Lovely experience. We went for a 8 course tasting menu. The experience was magnificent. The main dish, the eel, blown me away. Never tried something similar before!!

We tried 8 dishes in total, everything is amazing, each dish had unique taste, flavour and textures! All dishes were first to try for us. Hope to come again. Many thanks for fine dinning experience.

Coxinendi is a place I return to every time I’m in Sardinia — and for good reasons. It has such a cozy, familiar atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The style is simple yet full of thoughtful details, creating the perfect balance of comfort and charm. And then there’s the food. Davide has a real gift — every dish is beautiful, delicious, and a perfect balance of Sardinian tradition and refined creativity. Each bite feels authentic yet new. One of the most amazing restaurants I’ve eaten at in a very long time. Davide, the head chef and owner, is a wonderful person and what he’s managed to create is a unique, special experience that blends the traditions of Sardinia with innovative style, technique and presentation. He welcomed me and my friends with open arms and took us through an unforgettable journey. I can’t wait to go back!

Coxinendi merits a visit from any distance on the island to experience a truly exceptional dining experience. The location in front of the castle is well positioned and inside the ambiance is pleasant, the walls decorated with subtle elements of Sardinian art. The waiter was kind and attentive from the moment we walked in until we walked out the door. We opted for the complete tasting menu (9 plates), along with the additional wine pairing (4 pourings). While the offered menu price is more than what you might typically pay in a Sardinian restaurant, it is very much worth it: the raw quality, presentation, and innovation of all of the dishes is exceptionally memorable. The chef personally delivered and presented the dishes that we consumed, and we were delighted by all of them. I will certainly recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends who visit Sardegna, and I whole-heartedly believe that anyone who enjoys quality dining will appreciate a meal at Coxinendi.

I really enjoyed all the dishes and if you are looking for more contemporary styles with local ingredients or italian style then this is the right place. I can feel that the chef tried to think a lot how he could present and cook in a different way of italian food. I will definitely revisit.

Just great food!! We went few times and every time the food is excellent, local fresh products, delicious and modern dishes which surprise you every time. Totally recommended 👍
