Watch for photo opportunities with the characters from the Cars series!! Meet Lightning McQueen, Sally, Tow Mater, and more!! My recent favorite items are from Cozy Cone Motel 1 for ice cream cones, specifically the Ube Swirl cones (during the Fall and Halloween seasons). All were delicious and perfect for the recent warm weather. Cozy Cone Motel 3 has savory cones like chili con carne and mac n cheese. Cozy Cone Motel 4 offers a variety of drinks, like lemonades and alcoholic beverages, from beers to specialty cocktails and hard seltzers. The available items will sometimes rotate during the different seasons and events, but a few regulars are always on the menu. Ordering is best through the Disneyland app on mobile and to see what's currently available. The small area around the Motels can become congested with people waiting in lines, picking up mobile orders, or just passing through. Unfortunately, Magic Key or Annual Pass holder discounts do not apply here. There are a few tables and seats around the Motel and a few shaded areas that are close enough.

Great food and a quiet little place to relax! The lines move quick since each cone offers different food. The chili con queso in a cone was great! My husband loved it! I had the bacon mac and cheese cone. It was super flavorful and nice and creamy. The pomegranate limeade was great to but drink it fast because those paper straws fall apart! The ice cream cones were much bigger than anticipated so really worth the money!

Got the Bacon Mac and Cheese Cone at the Cozy Cone Motel. Very cute orange safety cone buildings and the presentation of the Mac and Cheese Cone is fun. Basic flavors, not too salty. I am slightly lactose intolerant and didn't have a reaction to it. Take from that what you will. It's quite a big meal. The cone is really hard pretzel bread with no flavor. I am glad I tried it and satisfied my curiosity. I'll try other foods in DCA before ordering this again.

This was my first visit to Cozy Cone and I ordered the Bacon Mac 'N' Cheese and the vodka Pomegranate Limeade. Both items were delicious! The Mac n cheese is a bit heavy and super filling, but definitely worth trying. The cone itself, tastes like a soft pretzel.

This is a fun little area for the kids to get pictures with lightning McQueen, mater, or cruise. The kids love stopping in and seeing them and we do that every time we come. The line is also not that long which is nice with kids. The back of the cozy cone has a few other cones and they are places you can buy food, the Caramel churros are good and the bacon mac and cheese is also really good.

The Cozy Cone Motel is a mini food court located in the heart of Cars Land, serving multiple different snack and quick bite food options. The staff are friendly here, and food is served quite quick. Never had an issue with staff, and the place definitely reminds you of the cozy cone from the movie. The food is good. They serve popcorn here out of a box that looks like a cone, as well as serving other dishes in cone format. The retired "Handwich" is served here, with its cone-like design. It also has alcoholic beverages, which is a nice addition in the parks. Prices are ok, expected for a theme park but still leans on the cheaper side.

Always enjoy stopping here for the chili cheese cones! Got to try the matcha green tea ice cream and it was really good! Definitely recommend it! Strawberry michelada was also pretty good but for $20-21, I don't think it was worth it.

They have updated their point of sale method. You can either mobile order or pay at a centralized kiosk. The benefit for mobile order is that you can preselect a pick up time. The benefit for ordering at the kiosk is if it is not too busy of a time, you can order at the kiosk and head straight to the different cones to get your order. We usually come here for the churros and the soft serve which we absolutely love and try to get at least one or two of their seasonal offerings. The only reason that I give this and our and not a five is because of the seating. For as busy of a place as this is, there isn't much seating available. In addition, it gets even more crowded when there is a meet and greet.

Cars Land is my favorite! The Cozy Cone Motel is so immersive. If you're a fan of Cars, you gotta stop here. Each cone serves different food - ice cream, churros, bread cones with different fillings. I really like the soft serve ice cream here (vanilla, chocolate, swirl) - thick and creamy. I tried the mac and cheese with bacon in a bread cone. The cone itself was a little stale, but still a good quick eat. They recently changed the way you order; you need to order all your food at the main counter (Sally's office), then you take your ticket to your respective cone to get your food.

Nope. This one is a miss for me. This banana churro not only doesn't look anything like Disney Magic, it tastes a bit like Disney Tragic. And don't even get me started on how unhinged it is to walk around with a cone full of chili. Do less. I'm gonna let you pass with a 4 just because some of the drink offerings are the strongest here. If you are coming to DCA, you are coming to party, otherwise, why else would you sit in cars line for two hours just to hear lightning McQueen's voice? You are here for the ABV to be over 5%, and cozy cone can help you with that.

