BEST coffee I’ve been to in my life, been to many states and have not had something this good. Pastries are delicious and the lattes are to die for. My husband said the raspberry pistachio croissant is the best he’s had ever. My favorites are the date and cardamom latte, the sugar cookie latte both hot and the iced tiramisu in that order. The ube mochi is great and gluten free. Love love love this place. I usually like my homemade lattes and have not been impressed by a store bought one. I have now.

Google
Covour, where coffee meets flavor. This Asian fusion contemporary roaster tucked away in the sleepy part of Palo Alto delivers on the classics as well as incorporating flavors like mango lychee, ube, and matcha. The simple exterior hides away a minimalist and contemporary space that’s great for enjoying a cup of coffee, working, or catching up with friends. White walls with a touch of natural wood and a few textures are there to break up the monotonousness. The parking situation is not it though; the lot is narrow, one way with few tiny parking spots. The drinks are smooth, rich, and flavorful. They use high quality matcha. Despite offering unique flavors, the actual coffee is simple and they let the natural flavors speak for themselves. That being said, you’re definitely paying a premium for it. They offer pastries but they are outsourced from local bakeries. The staff is friendly and efficient. Despite the long lines, they move fast. Overall, while this is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood and a lovely spot, I’m not necessarily convinced the final product and experience justify the premium price. Bay Area locals are spoiled by an endless number of some of the best, most creative and flawlessly executed roasteries. While Covour may be able to get 5 stars somewhere else, given the competition at that price point, I can’t really give them more than 4 stars.

Google
Covour coffee is a hip coffee shop where lots of local and nonlocals go Parking is a bit tight, but I saw a cybertruck navigate it so should be doable Overall great vibes, good coffee, helpful staff Their matcha was on point and the burnt honey latte was good and unique but a little too sweet Definitely recommend!

Google
One of my favorite cafes in the South Bay to go to. Really good coffee and fun drinks that are not too sweet but really yummy. They have WiFi, but are usually really crowded, so get there early to find a seat if you plan on working/studying. Plenty of seating though, and the waves of people ebb and flow. Parking is available in a small lot right by the store.

☕ The Coffee Experience: I had a fantastic coffee experience at Cavour Coffee. My coffee was not only delicious but also presented beautifully, showing great attention to detail. I ventured out of my usual order and tried a matcha americano, and it was surprisingly tasty – a definite win for trying something new! 🚶‍♀️ Efficiency & Service: Despite there being a long line when I arrived, it moved remarkably quickly. The staff were efficient and kept things flowing smoothly, which is always appreciated, especially during busy times. 🏡 Warm Atmosphere: The ambiance at Cavour Coffee is truly lovely. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes it a comfortable place to enjoy your drink, whether you're grabbing it to go or staying for a bit. 👍 Overall Impression: Cavour Coffee is a highly recommended spot for coffee lovers. The combination of great-tasting, well-presented drinks, efficient service, and a warm atmosphere makes it a standout. I'll definitely be back!

Google
The matcha is quite nutty!! It reminded me of Kettl in LA. It’s kind of predatory to not label your alt milk cost in my opinion Folks reported that the cups used to be 16 oz but I believe they are now 14 oz for the same price ($7 before tax, $0.75 upcharge for almond / oat milk). The matcha quality is solid and you can’t really taste the dairy. The einspanner is the same cost as the latte and it’s not really an einspanner in the sense of LA cafes but rather is just a cream top. You get less matcha and I was scared it would be too heavy with whole milk, since they don’t offer 2% or nonfat. The sweeten on default with agave, so ask for unsweetened if that is your preference. The parking lot (if you can even call it a lot) is an absolute zoo and the entrance is incredibly easy to miss. The inside can get quite crowded, but they’ve got a lot of 2-person tables perfect for remote work.

Finally found a spot that we really like!!! Not too far from San Jose . Such a cute little neighborhood . The line was long but wow they make your coffee so quick ! I got an einspanner - the first time they’ve ever been able to make it hot ! It was soo delicious . My sis got a burnt honey latte ! Was so good 😊 definitely recommend!!

Google
Staff was very nice and friendly. Service is quick. Fewer food options on the weekend but delicious food. Great coffee! Loved the tiramisu latte.

Yelp
Came here for an offsite with our team. The vibe was very clean and cozy. We had a large order and was impressed they got everything right and everything tasted good! I ordered the cappuccino and was savoring it until the last drop. I don't enjoy coffee drinks all that often but will definitely be coming back here on my own. I also heard their matcha drinks are pretty good (and legit) - so, excited to try those in the future!

