"After four years on the westside, San Francisco-born Cutting Board Filipino Gastropub has shuttered for good, but left behind chef Gloria Escobar and a group of former staffers to debut a Cajun and Creole seafood restaurant in its place. Filling a spacious 5,918 square feet on Rock Springs Drive, close to Lake Mead Boulevard, the new restaurant encourages diners to “get your hands dirty” and enjoy Cajun seafood prepared in a bag, a serving style very popular in Chinatown and along Spring Mountain Road. Cutting Board had previously used the large interior, separate bar, and seven 60-inch TVs for hosting live events, but for now, Crab Island is concentrating on its menu from “Mama Glo.” Among the appetizers, garlic popcorn cheese, crab cakes, calamari, and beef dumplings, plus po’boy sandwiches, a lobster roll, and portions of fried cod, tilapia, oysters, and shrimp. Customers can order a pound of snow crab legs for $35.97, served with corn, potato, eggs, and sausages, or substitute with a pound of crawfish, clams, shrimp, and mussels. Combination deals can add up to three different seafood choices, seasoned from mild to extra hot and cooked with garlic butter, lemon pepper, butter, or Crab Island’s own house flavor." - Bradley Martin

Driving by and thought we would give it a shot. Seafood was really fresh. Loved the choices in seafood. I'm onKeto, so easy to substitute out potatoes and corn. Service was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Google
A-mazing food, flavor, and service. The manager and wait staff took extra time to go over the wide range of options we had to choose from. Everything was delicious, and they even offer all you can eat as well! Priced very reasonable for the options. The place is clean, and well decorated. The best crab boil place we have been to.

Google
Great food and cold beer! Super excited to see a seafood place in the northwest. Seasoning choices are perfect. Calamari appetizer wasn't over breaded or commercial quality. Super fresh. Definite do again.

Ordered Combo A with sausage, egg, potatoes, and corn. 1lb crawfish and 1lb shrimp with shell on. Great place! Food was very tasty! Service was very good! Servers were very helpful with the how to order and drinks. They floated around making sure we had drinks and other things for food. A place to return too. Just because it looks a little empty doesn't make a difference. Food was good, service was good, price is good! I'd say it competes with other similar restaurants!

Google
Staff was friendly and helpful with my first time ordering, food came out fast (within 15 min), and we were full (family of 4) from Combo B. The shrimp were large, the crab clusters a nice size, but the corn and potatoes could've been bigger. The sausage aren't chunks like you would see from a New Orleans boil, but more like slices. In comparison to Red Lobster, much more flavorful, cheaper, and I didn't regret trying them out at all!

Google
We ordered the snowcrab legs and clams with their special sauce and calamari appetizer... yummy! Definitely going back. Close to home too!

Google
finally! A new cajun seafood place in town🙌🏽. The staff are nice and it's not as crowded as jot n juicy or boiling crab. Can't wait for the new location on Jones and Russell to open!

Yelp
Usually I give this place 5 stars. There was just something's this time around that was quite different from the other times I've been there with my family. The calamari was different from the last few times we've been there. It used to be little bite sized ones filled in the basket now it's about 7 pieces about onion ring sized. We did not think it was worth $10. The last kind they had was differently worth it. The combo bag was still a great bang for your buck and the taste was still spectacular. I still recommend the house mix in mild. Other thing I wanted to also bring up is that one of the three soap dispensers had any soap in it. I had to ask my wife to grab some from the ladies room and smear it on my hands so that I can properly clean my hands. I think there should be an hourly check on the restroom like other major restaurants. Lastly, the service is always great here. Friendly staff and quick service!

Yelp
We went on Saturday with a party of 5 adults and 3 small kids and it could have been better. The food was very good, no issues with that at all. The service was mediocre, the waiter was pretty good, but the waitress that dealt with us did not display any friendliness at all. She saw that our youngest had spilled an entire glass of water on the table and she did not even offer to assist or bring a rag. The issue that dinged them bad is the men's room, it was disgusting. We got there when it opened and I would say it hadn't been cleaning in days. Used paper towels in the sink and soiled urinals and stalls.