I came to cozy cone to try the maters haul-o-ween cone which was so delicious. It was an ube soft serve in a cone, it was perfectly sweet and creamy. I hope they bring it back again!! The theming is so cute here you feel like you're in the movie.

Located at Cozy Cone 3, one of the colossal-size orange cones with designated snacks in Cars Land, resides the Chili Cone Queso. I've gotten this snack a couple of times and it doesn't fail to hit the spot. Think savory beef chili in a hand-held bread cone topped with Fritos. It's a satiating protein snack with added crunch and cheesy goodness that I enjoy by the spoonful and then slowly nom on the bread cone. If chili isn't your thing, you should try the Mac n Cheese cones. Sometimes, the lines can be long, but recently, the standby lines have been much shorter than the mobile order wait times.

Service is friendly and the area is clean. Mobile order is really fast but the food is mid. We ordered the mac cheese cone and it was ok. It was a basic snack to help us from getting hungry.

Somebody say churro?.. I think Tameka knows what's up :D adventurers of churro chronicles. These are the best churros you have to try at least once. It may just make you a churro chronicle crusader. Located at Disney California adventure right by the entrance main circle in front of Starbucks. There's this little unassuming cart that holds the keys to the magic kingdom. Yes it's covered in cinnamon and sugar and it's hot and long. wait what?.. ok so not actual keys but keys to your heart to open a big bright smile and say, "yes! That's just what I needed today." Usually there's a long line of people huddling next to the wall and forming down to soarin but on this particular visit there was no line at all. I thought they were closed. So I moseyed on down to cozy cone. My first time there ever! because I always go to the cart. Line wasn't too long placed my order and it came with a caramel dipping sauce. Oh this is new to me. Didn't know it needed liquid brown sugar but let's try. It was warm and toasty with a nice crunch. Sauce was a bit much only tried a touch. But I do have to say there's a difference between the cart and the cone locations. But when mama needs a churro.. get mama a churro!

I really liked: Churro It's been a while since I've had a churro since Costco stopped carrying them. I actually have no idea where else you would get a churro now besides Disneyland. Glad to see they're still holding up well and the caramel sauce does make the churro taste better. Service was quick, they have a separate cone just for churros. The area is cute but could use more seating.

There is nothing better than doing a drive by in Cars Land. But we were also on a mission to try every single seasonal ube treat throughout the park. At Cozy Cone, we refueled our engines with Mater's Haul-o-Ween Cone. The lines were long and disorganized between all the ordering windows, even though crew members were trying to keep them flowing straight. But when we got our ube soft serve it was worth the wait. Disney always hits it on the nose with its creamy soft serve. And of all the other ube tastings we had in the park so far, the nutty vanilla profile on this one was the most prominent. The only drawback was the excessive amount of black sprinkles on it. Yes, I'm sure it added to the spooky theme but it didn't add any taste or texture to the soft serve that was complimentary. I wish they had done something more subtle, like an ube dust on top. Either way, this was my favorite ube dessert out of any of their seasonal items yet! And unless you like sprinkles, I would just ask to do without them next time.

ORDER chicken pesto cone (5/5) the pasta itself was very creamy and tasty! the portion was a lot smaller than expected & the cone had no flavor. SERVICE i placed a mobile order and it was ready within my order period. super quick and efficient. AMBIANCE very easy to find and super cute exterior!

Long line for the ice cream, order ahead on the mobile order app! I had the chocolate ice cream and my daughter had the vanilla. Both were just okay. Better eat it fast, melts fast in this summer heat.

Only three words needed! UBE SOFT SERVE!! It is a Halloween time special, and you can get it with all Ube and black sprinkles; or you can get it as a twist with ube and vanilla, also with black sprinkles. Both my kids decided on the pure Ube soft serve and loved it. They did say that it was a little sweeter than normal Ube ice cream. I loved the Ube and vanilla swirl taste together as I thought it brought the sweet ube and vanilla flavors together in a way that resulted in a flavorful and creamy experience. You can Mobile Order at this location, but the line was very short when we arrived, and so the soft serve was prepared pretty quickly . The cozy cone motel is pretty popular for Cars' character sightings, including, obviously Mater. So it can be pretty busy here. Vampire Mater was present for pictures and it was super fun seeing him all costumed up. There is also a vampire Mater popcorn bucket, which is a must have.