Yelp
My friend recommended this café, and I LOVED IT. I went around 10am on a Saturday, and the line was pretty long, and worth the wait! I'd recommend going early, though. The parking lot is quite small, however there's plenty of street parking around. There's plenty of seating inside, however since it does get packed, it can be hard to grab a seat I had a difficult time deciding on what drink to order bc everything sounded so good! I ordered the seasonal Café de Olla, Pistachio Berry Croissant, and the Pandan Mochi!! I finished everything in one sitting, I can't wait to come back and try their matcha and other pastries!

Yelp
Great selection of pastries and coffee drinks here. A great place to add to your coffee shop rotation.

Yelp
I visited Covour Coffee on a Saturday morning, and found it super busy. The line was almost out the door, but it did move quickly. The interior was bright and clean, with minimal decor and some indoor seating. I was immediately tempted by the pastry display - Pistachio Raspberry Croissants, Chocolate Banana Hazelnut Croissants, Pumpkin Brioche, White Chocolate Matcha Cookies, etc. I managed to resist temptation, but will definitely try these in the future. For drinks, I got an iced Burnt Honey Latte, which was incredible. The flavor of the honey was powerful, but didn't take away from the strong espresso. Must return to try the Dirty Ube Latte and pastries!

Yelp
We came here on a sunday afternoon around 12:30 pm . It was fully packed and the line was super long . Luckily it moved fast . We could barely find a table to sit . My friend needed a place with lap top plugged in so it was even harder. We ordered two coffees and one tea . I got Shanghai lychee Jasmin , which is a very strong red tea and could have been made into a big pot of tea . My friend got burnt honey latte and dirty ube latte . Their coffees were excellent that explained the line was so long . They had about 10 tiny tables inside with bench box chairs . It was too crowded and not comfortable to sit on for too long . Most people stood in line to pick up the on line order then left . Great restroom with cute decorations. A few posters for local events ( winery , ballet, etc ) that are interesting. I don't like the ambiance but the customers service is great . Few parking space at the front . You could mostly park on the street near by .

Yelp
I visited the place for the first time and it was really nice. Staff is friendly, cool city vibe, good coffee. I tried Spanish coffee within caffeinated drinks and it was a bit too sweet to my test. Along signature drinks there was a tiramisu latte for $7, that was really nice and chocolaty. The prices are a bit higher than average. It is very crowded with people with laptops. I grabbed the place near the window, that was really good spot! There is one really nice and spacious restroom at the back of the coffee place.

Yelp
You know what....five stars. The coffee is GOOD. I've now had both hot and cold drinks. Obsessed with both that sometimes I order one of each. Everyone that I've introduced to this spot (four people) all really love it! I'll continue to recommend the shop.

Yelp
Been here several times and this place is dope. It opened I believe about a year ago and is always busy. Came here in a Saturday and the line was out the door, but the service is always great and quick. Got the tiramisu latte and it was really good. Has sprinkles of cocoa powder with melted marshmallows on the top. Every drink on the menu is great but this is one their best. Make sure to check Covour if you're in the Palo Alto area right off Middlefield Rd.
google avatar

Yelp
Solid matcha latte with a great ricotta honey toast on the side. Perfect morning/brunch bite. Will 100% be busy on the weekend, prepare to wait. Come on a weekday if you can as the wait won't be as long. Good amount of seating but tables are close together and because it's so busy it's still hard to grab a seat.
google avatar

Yelp
I visited on a Sunday at noon and there was a long line. The parking is quite narrow and hard to find when the coffee shop is busy. After a 15 minute wait in line, we received our drinks in five minutes. I ordered the burnt honey latte half sweet. The espresso was delicious and the sweetness was perfect. I also ordered an ube mochi and it was perfectly chewy and flavorful. The space is pretty bright with few tables. If this were closer to home, I'd probably come more often. Overall great service and coffee!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious coffee and great customer service. Unique, tasty drinks with plenty of available seats. It gets busy but the line moves pretty quick.
google avatar

Diana T.

Yelp
I really hate that this place is so far away from me! I go to coffee shops often, mostly to ones that have hojicha/matcha options and this place nailed both. The lines were ridiculously long for a Sunday but after that first sip of Hojicha Einspanner, I was hooked! I also tried their mushroom toast and that was amazing after it was heat up. There's about 15 tables across the cafe but the space is fairly tight because there's so many people coming in and out.
google avatar

Mia S.

