Where to Celebrate Oktoberfest in the U.S.

"And for those who prefer to head out of town, try an Oktoberfest Cooking Class in Campbell on September 18, where you’ll learn how to make egg noodle spätzle and braised meat and vegetables German-style, and perfect the technicalities of pretzel twisting. If you miss that class, there’s another in Emeryville on October 28 with German chef Carl Peschlow." - Marguerite Imbert

This class far exceeded my expectations. I learned a lot about Korean cooking and the dishes we prepared were all delicious. I really think I could prepare them at home now. Chef Polly was patient, clear in her instructions, friendly and warm. The class was paced perfectly. We did not feel rushed but accomplished a lot in the time allotted. I would recommend any class Polly teaches and hope to do another with her some day.

Chef Dirk is so wonderful!! 🤩 I really enjoyed how he instructed the class, it was so fun! It was very informative from beginning to end, and enjoyable. I had scheduled my session for my birthday and he made sure I and another birthday guest were involved in the process of our meal. Everyone in the group had a part in our meal and he made sure and kept count on everyone in the group to put in effort to complete our delicious meal. I also really enjoyed Chef Dirk’s laugh it was contagious❤️ Thank you Chef Dirk, you made my birthday memorable for me, I look forward to booking another class with you!

Chef Stefano was fun to instruct our private party. He is informative, insightful, and patient! We had a memorable experience for my wife as a birthday gift along with our daughters.

My husband and I had an absolute wonderful time with Chef Parsati. I had booked this cooking class as a fun Valentine's date for my husband since he had been wanting to cook more often. I thought doing something hands on like this would be fun and inspiring. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious and we learned so many new tips. We are definitely looking forward to trying new recipes! Chef Parsati was so welcoming and knowledgeable! We loved her approach to traditional recipes. She achieves delicious flavors with a focus on healthy eating. Definitely something we are inspired to continue to use in our future cooking! We look forward to booking again with her in the future 🙂

Outstanding class!!! I enjoyed every minute of it. Chef Eddie does a great job explaining and spending time with everyone. Top notch ingredients. Can't wait to do more classes.

The weekend brunch with Chef Mike was amazing!! The meal was as delicious as it looks on the menu! He was welcoming and personable. Everything was well organized, with the perfect amount of work for everyone to learn, prep and cook. We thoroughly enjoyed our Weekend Brunch experience with Chef Mike. He shared some great tips and tricks! This was our first time trying Cozymeal! He set the bar pretty high! Can’t wait for our next experience!

Chef Polly was helpful, friendly and coached us through a new cuisine for me with lots of tips on technique, flavor combinations, recipes and a shopping guide. I had a great afternoon, delicious food with some for later. It was a fun afternoon shared with three longtime friends. We felt right at home with Polly in the kitchen sharing Korean family dishes.

We had the absolute pleasure of cooking with Chef Parsati for a company-sponsored team event, and it was truly one of the highlights of our year. From the moment the session began, Chef Parsati brought such warmth, energy, and joy to the experience. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also so engaging and encouraging throughout the entire class. She made the cooking process feel approachable and fun for everyone, regardless of skill level, and created a space where our whole team could connect, laugh, and learn together. Her attention to detail, helpful tips, and thoughtful pacing made the entire event run seamlessly. We all walked away with new techniques, delicious food, and huge smiles. Thank you, Chef Parsati, for such a memorable and meaningful experience; we truly loved it!

Yelp
Chef Mike was organized, personable, knowledgeable, and produced delicious end products. Definitely my go-to for future classes.

Yelp
Not at all what we expected. Was very disappointed and felt like it was a home cook cooking something from their refrigerator. When we asked what cooking schools the "chef" went to, there were none. Nor did the chef have any food industry experience. Her take on the menu was not what was advertised. I would not recommend this company.

Yelp
Had a terrific experience! I did the Traditional Pork Dumplings class with Chef Eddie, and my date and I had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We just spent an afternoon with a fine Cozy Meal chef in Edmonton . We had the best time , we learned so many tricks of the trade in a relaxed fun atmosphere ! We ate our way through fine fresh gourmet favourites and made warm memories to carry with us always. Thankyou chef Charuta! we will refer and we will be back! Deb

Yelp
We hired cozymeal to do a surprise 16th birthday for our grandson. He and his Gramps made the entire dinner with Chef Shushu. She was absolutely amazing and my grandson had a great time. We did the Italian pasta dinner. We will definitely use cozy meal again. Chef was patient and engaging and made our shy grandson feel comfortable.

