This place has a lovely, quiet patio area although you can't order Happy Hour there. That's fine, we have such a short patio season in MN that it's imperative to take patio seating whenever possible lol 😆 The atmosphere was good, they had music playing in the background but not too loud to interfere with conversations. We just ordered some appetizers this time-- and they were enough. Both flavors of chicken wings-- the Hot and Mango Habanero were delicious. Neither were too hot, but probably Minnesota hot haha I enjoyed the char on the wings which add another layer of flavor. We also ordered the lobster guacamole. It was a large portion that we didn't even finish the whole thing! In the end, just appetizers and drinks cost over $120 😮. We came at around 730 which was surpringly not busy on a Saturday. There were plenty of patio and indoor space available. Our server was not easy to get ahold of during this time, he disappeared in and out of the restaurant a lot. We saw the runner more often but couldn't order extra cocktails or wings when we wanted. As such, we will probably try the other restaurants in the area before we come back to this location.

Stopped by for a late lunch on Saturday during the Galleria flower show, they were quite busy and we had a half hour wait to be seated. We tried the Lobster Tartine (lots of food, not much lobster), Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries (as expected but was too messy to pick up to eat, coleslaw on it?), the COV Roll (very good), the Dragon Roll, and I had the Brisket Sandwich with fries (why is this on toast and not a nice bun? I didn't enjoy that part). Overall, the food was good and the service was great - although kinda spendy at $24-30 for each of our entrees. Desserts are extremely expensive so we skipped that ($17 for key lime pie, I believe it was $12 for ice cream?).

had an amazing experience at COV Restaurant while celebrating my friend’s birthday. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager was incredibly welcoming and even treated us to some new rolls crafted by the chef—they were absolutely delicious! The ambiance was perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend COV for a fantastic dining experience. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Alex and Tom!!

We came in around 6:40 p.m. to celebrate my mom's birthday. Before we walked in the first thing that we saw was a person that was supposed to greet was scrolling through his phone. He looked up for about 3 seconds to just say "Hi, welcome in" and immediately after that went back to his phone. I ordered baby back ribs and in my opinion for the price that you pay the ribs were really dry. Probably the worst coleslaw that I ever had. It was way too sweet and just tasted like an apple. My wife got French dip and that was very delicious. Our server was barely checking on us after we got our food so we had to ask a completely different server to get us refills on our drinks. We were at the Wayzata location before and the experience there was wonderful which I can't say the same about this one.

Google
Delicious food! Drinks are pretty good as well. Prices are a little on the higher end but for the most part worth the money spent. Atmosphere was nice. Service was a little slow but it was a busy day so I understand as well. Wish I would’ve had more pics to share! The sushi and wings are highly recommended!

Google
Great experience! Visiting for the first time and I really enjoyed the food and the quality. The service is excellent 👌 it's a big place and we got our table quickly during Saturday brunch it was very busy. Lobster tartine is so good and other crab dip too. Pasta is not special from our experience. They gave easy free big piece of cake for our birthday.

Google
We came on a Saturday to enjoy the best happy hour we've found in a long time with service to match. The buffalo shrimp, calamari and sticky ribs were our favorites. Excellent drinks too! 10/10 recommend!!

We love COV Edina and COV Wayzata. We’ve never been disappointed with our meals or our servers. They’re attentive but not to the point of being annoying. If you enjoy cocktails, plan on paying a premium.

Yelp
The atmosphere at CōV reminds me so much of an East Coast restaurant by the beach. It's calm yet busy and believe it or not they specialize in seafood. I was totally sold when I heard this. What we got: Dungeness crab dip- I would recommend if you want something shareable for 3-4 ppl but if it's just you and a friend I would try the crab cakes. Seared Sea Scallops- the scallops were cooked perfectly but it was an okay dish for me because I'm not fond of orange flavor in my food. Crab & shrimp pasta- if you are in the mood for a fresh pasta dish with seafood this dish won't disappoint. It was so good especially if you have it on the patio. : )

Yelp
This was our second time eating at CoV and the food was delicious! I was surprised there was a wait on a Tuesday evening but when we got in I realized that this location is a prime area for work dinners and there appeared to be quite a few at that time. Our server was very attentive and made sure our drinks were always full. We started off with the crispy buffalo shrimp (the price point surprised me with only 5 pieces of shrimp for $25). I enjoyed the seared scallops for my main (cooked to perfection) and my husband got the Cioppino which he throughly enjoyed. Overall the food was great but I have a hard time spending this kind of money at a mall restaurant. I wish we saved our gift certificate to use at the Wayzata location (because for some reason, the price point doesn't bother me at all for a restaurant on the lake).