There is only one thing that matters at Cozy Cone... UBE SOFT SERVE!!! As a Filipino, this rocked my world. Disney did such a great job on this! The ube flavor was totally there!!! Now it didn't taste purely of ube. Tasted like a taro-ube mix to me. But I didn't care because it was delicious! Now let's talk about the texture! Omg so pleasant and soft and light. And I am not a sprinkles girly, but the black sprinkles on this thing just really worked. Really gave it a nice crunch! And tasted great too! PLS PLS PLS DISNEY DO NOT MAKE ME WAIT FOR HALLOWEEN SEASON JUST TO HAVE THIS ITEM! It's truly perfection and I love it so much.

Always a reliable food spot when you're at the parks! I love that each of the cones has something to offer for everyone! From great food with the mac & cheese cone to to the churros, drinks, popcorns, and my personal favorite, the soft serve! I love that Cozy Cone also always has something special for the seasons too! My current personal favorite is the ube soft serve that's being served for Halloween! If possible, I recommend always opting for mobile order when coming here and trying to get your order in before you're actually hungry. The lines here are always long during meal times and mobile order is an absolute time saver!

Cars Land is one of my favorite places to visit at Disney California Adventure Park. And Cozy Cone Motel is one of my favorite mid-day snack places. In the "Cars" movie, the Cozy Cone Motel is a roadside motel in Radiator Springs run by Sally the car. Here at California Adventure Park, each cone serves sweet and savory snacks to go, There are five cones to choose from that have different type of cuisine items. You can get Churros, Ice Cream Cones, Chili Cone Queso, Frozen Cone-Coctions or Popcorn Scoop. My favorite food item is the Bacon Mac and Cheese Cone from the third Cozy Cone. If you hang around the front of the Cozy Cone Motel, both Lightning McQueen and Mater take turns driving up and parking for photo ops. You have to wait in a small line for a photo with one of them.

Fun and delicious options! The Cozy Cone Motel area in California Adventure is a great place to get quick bites, and take pics with your favorite CARS characters. I typically go there for the more adult options like beer or Micheladas, although depending on the theme of the month/season the menus can vary. Halloween 2024 - I don't usually eat ice cream, but I had to try the Ube Soft Serve, and I'm glad I did! It's super delicious, although mine melted fast because it was 105 degrees out, which also forced me to eat it really fast. I would suggest eating from a cup if the heat persists. The Ube Soft Serve can be found at Cozy Cone 2 during the 2024 Halloween season

Delicious Uber Soft Serve! Highly recommended especially if you're Filipino! You'd be impressed! Very delicous! Full of Ube flavor! The black sprinkles is for fun and adds that 'Halloween' theme- no flavor but part of the experience and aesthetic. Should have ordered 2 is all I should say!

Just get the bacon Mac and cheese in the cone. It's the best thing ever! The lines are usually super long so mobile ordering is your best friend!

First time getting the bacon Mac cone and definitely lived up to every expectation. Service was great and it came out hot and fresh. A bonus was there was no line. The little bread crumbs on top make it even more delicious. I wish they added more Mac n cheese I couldn't get enough. If you're in Carsland at Disneyland you need to come here!!!

All the different cozy cone food spots are so clever, and a great place to get a quick bite to eat! We tried the pesto chicken pasta cone, and what a great option to eat on the go without making a mess. The pasta & chicken inside were both good, and the pita it was wrapped in makes for a nice snack at the end.

My daughter wanted to try the Luigi & Guido cone. She was not a huge fan but it was decent. Not anything the Cozy Cone did wrong. I would have tried, in fact I tried to convince her, to get the mac n bacon cone. Order your food on the app and avoid the long line. I walked up and went right to the window to get my food as soon as the app told me it was ready. I noticed some kids looking at me like, "what the hell..." but it was Grad Nite and there were a lot of people. Especially a lot of high school kids. The service is always great.

Loved our chili cone queso we grabbed here as a snack. The chili is warm and yummy with all the frito bits on top for a crunch. I wish there was green onion on top but it's a theme park and a lot of people don't like onion so I get it. The ordering is so easy! Walk up order everything you want and go to the booth and pick it up. They're plenty of seating around the area to enjoy your cone.