Yelp
Actually, horrible would better describe our experience. A warning: stay away from this outfit, they're the worst I've ever encountered. To start the Chef teaching the cooking class was 2 1/2 hours late. said she had a party the night before and forgot about our noon class. Then in an effort to make up time she rushed through the class in one hour and 20 minutes. Teaching not a single thing. As she poured a pre-mixed sauce into a pan we asked what was in the sauce. she said it was a secret she couldn't tell us about. Our Chef told us she was an expert in black soul food. What the hell was she doing teaching an Asian cooking class. The whole experience defies logic. After the class I tried to contact Cozymeal. They wouldn't talk to me. Well everyone can do as they wish but I certainly suggest staying far away from these idiots.

Yelp
Booked a sushi-making class with a local chef in my town as a surprise for my partner's birthday. The booking date and time were confirmed by Cozymeal customer support and my card charged accordingly. Great, all set, I thought. The event rolled around and the chef didn't show up. Cozymeal informed me that my booking had been canceled the following morning. What a terrible experience! I had to let down my partner's friends after promising a fun private cooking class and we had to settle for takeout instead. Terrible experience. Totally inadequate customer support communications. I tried calling customer support on the night and got sent to voicemail, and that was that. So I would not recommend you rely on Cozymeal for your event in future - because they let me down in a big way when it really counted.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I took the Paella Class with Chef Daniel on November 5th 2022 for her birthday weekend. Chef Daniel was funny, engaging, and very helpful. His space was spacious, and he emphasized keeping our cooking stations clean. We shared his space with 2 other couples and a family of 3. The class consisted of learning how to make a couple easy appetizers and the paella. The chef also made a couple desserts that complimented our final meal. Overall, I thought the cooking experience was great, though you might find you and your significant other arguing a little if you haven't cooked together before. I highly recommend the experience, and would do another class with Chef Daniel in the future. Go check them out!

Yelp
I gifted a sushi-making class with Chef Mike to my wife for her birthday because she had been talking about wanting to learn. We had a great time! Chef Mike was a clearly experienced and patient teacher and we now feel perfectly equipped to keep going on our own. I appreciated that he also explained the "why" of everything we were doing, and even gave us bamboo mats after the class for our home kitchens. Highly recommend this class!

Yelp
While visiting my daughter in NYC we decided to take a cooking class - we chose a French meal by Chef Paul. From start to finish it exceeded our expectations. From the extremely professional and beautiful work kitchen, the friendly guests that joined us, and most especially our wonderful host Chef Paul. Three hours of hands-on cooking including easy directions for Cornish game hen, scalloped potatoes, wonderful salad and dressing and to top it off - a raspberry chocolate soufflé. His understanding of teaching made it possible for all of us to feel extremely comfortable and professional. We all agreed it was one of the best meals we've had in a long time and felt capable of re-creating it in our homes. Thanks for a wonderful, memorable experienceChef Paul!

Yelp
Chef Mike Chapter's sushi class was an absolute blast! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the perfect blend of education and hands-on experience it offered. Throughout the class, we had the opportunity to craft six delicious sushi rolls, which proved to be more than plenty for one sitting. Chef Mike was incredibly insightful, providing us with valuable pointers to enhance our technique. As a result, we left the class feeling empowered and ready to host our own sushi-making sessions at home. We're grateful for such a fun and memorable evening!

Yelp
We did the Tour of Asia class with Chef Mike and had such a great time. The food was delicious and the space was fun and cozy. Chef Mike was professional and made for a fun, relaxed environment. A great experience overall!

Yelp
Seriously unhelpful and inflexible. I booked through their website for Italian cooking class. I came down with pink eye and attempted to reschedule the class so that I would not spread it to others. I was told that I can either forfeit the $200 we paid for the class or show up sick. I called the store offering the class, and they were willing to issue a gift card and let me reschedule; however, Cozymeal booked the reservation and used their own billing address, so I could not verify the billing address with the store, and they were not able to assist me further. Cozymeal doesn't care about anyone as long as they get their money.

Eswari S.

Yelp
We had a wonderful time with Chef Mike cooking delicious food, learning a few tips and tricks and had an amazing San Francisco skyline view to boot while dining!

