was top-notch. My wife was equally impressed, and it's clear that this place knows how to elevate the breakfast experience. The atmosphere is upbeat and lively, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends and enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. If you're in town, make sure to stop by and give this place a try--you won't regret it! We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
I was really excited to visit this establishment. However, I would like to support you, but some changes need to be made. Ambiance: This is a great spot for some good music and hangout with your friends, family, or co-workers. There is a limitation on parking, but there is enough sitting for a nice group of 6 or less. I personally do not prefer a person going around taking pictures before, during, or after eating. Service: The host was interesting. Did not take names or provided a number to see who was next in line to be seated. All host duties were made off memory. My waiter was very nice. Due to the unfortunate lack of staff, the waiter was very helpful and stayed in good spirits. She was able to assist with all the customers she had to work with at the time. I would suggest they work on getting more staff to continue to be successful. Food: Unfortunately, this is where they really lack was in my opinion. I ordered peach cobbler waffles with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Once again, unfortunately, the peaches on the waffles were canned dobbed peaches. Eggs cooked too long, and the potatoes were just okay. Overall: The price of food was a little too expensive compared to other breakfast/brunch establishments in the area. In addition, the wait time for being seated and the time it took to receive your food after ordering can be a little lengthy. I wish them well in the future, but I feel a couple of changes would need to be made before recommending to visit again.

Yelp
We came before they opened at 9am and there were already two parties before us. Within an hour, every table was filled. Take a look around and you'll know this is where to go for your southern comfort food. Disappointed that they didn't have lobster chilaquiles ($29) on this day. We ordered: -Fried catfish and grits ($19): super crispy catfish -Shrimp and grits ($22): we got pan fried shrimp instead of deep fried -Chicken and waffles ($24): came with 3 wings. We also order a side of 3 more wings. -Peach cobbler French toast ($15): satisfied our sweet tooth -Red velvet waffle ($10) - least favorite. Besides the red coloring, it was bland and tasteless. We should have ordered the sweet potato waffle because that's something I haven't seen with the infusion and house made cream cheese frosting. But they already started on the red velvet and we couldn't change our order. My favorite would be the wings and catfish grits. Both grits tasted the same but hard to find perfect fried catfish. Perhaps, we will get fried shrimp grits next time. The waffles were bland. Peach cobbler was a great sweet dish after eating the savory.

Yelp
It was our first time at this restaurant. The ambiance was great as they played great music the entire time we were there. They had great friendly service. Our waitress was very nice and the restaurant was clean. The food was sooo good and you get a lot of food. The shrimp and grits were huge and very tasty. The sweet potato pancakes were unique but we liked them. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
The food was delicious, hot and the butter for me he waffles was so yummy. The service was great. If there are no tables available just sit at the bar. I can't wait to go back. They know exactly what type of music to play to please the customers.

Yelp
My best friend & I were visiting Vegas for her bday and we stopped here for Saturday brunch. They were busy as to be expected, we got on the waitlist and the hostess was pleasant. Since there was only 2 of us we got a spot a the bar in about 10 mins. The restaurant was clean and everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves, we spotted some plates coming out and everything looked good. We ordered catfish and grits, shrimp po boy, and waffle to share. Everything came out hot and fresh in a timely manner and our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was really really good, grits creamy, gravy on top was flavorful and a nice portion. The catfish was fried to perfection, the shrimp as well and they were huge! The batter they use on the fried items is absolutely fantastic. We wish we knew the po boy came with the yellow American cheese because we would have omitted it and the waffle could have been cooked a tad longer to get crispy. They don't serve alcohol and we had drank so much on the trip we didn't mind at all, so if you're looking for a place with good food that doesn't give club vibes this is it. Overall this was a great brunch, good service and reasonably priced, we plan to come back when we visit again!!