Disneyland park admission is required in order to dine here. I usually try to mobile order whenever I can, but sometimes ordering in person here is faster. I received the notification that my order was ready, but when I got to the window the cast member said that she had accidentally clicked that it was ready when it was not. It took about another 5-10min for the order to actually be ready after that. We ordered the seasonal cone for Pixar fest. The cheese tortellini was cooked well and the sauce was bright and tangy. Sometimes when I order from here, the bread cone is a little undercooked but this one was cooked well. It was messy, however, and the sauce somehow leaked out of the bottom. Seating in this area is limited so we ended up going to a different part of the parks to actually eat the food because there were no tables available in the area.

What's not to like about here? It looks like its a location taken straight out of a cartoon (which it actually was haha). The food here is always pretty good (especially the ice cream and the soft drinks). Also if you stick around long enough you might even get to take a picture with one of the characters from Cars. There's always a chance of Lightning here haha.

nah i was gonna give this place a 3 but im opting for 2 and let me tell you why. alr so i ordered the chili cone thing. shi was $10 bucks which is standard for disney ig. also i dont even rly fw chili like that but the chili was pretty solid. nicely spiced and seasoned. but the cone was just pretty buns ngl. it was like prob only made out of flour and water tbh. the shi that outdoor boys be making minus the yeast. the dough was j like tough n like idk. ok but im mainly giving this place a 2 bc my cousins bfs cousin ordered a churro from the other cone hut place a few steps down n it took her shi hella long bro. like that shi gmfu. wasn't even my churro. matter of fact it was a special key lime pie churro. and she waited 40 mins before finally going up n j asking for that shi. mfs forgot to hit ready or sum on their UI. like damn man. honestly don't even know if these two huts count as the same location but yeah. nah that shi gmfu fosho. oh but side note if ur at california adventure, go to the radiator springs ride around this area. shi made fire. had me racing in tow mater! jk lol

I loved seeing this aspect of the movie come to life in the park. I do have to say that it was definitely not to scale and that was a bit disappointing. I wanted to see extremely big cones. Everything in here is safety cone themed. The buildings, lights, planters and more are all safety cone shaped. The building have what looks like garage doors for their windows. Depending on the time of day that you happen upon this place with depict how busy it will be. Early on, it is nearly deserted. As the day goes on, it becomes more and more packed. To the point where it is nearly impossible to move or find a seat. Each cone offers a different type of snack. From ice cream to cones filled with mac and cheese. You definitely will have your choice of what you want to eat. Most items are park friendly, read that as you can take it where you want if you can't find a seat.

I loveeee Disney California Adventure -- specifically cars land because the whole land litcherally feels like you're in the movie. Disney did such a great job replicating Cars !

The cozy cone motel is my go to spot for snackie snacks at the California Disneyland park. I always stop here to grab a Churro with some dipping sauce. Most of the time there's a photo opportunity with one of the cars from the Disney movie Cars. The lines are usually not too bad for the snacks. This is a great place to grab something quick and easy when you're on the go.

Home of funky flavored popcorn, treats, and drinks. The lines move and usually the seating is decent (it's under construction today though).

I visited the Cozy Cone Motel at Disneyland on Thursday, 1/25/24, around 8 pm. I specifically came here because I wanted to order the Bacon Mac & Cheese Cone. Unfortunately, the stand was out. I opted for the Chili Cone Queso as an alternative. The chili was very tasty and I loved the chips on top. The cone bread was good, though the bread was a tad hard. It was not entirely soft, thus making it not as enjoyable to consume. What I enjoyed the most was seeing Mater. It filled my heart with a lot of joy because I'm a huge fan of the Cars movie. I also liked looking at the Cozy Cone Motel sign. I recommend coming here for the Bacon Mac & Cheese if it's available. If not, the Chili Cone Queso is delicious as well.

How super creative and adorable! I want to come back over and over. And I want to eat this every damn day. The bacon mac n cheese in a freaking dough cone is outstanding. Sigh. I wish I lived here.

The Cozy Cones are located in Carsland in Disney California Adventure. Ramone's "Pear of Dice" Soda from cozy cone motel #1 is one of my favorite drinks to get in the parks. It is so bubbly and has a great flavor to it! If you're a fan of mojitos or shirley temples, you'll have to give it a try. The soda tastes like a mix of club soda and a sweet pear/ fruit syrup. It's so good, so refreshing, and a must-have at a hot day at Disney. The line is long but it moves pretty fast. If you're in a rush, there is an option to mobile order as well.

All I have to say is, whoever worked at cozy cone #5 at popcone on September 5, 2024 during closing time, just know you are one of the most rude cast members I have ever encountered at Disneyland and I hope you choose to work at a different amusement park for the grinch-like, sassy, and undesirable behavior you displayed today. For context: this lady wore a pony tail, slightly big, and racially excluded my boyfriend and I from ordering popcorn. Makes me start accepting the fact that Disneyland has changed for the worse and will accept any random person to work without vetting personality or passion for Disney.

