I really liked it. Never had Texas Indian fusion food before but this really works. I had their version of deviled eggs to start and they had lots of flavor, crunchy and a nice sauce. The Naanwich fried chicken sandwich had a unique flavor and was definitely Texas sized. A lot of food there. I enjoyed the experience and I will be back to try the different curries and maybe their burger. One thing to add, they have a big bar and a good selection of specialty cocktails and a nice little patio.

I am pretty impressed with their food. Reasonably priced and portions are pretty good. We had the nanchos with pulled chicken, Himalayan Heat burger and the Naan Quesadillas. After sharing half a plate of Nanchos with pulled chicken, we were not able to have our main course. Everything was shoved into a 'to go box'. I also liked the ambience and our servers were awesome

This Indian fusion restaurant is great. It's clean, the staff is friendly , the food is delicious. Their burgers are a must-try, with unique flavors that blend perfectly. Don't miss the deviled eggs - a surprising but tasty twist. Their saag paneer is good too. A great option for those seeking a fresh take on Indian cuisine. The atmosphere was really good. Very nice place to relax and eat good food. We had to wait a bit long to be seated as there was no one to attend to us. Everything else was good

Dined here a few weeks ago for a friend’s birthday dinner. The service was top tier and we loved everyone we interacted with. We ordered a ton of food and for the most part everything was good! We all loved the creativity of the dishes and enjoyed our meal overall! I felt the various curries (we got the flight) were a bit bland. The nihari was melt in your mouth cooked to perfection, but was also lacking in flavor a bit. Our servers recommended we get a side of the coconut sauce (can’t recall the exact name) and that was THE move. It was so good we dipped everything in it! This won’t be on my list of must-returns because I feel like there is better Indian food out there. But everyone on staff deserves a raise. They were amazing and made it a great night!

Visited this place with my wife on the first weekend of the year, to celebrate our Anniversary. This place is perfect for good cocktails, spicy fusion food and great ambience. The service was quick and the drinks were great. Almost had a pleasant time. The person taking our order could not understand what we were saying. We had to like literally point out the item in the menu for him to understand. This never happend to us any other restaurant. We were met with constant checking if we needed anything, like every 10 mins. Literally looking to see if they could clear any of our plates. Almost felt like a message for us to leave and we did.

Our experience today was long awaited, and finally we had the time to stop in and grab a bite. The atmosphere is beautiful, and I instantly felt comfortable and excited. Service was timely and friendly! I did order the "Karmasutra" drink that never came, but I don't blame the server as my partner tried ordering a few beers on their list that weren't available. It probably caused him to forget about mine. I intend to come back to try and get a cocktail because that list looked awesome! The vegetarian flight of curries was delicious and shareable - these can be modified spice wise, and we requested extra spicy. For those that are acquainted with high spice, I would recommend them to ask for even spicier than us, as it was mild from my perspective. Additionally, these are not very thick curries, I have to wonder if the meat based ones would be more so. I do think the naan price was a bit steep for one piece ($4-5), so the value in my opinion was not there despite it being delicious. The pani-puri was yummy, and I loved the tamarind sauce/ addition of the crunchy bits. I would recommend Cowboys & Indians to have the servers to drop more than one spoon with the curry, and possibly rethink their naan price ( or at the very least, include a piece of naan with the order of a curry flight ). I want to see this place succeed and hope they will consider my recommendations without taking offense. We plan to return for the meat based curry flight and the cocktail I mentioned, and explore the more Indian-Tex fusion foods! Hopefully the Dansberg 16000 will be in stock as well! I came here for the Eat Drink HTX. That menu is short and sweet, but has everything that I want to get. I had the beef samosas, and pani puri for first course. I had the butter chicken and chana masala, and saag paneer and lamb vindaloo for second course. The beef samosas were crispy but the fillings were little. The pani puris were crunchy, yogurt mousse had a good flavor contrast, but the trial mix inside did not go well with the sauces. The butter chicken was cooked ok but the gravy was watery. As for the lamb, it wasn’t tender and it was dry. Though there was a good amount of spiciness in the dishes, both dishes lacked the deep spice flavors in the gravies. I had the Calcutta cocktail too which was ok. Service was subpar. The male server was nowhere to be found. Then came the female server whom was more attentive. They have brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm. There are outdoor seatings but today was too cold for that. Parking lot is small but there is street parking. Complimentary valet parking is also available just outside the restaurant.

I had been wanting to try this place for sometime and it was a very nice date evening. This is a fusion restaurant and they hit it right on the head. We started with a naan quesadilla and it was very delicious! Was large in size, the chicken was flavorful, and the naan was a unique twist on replacing a flour tortilla. For dinner we had ribeye kabobs and butter chicken. Again all very good! The ribeye was cooked just right and the veggies were well cooked and flavorful. We added a naan side with our entree and had two cocktails as well. They also had a combo chicken entree available that I wish we could have tried. The manager came by and checked on us, and our waiter Trey was very attentive and did a good job! At then end of the evening we were surprised with a free coconut bread pudding. It hit the spot, soft and tasty, and garnished with toasted coconut to give a slight crunch. This place is definitely worth a try. A fun fusion restaurant with bright decor, photo spots available, and a patio for seating.
