We anticipated using C/S to collect on defaulted judgement, but on our 11th hour threat to the company to use C/S, they acquiesced and paid. Although we had not signed the paper work with C/S, they had already started checking on the companies assets. It will cost you nothing with Courtside if they do not collect, and any and all additional expenses will be added to the claim as an addendum. They totally understood our backing out and congratulated us on our success. I would highly recommend C/S based on our initial dealings and their professional approach.
