Cozy Rice (小稻屋肠粉店）

Love the authentic classic stuffed rice noodle rolls. Authentic and reasonably priced. For dessert, the lava golden yolk custard buns are amazing. Some limited seating in the back but it's counter serve and in a food hall with multiple other stalls.

This place is inside a little food hall. There's tables and chairs at the end of the hall. Small spot but very cute and the food is amazing! The rice rolls are so good! If I wasn't full, I would've definitely ordered more. I got the shrimp one and I loved how this place did not skimp on the shrimp at all. Almost every bite had a shrimp with it! The curry fishballs were delicious too. Tea eggs are always a classic item. 👌

Cozy Rice really lives up to its name! The food is fresh, comforting, and full of flavor — the rice rolls and congee are especially delicious. Everything tastes homemade and authentic, and the portions are generous. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the place has a clean, cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. Perfect spot for a quick, satisfying meal any time of day!

A good place to get a quick breakfast bite. The jianbing is pretty good. Located in a good court with some other vendors.

Was googling for quick cheap eats in Midtown for a light lunch and Cozy Rice did not disappoint! We ordered the Chinese Crepe with Pork Floss and the Shrimp Steamed Rice Roll with Curry Fish Balls and bean sprout add ons and it was perfect. The contrast between the soft and crispy texture and semi-sweet flavor from the pork floss in the Chinese Crepe and the soft, silky steamed rice rolls was great for sharing between two people. Cozy Rice is located in 38 Food Hall, a food court on 38th St between 5th and 6th Aves. in Midtown. A boba tea from Kung Fu Tea in the same location completes the meal.

We had the combo rice roll with porridge. I only tried the rice roll which was amazingly delicious. It wasn’t too soft nor hard; the texture was just right. In fact I think it was the best I ever had. That rice roll alone is worth 5 stars. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and craving for Asian food!

Cozy Rice is a hidden gem, but be prepared for a wait as everything is made to order. The upside? Their steamed rice rolls are always fresh, satisfying any craving. While the service and environment are average, the food itself is decent enough to make up for it.

Ordered beef steam rice roll. It was delicious 😋 I wish the portions would be larger, I would eat 3 of those. Clean and fast service.