Stacy A.

Yelp
Such a cute atmosphere; has strong Charleston, SC vibes! The weekend happy hour is a great value; we tried a couple of the apps and that was enough for a lunch. I really liked the calamari. The crispy chicken sliders were not too thick, which I look for and the slaw served as a nice flavor and texture contrast. The fish tacos only had a tiny piece of fish, which was a let down and the Mac and cheese was very bland. However, the atmosphere is so nice, I can't wait to come back in the summer when they open up the large window panels and let the breeze in!

Kate M.

Yelp
We stopped in, hoping for happy hour on the patio, but we're unfortunately told that we had to choose between happy hour and the patio. We decided on the latter. Lobster roll (warm) did not disappoint. Clam chowder could've used more clams, but the flavor was good. Pickles were delicious and vinegar-forward, definitely made in-house... I wish I had the recipe to re-create at home.

Kay K.

Yelp
I really can't recommend Cov based in this first time visit. While the ambiance is impressive and matches the high end vibe of the establishment, the food was disappointing. I've had much better (and far more reasonably priced) calamari at lower end restaurants. Ours arrived basically lukewarm/barely lukewarm which absolutely did not help the taste factor. I was eating overly priced, overly greasy, limp calamari - I wanted to send this back to the kitchen but it was Friday night and the place was packed. I didn't want to come across as difficult. The lukewarm theme continued with my roasted root salad. I was so dismayed to see my main entree arrive in a similar temperature state as the appetizer. This was so unappealing and again, certainly not worth the price tag if my food arrives at the table feeling like it's been sitting under a heat lamp way too long that it's lost the freshness factor. My friend ordered a seafood pasta of sorts and it looked amazing but beyond that, I don't know if it arrived temperature hot. I didn't ask her - I was too under impressed by this point that it was like "whatever, I don't see myself coming back unless it's happy hour." Sorry to leave a bad review but if a restaurant can't deliver 2 dishes at the right temperature, that 's a big disappointment.

Katherine S.

Yelp
A great place to go for happy hour. There is a good variety of snacky food, substantial food and drinks (wine, beer and cocktails) at a discount. Our service was great. It was really busy and a little loud at the restaurant, but that's to be expected in the afternoon/after work timeframe. I don't know that I'd go out of my way to eat dinner here but it's a great stop for drinks with friends.

Jingle M.

Yelp
An impromptu happy hour for 8 family members at a marvelous restaurant in Galleria turned out to be a hit! Food always good, staff always happy and efficient and because we had 8, two wait staff were assigned to us! Lobster Guacamole is the best closely followed by chicken wings, Korean wings, fish tacos, clam chowder and Dynamite Roll. We left full and happy!

Laura O.

Yelp
My first time here and it won't be my last, super good service, fun atmosphere and the food was A++++. We just ordered a few Happy Hour items. Everything we ordered was the best, my granddaughter had the creamiest mac & cheese, the fish taco's had a bit more spice to them then I prefer but my daughter loved them. huge amount of truffle fries, The COV rolls were very unique no seaweed, lettuce or grape leaf wrap. Our waitress was very attentive and always a smile.

Dom E.

Yelp
Yes, went here in a date night with friends! It's cozy and dark and priced well. The food had good size portions and the service was relatively fast

Leah T.

Yelp
COV is very busy for happy hour. The food we ordered was calamari, Korean bbq wings and buffalo shrimp. All were delicious. My companion had the cucumber cocktail which he enjoyed.

She M.

Yelp
Excellent service and food! The ambience boasted a casual elegance. My guests were happy

Kaitlin U.

Yelp
Personally I felt this was a bit overpriced, but the area calls for it. We stopped in for a late lunch snack kind of situation for 4 people (4 drinks and 3 appetizers) and I bet altogether our bill was at least $175. Drinks were between $10-20 or so. Waiters were attentive and kind, the holiday decor was lovely and bright, and the food was pretty good. We had no wait time. I can honestly say I've never had lobster guacamole before this visit. The flavor wasn't really different from a normal guac, but the chips were seasoned well and very good. The color contrast between the pinky orange lobster meat and green guac was really pretty. Pizza was kinda dry and plain, and the "buffalo" wings were not Buffalo, but still pretty good flavor. I got a spicy margarita and it was pretty good. Had a nice lil kick at the end.