Yelp
Dianna was craving seafood and found this place off the strip. They offer AYCE however there is a catch you can only order certain things once or at a time. We made used and ordered everything you could order once (per person) and maxed out on those. Lol. I think it made sense to do AYCE price because if you break down everything you'll order it costs more. Everything was delicious of course just as any other seafood boil place I have gone. Service was great and friendly. Would definitely recommend. It was not busy when we went. And there was a large party celebrating while we were there but it didn't affect our experience.

Yelp
UPDATE AFTER COVID: Ever since after Covid and this place offered the AYCE option, I have been addicted! The signature sauce is so good! I always ask for extra garlic. Just make sure to arrive before 7pm as they stop offering AYCE at that time. Cajun fries seasoning reminds me of wingstop fries 9/10 C'island signature sauce for seafood boil: the closest to hot n juicy flavoring that I've ever tasted! 9/10 Fried Calamari: so thick and juicy! 9/10 Fried soft shell crab: sooo juicy [must try] 10/10 Garlic popcorn cheese: 8.5/10 my friend loved it! Kinda like a fried mozzarella nugget with a hint Of garlic. The seafood bag: shrimp and crab legs are plump! Side of butter dipping sauce: 10000/10!!! It taste like the butter they use on popcorn at the theaters! Definitely must get! Also, if you can't finish, you can take your bag home for only 8$!!

Yelp
I came in during my lunch break excited, only to be disappointed with what I was served. I ordered the 6 piece fried oysters combo and literally 4 out of the 6 oysters served were just breading and not to mention I did not get my drink until I asked for my check because it was never brought to me. I pretty much paid $18 including tip for a batch of fries. Horrible experience.

Yelp
Crab Island! So this is a typical seafood by the lb place. They have a very unique sauce that I really liked though. It was totally the whole Mexican Diablo shrimp vibe. Heavy on the chili and Ali yes but not so much butter. It was so good! I've never had a sauce like it but it does remind me of Mexican shrimp. If you like hot and juicy or boiling crab, then check this place out. I'm not going to review it much because we know how these places work. You pick seafood by the lb at a spice level and flavor type. Their appetizers are really good though. Seriously check them out. Their sauces are really good. Prices are in line with other similar places. They follow reservation and Covid 19 guidelines. Temperature check and spacing and masks.

Meghan J.

Yelp
I legit ate 6 pounds of crawfish! It was good! Worth it! I will be returning. All you can eat seafood- my kind of place!

Yelp
My absolute favorite. Missing them so much on Rock Springs right now. The customer service and the food is amazing!

Yelp
I haven't gone to a crab boil restaurant for quite some time. So, it was due time to satisfy our heavy cravings. Thanks to Yelp, and the fact that we happened to be in the area, we came across Crab Island. Crab Island is located on the northwest side of town on Rock Springs Dr on the northwest corner of the US95 and W. Lake Mead. It's easy to miss so make sure you keep your eyes on the lookout for it. Another thing is that parking right in the immediate parking lot located by the outdoor patio is very limited, but there's ample amount of parking on the side of the restaurant. Came in on a Saturday afternoon and I believe we came at the perfect timing because business didn't start to really really pick up until after we got seated. So, we didn't have to wait for a table to become available like other patrons had to do after us. The girl at the host/cashier desk wasn't very optimistic but she wasn't grouchy either, so I'd say that her service was a little sub-par. The restaurant appearance itself is very clean and well maintained. We happened to come at a time when Las Vegas opened at 100% and this restaurant still managed to make sure that the tables were all socially distanced. I felt pretty safe removing my mask when we got seated. The minute we got our menu we knew instantly what we wanted. They offer a great variety of items on their menu. It was very tempting to want to over-indulge and over order everything on the menu, but I know that we would not have been able to finish it all. Also, everything was decently priced for what they offer. We ordered Fried Calamari and a Combo A with side orders of White Rice. Well, the excitement of seeing the food boiling in a bag with all that yummyness just steaming waiting to get in my tummy was seriously on overdrive. I've learned my lesson before to not immediately dive in to reach for even a sausage in a steaming bag because I have definitely burned my tongue and taste buds before getting to enjoy my meal. Well, skipping to the point where we finally finished taking our last bite...the crab boil was very delicious. Side note, I wasn't a huge an of the Fried Calamari so we might try a different appetizer next time. Throughout the time while we were eating there was a man that was walking throughout the restaurant checking up on all the patrons. I assumed that he was either the manager or owner but I didn't take the time to ask because I was busy stuffing my face. The other staff also came to check up on us, as well as other patrons, quite frequently so it made me feel very valued as a patron. Yes Yes Yes...you need to check out Crab Island the next chance you get. Also, don't forget to take a picture on the throne in front of the artificial grass well behind the front counter. Here's a quick breakdown... Pros: -Lots of parking -Clean and well maintained restaurant -Seating tables are generously spaced apart -Great Price -Good customer service for the most part -Great hours of operation Cons: -not the best location