Yelp
The food at Court Cafe was so good! If you are visiting Vegas I highly recommend leaving the strip to pay them a visit. They are located in a strip mall near Target. My line sisters and I were visiting Vegas for our anniversary trip. For a group of 10 we were quoted an 1 hour wait, but another large party didn't show for their reservation so we were able to take their spot. They give a 10min grace period. The server was very nice and gave great food recommendations. Several people ordered chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, French toast, and I ordered the infamous shrimp BLT. I tried a little bit of everything and it was all really good. The shrimp burger was so good and filling. I was stuffed after eating it and literally didn't eat again until later that night. I will definitely be going back the next time I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
Will not be returning found the place to be racist if you are not black. We were the first customers there and yet because we weren't black we got served last. Food was t even way too expensive for a simple omelet that I can make myself very disappointed

Yelp
Came to Court Cafe for breakfast while in Vegas. Our server Precious was great, told a funny story when she saw we had finished our plates of food clean, lol. Restaurant space is pretty big, music is late 90s/early 00s hip-hop & r&b - loved it. Hubby and I ordered a couple of dishes to share: -Nutella & Banana Hotcakes. Really good, their pancakes are just the right amount of crispy. Love the nutella and banana combo, and portion is good. -Shrimp & Grits (pan seared/pan fried shrimp; you can also get deep fried if I remember correctly). This was the bomb(dot)com! Flavor was on point: grits were so good, shrimps were fresh and seasoned so well. Portion was generous too, I counted over 6 shrimp. YUM! I'm coming back just for this dish whenever I'm in Vegas! :) Restrooms are clean. Service was fairly quick even though they had a packed house. TVs at the car and around the restaurant, looks like a great spot for games. Parking is shared lot with the plaza, and the most interior parking spots are a bit of a doozy since you're a bit blocked in.

Yelp
The place is great the vibe and music is perfect. The food is cooked fresh to order the menu is very unique and price is very reasonable. Would deff recommend it to anyone to try!! We had a server he only been there 4 days and you wouldn't know it they move and communicate well. Oh and get that strawberry lemonade it's fire

Yelp
Court Cafe has been on my list of places to try for awhile so I was excited to try! Upon arriving, my first thought was the music was extremely loud! They were definitely playing the jams though. While waiting, me and a friend were standing in front of their photo area without realizing until we were rudely dismissed by one of the host? No "excuse me" but instead "can you move? We need this area" that just annoyed me because there is a way to speak to people and a simple polite greeting or excuse me would have sufficed. We were finally seated at the bar when I learned that their was no alcohol served. This place seems to be a turn up brunch vibe so it was strange that they didn't offer any alcohol. However, they do have a few house made lemonades and freshly squeezed orange juices. I didn't try any but the flavors sounded delicious. Some of the prices on the menu seemed extreme, there was a $40 and a $50 sandwich which shocked me. I opted for the peach cobbler hotcakes with peach cobbler butter. The food was good but definitely on the sweeter side so I couldn't finish it all. I do appreciate the different options of flavors that the menu offers but the price points on a few items were surprising. Would I come back? Probably not but the food wasn't terrible and some of the staff was nicer than others.

Yelp
It was our 1st time here. We came here on a Wednesday at around 12 noon. We were seated promptly. We ordered strawberry lemonade for our drinks - it comes with 1 refill. It was good, not too sweet. I ordered the chicken & waffle with strawberry butter. The chicken was juicy with good flavor. Nothing extraordinary about the waffles per se, but the strawberry butter made it better than usual waffles. I would most likely order this again. My boyfriend ordered the Fruity Pebble French Toast and a side of scrambled eggs. He likes fruity pebble so he liked his order. Food is good and portions are generous, however it is a bit overpriced. It would have been nice if the menu had an option to mix and match items for a minimal amount - eg French toast and add chicken - instead of ordering and paying for a side. Our server was nice, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She checked on us regularly. Ambiance - casual atmosphere; not too bright and not too dark; it was not packed when we came, so it was not loud. There is a photographer who goes around to take souvenir pictures. (we passed). This is located in a strip mall which has a parking lot. I would give this place 3.5 stars, but since it is not possible, I am rounding up to 4 stars.

Yelp
Stopped by for breakfast on a Tuesday and the place had a decent amount of people eating. Our waitress Precious made it a 10/10 experience and I would go back because of her. Portions are huge! I had the bleu breakfast burrito and holy moly I could only eat half of it. The seafood and seasoning were on point and a must try. Granted it was $45 but worth spending the casino money won to pay for the meal. I'm definitely coming back here again and bringing others with me.

Yelp
Long wait time. Over an hour to get our food. The music and vibes are nice if you like the loud and party brunch atmosphere. The food was a big disappointment. Pretty to look at and take pics but no flavor. The chicken and waffles had good texture, skin was crispy but tasted like nothing or no seasoning. Same for the catfish. Maybe the intention is to use the waffle syrup and hot sauce for flavor but overall I would recommend to skip this brunch spot.