Regina D.

Yelp
The people were friendly and nice but the food was not all that great. I went there for my graduation

Jason K.

Yelp
My wife and I were on our weekly new restaurant lunch. My wife went here for a company function a few days before but we saw their happy hour in the bar area on Saturday was from 10-4. Score! I ordered an IPA and our water glasses were filled whenever they got down to even the half full level. Swanky! I ordered the oysters, the grilled fish tacos, and my wife got the margherita pizza, with no cheese, but half of it with buffalito. Dear Lord! Everything was on point. The fish tacos were super full of fish with a mayo coleslaw on top, but not to crazy, and the pizza came out perfectly. No cheese and the buffalito only on half. The crispy crust was perfect. The sauce wasn't too spicy, but some red flakes would have been nice. The oysters were smallish, but the were sweet with a beautiful cocktail sauce with a little bit of horseradish. The vinegar dip was so good as well. A little swanky for us normally, but it was nice to see how the other half lives during the happy hour menu. Service was amazing. Great special place.

Katie O.

Yelp
Came into cov for a Thursday happy hour! They have incredible happy hour deals- highly recommend. We ordered the buffalo shrimp plate (only get 4 shrimp for $20) and the truffle fries (great quantity) and two glasses of wine. Food was definitely very tasty and came out from the kitchen quickly. The bar area was packed and the tables were squeezed in pretty tightly. There were a few times my bag on the back of my chair got bumped by staff or other guests. It also felt like we were rushed out at the end of our meal which I didn't love.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Over priced, under quality. Paying for the galleria ambiance. Have been a couple times. Every time I'm reminded why I said I would never go back. Staff is either nice or super sassy. I dont think they treat their staff properly. There is nothing special about the menu. It's ok. But in my opinion better places in the area for better quality and all aims better experience. Always leave feeling I could have made it better at home...

Dawn C.

Yelp
We came in for quick lunch before an appointment at Tiffany. The menu looked great online - a little bit of everything. We were seated quickly in a spacious booth and were promptly greeted by a server. The decor is pretty cute: think Cape Cod chic mixed with Draper James. The waters were refilled our entire meal and the mimosas were perfection. We started with the croquettes... DIVINE. Perfectly soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, topped with a thick piece of bacon. I ordered the triple Brie grilled cheese with curry tomato soup and the Mr ordered a half rotisserie turkey sandwich with the same soup. We both agreed that the curry addition to the soup was delicious. My grilled cheese was so gooey and toasted perfectly, my only gripe is that the bread is sliced too thick. It's a crustier bread which makes it very hard to bite into when grilled. He said the turkey sandwich with cranberry onion jam was one of the best he's had. We have a few more appointments coming up and have decided to make this our go-to spot at the galleria.

Yelp
Went to Cov for happy hour and they have a huge selection with reasonable pricing. I got the Cov burger and the meat was very flavorful and came with fries. I also tried the Calamari and Fish tacos and all were very delicious! The restaurant is very big with outdoor and indoor seating, it has a nautical design with dark hardwood tables. I was helped by Nekaya who was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I will probably go again to try the dinner menu!

Robert S.

Yelp
Overpriced and mediocre! The 52.00 fish stew was ok and well worth 16.00 I will say the fig salad was tasty but overall it was pretty disappointing

Yasiri N.

Yelp
The food here is fantastic. Their seasonal rotisserie chicken is incredible. Ive never been disappointed by it. The petite filet is also amazing. I've been seated pretty quickly each time I've gone on the weekend without a reservation around 8. The vibe is business casual. Drinks are good! I like drinks that don't taste like alcohol so I unusually get the pineapple passion on the nonalcoholic menu and add rum or vodka lol

Ryan F.

Yelp
Always busy, but food is always good! Great happy hour deals on food and we love the COV roll!

Camille L.

Yelp
We came here on my birthday and enjoyed the buffalo shrimp and Brussels sprouts appetizers. And I really liked my sea bass entree with basil gnocchi. My husband liked his crab sandwich. The Manhattan cocktails were good and the waitress said they are very popular. We chose this place to celebrate my birthday since they do a nice job with the holiday decor in December. They don't provide complimentary desserts on birthdays but include a fun sparkler if you order dessert. Parking is free which is also nice in the suburbs. If you want great food and a classy atmosphere this is the place to come!

Carrie W.