Yelp
My granddaughter and I were looking for a place to have lunch and I remember seeing this place. I was hesitant at first to go here but after reading the yelp reviews we decided to try it . WE LOVED IT. The food was exceptional, the service was very friendly and attentive. Considering we were there for lunch the place had a lot of people. We ordered the blue crab for two with the cajun garlic butter, extra mild and it had just enough of a kick and a wonderful taste. We also ordered some french fries and they came out hot and tasty. They even had a special on the food, buy one, get the other 1/ off. Will definitely be going back here. Just be prepared for it to be messy but we didn't care.

Yelp
Crab Island is in a beautiful large and spacious building located right by the 95 and Lake Mead. They don't have a large amount of seating or TVs but they didn't have many people inside. I placed a to go order and there was about 3 other tables occupied. I ordered a pound of snow crab, and they had my order out within 10 minutes. I chose the Cajun garlic butter sauce, but I wasn't a fan of it. There was just something about the taste I didn't like. I will try their signature sauce next time. Their sauces run on the hotter side, their medium heat was more like a hot level and was just perfect. I am curious about their hot one now. They gave me a very generous amount of snow crab, two clusters for their one pound price. I don't think they season the crab but rather just put the sauce in the bag. The restaurant was really cute with a beach theme. I will return again soon.

Takeya C.

Yelp
The staff had smiles all around! Quick, friendly, attentive. I'd skip the King Crab legs though. They were just ok, so I didn't really see what all the hype was about. Maybe they would have been better just dipped in butter? I ordered their house special sauce with a lobster tail and naked shrimp. The lobster was super dry, but the shrimp were soooo good. The bag was PIPING hot the entire dinner! I would definitely choose a different sauce next time, but I would for sure return! I waddled out of here, and I will for sure give them another shot.

Yelp
Enjoyed my dinner at Crab island. Building is behind the Big O Tire Shop and Wienerschnitzel. There parking lot is large so there is more than ample amount Of parking. We walked in and there was not one patron in the building! No wait - we had the whole dining room to ourselves. Our waiter was great. We ordered calamari as an appetizer! It was different looking but was really good ! Our food came out really quick, fresh hot and good. The seasoning is a bit spicy and that's the not spicy ones. But overall really had a good experience. Would definitely recommend to try it out

Yolie E.

Yelp
Ordered lunch for my boss as a birthday gift! Everything was on time and according to him delicious! I ordered him the 1 pound of snow crab lover's special and it came with corn sausage etc. Hopefully I will try it one of these day when I'm on that side of town!

Megan M.

Yelp
Yum!!! We went in today for lunch and ordered a combo B with crab legs and peeled shrimp, it was delicious!! Enough for 2 to share and be super full afterwards. Service was great, drinks were always filled. We have told so many people already and can't wait to go back. Thanks for an amazing lunch!!

