Cousins Boutique Hotel

Unique small boutique hotel! There is an interesting historical context to discover in the hotel. The 2 young cousins are great guys and make you feel well. Breakfast has a good quality. All rooms are very well designed and every room has a story to tell. Parking is on site. The hotel is located in the city centre so it is very easy to discover Maastricht.

This is exactly what you expect from a boutique hotel: perfection from start to finish. Upon arrival, you receive a warm welcome from one of the Cousins, who takes you on a delightful journey through the hotel's story. The rooms are incredible, equipped with everything you might need during your stay, even a steamer for your clothes. Our stay in the Rose room was exceptional. The breakfast is truly noteworthy, deserving high praise—I wish every hotel served such a wonderful breakfast. In summary, this hotel is worth a 10+ recommendation. However, doing so might make it harder for us to book a stay next time ;-)

This hotel deserves 5 stars. The decor is beautiful, tasteful and with subtle nods to it's former use. Staff/Owners were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast outstanding. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the city center of Maastricht! We stayed in the Rose room and not only was it very stylish, but also impeccable clean. The hotel is really cute, close to many nice coffee and food places. The service was also five stars. Nice backstory as well about the hat factory and cousins :)

We stayed for 4 nights in this superb hotel.||We experienced temperatures in the high 30's and were very grateful for the very efficient air con in our room.||We stayed in Luke on the 1st floor.|Loved the quirkiness of the room and, indeed, the whole hotel, very beautifully & uniquely styled. |The room was very comfortable, and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!|Loved the Dyson hairdryer & the Aesop products.|Loved that we went for breakfast and as if by magic, returned to our beautifully serviced room....thankyou! The only thing I would add to the room is some sort of storage for folded clothes and underwear. Joe did offer to remove the robes from the top of the wardrobe, but it was very high & not easy to access. It's not a problem if you are there for one or two nights, but any longer, storage was lacking. Minor niggle. The breakfast was a lovely, relaxing experience with friendly, attentive service. We loved the offering.|The location of Cousins is perfect for everything, especially if attending the André Rieu concert, there in a 5 minute stroll.|We thoroughly enjoyed this Boutique Hotel, a little different from what is on offer in the UK, but it works well.|The 'Cousins' have done a fantastic job and are clearly very proud of what they have achieved.|It was lovely chatting to you, Joe, and to hear the history. |Great friendly service throughout our stay.|Thank you to the lovely young lady at breakfast (sorry, didn't get your name)|Lovely warm welcome with a glass of bubbles & our cases taken to our room. Lastly, some have mentioned noise issues. The hotel is located on a quiet street. You do, very occasionally hear voices from passers by, but no traffic noise was heard from "Luke" The only other noise we heard was the front door opening & closing, but as there are only 7 rooms, this was not frequent. One morning, the Morning coffee machine broke, and before we could even worry, the staff swiftly stepped in with a creative solution that made us feel truly looked after. An experience that turned a small hiccup into a lasting memory of genuine hospitality. The cozy vibe, beautiful design, and incredible team made it really hard to leave. One of the best boutique hotels I've ever been to! A couple of friends gave us the room for my boyfriend's birthday. Such an amazing present! We stayed one night in the Arthur room. WONDERFUL! Super clean, spacious, extraordinary. If you're in Maastricht and have the chance to stay at this hotel, do it! Plus: Breakfast has options for coeliacs.