Yelp
So we took the cooking class with Chef Natasha and it was a really different way to learn how to cook a meal. There are a few other people but it was nice the group was small. I like the way that she explained everything and was very patient with all of us. She really had her hands full because we were such a diverse group of people with different cooking experience. But she did a fantastic job and our meal turned out very good!

Yelp
Had an amazing time at Cory's rum cocktail-making class! It was very informative and casual. There was time to sip and chat in between cocktails, so it made the experience more personal and felt almost like being in-person. Loved that we could ask questions along the way, and Cory had a great attitude! Plus, the cocktails (daiquiri, mojito, and queen's park swizzle) were all delightful. My recommendation for Cozymeal would be to more explicitly state what we need to prepare beforehand (make simple syrup, have these types of glasses ready, have straws, already squeeze your limes to have X amount of juice, crush some ice, etc.) since many of us were scrambling to prepare and portion ingredients and got a bit behind when preparing the cocktails. A group of us signed up for this cocktail-making class to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it was a fun way to do something together when we all need to be apart.

Yelp
What an amazing evening we had last night with Chef Carlos! He is a hidden treasure in your Cozymeal Team. We enjoyed our program very much and he far exceeded our expectations! He's a great teacher, a fun person and was full of energy and kept the program moving. I've already been receiving multiple comments from the participants, all who enjoyed their time at the event VERY MUCH! Chef Carlos was AMAZING! It was 1AM in Madrid and you would never know it from his abundant energy, fun personality and professional teaching skills. His camera angles showed us each step and he kept the show at a high, entertaining level. We were all VERY impressed. Our Cooking Event was a complete success! Thank you, Debbie, Chef Carlos and everyone at Cozymeal!!! I'm so glad I found YOU, Chef Carlos and Cozymeal and we were able to share this experience with my colleagues. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Very professional, very personal and very kind. The world needs more Debbies and Carloses!!!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I took a curry class with Chef Sara in San Francisco, and we had such an amazing experience. Sara introduced us to spices we'd never used, explaining how she prepares them and what spice combo she uses for different recipes. We both now feel confident that we could recreate some of her instructions since she explained them so clearly and showed us step by step. Our curries, rice, lentils, and roti were fabulous, better than ordering takeout! We can't wait to book her again at some point and learn even more cuisines, like Burmese!

Yelp
Chef Davide led us through an intimate cooking class to make homemade pasta, sauce and raviolis. This was my first time doing something like this and we had a ton of fun! Chef Davide was sure to be clear about the ingredients and directions while maintaining an easy-going pace for us to keep up with. He checked on us through each step and was able to give individual feedback to help us along (especially me when I struggled with my sticky dough!). I planned this as a date night with my wife, so if this is your first cooking class together, a virtual one is a great option. Be prepared for a bit of a mess, but be more prepared to thoroughly enjoy your food & time with Chef Davide!

Yelp
This was a simply horrible experience. I spent almost $700 and got NOTHING, and also ruined an important family birthday. First problem was their website, which allowed me to book a date and time the chef had previously booked for someone else. The chef kindly rebooked me, but then family members got sick. I communicated with Cozymeal about reducing the booked number--which again the website allowed-- but then failed to communicate with the chef who blamed ME. After this much aggro I simply canceled the whole thing. $700 poorer and wiser: this company does not have their customer experience together.

Yelp
My daughter bought me a private lesson with a chef for Christmas. She booked it for January 5, 2024 at 6 PM for $200. I had a coupon code, but when I entered it, the event she booked did not show up on the website. I did an online chat and explained that I want Chef E. on 1/5/24 at 6PM. They sent me a link to the event and I signed up and redeemed my coupon. However, they changed the date to 1/29/23 and I did not notice. I would not have booked it then as I was out of town. The Chef showed up on 1/29/23, and spoke to my wife. She told him it was supposed to be 1/5/24 and he said, no problem, I will come next week. Except he did not come. I emailed customer service and they said I needed to pay another $200. I was not happy, but tried to book again, and the chef never replied. There are 2 phone numbers on the website for customer service, and neither one is a working number. So their website is not good for prebooked gifts. The chef said he would come back, but he lied. No way to reach anyone in customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Yelp
Such a great idea for date night! We prepared a wonderful Italian meal with Chef Rebecca. I recommended that the company offer a class for yummy, healthy meals to introduce people like my husband to healthy foods that taste good! It would be fun to do this with a group.