Yelp
We were celebrating many things last night but most of all friendships. Our server Vonnie was fabulous. The manager on the other hand was very unkind we had brought a bottle of champagne to open and he declined us opening it because they carried it in the restaurant.we were going to pay the 25 corkage fee. Restaurants across town allow this. Needless to say we had a good time and enjoyed the food but going forward will pick a different restaurant that treats you kindly.

Denise L.

Yelp
Really great atmosphere, very vibrant and fun, though a bit dark in the evening. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. I had my heart set on the lobster tortellini but they were out of it. Settled on a cold lobster roll. Also with the rave reviews we got the lobster guacamole. Their chips seemed hand made and great. However didn't really see the hype on the lobster guacamole. It would've been nice if the lobster was chopped up smaller so it would be a perfect bite. The lobster roll was not that great. Some of the pieces seemed uncooked and had a slimy texture. Fries were really good though. They had a really great wine and cocktail selection though!

Grace S.

Yelp
Their tres leches cake takes the cake! I come here just for this! & some beverages . & tip big. They finally have a fall version (not pictured). I bring friends to try this & they too are pleased. If you are ever going to have any sugar at all, make it worth it! This is!

Chelsea R.

Yelp
Stellar. That's the word I would use for my dining experience at CoV. We arrived on a Saturday evening, party of 6 after a failed attempt to make reservations. We later learned that on Friday and Saturdays, no reservations are accepted. We were seated immediately and our server was spectacular. The PEI mussels were a table favorite along with the Jordan Cabernet. We also indulged in the Ciopino which, after having the mussels, we all wished this dish used the same broth. Nonetheless, it was delicious and packed with lobster, shrimp, scallops and mussels. Also the lobster tortelloni, these were plump and definitely house-made pasta. Pricing was within expectation for a seafood restaurant with a reputation for quality. This place is great for celebration, after work drinks and a date night out.

Noah S.

Yelp
Great happy hour, best bang for your buck here. Lots of seating with a real coastal vibe. Pretty broad menu with great servers that can flex a dish however you need or want. The Brussels sprouts are amazing, if you really like sprouts get them naked. I got 2 orders of the happy hour fish tacos and they were delicious. Spicy marg was pretty good, could have been spicier

Mike S.

Yelp
My company stays at The Westin that is in the same parking lot, so I have eaten at COV frequently over the years. Excellent cocktails, a great menu, tasty appetizers (get the lobster guacamole). This place is underrated in my book.

William G.

Yelp
I had lunch recently at CoV ( trying to figure out the name - both spelling and meaning). Food, service and ambiance were very good and I don't understand the relatively poor rankings. CoV is located in the Galleria in Edina. If you don't already know this is an upscale mall in Edina. There is lots of parking and the mall itself is relatively small and accessible - not the monstrous MOA. CoV is upscale. You are met by a host and seated. There is a nice sunny indoor terrace where we sat. Very comfortable. I had the half sandwich with soup or salad. I had the avocado BLT - it's made with bacon so it's got to be good and it was. The bread was sourdough and nicely toasted and the soup was clam chowder. Very good. Our server was cheerful and knowledgeable. Food arrived promptly. It was as a bit spendy but good. They have a full service bar. I recommend.

Allie M.

Yelp
Food 3/5 - Overall the food was underwhelming. We were informed by our server that they just recently changed the menu. My favorite dish was the Brussels sprouts and truffle fries. Unfortunately the side salad came with picacho nut shavings and I'm allergic. Service: 4/5 - The service is always very tentative at Cov and this visit was no exception. They always have individuals walking around filling up waters. Our server was great at suggesting other choices because of the menu change. Ambiance: 4/5 - There was a 25-30 minute wait for a booth with a party of two but this is to be expected come lunch hour at Cov.

Holly M.

Yelp
I thought this place was fantastic! We started with the Bloody Mary which was made with a house mix. It was one of the better Bloody Mary's I've ever had. We also had the French dip, fries, and lobster bisque. The bisque was 1000% the best soup I've ever had.

Fii M.

Yelp
I was a little nervous dropping by this restaurant during dinner time since they don't accept reservations, but once I checked in with the hostess I realized how big this restaurant is! There was plenty of space and options! I really liked the layout of this restaurant, it can accommodate both large and small parties and the menu is pretty extensive so you can find something that everyone will like! We started off with drinks, I told the waitress I enjoy spicy margaritas so she brought me the spicy version of the ginger margarita they have. It was not spicy but it wasn't bad either. I think I might try a different drink next time. For an appetizer we ordered the buffalo shrimp and it was delicious! Definitely a highlight of the dinner! For dinner I ordered the baked King Salmon, it was good as well, very flavorful and I liked the glaze on the salmon. It was also a good portion. For dessert we ordered the brownie sundae which was also so good! I loved the cherries and walnuts that were included in it! Highly recommend!

