The food is amazing, we recently got a no cook meal to take home and the portions were huge and the food was yummy. Even my toddlers were grubbing down. We have gone there for a concert too and the atmosphere is fun! They are a must... we recently moved and will still drive to get food or see a concert here.

Incredible preparation and display by Ms Dana- all of the food was delicious and the grazing table was so very beautiful. Ordered for sixty but the fare was so bountiful that many took home to-go trays. I have no more words to describe how perfect everything was. Thank you Jamie, Mr Courville, and staff, for making my dad’s celebration of life so special.

What’s not to like if you love live music, the company of music aficionados, the gifts of song from troubadours off the mediocrity grid and the smiles from Big Rich? A very special place..... truly special.

Attended the venue for a wedding. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The food was a hit. It was served buffet style and there was plenty to go around. The only miss was the chicken and sausage gumbo. I would skip that and go right back for a third helping of the seafood gumbo and catfish.

Beaumont's First Baptist Church held an event this past weekend at the Civic Center for almost 800 people. Courville's was the obvious choice for catering this event because of how delicious their food is and we do not regret this choice ONE BIT. The event committee chose fried catfish, green beans, mashed potatoes, and dessert and everyone loved each item. I personally worked with the team that was on site for the event that day and they were fantastic to work with. I typically come across caterers who seem like they don't want to be working, but the entire team that day was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to Courville's for the amazing service and food!

Big Rich has some of the best food you can get. He makes a stuffed pork chop you can hurt yourself on. The atmosphere is always friendly, and you instantly feel like one of the family. Highly recommend for all your catering needs.

Yelp
When you hear the name Courville you know you're guaranteed good eats and impeccable service. Yesterday I visited their restaurant/catering/and entertainment venue located on Hwy 90 a short drive just pass Major drive. When I entered I saw that their tables were set up with red & white table coverings ready for the lunch crowd. I was greeted immediately with smiling faces and I even received a hug from Ms. Chelle. On Wednesday's Courville offers a hot meal and a cold one called Love Lunches. The name definitely fits because you get a taste of TLC in each bite. You are welcome to come in and eat inside or take it with you. I ordered for hubby and myself, two Cobb salads to go. These salads really hit the spot during these hot summer months. The first thing that caught my eye was the beauty of the presentation. It was lovely to look at and even better to eat. This salad radiates with the vibrancy of spring, with an array of beautiful, bright colors. This dish of deliciousness starts with a mountain of fresh spring mix lettuce, followed by plump grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, egg, avocado, bacon bits, shredded cheese, purple onions, with slices of the best and well seasoned chicken breast resting on top. Each bite provided a forkful of comfort and flavor. It's a show of veggies brimming with freshness and flavor. You will eat it for the taste and love it for the nutrition. . Check out Courville's Love Lunches every Wednesday from 11:00-2:00. You can check out their menu on their FB page or on Best Bites. Tell them Best Bitea sent you. # supporting locals #BestBites

Yelp
I dined at a wedding reception catered by Courville's last night, and it was just amazing. I could live off the cole slaw alone. It was so good, and the people were very friendly.

Yelp
Many thanks for the AMAZING food and WONDERFUL service for our order May 21, 2019. The Lake Charles Power Station was celebrating our Two Million Safe Work Hour Luncheon, and businesses in attendance. Every person I spoke to at the event commented on how delicious the food was and how smoothly the service was. You have beat the record with serving nearly 1300 individuals here at LCPS, in less than 30 minutes!!! Your food really made the event special and you were all so wonderful to work with. I sincerely appreciate your time and effort! I will definitely recommend your catering services to others and I look forward to working with you again

Yelp
Really great place to see a show! Courville's is usually just a catering and special events company. Once a month, sometimes more, they have musicians come and play small, intimate shows for the place. For the $30 ticket price you get the concert and they have food served up buffet style. The food was pretty good, I really liked the Cajun rice with chicken and sausage mixed in. Everyone sits family style, which depending who's at your table can be awesome or totally suck. Get ready to make some friends. The hall fits about 200 people. On all the tables are reminders to keep quiet during the shows, which I'm not the biggest fan of, but the performance is better because of it. Definitely a great place to spend an evening in Beaumont if you get a chance.

Yelp
Welcome to Beaumont, would you like to buy a ticket for the gun raffle? Came here for a Hayes Carll concert and got myself a bona fide Beaumont experience. Tickets are purchased over the phone on a "will call" basis, so you show up, they check your name off the list and assign you to a table. There are about 20 tables that sit 8, so be prepared to make some friends. Food was served buffet style and consisted of brisket, sausage, dirty rice, potato salad and baked beans. The BBQ was by no means the finest in Texas, but was good enough that I went back for seconds. At my show, and I think they do this at most events, they had a free beer tasting. As a craft beer fan, I was stoked! They had four offerings from Lazy Magnolia that were also available for purchase at the bar. Domestic buckets were $16 and premiums were $20. I found myself drinking Shiner drafts at $4 a pint, so it's safe to say that the beer selections are respectable. They had a few house wines available and you are free to bring in your own liquor. Guy at my table had a very nice single barrel Knob Creek that he brought in without a problem. As for the show, it is obviously seated and very intimate. Hayes Carll played a very stripped down set and Courville's stresses repeatedly to keep table conversation to a minimum. Overall, this is a great concert experience for those that appreciate intimacy and comfort. I hope to be back someday. They don't have many shows, and they all seem to sell out, so the locals seem to love it just as much as I did.

Yelp
Been to Courville's for multiple events! The proprietor is an amazing and generous man who cares about his customers. They have great shows that really appreciate and respect the musician! From wedding showers to class reunions, Courville's caters big or small, and the food is nothing short of excellent! Big Rich can barbecue and cook like nobody else! Stuffed pork loin is excellent if you get the opportunity to try it! There's nothing I've tried I didn't like! It's a family business and his wife and daughters are gracious hosts as well!

Yelp
Just finished eating some awesome Cajun catering from Courville's Catering and Special Events. Chicken, sausage, brisket, rice, and potato salad were all very flavorful and delicious. Proportions are generous and the price is reasonable. I will be ordering again.