Yelp
Food & Flavor : 4.5 stars Cleanliness : 5 stars Staff : 3.5 stars Ambiance : 3 Would we come back again yes ! The food taste great ! The pricing is fair . However, we had two full pounds of snow crab and many of legs had no meat in them . Music is very mellow which made a dull dining experience in my opinion .

Jessica R.

Yelp
First time trying this place and was not disappointed. My usual spot is The Boiling Crab but it's too far of a drive and usually an hour wait. This spot is less than a 5 minute drive. I love how clean it is inside and how friendly the staff was. You do get a lot of seafood for a good price. The quality of the seafood was very good. I will definitely be coming back.

Stacy M.

Yelp
Highly highly recommend!!! This was my first time coming here..... and they went above and beyond expectations!!!! The staff is extraordinary!! I've never been to a restaurant where the staff was so friendly and attentive! We never once had to ask for a refill on drinks. The food is excellent and most definitely plan on becoming regular customers there! Keep up the fantastic work! You all are amazing and deserve the highest of praise!!

Marcus O.

Yelp
Service was great and the waitress took care of us . It did take quite a while for the food and for being the only people there at the time seemed weird . Some staff members joking loudly and on their phones but overall good service I would definitely come back !

Saesha B.

Yelp
A friend and I decided to check out crab island (a couple weeks ago) after seeing it so many times getting off the freeway. Were both huge seafood lovers, so we were pretty excited to try it out. Upon arriving, they seat us and there are two huge parties to the left and right of us. The table of two next to us keeps getting apologies for a long wait for their orders so I was like, oh well it does make sense. I let the waiter know that I checked into yelp and I was going to redeem the free soda. The guy chuckled at me and said they havent done that "in a loooong time" "since last year". I was kind of taken back, I know he probably didnt mean it but it came off kinda rude and made me think I was in the wrong somehow. I just doubled checked the check in offer today and it is still offering the free soft drink so.... they need to either update or have a team meeting to make sure it's either going to be redeemed or not. I tried not to let the guys attitude set the tone for the meal, and I didnt, but it's not like it was a free dessert or something. Free soft drink and I have proof it says I can redeem it but alright. We ordered the crab cakes for an app and a seafood boil to share. The crab cakes arrived pretty quickly and are absolutely not worth the price tag. They are small, & looked and tasted like frozen cakes that were just thrown in the deep fryer. Finally our meal arrives. By this time shift has changed and we had a new server, and she was just so sweet. The boil was tasty and we got full and had leftovers for home! We had their cajun garlic sauce and it was incredible. Over all, I'd try them again. But i know to steer clear of the crab cakes and probably ask someone in management if they still can redeem the yelp check in free soft drink they say they cant redeem but still offer.

Chandy S.

Yelp
Great food and customer service! We ordered the crab legs with clams and shrimp with the Cajun garlic butter medium spice and it was delicious! Will definitely be back to try other items.

Yelp
Bad experience. They don't know what they are doing with regard to Blue Crabs. I tried them at another location and they were not cooked properly or the product was bad to start with. Either way the crab meat was not edible. The employee at the 1st location suggested adjusting the cooking time the next time we ordered. He also suggested this location because it was closer to my home. This last batch was terrible and we are done trying to get them cooked properly. Oh well. Typical vegas experience. Update 1/31/22 After speaking with the manager they were able to make the order correctly at another location. We are pleased with the results and pleased that our concerns were addressed appropriately which is not a typical Las Vegas experience. The four stars are for the manager Kris who was quite helpful.

Faye S.

Yelp
I read several reviews of Crab Island before I gave it a shot.. mostly because I'm such a fan of Boiling Crab. I've just completed my third visit here, and needless to say, all three visits were superb. It wasn't a fluke.. I think I'm converted. We had varying amounts and combinations of the king crab legs, crawfish and shrimp at each of the visits. The C'Island seasoning was flavorful and the seafood was well marinated, not just on top. The sides were plentiful and it's very affordable. I'm hesitant to spread the word because I like that I've never had to wait for a table, even when I came during prime hours on a weekend. But I'm glad to support this new business and they've made a repeat customer out of me. Shout out to the awesome staff, especially Carl, who was super attentive and I never had to ask for a refill on drinks. Keep up the great work! P.S. I LOVE that scissors are provided! I could never work with those weird cracker/pick devices.