Saw the loaded fried tamale on the menu and had to try it. Wasn't able to mobile order it, so I went directly to ask about it at the cozy cone window. Sadly, I was informed they were out at the moment and it would be about 10 minutes til they got more. I ended up waiting about 30, but it was worth the wait. The tamale is described as: Queso con Rajas Tamale rolled in Chicharron Dust with Salsa Verde, topped with Spicy Crema, Shredded Lettuce, Cotija, Corn Relish and Blistered Jalapeño and cost $9.99. The tamale was hot, a little spicy, and definitely filling.

was so excited to try the bacon mac and cheese but was unfortunately mid :') it just tasted so regular. i feel like the bread cone could've been elevated with some seasoning on it. but was so cute to hold and at least i tried it! honestly rate it a 4.5/10 but cozy cone motel is so cute and mini!!!

Placed a mobile order to try the NEW Luigi & Guido Cone (Garlic Basil-seasoned Bread Cone with Cheese-filled Tortellini, Marinara, Mozzarella, Italian Breadcrumbs and Basil) The pasta was cooked perfectly, it was savory, cheesy and garlicky! The cone on the other hand, only had flavor around the top while the rest of it was hard and tasteless. :( All in all, the cone was...ok. The parks are pretty busy these days especially with the new merchandise (popcorn buckets) so I recommend placing a mobile order for faster service.

Hey it's bacon Mac and cheese. It's good. It is just that simple. It's good. They are fast. It's about $10. The bread is good not great. I mean just get it if you like Mac and cheese who cares. Live your life.

I went to the chilli come queso food stand and got the bacon Mac n cheese cone. It was okay, just standard theme park quality food. It was pretty filling.

Cute snack area in cars land perfect for a quick pick me up whether it's a sweet or savory snack. (Bread cones, churros, soft serve, beverages.) My personal favorite is the chili cone queso which is hearty & cozy with great seasoning. They sprinkle Fritos on top to give an extra crunch. They do have tables and seating in front of the cones. Friendly and fast service at the cones and you have the option to do mobile order as well. They have seasonal items as well which keeps it fun! ('23 Christmas season they have a chicken pesto cone).

This review is for the frozen cone-coctions cone! I tried the pomegranate limeade and it was tasty, refreshing & not too sweet. There was no line on a Friday afternoon. They also offer mobile ordering but I didn't need to utilize it. Also as a huge Cars fan, it just made it even more exciting because of how immersive CarsLand feels.

The food I ordered tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor. It did however take long to put in my order and receive my order. With such a complex menu item I think there should be more employees to assist versus a single employee taking orders and them having to prepare the orders as well. Having said help would have definitely sped up the process. Due to the lack of efficient service it did make the line feel a bit intolerable. The lines in this area is a harder option to go with when you have younger kids. If the lines were a bit more stroller and handicap friendly I think it would create a less stressful environment.

One of the best places to grab a snack or a drink. I love that they have a bunch of different choices. You can't go wrong with the chili con queso, churros, ice cream, or a nice cold drink! I love their watermelon chamoy tequila cocktail with a peach ring candy. Lines can get really long so the best thing to do (like all Disney eats) is to mobile order!

This review is solely for the Luigi and Guido cone. Come on Disney, what is this? Who created this recipe, because they did a poor job executing what was advertised. Tortellini with pomodoro sauce and pesto. That sounds pretty darn delicious to me. Wrong. I assumed that this would be a hit just from the description, but I was very disappointed. The tortellini was flavorless, the pasta sauce tasted like it came from an elementary school cafeteria, and I don't even know what they thought by thinking they could call green breadcrumbs pesto?? Just terrible. So disappointing, but I forced myself to eat it because there was no way I was throwing $12 in the trash. I'm not even a chef but I know I could make this 10x better. Do better.

Wow. The best place to come for a snack in DCA! Tried their Mac and cheese cone for the first time and loved it-- even at the full bread cone. I just love carbs. The Mac and cheese was just saucy enough and love the toppings of either bacon or cheetos dust. The soft serve is THE BEST!! I like it even more than the dole whip, and that one's a classic. Not to mention the cozy cone motel is literally the cutest place ever. And great for pictures!! Mobile order for quick service!!