Yelp
Came here to try their espresso based drink and ended up getting the pumpkin pie latte. You can definitely taste the real pumpkin in it, which would be a winner, but it was too pumpkin for me. I did mix my drink once I got to the office and it tasted more even with the coffee and not so pumpkin purée. I definitely want to go back to try a more standard drink. I got there before it opened and there was already a line. I asked the people in line their recommendation and they told me their fav so I want to go back. Also the tables filled up quickly. If you're here to work, early bird catches the worm. Pastries were so beautiful and I wanted to try them all. I only tried the mushroom one which was yummy and lots of umami. I definitely recommend coming here to try a drink, not sure if I'd get the ppl again tho
google avatar

Yelp
delicious drinks & yummy pastries in the heart of palo alto! There was limited parking lot section since it was located near the residential neighborhoods not much to say about service since it was busy on a weekend so there wasn't too many words exchanged besides ordering

Yelp
This coffee shop has been on my list for a minute. The matcha einspanner hit the spot. Perfect sweetness, high quality matcha. I got it with almond milk. Also tried the butter mochi - interesting chewy texture as expected, mild sweetness. The butter was not overwhelming, the sesame sprinkle on top - an interesting touch. I'm not the biggest fan of sesame seeds but it was working.
google avatar

Yelp
I still think about their coffee! Unlike other coffee shops, I can actually taste the flavor that they put inside their drinks. Such a cute cozy place to study as well!
google avatar

Mona A.

Yelp
3.5 stars overall This place is cute, and the drinks the cute, very picturesque deducting 1.5 stars because of the taste; in my opinion they could add some oomph to it to make the taste stand out more. For the drinks we got matcha einspanner and the Madagascar latte. So for me, I make matcha drinks at home and get ceremonial grade matcha from Kyoto region of Japan, and I love the earthy, nutty, and a balanced flavor, but the drink here (I know it had cream in it), but the cream overpowered the matcha significantly. Don't get me wrong, the drink presentation is cute, but the milk and cream took it away from the matcha as I was hoping more of matcha flavor would come through. My husband liked the Madagascar latte. Parking: there is plenty of parking behind the buildings, and this place crowded! Customer service: is good, no complaints Interior: open but when it's crowded it feels busy and loud! Good selection of pastries, and variety of selection of drinks! It's worth trying if you haven't been!

Yelp
Covour is still one of my favorite cafes in the South Bay! The long line out the door on a Sunday morning goes to show I'm not the only one feeling this way. Stopped in for a quick Matcha Einspanner and mochi muffin. Their drinks are served in a smaller cup, but does not lack in flavor! Absolutely delicious matcha, not too sweet. The mochi muffins are my fave, love that chewy and bouncy texture all while being gluten free. They do have a few other pastries and cookies, that I hope to try next time. Service was still pleasant and friendly, even with a long line. Noise level was louder than usual due to it being a full house. Most tables, seats and bar seating was taken. Parking can be a bit tricky here.

Yelp
Stopped by here on the way to Palo Alto and oh my god I have to say that I really like this place. The interior is bright and very welcoming. They have lots of seating available and it is a great place to study or get some work done if you are that type of person. I love that they have specialty drinks such as the burnt honey latte, tiramisu latte, chai latte, and even a vienna einspanner. Their menu is so versatile that I definitely want to come back and try more of their food. I ended up getting the Madagascar Vanilla Latte and it was so good! I ended up ordering another one after I finished it. The vanilla tasted so fresh compared to other places I've gone to.
google avatar

Ani R.

Yelp
Always crowded, so get ready to take your time and get in line. Seating is usually available, because folks don't sit for too long. They drink their coffees and then head out. Exception is if there are tons of people with laptops working. Frankly, I don't understand why anyone would want to work in such an environment but you will always see folks who do. Coffees are excellent, and they have a variety of Matcha and Hojicha selections, which is what I think makes this café special. :)
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
I loved all the drinks at Covour. We went with a group so I was able to try 4 drinks and some pastries. The cafe de olla and Vienna Einspanner were my favorite. The ube in the dirty ube latte came out really good as well! Service was fast and the place can get busy.
google avatar

Aurelia T.

