Funny enough ended here, due to Tiktok recommendation, like some other people in the reviews. Very happy we did! Food, service and atmosphere were on point. We came early for dinner and got food quickly. Our waitress was friendly and took her time recommending items and drink pairings. Very creative menu items that seem to change on a regular basis. Open style kitchen. I would for sure recommend to others and was my favourite food experience in Brussels so far!

A spontaneous seafood craving turned into one of the most satisfying dinners I’ve had in Brussels. Grab Club absolutely nailed it. The food was incredible, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. The crew made the whole experience even better: fun, efficient, and genuinely caring. You feel looked after without it ever being too much. The atmosphere was warm and easygoing, and the prices were more than fair for the quality. It’s officially on my foodie favorites list. Can’t wait to come back.

We had dinner at Crab House in Brussels and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The price-performance ratio was disappointing — for what we paid, we expected better quality. We each had a starter and a main course: one of each was okay, but the other was underwhelming — served cold and didn’t seem to be made with fresh ingredients. Service was also lacking. Despite the restaurant not being full, the staff was not very attentive and there were long waiting times between courses. Overall, for the price, you can eat much better elsewhere in Brussels. We won’t be coming back.

Excellent selection of seafood! Wine is quite pricey and there is no apparent wine list to chose from and select your wine based on your budget.

Loved our dinner here! Service was top notch. We’re from London so couldn’t read the French menu but the waiter took the time to translate everything, give recommendations and pick out excellent wine choices for us. The crab cocotte was definitely the star dish but everything else was delicious and it was all beautifully presented too. Would definitely come back!

Just shared an amazing meal with my friend, the perfect end to our holiday. Food and service outstanding - what more can you ask for in a restaurant.

I really loved this restaurant. The quality of the food is excellent, and the place has a charming, urban-classy vibe that suits me perfectly. I truly appreciate the concept: the menu is based on the daily fish market and the season, which makes every dish feel fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The menu is simple and small—a detail I see as a sign of quality and intention. It’s the perfect balance of elegance and relaxed charm.

Super nice atmosphere and staff are friendly. Surprisingly Urchin egg pasta was served, which is ver rare in this region. A lot of local beers is also available.

Yelp
After our time in Paris, we took the high speed train to Amsterdam. We decided that it would be fun to spend a day in Brussels! What an amazing city, such old city with so many gothic buildings to look at. Before we departed Brussels, we wanted to have a nice Valentines day dinner. I somehow came across this somewhere online and we made reservations! We decided to do the tasting menu because it was a special occasion! We started with some saint jacques citron and oyster. It was delightful! Then we were given cuttlefish sashimi with yuzu and shizo. After that, then came the razor clams. Favorite #1 of the night. It was my first time eating razor clams, they were so tender and juicy. There was lots of garlic and it was delicious! I wish we could of gotten more! Then came favorite #2, crab spaghetti. Oh boy, they did not skimp on the crab. Practically every bite was carby, buttery, garlicy and crabby. I was happy! Then came the main, which was pig / laqured octopus / braised endive, aka roasted pork belly, grilled octopus! The octopus was tender and delicious, the pork belly was good but pretty heavy. To end the night was a scoop of some chocolate Grenache with a little sea salt on top. Overall, if you are a lover of seafood, then this will be the place for you! I love the aesthetic of the restaurant! You have to walk through the kitchen to get to the dining room!

Yelp
Desires and needs well satisfied! Amazingly rich tastes and plenty of volume are served on your plates! The crab with eggs is wonderfully done - and it is equally filling despite appearing as a starter on the menu. The sashimi on the other hand melts in your mouth leaving a pleasant aftertaste and certainly very little on your waistline. The octopus and pork combo deserves its fame! Soft, crunchy, tender, juicy and dry sensations all come together through this well composed plate. The crab is a whole new story: it reminded me of the best dish from a Vietnamese master-chef (the chef at Crab Club it turns out actually does come from Vietnam): a fabulous mountain of a bonanza of tastes!!! So come here for the great food and the good service, but be aware that the place is intimate: you need to walk through the kitchen literally to go down some non-child friendly stairs to the toilets (where luxury oddly pops us again in the form of cloth towels and ample space to wash your hands after your fight with your crab). The tables are small, the ambiance is heavily influenced by the other guests you're there with (you will be part of their conversation, like it or not, and vice versa)

Yelp
Pretty hard to give a glowing review to a restaurant that treats its customers with such little respect. After spending an enjoyable meal at this newish fish/seafood restaurant with a minimal decor (but even more minimal service), we asked for a coffee and were told that there was no coffee machine. Ok, we can live with that. Then when we went to pay the check, we were told that there was no credit card machine. Um, that's really lame, especially since they could have warned us in advance and that's extremely inconsiderate when you're talking about a healthy sum of money that no one really has just lying around in their pockets. While the sole raincoat-wearing member of our table braved the wet walk to the cash machine, the waitress came over with another bit of news, and this was the true icing on the cake: Could we please vacate the table and wait in the entrance on a rickety bench for our friend to return with the cash?!! Let me specify that I am 7.5 months pregnant and that's just not a smooth move service wise, especially considering the circumstances for our asses still being in those chairs!! A very disappointing end to a rather tasty meal. Just a reminder that service is much more than an afterthought, it's the window into the business owner's soul.

Yelp
Explosion of taste & perfect wine. Lovely basement (ideal for a birthday table) & cute small garden. I was surprised by some of the flavors, which doesn't happen a lot.

Yelp
Delicious food and nice atmosphere, though a bit overpriced. I went there despite the bad reviews about service. The service was actually much better than most restaurants in Brussels. Our waitress's English was excellent!

Yelp
I went there yesterday night with two friends and we were positively surprised with the classy but very friendly atmosphere. The menu was very original and we enjoyed our starter of clamps with mushrooms. However we were not lucky with the main course. We ordered two dishes of octopus with green curry sauce and one "merlan" sauce "viet"; but as there was no more green curry left, the chef offered "sauce grand mere" to replace it. When the dishes arrived to the table, (maybe due to the Asian touch expectation) we found that the sauce made of onions and champignons was too sweet and not really a glorious combination with the octopus. On the other hand, the "merlan" had a very strong taste of Asian fish sauce and was literally deep-fried. We were disappointed but the delicious chocolate dessert changed our mood... Till one hour later, when the two of us that shared the merlan started to feel sick. That is why I am writing a one star review: Flavours perception is subjective and depends on many factors but cramps in the belly are definitely quite objective and painful still this morning.