Yelp
Chef Tayna arrived to help guide us in making a panzarella salad, gnocchi, with sausage in a savory sauce with brown butter and sage topped off with a lemon iced dessert. She was excellent!!! WE highly recommend her, she came well prepared, she was organized, extremely pleasant, and she worked and we ate! It was educational and useful. We will do this again!

Yelp
I worked as a cooking class instructor with this company from 2016, 2 years after this company established! By then they need a lot of pros like me post classes on their website. At beginning they charged reasonable 15% commission fee, now they charge 30%, and even 50% for online class! They even charge commission on travel fee, tip! And we did all the work! Not just that, they will monitor every single sentence you write to your guest, they don't allow you use your own food pictures, instead using photo stock online! After I worked with them after nearly 6 years, I contributed a lot to this company's growing, they abruptly and brutally cancelled all my remaining booking without any notification. They didn't tell guest the reason of cancelling. And they suspended my account too. There is so many other great company out there like classbento, I won't recommend any pro work with them!

Yelp
We received a gift of Cozymeal. It's a great program and Chef Davide was terrific! He is a great chef and an amazing online instructor. Homemade fettuccini and ravioli, y'all! We can't wait for our next class.

Yelp
Chef Doug was just excellent. We had him come to our apartment for our french cooking class. I could tell he really cared about my girlfriend and I learning and having an excellent evening. The food was delicious and I'd be happy to try cooking the main course sometime soon. Chef Doug is an all around good person who gave us a great experience. Would certainly recommend to others and I'm planning to schedule him for my mom's birthday soon. Thanks!

Yelp
We recently had Chef Derrick at a private event. And we are extremely impressed by his amazing technique of cooking. It was phenomenal! The meal was unbelievable. His professionalism and his fun charismatic personality was entertaining! Thank you Chef Derrick we will be requesting him In the future.

Yelp
Wonderful! This class was a gift for my husband's 38th birthday because he loves to cook. This was our first time using Cozymeal and Chef Davide gave a great class. My husband made risotto before and it didn't come out the way he wanted. Today he learned how to do it right and it tasted great! Really love how chef told us the history of Trivoli which made the experience very cool ( I googled the fountains he spoke about). We will reserve a class again and we highly recommend!

Yelp
January 20th Did fine mexican cuisine with chef Jar and it was amazing. Had a great time, learned a lot and most of all it was a memory I got to make with my dad. Thank you chef Jar. Lusina Kavan

Yelp
5 Stars actually isn't enough regarding our experience with Chef Nancy with Cozymeals!! My Husband & I had an exceptional experience with Chef Nancy on last night for a night based on Everything Adobo!! We were welcomed into Chef Nancy's home by her & her husband, and I must say the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming!! We totally enjoyed every aspect of this experience from beginning to the end!! Chef Nancy takes great pride in her Philippian Culture!! She was so prepared and explained every ingredient as well as the meaning behind each one. Not only was the food delicious, but the experience was quite delightful! We ended up staying an extra hour after the meal enjoying the company of Chef Nancy, her Husband Bob as well as another lovely young couple! This was an experience we will never forget! You should definitely give Chef Nancy a try!!

Yelp
My office team did the Iron Chef competition with Chef Anja. From start to finish, the experience was purely AMAZING. We arrived to wine and crackers before noon! We soon learned that the competition would be held in a REAL restaurant kitchen. It was an amazingly trendy little Italian restaurant in the city. Apparently they host in a number of different restaurants. After some brief instructions, competition rules, and some amazing background on Chef Anja (I loved her career story and warm personality), the competition began. This is like legit Iron Chef - secret ingredient, theme, ingredients, and your originality. The judges tasted our dishes and then we sat down and sampled each team's dish. I really like my coworkers so there was not Hell's Kitchen screaming in the kitchen or any stabbing with knives, but dang that kitchen was small and hot. Loved this team offsite. I would highly recommend it to anyone for bonding and fun.

Yelp
My husband and I took the Exploring Regional French Fare with Chef Zach. This class was so fun. Chef Zack is a great teacher, shares great anecdotes, taught us new cooking skills and the class of 3 hours just flew by. The food was so delicious and thanks to the recipes he gave us, we're hoping to recreate at home. The pacing and balance between hands-on participation and demonstration by Chef was perfect! A truly fun night and highly recommended.

Anndeeshane S.

Yelp
We enjoyed the class very much. The instructions were easy to follow and the flow of the class was very well done. A nice combination of practical cooking tips couple with helpful education on food and wine science. We would recommend Chef Davide to everyone and we certainly plan to take more classes from him.