Yelp
This place caught my eyes after many times driving past and the lines are out the door. So i know it must be good. I finally paid a visit and was impressed ! The wait was understandable, not too long. The pastries are to die for. Croissants are perfectly baked with a good honeycomb looking inside. The mushroom toast is wellmade from flavors to texture. There is a good variety of drinks. The espresso is smooth and well balanced. Matcha is made without sweeteners. Personally, their matcha tastes a lot like the Yorokobi blend that I already had too much of so I would try out more of their coffee next time. Side note: their iced drinks are not cold at all. If only they would upgrade to the 16oz cup with more ice and the same liquid content, it will be more pleasing. As right now, 12oz and there's only a few ice cubes that barely colds the drink for the price. Definitely come back to try more of their menus !
google avatar

HanNa P.

Yelp
We got two drinks. A Iced Americano and Iced Honey Latte. Both were good. Great coffee flavor in both. Really amazing for a hot day. Parking lot in front but spaces are small. Inside was clean. It was busy on the weekend but ran very efficient. Will probably be back to try the other drinks.
google avatar

Yelp
I'd been craving matcha einspanners from MemoryLook in LA since my last visit in March. So when I found out Covour had them I had to go and try them out. We drove out like 60 miles roundtrip during 101 commute hours for this so it had better be as good as it looks on Yelp. ...and the einspanner did not disappoint. As you can see from the picture, the presentation was quite beautiful. The matcha itself was a gorgeous slightly blueish green which is what I look for in a matcha latte. The matcha latte itself was sweetened but less than the whipped cream on top. However the whipped cream was sweetened just enough so that it made it just the perfect amount of sweetness. I don't like my sweets too sweet. Service was quick and the cashier was friendly. The vibe inside is quite minimalistic and natural kinda like some of the KTown LA cafes which was very nostalgic for me! Overall I enjoyed my matcha and would want to come back again to try the other drinks on the menu when I'm in the area. 9.5 BOOMs out of 10 for me. Minus .5 bc my einspanner was $8 sans tax and tip which is a bit pricey but what can you do.
google avatar

Rachel L.

Yelp
Came here for matcha and got my mom a flat white. I really enjoyed the matcha! I think it's made with oat milk. The matcha taste wasn't overpowering but strong enough to coat your entire mouth and linger a bit. The cream on top was light and delightful. An overall vegetal matcha with a very smooth and creamy consistency which I loved. Only thing is, it's such a small size! This spot has a tight parking lot but a good amount of spots. Interior is super clean and sleek. Fully packed when I came on a Wednesday around 1PM.
google avatar

Jasmine C.

Yelp
My friend wanted to get matcha in Palo Alto. We chose this cafe but wasn't actually sure how it would turn out since it's a coffee shop. The line speaks for itself. Came on a Saturday. Line outside the door. Took about 10 mins or less. It's in a small discrete parking lot so don't miss it. They have a regular menu and a seasonal one. Also have delicious looking baked pastries. I got the seasonal double matcha. The color looked promising. They use ceremonial matcha powder. It was so good and tasted like it came from Japan. Also tried the pandan mochi. So good!! Pandan was strong and mochi was soft and chewy. Also got a ham and cheese croissant because I couldn't resist. Super flaky. It was good but I didn't like the mustard seeds in the center.

Yelp
Stopped in to taste their seasonal pumpkin pie latte as I was craving something with fall flavors and was not disappointed. This is my second time trying Covour Coffee and it truly is a great spot. The service was friendly and quick. The latte itself had a really nice strong pumpkin flavor but isn't overshadowing the coffee. Overall enjoyed my experience.

Yelp
I tried the matcha einspänner (cold) and the tiramisu latte (hot), and both were delicious. The tiramisu latte is typically ordered cold, but it was good hot too--if you like sweeter drinks. I also tried the everything croissant with cream cheese inside, which was delicious. All of the baked goods looked great, so I'll definitely try another next time. There were long lines, and it's generally pretty busy, but it's a beautiful location with big windows that let in lots of natural light.

Yelp
Went on a Saturday morning and it had long lines and full tables. Drink ordered: Dirty Ube Latte (5/10): was honestly lackluster and not mt favorite Food ordered: Pandan Mochi (4/10): most of the mochi was stuck on the wrapping yet greasy at the same time. Not planning on getting this again Chocolate Chip Cookie (8/10): a good sized cookie a little on the sweeter side I'm interested in trying their other items but most likely wouldn't do the items I tried this time again.

Yelp
All I have to say is; ‍ Coffee was sooo good. I got the burnt honey latte and it was perfection! I would definitely love to come back to try all the other flavors. I arrived a few minutes after opening and, oh my the line was already out the store! The line was fairly quick which was nice. The inside of the cafe was so nicely decorated and clean. There was enough seating for people who planned to stay for awhile (hangout or working/studying) and seating for those who planned to stay for a shorter amount of time (enjoying food/drink and a short hangout). There was also plenty of parking space outside. The whole time I was there on a Friday morning (about more than an hour), the line was continuously out the door! It was always busy but it seemed to be a quick line. Would def be back!
google avatar

Ninah P.

