I loved their signature item, The Original Texas Style Dog, but the Stockyard Hot Link is even better if you like spicy. Lemonade is top notch. I was, however, disappointed they didn't have any pies for dessert today. Super friendly service, and the truck was playing great classic rock!

Be aware if they are at events, their prices will be double. I waited in line quite a while this weekend and got to the front to find out they charge $9.50 at events per dog which is double the normal price. Don’t waste your time in line unless you truly have to or are prepared to pay gourmet prices for par-level hot dogs.

Not a place you can actually go to have a dog… was looking for a good dog for lunch and was near downtown so I hit up google and this place came up in my search. So I decided to drive over only to find that this was only a parking spot for the truck. I called the number that’s listed on the truck only for some guy to answer and tell me that they’re an events only truck. Whoever runs this place needs to update their google listing because none of that information is on their google search profile. It shows them to be open until 5pm for business.

I tried the original Texas Style Hot Dog!! The briochê bun was delicious! I had never tried a hot dog so fluffy and tasty !! I sincerely recommend this place !! A new way to eat hot dogs!! The Spicy Eddie is really good too!! I loved the combination of the chili with the sour pickles and the spicy onion pepper!

I stopped and decided to try a Cow Town chili cheese dog. It was fantastic!! I love chili dogs but this was the very best. The bun was great, the dog was juicy and the chili was quite delicious. I had a bag of chips and a lemonade. The drink was also quite good. I highly recommend the Cow Town Dogs!! A 5 star plus experience. Try one for yourself. .

My son wanted hot dogs and I found this place. The food here was great. I got the texas style and a stockyard hot link and they tasted amazing. My son loved the chili cheese dog(no mustard lol). We will definitely be coming back again.

One of my husband and I's new favorite places! The original texas style hot dog is my fave on the menu! It's a great quick bite and is super tasty. The sloppy Eddie Chili is to DIE FOR! Highly recommend!

Great for a casual meal with friends. The hotdog was delicious, with a juicy sausage and fresh bun. The toppings were generous and added a nice touch. Will definitely come back.

If you are looking for the ultimate chili cheese dog look no further. Cowtown offers exquisite chili blended with just the right amount of sweetness and savory to wake up my pallet. The Mac and cheese on the side was ohh so good melted cheddar sauce was full of flavor and Mac was cooked to perfection not mushy. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to grab a cowtown dog please give them a try. You will only be left with asking yourself, "when can have have anotherr"?Friendly and courteous service was a plus !!!! I highly recommend this food truck!!!

very slow and we preordered the hot dogs. its only hot dogs. how hard is it to cook hot dogs. they had one person assembling the dogs. terrible service and unorganized. never again will I use this service.

Best hotdogs in Dallas or anywhere else. If you have t tried a cowtown dog you are missing out. Not sure if i prefer the Selena dog or the Spicy Eddie one to be honest.

So I've passed by this place a couple of times. One day, I was really craving a hot dog and decided to stop by. Let me tell you, I ate 2 of the original texas style hot dogs. It was so good. The chili, onions, and grilled jalapeños are all perfect. This will definitely be my go-to place for a dog now.

The chili cheese dog was good, but their special of the day that day was a fish sandwich, and it was terrible.

I love the Selina dog! It's a hotdog made out of the best possible ingredients!! If you have a chance to eat one, buy two!

10 out of 10! stopped by because I was craving a chili cheese dog and it was the best I ever had. perfect amount of sweet and spicy! I'm not normally a big fan of mustand but the combination of the chili and mustard just goes perfectly! very fast service as well! would highly recommend stopping by and get little taste of Chicago hot dogs!
