Phenomenal restaurant. From the food to the ambiance, to the service (and especially the service) this steakhouse excels in all areas. I was celebrating my first anniversary here and every person on staff we ran into wished us happy anniversary. They also had a rose and hand signed carded waiting for us at our table. Food wise you can’t go wrong, everything we had was great. But the real standout was the American Wagyu NY Strip. It’s pricey but absolutely worth it. The guy who served us on Oct-26 at 8pm was really great and did an amazing job. The GM was also very personable and made us feel special If you’re in CO springs, do not pass this place up!

This restaurant is a real treat from start to finish! I called to check on availability for one, and they have special seating called the chef's counter, which literally gives you a full-on display of the kitchen. Now, some people may not like this, however it was wonderful to watch the cooperation, dedication to craft, and overall professional atmosphere of the kitchen staff. My waiter, as well as the other staff members who tended to me, were very kind and welcoming. The timing of receiving menus and explanation of specials was well thought out. This felt like fine dining, and I hadn't even received my meal yet! Now, the meal itself? In a word: Phenomenal! Between my cocktail, Caesar salad starter and main course of steak and sides, I was presented with palette cleansers that were delicate and refreshing. This establishment is truly an experience, and I encourage those who are able to check out this incredible restaurant! My one regret is that I didn't try their dessert menu, perhaps next time!!

Went here for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. The food was so good, the steak melted in your mouth like butter. The atmosphere was cute and the service was exceptional! They went the extra step to make your day feel special. Best spinach dip I ever had and the mac and cheese!

We had a phenomenal experience with fantastic wait staff. The food was absolutely incredible - and our server Josh went above and beyond to accommodate and educate us on the selections. The atmosphere is elevated but casual and cozy. The menu touch of printing a Happy Birthday message for our party was so thoughtful. Highly recommend for anniversaries, birthdays, or just a special evening out.

My Wife and I had our Anniversary at Cowboy star event though I messed up the reservation they still found us seating at the "Chef's Bar". It over looked the open kitchen BUT I'm glad we got to sit there, the experience was so fun and the Chef's were super friendly. Very welcoming environment and staff. Prices for the food was decently priced,and soooo good! yes they are aged steaks your gonna pay more.

An absolute MUST if you are in the Colorado Springs Area. And if you're a local who hasn't dined here I highly suggest you do so. If price is a concern their happy hour menu offers high quality, delicious, affordable, filling options. We were immediately, kindly greeted and sat in the bar area. Josh, our waiter, is exceptional; very courteous, professional and informative about the menu and restaurant. Ordering off the happy hour menu, I order the "C-Star" Caesar Salad, I certainly appreciate the creativity with the bacon cut up to resemble croutons, the anchovies were a nice touch. The Steak Fritz which was a decent cut of steak cooked as ordered, was full of flavor, served with a mountain of fries. (I ordered for the Bordelaise on the side.) Now the fries themselves are so amazing I'm drooling as I write this. They are "housemade" -The most amazing made from scratch in house fries, you will ever eat! They are fried to perfection -a crispy golden brown- and seasoned well. The best fries I've ever had!!! My partner order the GOCHUJANG MARINATED BEEF SKEWERS and they were so tender, the taste was outstanding, and the kimchi aioli is like a burst of several flavors. (I'll be ordering the skewers on our next trip). I could not be more impressed with the food or the service from all employees. My partner felt equally amused and expressed this on a napkin, in English and Arabic. Highly recommend! We are certainly looking forward to returning and enjoying our meal on the patio which opens soon! I can't wait. And great job, really, to the entire staff; hostess, chef, back of house, front of house, bar staff, management and owners, and anyone I've left out- your diligence is evident in every aspect. Thank you.

Love the atmosphere and the music 🎶. The food was amazing especially the steak! 🥩 I was seated at the bar and no one else was there so it felt lonely but the gentleman cooking the steaks made sure to interact with me as much as he could. Service was timely and the kitchen looked to run as seamless as possible. Overall great experience.

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner last night at Cowboy Star. The food was great. The drinks were great. Alex, our host for the evening proved to be top tier. My wife and I will definitely be returning.
