Moved from Aloft to this hotel during our stay to help love my daughter Tucson. Very clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Staff was very friendly. Overall a great stay . It is near shopping and only a few miles from University if Arizona. There are plenty of places to eat nearby-

During our visit to the university, we sought a convenient overnight stay and turned to Marriott, a brand we consistently trust. Nestled in the charming atmosphere of Tucson, this Marriott exuded the warmth and hospitality characteristic of a small-town retreat. While ideal for a brief stopover, I would suggest exploring other options for an extended stay. Although the staff was courteous, their availability sometimes felt elusive, and the meticulousness in service appeared to be lacking.

I stayed here for 2 days. Overall, my experience was mixed - the hotel looks great in the lobby and from the outside but my room and especially the bathroom bore a worn look. The Bistro in hotel isn't great, I snuck out for Starbucks most times I needed a coffee and grub - it's at a walking distance. Not too many restaurants around and with no convenience store in walking distance, it was an expensive affair to order from doordash. I would recommend this for short stays (1-2 days) but certainly not my favourite for longer stays. The service and staff was excellent.

The rooms are nothing fancy but pretty standard. Overall seemed pretty clean. My reservation allowed me a food voucher to redeem downstairs at the food counter which is an a la carte pay situation. The hotel breakfast is not free which wasn’t great but the food was pretty good. No free coffee. ||There was a van parked outside that looked like a shuttle and I even saw it at the Tucson airport on my way in. The night before I was set to checkout and needed a ride to the airport, I called the front desk and they said that there is no shuttle to the airport. I mentioned the van out front and they just repeated that there is no shuttle and we’re very short with me. I’m not sure what went on there, but I am curious if they really did have an airport shuttle. I had to spend $$ on a Lyft to the airport which was pretty disappointing.

Room is small but clean. We were "upgraded" to a deluxe room because ours was not ready, but was still very small. Should not have liked a smaller room. Furniture is stylish but not comfortable. Overall had the experience of a budget hotel. This was not what I expected from a Marriott branded property. If it was up to me I would have stayed with Hilton brands. Overall they provide a better experience.

After spending all day driving many hundreds of miles, being greeted with a clean, quiet hotel that has both a huge jacuzzi with powerful jets, a nice pool, and a comfortable room is a blessing.

The stay was nice but the breakfast was not up to par. I had a breakfast burrito that was microwaved and no flavor.

The Courtyard Williams Center is conveniently located out of town, is showing its age to a degree and needs a refurbishment. The check in staff were disinterested and did not acknolwdge Bonvoy status. Although I expect the room was clean, a badly stained pillow on view have a poor impression. Overall aceptable but some attention needed.