Johnathan P.

Yelp
The atmosphere is great here wish it would be a bit busier to feel fun. Service has always been great and attentive. The food is always worth the ayce highly recommended trying because it's the best price you can get for this kind of meal and experience. Restaurant is really clean here no sticky menu or tables.

Priscilla K.

Yelp
This place is awful. We ordered 2 lobster tails each and corn on the cob. Apparently they just heat it up in greasy butter and server it to you in a plastic plastic bag. With a plastic fork For $70 .

Tosha P.

Yelp
We were hesitant to stop because it didn't appear crowded. But I'm glad we did! I had the crab legs and my mom had lobster tail, corn and sweet potatoe fries. There weren't many people inside but everyone was eating like they never had seafood before, lol! Our food came out piping hot and it was DELICIOUS! My crab legs were thick and meaty. What I also enjoyed was the service we received. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. We will be coming back!

K W.

Yelp
Excellent food! Reasonably priced and the sauce is Dynamite full of flavor. Great portions of seafood everything fresh and delicious. This is my new favorite spot. Will definitely be back

Johnny N.

Yelp
I don't know where to start. Firstly, the place is hot and stuffy as hell. It's almost like they don't want to run the A/C. It's 105 outside today. I placed my order, and the waitress repeated the order exactly how I wanted it. That is not what I got. I told them no pork belly sausage and to sub it for cajun fries. I asked for two pounds of headless, peeled shrimp. What I got was clams, oysters, pork belly sausage, one pound of headless peeled shrimp, the cajun fries. I asked the runner guy what comes with my combo because I think it was wrong. He came back and told me that is what I ordered and walked away. They then took away the incorrect order and sent me the other one pound of headless, peeled shrimp, and that is it. We sat at our table; no one checks upon us. No refills on drinks. Spicy shrimp with nothing to drink. The service in Vegas is rated terrible anyway, but this place is at the top of the worst service list. So if you want to be grossly disappointed and leave hungry, then this is the place to be. To give credit, the owners did try to rectify the problem at the very end - but I will not ever return. Hence changing my review from one star to two stars.

Selena T.

Yelp
So I went to crab island today, I was gonna go once before but once I parked my car a couple came out mad about how the food tasted and how much the cost was so I decided to come back home. Fast forward 2 months later I decided to search up the menu prices and for what I wanted it seemed very cheap. I got the naked shrimp for only 10.97 1/2 pound. The build your own only comes with the item and sauce you pick, for the sauce I picked the crab island special. I added 2 boiled eggs that cost 1.74, I got 4 potatoes that cost 3.48, and I got pork sausage (10pc) that cost 4.57. I had my mom with me also Ana's she got fried tilapia(6pc) for 7.97. And 1 pc corn that cost 0.87 cents. I'm giving the place 3 stars simply for the server being nice and checking up on us per usual, and the music was nice. Other than that my moms fish tasted just unseasoned plain the tarter sauce tasted like plain mayonnaise and the 6 pcs were small squares sliced she was unhappy with the food but it was fine because the guy was nice that was helping us. My food on the other hand was plain also it tasted like unseasoned food just thrown in a sauce bag the sauce tasted like spicy water that's about it I didn't taste any garlic or butter or lemon juice like the sauce description described. I had left overs but I think I'm gonna give it to either my dogs or my mom because it's nothing I would want every paycheck or anything. The total was fine only came up to 32.08 which isn't bad at all. My usual spot is pier 88 and I think I'll stick with that spot it's actually. Cheaper also because the corn and potatoes come in the bag already no extra charge for only $11.00. Crab island just needs to work on seasoning and maybe add corn and potatoes to the build your own because the pay separately is just costly.

Miriam P.