Yelp
Chef Danushka's "Elegant and Season Italian" menu was delicious. My partner and I decided to try something new for date night and the cooking class was great change of pace. We made homemade croutons which was an absolute game changer, delicious squash risotto, herb chicken, and the best Nutella brownies I've ever had. We'd definitely recommend learning with her as her teaching style is very student friendly and easy going. The night went smoothly and we only have good things to say about this experience.

Yelp
This was my second cooking class with Cozymeal.com and it far outdid my first experience. CHEF GRACE is wonderful!!!! She is very warm and welcoming, knows wonderful tricks to improve taste, texture and presentation and is generous in sharing everything she knows. I loved cooking my whole life and I would consider myself an experienced cook, but she does have tricks up her sleeve that even good cooks might not know. The structure of the class, the hands-on-involvement, and learning about the specific ingredients, make this class very rich and educational. My friend and I are planning to take more of her classes, because we just love to spend the evening together, learn, laugh, exchange and indulge! Don't miss out on booking a class with her! :-)

Yelp
We had Chef Mari and learned about the history of ramen and all the various ingredients that goes into the bowl. It was an awesome experience being able to learn more about all the different types of ramen and simultaneously get the try to different soups and noodles. We got to add our own soup bases and make gyoza and I am excited to try to make this at home! Chef Mari is a lovely lady that is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She makes some extremely delectable pork belly and garlic paste. She loves to teach and I'm happy to receive her recipes!

Yelp
I received a Cozymeal gift certificate for Christmas. Their customer service is horrible. I still have no idea what the process should be to actually utilize the gift certificate as noone will answer the phone. Their phone system walks you through eternal loops that never reach an actual person. In the end you must leave a message. I was told via the online text customer support they could not assist with food for a bridal shower. Seriously? Maybe "bridal shower" isn't on the drop down menu of options they have? Horrible, horrible customer service!

Yelp
Our team of 7 spent two hours with Chef David learning about the exciting flavors of Spanish Tapas. The entire experience was fun, easy-going and delicious! When we arrived, the entire area was setup with enough aprons and place settings for everyone to get messy and enjoy the food to come. Fresh ingredients were prepped to get started and the small gas stove and cookery was perfect for a group our size. Chef David explained the overall menu and his background, making us salivate even more when we heard the inspiration of his menu. We got started with dessert, since it needed time to chill in the fridge. He showed us techniques like whisking the crema in a double boiler and using heat sparingly while creating the base mixture. It was hard work but the end result was phenomenal. We next cooked the first course, a Spanish style tortilla, which is more like an egg frittata but with potatoes, snap peas and other ingredients. The tortilla was deceptively simple to make, and all of us felt confident we could replicate it at home. This was paired with a phenomenal romesco sauce, mad with toasted walnuts and paquillo peppers. When it was time to plate, he even showed us a few techniques on creating a great presentation. By this point, we were ready to just dig in -- and the food was INCREDIBLE. So velvety and soft, and the cheese and light salad pairing put us in heaven. After the tortilla, we made the next "main" course, gambas -- or Spanish prawns cooked in a savory sauce. Chef David has his own interpretation which uses huge Mediterranean prawns tossed in a very garlicky, sherry based sauce. This dish only took a few minutes to make, which was perfect because we came prepared to eat! I should mention you can BYOB some wine, which made the event light hearted and fun for our team. After devouring the shrimp and feeling stuffed, we returned to the crema dessert that had been chilling for us. Chef David allowed us to use hot plates to caramelize the sugars we placed on top, or we could opt for a blowtorch... which I obviously selected. We finished the dessert with a fresh, crunchy cookie mixture, edible flowers, and expertly cut citrus slices. The dessert was light and full of flavor -- a perfect compliment to the rich flavors we enjoyed before. Overall, we not only had delicious food but the Chef and his training really made us come together and feel confident in completing his course. Chef David was funny and had great passion for his cooking, so we all just fed off that energy. We definitely will do more classes with him and Cozymeal.

Richard F.

Yelp
The customer service was horrible. I booked a cooking class for my wife's birthday and they cancelled it without any notice. When I called to inquire their customer service rep was rude. I will never book another service with them again.

Yelp
Participated in the Authentic Fettuccine and Ravioli class with Chef Davide and had a great experience! The class was fun and Chef Davide was clear and hilarious. The food was delicious and I will make more homemade pasta soon. Can't wait to sign up for another class with Chef Davide and Cozymeal!

