"Afternoon Aperitivi Caffè Cova, Milan 's old world pastry shop and original fashion caffe. Its pastries are perfect and more than delicious, but what takes the proverbial cake is the aperitivo and its presentation. Black tie serves cater drinks like Negroni sbagliati with a sampling of beautiful mignons, tiny and colorful hors d’oeuvres of salmons, patè and cheese."

Hands down, this was the best saffron risotto I’ve ever had — absolutely exquisite. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced. I was also impressed by the elegant and classy interior, which added to the overall dining experience. To top it all off, they offered complimentary chocolate, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch.

The place is big enough to accommodate many clients at once. I and my friend went there for breakfast without reservation and we’re seated very quickly. The waiter was so kind to offer moving to the booth without asking! We tried few things, cappuccino (regular and special), croissant stuffed with pistachio, scrambled egg with cheese and salmon, goat cheese and mushroom panini. Everything tasted great. Prices are reasonable for this type of upscale place.

Cova Montenapoleone is a Milanese institution that exudes timeless elegance and rich history. Established in 1817 and nestled in the heart of the fashion district, it offers a refined atmosphere perfect for savoring artisanal pastries like their renowned panettone, enjoying a leisurely lunch, or indulging in an afternoon tea. The tiramisu is simply perfect—light, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service is impeccable, warm, and attentive, making every visit feel special.

Great coffe, great location and a classic in the heart of the Cuadrilatero de la Moda in Milano. Is a must to stop there. Get the vibes of a traditional italian bar (coffee shop) and enjoy their delicious pastry 😋 Very good Capuccino and Brioche!!! Great atmosphere!

Beautiful interior. I passed by this cafe and decided to try their pancakes as it wasn't lunch time yet. The ginger Cappuccino was nice and the pancakes were fluffy. Wait staff checked on me. Overall would recommend.

In a city that never stops, Cova Montenapoleone is the perfect place to embrace the true Italian coffee break lifestyle. This historic pastry shop is a timeless classic, where tradition meets elegance, making it a must-visit in Milano. The Panettone is a staple, but if you want something extra special, go for the Maritozzo—rich, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. The prices reflect the prime location and impeccable quality, but the experience is worth every euro. Whether you're stopping for a quick espresso or indulging in a leisurely break, Cova is where you can pause, savor, and soak in Milan’s effortless charm.
