This place was so great after a first date at the zoo 😁 It was easy to get to and has a big parking lot. The front has a bunch of rocking chairs and a big checkers board. We came to Cracker Barrel and every single person that works there was so kind and friendly. The atmosphere was amazing!! There was a cool gift shop that you walk through to get to the restaurant and the restaurant had an amazing fireplace in it with awesome old-school tools & bicycles used for decorations. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We both ordered the same thing and both really enjoyed our meal 🥳🥳 Thank u Cracker Barrel staff for such a wonderful experience ♥️🙏 We will be coming again and will definitely be recommending to others!!

The food was pretty good. Great service! The store that is attached to the restaurant was cool to have. Chicken and dumplings wasn't too exciting underwhelming, but it's their most popular item so they must be doing something right. Everything else was tasty.

Cracker barrel is your classic southern style cooking, but from an all white practice. Don't expect soul food. But that's not a bad thing. It's all the classics of southern cooking with what most people will like. The atmosphere is meh. This is because along with the actual restaurant is a country store. Where there is WAY too much stuff. It's a lot of house decor with various clothing attire, and kids knick knacks, and lots and lots of candy. This is why there is a negative score. It's just TOO much stuff. The whole store is crowded with no actual lanes for finding things. It is far worse when there is actually a line of people waiting to be seated, since at that point, it's basically just people standing around and waiting for a table, in an already overcrowded store. Once you make it past the actual store, you'll get to the restaurant part. Here you'll find a nice country atmosphere, a huge fireplace, and seating for over 100. The food is great. I've been here about 6 times and have always got something different. So I've tried a few different things. One major thing to note is that prices have risen significantly. We went here in February and nothing was over $16, as of now, nothing is LESS than $15. So don't go here thinking it's going to be cheap. The worst part of it all, was the bathroom. It's pretend clean. It looks clean but spend a few moments there and you'll see filth everywhere. The floors were sticky, the urinals were dirty, the toilets haven't been properly cleaned, and nothing looks that great. The service was very mediocre. Our waitress was unenthusiastic, no one really seemed happy, most seemed tired and exhausted. It's new years day, but that's pretty safe for customers to have such a mediocre experience. I'll probably come back again, never the food is good, but don't expect anything else to be all that great.

We went two hours before closing on a Saturday night. The restaurant was still very busy but there was no wait to get a table. The waiters/waitresses took our order quickly and the food came soon after. I felt the food was just okay, but it's not my style of fare. The portions are very large and the price is reasonable for what you get. The restaurant decor and layout is comfortable with a cozy feel to it. Although, with the large open dinning area, music and background noise of diners it was extremely difficult to hold a conversation just across the table from me. The gift shop has a neat assortment of gifts ranging from baby clothing and gift-able knick knacks to "locally" themed clothing and seasonal kitchen decor. The selection is at a very reasonable price. All of the staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Gift store is cute, prices aren't crazy. Bathrooms at 1pm...no tp, but 3 empty rolls. The restaurant...service was good, server was very nice. The food was disappointing. Corn muffins are dry and mealy with no flavor. Meatloaf is average at best. The brown gravy is decent with bits of roast in it, country white gravy is actually pretty good (I am super picky about my white gravy!) Mashed potatoes were nice, mostly smooth with small lumps. Biscuits, average, nothing special. The sweet tea, however, was delicious and my Country Fried Steak was perfect!

The food was amazing service was incredible the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because we had ordered a pumpkin spice coffee and it tasted like black coffee other than that great quality and quantity recommended

I do not know why this place is as popular as it is. Further, I can’t comprehend why there are long waits to eat here. The food was, at best, bland and unremarkable. In fact, I would venture to say that the meal I had was disappointing. There is nothing great about it. The service, albeit friendly, was a bit slow despite the lower volume of customers present. The only interesting & decent thing about the visit was the store portion and the various trinkets for sale.

This place is hands down one of my favorite places to go to! It doesn't matter what you order because EVERYTHING is good! Seriously! The food and service is out of this world....this is coming from someone who's in the food service industry and we tend to be a little more picky on service! 😏🙃 but every time I've gone in the wait staff is super cheerful and smily! Oh yeah and don't get me started on how quickly the food gets to the table! It's quicker than ANY place I've ever been to! They put your order on a tablet and 5 mins later boom on ur table looking amazing and piping hot!🍝🍽