Angela L.

Yelp
Great Ambiance and staff. Our waitress was awesome (sorry can't remember her name) The food was mediocre, the desserts were great. Would I go back? Yes just for the desserts

Rich A.

Yelp
We are so sadden by the drop in the quality of food over the years. We had brunch and my wife couldn't even eat the brioche french toast because it was stuffed with something that tasted sour and the eggs benedict was terrible. We LOVE the staff and the atmosphere is amazing. Should have never gotten rid of the apple cake and tomato curry soup.

Sydney S.

Yelp
I met up with some friends at Cov for happy hour, and it's a nice little spot! Located on the end of the Galleria, the decor is beautiful! It's a very East-Coast beachy vibe while still feeling upscale. It definitely made the experience elevated. Happy Hour is Mon-Fri 4-6, and when I came in at 4:30 I had no problem getting a table for 4. Service wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. It took a while to get our food and sometimes we couldn't flag down our server - but nothing too horrible. For a drink ($2 off for HH) I got the Cosmic Intervention. It was fruity, sweet and strong - but delicious! I would definitely get this again, but I could only really stomach one with the sweetness. I loved the touch glitter, but it was hard to see in the lighting. For dinner I ordered the $9 grilled fish tacos - and I HIGHLY recommend. For only $9 I received two packed tacos that were tangy and fresh. I absolutely loved these tacos and would even get them again at full price. I also tried my friend's truffle fries and they were amazing with the aoli dip - plus you got a ton for only $7. The biggest downside was my friends that ordered the mussels got such a small amount for what they paid. They were left hungry with only about 10 mussels - and some of them didn't have meat inside. I would only recommend that dish if truly eating it as an app. Overall, a great happy hour spot! I will definitely be back.

Johannah S.

Yelp
Yes! Nothing better than spending your Saturday shopping till you drop and then grabbing food at Cov! They have happy hour really early on Saturdays for all the shoppers, but there was a long wait for a table so we just sat in the main dining area, we weren't able to order from the HH menu but it's fine. At first the servers had a miscommunication and we had 2 people trying to take our order but they sorted it out and were both honestly really great. I ordered the Soup/Sandwich combo, went with the Turkey club and Clam Chowder, it was DE-LISH!! My sister got the Lobster Bisque (soup of the day) and about fell out of her chair. It does have a little bit of a bite so if you're sensitive to spice then you've been warned! Can't wait for next Saturday. Wait I can't forget to mention the homemade pickles, so yum!!!!

B G.

Yelp
It's just ok. The food is ok and the real problem is they cram you into the place and the servers that I've had suck

Sheri S.

Yelp
Wow! What took me so long to visit Cōv? Oh, I know, I am not a huge fan of seafood. But during lent it was meant to be. We ventured here for Brunch and didn't have reservations because only parties of 6 or more need one. Upon arrival, the hostess said we could be seated immediately. It was music to our ears. Personally, I didn't have any expectations but was curious to find out exactly what CōV was known for. Our waiter, Jeff said, the crab cakes. I passed on that and got stuck between the Lobster and Waffle the Lobster Roll and went with the Lobster and Waffle. I was so happy with my selection. For starters we had the Buffalo shrimp appetizer and toasted bread with butter. Although my Lobster & Waffle dish was a small portion, it was delicious. Lobster and Waffles Brunch: I absolutely loved the vodka battered, pearl sugar vanilla waffle, Aleppo honey butter with pure maple syrup. It was absolutely perfection in my mouth. I tasted the fries that accompanied the fried wallaye and loved them. They were perfectly seasoned fries. I could not keep my hands off them. I obviously could go on and on about how satisfied we were. So that just means I'll be there again and again.

Kristina K.

Yelp
Such a lovely experience I went back within a week! Greeted and seated immediately for lunch. I ordered the lunch combo shrimp capellini with blue cheese wedge salad. The shrimp was luscious and the pasta was tasty garnished with fresh herbs. The wedge salad's bacon amazed me with the size of the bacon it is house-cured praline bacon. The salad was sprinkled with almonds, egg, pickled onion, buttermilk avocado ranch, smoked blue cheese, and macerated tomato! The ambiance is great, but I was a bit chilly. I craved this same meal I went back for round two within a week. Both experiences were lovely. I will return but to try something new

Susannah C.