Yelp
I decided to come here as a study spot on a Thursday morning. I hoped that since it was a weekday, it would be less busy. I was wrong. As I walked in, all the tables were taken except one. Luckily, it seemed like some people did not plan on staying much longer so some other tables opened up. As soon as they did though, other people would move tables or it would get taken quickly. Only the larger tables and the bench by the window has outlets so those were highly sought after. Despite being busy, the drinks came out quickly and the line moved fast. I had a matcha einspanner and a spinach feta danish. Both were delicious! I would definitely recommend this spot as a grab and go place. Just plan accordingly if you plan on sitting in. Heads up: the parking lot is on the smaller side and not as easy to maneuver around as they have one way lanes. I also had a hard time connecting to the guest wifi due to everyone being connected

Yelp
Covour Coffee is located in a small plaza in Palo Alto. The cafe is super cute and aesthetic and seems like a great place to get work done. We got the Dirty Ube Latte and the Vienna Einspanner, both of which were delicious. I especially loved the ube latte because it had the perfect balance of ube flavor and coffee. I'd definitely come back to try other drinks next time!
google avatar

Thaybeth M.

Yelp
Visited a Friday morning around 8:15AM and although there was very busy the line moved fast. There were already some folks working there (good spot to work remotely). I ordered to go, and was in and out in around 20 minutes. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant, a pistachio raspberry croissant and a Madagascar Vanilla latte. The ham and cheese croissant was topped with everything but the bagel seasoning with paired very well with the savory from the ham and cheese, and the buttery flavor from the croissant. The pistachio raspberry croissant was very flaky and perfectly sweet (very well balanced the pistachio to raspberry ratio), although it could've handled a bit more filling inside. Lastly, the latte was delicious, a bit more milky than of my liking, but still very good. Overall, will 100% revisit this spot!
google avatar

Vivian P.

Yelp
We found the parking lot a bit odd and tight, but we were luckily able to find a spot right away. We came on a Friday around 2PM and the store was PACKED! Most of the seats were already taken, but we weren't planning to stay anyway. We ordered and waited for about 10 minutes. I got the Matcha Einspanner and really enjoyed it!! The cream tasted like it had some subtle vanilla flavoring, which I liked because the einspanner cream from other stores usually don't taste like anything. I would love to come back and try their other drinks!
google avatar

Sally H.

Yelp
Such a cute spot to study or hang out and chat with a friend! I will say it does it busy so be wary that you may not get seating. I always get the matcha einspanner and it's the perfect sweetness.
google avatar

Polly L.

Yelp
I've gotten the hojicha einspanner, matcha einspanner and matcha americano. I mistakenly thought that the matcha americano was matcha + espresso americano but it was just a shot of matcha with water and 2 pumps of agave. I didn't know that it would be sweetened so that took me by surprise. The matcha is ok, I like the hojicha more. It's a solid spot for drinks and it's really cute. The wait is not long unless there are many matcha drinks ahead of you. Every time I've gone, the pastries are at 25% capacity so I haven't tried the pastries yet.
google avatar

Caitlin L.

Yelp
I came here with a friend on a Sunday afternoon and there was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy. The interior is really airy and nicely decorated. I had the matcha einspanner with almond milk. The name was deceiving, it is more of a matcha with cream top but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I would come back if I was in the area!
google avatar

Yelp
Lovely cafe in the heart of Palo Alto with a great selection of espresso and matcha drinks! I stopped by Covour to grab coffee with a friend on a weekday afternoon, and we were both super impressed by the quality of the coffee, selection of unique flavors, and good vibes. We came too late for pastries, but the little signs in the empty pastry case looked super tempting -- they had a bunch of fun Asian-inspired pastries, like an ube muffin, curry potato bourek, and butter mochi. I'll have to come back in the morning sometime to give them a try! The space is beautiful, modern, and clean, with simple, no-frills white and light wood furniture and giant windows that allow a constant stream of sunlight in. The staff is friendly and service is quick -- all around, a great spot for a cup of joe!
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Such a cute coffee place, its pretty spacious inside with a few tables but definitely gets crowded during peak hours. I love the selection of pastries, the ham & cheese and everything croissant are my favorite ones, its so delicious, 10/10. The staff is nice and welcoming which is a plus. I mostly come here for the matcha because I like their matcha, its not overly sweet which i like. My current favorite right now is the cherry blossom matcha, the foam top is so good like i need the recipe for that!