Yelp
Once again, Tik lying Tok , I bragged how good it was in Los Angeles to my ppl . Babbbby listen I look like a fool and now sound like one. Service was on point attentive. Food was another story , chicken fried golden brown with no seasoning . Sweet potato French toast my sis ordered , not a big fan of anything sweet potato, but her dish was cute but the flavor wasn't there she stated. It looked like a small animal pooped out the potato which bothered me . The burrito filled with goodies bacon spinach onions egg , I opt for the potatoes on the side I may look like one but I don't care for them . I think I ate one , or maybe they're not rememberable . Vibe is good music setting great for brunch , but no alcohol served , get your liquor license please and thank you. If not charge a bottle fee for byob whats brunch without mimosas. 3 stars because the lemonade was delicious .

Yelp
Wow this place was such a vibe. It wasn't too far from the Las Vegas strip. They open like 9 am I got there close to 10am and it was already a line of people waiting to be seated. They say me quickly at the bar area. They have a lot of places inside. It looked like larger parties would be accommodated. I met this lady at the bar while we were eating a photographer asked to take care picture, it was free. We were like sure. After a while he came back with a few prints one was free the rest you have to pay for. They had a photo area in the front too. The music was great I got peach cobbler chicken and waffles. It was delicious! They have a few different kinds of whipped butters to choose from. They don't serve alcohol so no mimosas anyone. But if they had a area to dance then that would be top tier. I ate good and the music was fire I wish I cook dance it off after lol. 10 out of ten definately reccomend going and checking it out if your ever in the area.

Yelp
Let me first start off by saying that from the outside you would think that this place is a small whole in the wall. You will be deceived just like I was. When you get inside this place is huge. While you wait to be seated and trust me there's always a wait, so please make reservations ahead of time. While we waited, you see the waiters and waitresses carrying huge helpings of food that tickled your smelling senses. Once we were seated and took a look at the menu, you literally don't know what to choose, everything on the menu looks delicious but since I don't eat meat, it narrowed my choices for me. Don't be sad for me i still had a lot to choose from. I ended up ordering the Large Shrimp and Grits with the Etouffee gravy and OMG! My mouth was so happy! You simple must try this place, you have my Word, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Yelp
While the service was cool, the food was an expensive disappointment. I don't mind paying for good food but I have a problem paying for expensive bad food. The pancakes and chicken were good but the grits and catfish.... I packed it up and gave it to a homeless person opposed to throwing it away. I have NEVER had catfish be battered in the same batter as chicken. I thought my catfish was chicken tenders. And the grits were so runny tasteless . The only saving grace of the grits was the etoufee sauce. The photographer was a nice touch and although the choice of music was good, it as BLARING!! Part of me would be willing to visit again and try something different but I don't have money to just throw away and I don't believe in sending food back to the kitchen. I wanted to like this place but I just didn't love it. It's hard to rate a restaurant for pancakes. They have to work on that catfish breading and cook those grits with love!

Yelp
Service is slow unless you get there early or sit at the bar. It took our order around 45 minutes to come. Not a fan of the catfish, it's too much batter or something on it. Eggs weren't seasoned but were really fluffy. Plays really good music.

Yelp
When you want something sweet and savory for brunch, Court Cafe gives you many options to indulge in. Keep in mind that a reservation is very useful because it tends to be very busy. You may have to wait a while (40-55 min) on your food as well so be prepared to order as soon as possible. This was my second visit with my cousins. The menu is packed with multiple flavors of waffles, pancakes, and French toast. Also, there are omelette, seafood, and vegan dishes. The portions are big so you will not leave hungry! We chose the fruity pebble French toast, peach cobbler waffle with fried shrimp and fried shrimp and grits. The French toast is very thick so it was a little dry but still a sweet option. The shrimp were cooked perfectly (crispy outside and juicy inside). The grits with the étouffée sauce is my personal favorite. My review is 4 stars because I am a little disappointed with the plates and flatware. This was my second visit and I received a chipped/cracked plate both times. Also, the flatware was not fully cleaned. If you don't mind that, the service is decent and the food is good. Plus, if you like R&B, you'll love their music selection.