Yelp
I got the shell less shrimp with the signature sauce. It wasn't very flavorful and not a super huge potion compared to what hot n juicy gives you. I like but wouldn't go out of my way for it. Now for the real issue: the green mussels. I got them with the lemon pepper sauce; but they just tasted dirty and like sand. Like they hadn't been cleaned at all. It made me gag. I live far away from this place so I just threw them away. You're better off with Hot N Juicy. I always get 1lb of shrimp and mussels and always have leftovers.

Kico M.

Yelp
A bit far from where I live but it's a great location if you live in NW area of town. They now have beer and wine.

Enoch F.

Yelp
First and definitely last time eating here. The crab was just okay and the sweet potato fries are undesirable and the crab cake bites are not delicious but not horrible, Let's just say edible. My wife said she had high expectations for a place called Crab Island but was completely disappointed with the food. We tried it and both agreed it's not to our liking and could not recommend this is a place for good food.

Mason B.

Yelp
The fried shrimp was very tasty. The Talapia was also good. Great service. Manager came around and greeted everyone.

Samantha T.

Yelp
This place is very clean, smells good, tables are socially distanced, and the staff is applying all COVID policies when it comes to seating patrons and interacting with proper gear on. This place was dimly lit, had a variety of music playing, and the staff was courteous and polite to all that entered into the building. The food was well seasoned and delicious. It was fresh and served quickly. The prices are really steep compared to other places like this. In my opinion, the prices should definitely reflect the portions of food that is given to the customers. Other than that ... it is a great place.

German A B.

Yelp
Tried this place very disappointed I ordered online. Then I showed up to pick up the order and it wasn't ready. Not a problem I waited then I'm told they didn't have the desert I ordered would I like something else. I declined anything else and requested a refund on the item and what do they do they give me a credit and charge me for something I never received. So I had to call three different times to get it credit back. I will not be returning!

Ludi V.

Yelp
Delicious food and great service! The popcorn cheese was delicious and crab island sauce amazing Couldn't be more satisfied. Definitely recommend!!!

David S.

Yelp
This review goes out directly to the owners. You are better than this. You have worked too hard for this. Do not settle for less and do not expect your customers to settle for less either. Your crab cakes contain imitation crab. Your name is not Imitation Crab Island or even Krab Island. Do all of us a favor and buy 100% genuine crab cakes and charge accordingly. Thank you in advance for doing the right thing.

Kristie N.

Yelp
I ordered the snow crab with crawfish and my boyfriend ordered the fried cod - both were so good. The sauce was a a mixture of all the flavors they offer and a bit sweeter than "the whole sha-bang" from Boiling Crab and "hot n juicy" from Hot N Juicy. I actually enjoyed the slight difference a lot and appreciated that the sauce was thicker, letting it stick to the seafood. Service was also wonderful! Marty was our server and was super attentive the whole time. Definitely coming back!

Gabriela E.

Yelp
This place is a must try!!! Open since October. Great food with exceptional service. We ordered naked shrimp & black mussels Combo A-C'Island flavor-spicy level hot. Oh and they use real butter which you can definitely taste the quality. You won't be disappointed (better than Hot n' Juicy)

CJane R.

Yelp
Me and my girlfriends were excited to try this place. Unfortunately , we were disappointed with their customer service. It's probably not their day, but not a GREAT EXCUSE for a newly opened restaurant. ‍ How I wish they are also following the state mandated COVID policy when it comes to accommodating big parties. Anyway.... Food wise, it was very good seafood! Their seasoning "c'island" was the bomb! Compare to other seafood competitors I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND trying this place out. We ordered "COMBO B" for the price of $67 which includes: snow crabs, shrimp, mussels, corn, sausage, potatoes, & egg in a bag! Their fried calamari was a hit! A MUST TRY! Customer service: There were 2 servers on the clock. It was not really busy when we did dine-in (dinner time 7pm). It was like 3 tables were dining in that time. We had a male server, who did not introduce himself so we don't know his name. Lol! He got our orders down, then when the fries and calamari arrived at our table there was a female server who said they "were out of rice because they were busy that day and had no chance to make a rice and it will take 30mins if we would want it" sooooo we did not bother ordering it. Instead of pursuing ordering that we did add another fried calamari (which was hella good). But then they had a party of 15 or more came in. Both servers had to prepare 4 separate tables for them. We understand why it took half an hour to serve our second round of calamari and by that time we were done eating our bag of seafoods. We felt left out when they got distracted from that long table. How I wish we took pictures how the customers of that big party took place and arrange their tables as if there are no rules when it comes to dining in during this pandemic. As far as I know, every restaurant should only allow 6 person per table. But then the 2 servers just let those people do what they wanted. For them to be in a long table they formed a big circle that occuppied space which was too close from our table. We felt really uncomfortable. This is the reason why I gave them 3 stars. They should improve their costumer service and be more cautious of COVID-19.

