COYA Doha is a true culinary gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re swept away by the vibrant energy, stunning interiors, and warm service. Every dish is a celebration of bold, Peruvian-inspired flavors.
The ceviche is fresh and citrusy—an absolute must. We loved the golden, flaky empanadas, the juicy grilled skewers, and the tender beef fillet cooked to perfection. The bao buns were soft, savory, and packed with flavor, while the soft-shell crab tacos were crisp, creamy, and unforgettable.
For dessert, the churros were warm and heavenly, and the cheesecake was light and luscious—a perfect end to an exceptional meal.
COYA isn’t just dinner, it’s an experience. 10/10.
