Courtside

I went to courtside at the end of January upon my release. I was initially going to pay $380 for a used pair of Jordan 4 military blacks. All I had on me was $332 cash but had money on my card but couldn’t be accepted by tap to pay. Anyway the manager let me get them for my last $332 Cash that I had. But now I feel like I still may have been over charged. What do you think?

Called up and asked if they would take some used shoes on a swap they said it was cool, drove an hour to get their just for them to tell me they don’t take used shoes no more. Fantastic customer service😒

If I could give zero stars, I would. I guess I could give one star for the girl that helped with my order very polite , but there was some lil dude w/ dreads who seem to be irritated that I was asking for a size 10 1/2 In Olive nines. I said that because he rolled his eyes very flamboyantly. But anyway, I went there just to size swap And ended up getting extorted for $50. Last Visit

I recently visited Courtside and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff member I encountered was not only unprofessional but also blatantly dishonest. First, he falsely claimed they didn’t accept returns for the type of shoes I had. Then, he gave conflicting excuses, saying they couldn't buy them used and later mentioned the condition was unacceptable without any clear explanation. His attitude was rude and dismissive, making the entire encounter unpleasant. I would advise others to proceed with caution when considering this store.

Went looking for my son a pair of Jordan’s. Purchase my daughter a pair as well as my son! I was told that it would be in within 7-10 business days! Okay fine today marks day 18. Called the number on my receipt to get an update no answer. I have called at least 7 times with no answer and now going straight to voicemail that isn’t even setup! I work for corporate and I am blown away how bad the customer service is here! I live 2 hours away and wanted to try a new store! I will never spend my money again at this store. Horrible experience and don’t even have the product.

Do not EVER go here to sell ANYTHING. No matter what employee is working they will lowball you to DEATH. Even for something that isn’t worn as long as they are making 100.00 minimum while they pay you under market and below retail that works for them. Scum isn’t even good enough word to describe these types of people. Disrespectful. Meanwhile the employees AND THE OWNER wait outside social status release days for hype shoes so they can “cop” the shoes you want so that they can resell them to the community x3.
