Hands down the best beef I’ve had across the board. I’ve ordered beef from more than 10 states since the pandemic started and I can say Covey Rise beef surpasses them all. Their marbling beats most American “Wagyu” that’s being sold today. You can tell the difference. Don’t be fooled thinking wagyu automatically means more marbling…it doesn’t. Check out the level of marbling on their prime grade Ribeyes!
Traditionally, I stay away from ground beef due to the low quality but they have the best ground beef. No corners cut…at all! If you’re tired of thin steaks…shop here. Ribeye, Strip, Denver, Sirloin, doesn’t matter…they’re all at least 1.5 inch thick! I get marvelous crust using cold sear method and no additional fat added to the pan.
The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality and the owners Charlie and Kerissa have provided nothing short of top tier service.
I’m happy to support hard working folks. From a Texan, this Kansas beef is 10 out of 10!
