It was the first time I'd ever tried a Cracker Barrel while travelling around the US. After taking some time looking around Coronado Heights Castle, I was looking for somewhere good to eat and thought I'd give here a go. First impressions were good, with plenty of seating/rocking chairs outside, if you're waiting for a table or just want to take the weight off your feet for a short while. For saying it was a Sunday, I didn't have to wait at all to be seated by the pleasant restaurant staff. Loved the interior and the decor, the various things on the wall. Had those genuine country vibes going on. Lisa, my server, was fabulous! She was SUPER friendly and pleasant from beginning to end, asking me about where I was from and my trip, making really polite conversation and taking a genuine interest. I decided on the meatloaf, with sides of mac 'n' cheese, mashed potato and steamed broccoli (also got a freshly made biscuit with apple butter... The BEST!!) The portion size was great and the meatloaf was really tasty (impressed with how good it was!) Lisa asked periodically how everything was and checked to see if I was okay, sorting me out another soda once mine had almost gone. And the most impressive thing, was the price!! I can't believe what good value it was, for all that I had. Certainly hit the spot very nicely, and I cannot thank Lisa enough for her warm hospitality and brilliant customer service! If you're in the area and looking for somewhere to eat, this is the place to go!!!

Oh my goodness, the food was absolutely delicious! I had the pot roast, which was excellent and tasted like it was made at home. The mashed potatoes were so yummy and didn’t taste like they came from a box mix. Everything from those who greeted us to serving us was amazing! We’ll be coming back for sure. Thank you for a great experience!

Daniel was our server and from the first minute, we knew our visit to the Park City Cracker Barrel would be special. He was very knowledgeable and explained the combinations of the day and sides we could enjoy. The food was cooked perfectly and delivered hot, delicious and in a timely manner to our window table. Refills were offered unobtrusively and often. For dessert, we shared the new Skillet Mini Cinnamon Rolls with hot mugs of coffee. They are delicious and I would highly recommend them! Our dinner was the most relaxed and delicious meal we’ve had in a long time!

Went here with my boyfriend on a weekend and it was quite busy and very loud, I felt like we had to yell at each other to hear our conversation. I had the meatloaf which was decent but he had the steak and it was to hard to chew not sure if because of the way it was cooked or the cut of meat and the teenage waitress or what seemed to be teenage was friendly but maybe a little toooo friendly. Had a lot of interesting things to look at though in the gift shop area.

Ordered a grilled chicken breast w/bacon dinner w/sides. The breast was very tough, thin and burned underneath. It's going in my trashcan. They were out of my requested side of rice. The process of requesting a refund for the side is too convoluted and doesn't eventually appear on my bank card. I've learned that from past experience. This isn't a one-off thing there. I've been burned by orders so many times that I'm very hesitant to order again. I have health issues and need to avoid heavily populated environmental exposure, or I would dine in to see if food preparation is better that way. That's just not an option. It's such a frustratingly expensive shame to toss out orders and give up on this place. At this point, they've lost my loyalty. Cracker Barrel used to be a favorite destination restaurant for my family. I can't afford to support this restaurant when the orders are this messed up. Nor do I want to!

The new menu has become much smaller. Less choices and difficult to find the Breakfast items. We did however have a fantastic waitress.

Good service but a little slow compared to people that ordered same time and after we did. Food was great.

Delicious food, hot and fresh. Good variety, service was kind of slow and waitress acted like she didn't want to be there but food was great.