Yelp
We had a wonderful experience with Cozy Meal's Chef Julio from Santa Barbara for a girlfriend's birthday party. He gave us a fun and informative cooking lesson, and then plated our delicious dinner beautifully. This was our first experience with Chef Julio and won't be our last.

Yelp
I found cozymeal in search of a personal cooking course and great meal as a gift and I am glad I booked with them. Our chef Chris was nice and did a good job teaching and having us get involved in the prep/cook process. The 3-course meal was delicious, we learned a new and easy way to prepare a meal at home, Sous Vide (not sure if I spelled correctly). I look forward to the next experience trying a different cuisine and style of cooking and will have my kids join in the kitchen with us. Great fun and tasty experience overall.

Yelp
Received this gift from my GF for Xmas and we both loved it ! Did it here in Houston with Chef Veronica for traditional Mexican food. 4 different Salsas, Flautas de Pollo made in home made broth, avocado salsa, pork pozole. After cooking the dinner was served to us and we enjoyed the company! Great gift idea

Yelp
I took a pasta class from Chef Davide. It was great and the food turned out delicious. I will definitely take more cozymeal classes in the future.

Yelp
My friend and I had amazing time! Great company, energy and food. We will definitely do this again!!

Yelp
Customer service is terrible. It's copy-paste responses that answer nothing and provide no help. The phone, after waiting on hold for 5 minutes just goes to voicemail. I have a gift card for Cozymeal that is just going to be a complete waste because there is nothing in my city that I would want to learn to cook and I can't afford to get the ingredients and tools for online classes. It's absolutely ridiculous and bad business to not provide any refunds. Update: The higher-ups are on top of Yelp reviews. The phone customer service was better. David provided options, explained about how often the classes are updated, and that I could use the card for cookware. Cindy, the supervisor, was very nice, understanding, and provided more options as well. The company does still need to get their email and online support to be on the same level. You shouldn't have to contact a company 3 times to get somewhere. I added 2 stars back and I hope my experience with Rhoda was not a common first interaction. The result for now: I'm going to wait to see if the one class I would take or something similar becomes available again. If not, eventually I'll probably need cookware. Just don't get a Cozymeal giftcard for the picky person in your life!

Yelp
We did a sushi making class for our clients, and we had so much fun. The recipes were easy to follow, the instructors were great, and the sushi turned out fabulous. This is a great idea for clients, team building, community events, or for an evening with friends.

Yelp
Just a day before the class we decided we wanted to join a brunch cooking class with Chef Mike. Because it was a Saturday we got the auto response (by email) that the office was closed and they'd get back to us on Monday. I was bummed. But shortly after I got another email from Jennifer who is part of the after-hours service (I imagine) and she was a total rock-star!! We needed space for 4 of us but there were only 3 spots left, so she contacted the chef to see if that was possible and then made it happen all around. The brunch cooking experience was everything we could've hoped for, start to finish. From Chef Mike's welcoming and gracious vibe, through his hospitality, explanations of what we're doing, keeping us all busy and timely but still laid back and fun, and then the great people we got to meet and hang out with, and finally, sitting down at the gorgeous table setting to enjoy the delicious dishes we all made. And they were really delicious! We had our 2 boys with us (10 and 12) and they enjoyed it just as much and were able to participate equally. Chef Mike was relaxed and casual, but a professional all the way. We are already thinking about our next class with him. Thank you guys for quality service and content.

Yelp
I was so excited to finally book a food/walking tour for my husband and I for the holidays. We had heard so much about how wonderful Cozymeal was, well sadly, it was a total waste of money AND we both caught COVID, after staying healthy and COVID free for the last three years! Masking protocols were not in place, which we knew going into the tour, but we were placed in restaurants were we literally were up close and personal with complete strangers. When I had inquired if we could sit separately I was told "NO!" in addition, most of the places on the tour were either not open or simply didn't want to serve us. We couldn't even purchase a soda with the cardboard pizza at one location. After both my husband and I got sick, literally two days after the tour, I reached out to Cozymeal requesting some kind of refund, they simply didn't care to hear me and shut me down, saying it wasn't THEIR fault that the tour guide didn't implement masking. I will NEVER book a tour through this company again, I paid $150.00 for lousy food, horrible customer service and got COVID. Save your money and do your own tour!!