Yelp
Pretty pricey but worth it! Not picture are the truffle fries which were AMAZING - definitely a perfect portion to share with one other person. I had the dragon roll and it was fantastic. I got the Timeshare cocktail and it was an interesting combination of flavors, not as heavy on the coconut as I would have liked but still good, and strong! Would definitely come back and explore their happy hour for better prices.

Julie T.

Yelp
Our server Brianna was very patient with us. Serving a group of 8 is never easy, but she did everything in perfection. The restaurant is very beautiful with an open kitchen concept. They have the best patio as well, which we were not able to use as I think it was closed for the season. We started the night with cocktails. My old fashioned served just that way I liked it - strong, boozy and with the iconic square ice. Then we ordered some appetizers like the fried calamari and the truffle fries. They did not last long as we chowed them down pretty fast. My dinner was the sea bass flatbread, which I think was unique and delicious. The flatbread had some kind of sauce almost like a Buffalo sauce. The fish was very fresh and the portion was generous. I also ordered the clam chowder soup, which was very good. Their sashimi platter was also out of this world. The wasabi came in a shape of a small green pepper - cool art! Their other sushi rolls came with a really cute plate that has a slot for the soy sauce. For dessert, the warm apple cake was a highlight! So moist and delicious almost like a carrot cake. For my birthday, our dessert came with a fun sparklers! The dessert was not free though, as they did not have any free birthday treats for customers celebrating their special day at the restaurant. I think they should though haha!

Madeline A.

Yelp
Service was excellent, food was fantastic. We will be back! Try the tuna poke, oysters & lobster roll!

Jessica W.

Yelp
Overall, food is tasty and ambiance has ample energy. We went to COV for an early dinner at the tail end of happy hour and the restaurant was packed to the brim! We started with drinks- an old fashioned, pink lady, Kris pinot Grigio, and Justin cab. We also enjoyed the delicious lobster guac as an appetizer. It was overflowing! For dinner, we enjoyed the fish tacos, caesar salad w/ salmon filet, COV burger, and french dip. The French dip was stacked with prime rib and the au jus tasted high quality without the salt expected in typical au jus. That said, for the price of a plate here, the service is a little choppy. Each meal came out one-by-one by multiple different servers (normally wouldn't comment on this and maybe overly critical but, again, for the price of the plate it's worth mentioning). Kudos to how frequent they refill the water, but when considering cost per plate it wasn't spectacular.

Jay S.

Yelp
Great experience overall! My friends and I came here for a Friday lunch for a birthday celebration, and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. The food was tasty, and the service was exceptional! It was very sunny on that day, and my friend requested to sit at a place with less sunlight but outside, and the server happily accommodated us. They even brought us out dessert with one of those candles that was singing. Food-wise, I had the cioppino and the lobster guacamole. Both were very good, yet also very expensive. I think the price and amount ratio, as a result, is a bit off. However, I will recommend everyone to at least give this place one try, especially during summertime!

Christine D.

Yelp
Cov edina is great for a number of reasons! Galleria has free valet parking out of the same entrance. Brunch is good, lunch is good, happy hour is good! Cute patio in the warmer months. I've never had complaints about the service.

Jessica N.

Yelp
CōV Edina is a spectacular establishment. The food is amazing and the upscale ambiance is surprisingly welcoming. There is no need to fret about your appearance or "status". The service has always been impeccable and I highly recommend sharing a special event with friends, family or colleagues for an incredible meal and overall experience! Cheers!

Shayna T.

Yelp
First time at the Edina location..the food and excellent. We came a few weeks back to celebrate my nieces birthday and had a large party, probably 9 of us. Our waitress gave excellent recommendations and took great care of us. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. We all loved our food. The biggest complaint my party and I had was that the music was too loud and you couldn't hear anything. I would recommend coming here in smaller parties.

Yelp
Lovely wait staff. Food was marginal. French fries were Devine . I had a Cesar salad that was over drenched in dressing, only three crotons , and the lettuce was flat: no Romain lettuce was used. Romain is the signature of a Cesar salad. Not a fair price for a flat pile of soggy greens I'm afraid.

Yelp
A great place to have Sunday brunch by yourself or with a large group! Full bar and great food! Guinness on tap baby! They have a cinnamon bread to start you off that's to die for! Plus it's free! They have a broad selection of entrees from burgers, salads, steaks, and noodles! They have vegan and gluten free options. This is now one of my favorite places in the Twin Cities!!!