Jesus R.

Yelp
This place was B.O.M.B!! First time trying it out and Definitely recommend! I got the pound of peeled shrimp, hot! And it was definitely hot, so watch out unless you can handle the heat! The taste was ! Mouth was on fire but couldn't stop eating!

Nicole H.

Yelp
I'd been seeing this place off the freeway and wanted to try it. Due to the pandemic I've been skeptical on dining in due to most places not adhering to COVID measures. So I decided to do take out instead tonight. I ordered the crab cakes and a side of Cajun fries. Both were gross . The fries had potential, but they'd failed to cook them thoroughly, so they were squishy and barely had any Cajun seasoning on them, the worst part they charged $4 for these fries and I ate 5...smh! The crab cakes were well seasoned, the opposite of the fries, go figure, but the crab was gross. I now think it was either imitation or not crab at all, which is concerning being they are a seafood joint. Needless to say, I only ate 1 out of the 6 of those, so i pretty much wasted $13 which included a tip and threw my whole dinner away and now eating cereal. I'd say that was a bad first and last aexperience .

Yelp
Pretty good! I would say I would definitely recommend eating here. The crawfish were still in season when I got food from here & they were pretty large. We ordered through a third party app though & we had to keep in contact with the delivery person because the restaurant kept pushing back our order & it ended up being an hour late. Restaurants fault not driver. When food arrived it was cold like really cold. The snow crabs...Like not fully thawed cold lol. But honestly it wasn't a huge deal because it still tasted good. But it just confuses me how the restaurant kept saying our food wasn't ready and our driver got it right when they gave it to him & delivered to us in like less than 10 mins but it was still cold. I dunno! We'll dine in next time.

Yelp
This place was great. A nice surprise. I was so surprised to walk in and Cutting Board change over to Crab Island. Seafood boil was delicious. Bernadette was our server. She was awesome in explaining the menu and combinations.

Yelp
Maybe just maybe the WORST seafood boil I have ever had. I am giving 3 stars because of how well the shrimp were cooked and the customer service was amazing. The food was just not good. It wasn't enjoyable and we actually just threw it away . I would never go back but that just goes to show how much customer service impacts scores.

Yelp
Great atmosphere with several TV's and music, fun family food experience, and the team is always friendly!

Yelp
Highly recommend this place! This place is kind of hidden, but I'm glad my boyfriend spotted it! This place is literally up the street from my house and I'm glad I don't have to go through the whole hassle of driving all the way to spring mountain to get some Hot n Juicy. I did an online order and when me & my boyfriend walked in to get our food, I was so surprised how big it was inside! I got a pound of snow crab legs and a pound of blue crabs with the c-island signature seasoning and all I can say is wow! The seasoning is sooo FLAVORFUL! It's just right, not super garlicky at all. They're not stingy with their sauce either! That's a huge plus for me because I love dipping my crab meat with the sauce. I was surprised that I didn't get a whole body of blue crab with the top part of the shell & everything. But it's all good because the blue crabs had a lot of meat! And they hooked it up! Also, I thought it was cool that they have so many different appetizers and they even have desserts! I feel like their prices are average. It's almost the same price as other places. Maybe even a dollar or two less. Overall, definitely definitely would recommend this place! This is my new favorite seafood boil spot!