Yelp
Don't walk, RUN to Covour Coffee whenever you get the chance. I've been meaning to come here for the longest time, so I came here to catch up with some friends. The interior and ambiance of the cafe are modern and clean. The staff was also very friendly and efficient, considering how busy it was on a Friday at noon. I got the Honey Burnt Latte and, even as a non-coffee drinker, I really enjoyed it! I did not get the caffeine jitters I would traditionally get from coffee, just pure sweet coffee and honey goodness with every sip.

Yelp
Matcha is an easy 10/10. If you're in South Bay this is a fantastic matcha option. Wasn't too sweet and has a lovely smooth earthy texture. Would really love if they opened up a location in the city. Butter croissant was fine. Not memorable but was fun to eat. I'd say you could skip it. Space itself is lovely! Lots of seating inside and some benches outside. If I lived nearby I would be a regular for the matcha and the vibes.

Yelp
Great solid matcha. Good ambience to work in as well. Servers are nice and friendly. But I feel like this wasn't a tru einspanner and was more of a matcha with cold foam. Matcha quality was great though.

Yelp
The parking is a bit small but there is some parking in the back and street parking as well. Came on a Friday morning and the line was out the door. The whole cafe was packed and there was no room is sit. I ordered the matcha einspanner (really good and had a strong matcha flavor. The cream in top wasn't too sweet). For food we ordered a butter croissant and ube mochi. They were nice enough to toast my croissant which made it perfect and flakey Overall really nice cafe to hang out for a bit if you can find a table. I love how the decor looks nice and clean.

Yelp
Discovered on Yelp for coffee spots and had to check out for drink selection, ambiance, and food! There is a small parking lot in-front but also to the side. It looks crowded outside and inside but most people r waiting for their order and not in line. Once inside no one was in line loll. Bf ordered the burnt honey latte with oatmilk and i got the matcha latte with oatmilk, sweetness already set on the not too sweet side. Tried everything we wanted: ham&cheese croissant(for the protein), everything cream cheese croissant bc i love eveything bagels and cream cheese, the pandan and sesame mochi muffins. There werent many places to sit bc so crowded but spots do slowly open up. We finally got a table, the pandan mochi is my fav- flavorful, coco nutty, and moist. The sesame one was okay but more tough and not as flavorful, still okay. The everything cream cheese croissant is delectable! Has this green onion added the cream cheese and an and even layer within the flaky layers of the square crossiant. Love the ample everything seeds on top and even bottom! The ham and cheese croissant has a thick ham and cheese and love how they will heat up for u! The burnt honey latte was perfectly sweet and very well made, i had to go back for more sips of my bf's which doesnt happen if i dont like it. The matcha latte also very well made, good quality strong matcha and oatmilk and not too sweet. Would def recommend to come check out if ur free to wait a bit on busy weekend!

Yelp
Got the Burnt Honey. A great choice if you like sweet. Honey comes out strong. Coffee is subtle. Came in the morning and there was a long line but it goes fast. I only waited about four minutes after I ordered to get my drink. Ambiance is more business. Few tables to sit at to chill or do work. I'll be back.

Yelp
Covour Coffee is located in midtown Palo Alto. A minimalistic cafe like those found in Seoul. It also reminded me of Glasshouse in Singapore. I ordered the Matcha Einspanner and a mushroom tart. Iced Matcha Einspanner 5/5 I supposed this is a very popular drink since people who came here mentioned about this. Do I like it? Yes, definitely! Mushroom Tart 3/5 It was served cold. The pastry part was tough. I am not sure why many places in Palo Alto served their baked goods cold. For that, I appreciate Starbucks which would warm up my croissants. The taste of the mushroom tart could be really good if it was served warmed. It was not really a tart per se, more like a flakey pastry which was not flakey since it was cold. Yes, I could not get over the cold part. SERVICE 5/5 Staff were very friendly and nice. The place was crowded, but customers were served at lightning speed at order counter. Took a short while for the drinks to be ready, but it was not too bad. AMBiANCE 5/5 It was a lively and busy place. Not a quiet place for people who want to come read a book. EarPods may help, but I did see people here with their laptops working or studying. Would I recommend this place? Definitely, but not sure about the food. I would want to try the tiramisu latte the next time!
