Resteraunt was clean, there was no wait. The restrooms needed some work. We had 5 at our table, the waitress was friendly and attentive. The food took 30 minutes to come out. It was a long wait. The Shepard pie was amazing, meatloaf was a bit dry. Catfish and chicken sandwiches were also very good.

Did not quite have the best experience today. I grew up going to Cracker Barrels and have been to this location for the third time, but today was not a good day when it came to cleanliness. We were set at a table in an area where the floors were not clean. Although our waiter was very kind, we did mention it to her and she did nothing about it. Everyone kept walking past as if it was not a problem. When I did get the hostess attention, I asked her could she pick a paper off the floor in which she did, only it was not just a paper. What about all the food and silverware and other trash on the floor......Hopefully, I didn't bother her yet then again, I should not have to ask someone to clean up something that should already be done. Yes, our meal was good, but it was quite the eye sore seeing trash on everywhere.

While we love to shop and eat at Cracker Barrel when traveling and usually find the food and service to be good, this trip was disappointing. The camp boil shrimp and sausage with new potatoes and corn on the cob was salty. There were only five small shrimp and even fewer thin slices of sausage, but the corn and potatoes were good. My wife enjoyed her pot roast with broccoli, but the unsweetened tea was too weak. Most concerning was the lack of wait staff. After taking our order, the waitress was missing in action. Management should recruit and train servers to be more attentive.

I ordered the mama's French toast with bacon and eggs and a hot chocolate. First, there was a piece of wax in my hot chocolate, and it was warm, not hot. Second, the table next to us got their food first even though they came a whole hour after us. Our server, Shaun, kept coming to the table and asking if everything was good even though all we got were our drinks. I had to switch to a half and half tea. My tea was just unsweetened. When we finally got our food, it was cold. We didn't get napkins, and he kept reaching over us and our plates. My eggs were very underdone as well and a bit cold. Terrible experience.

We had a great birthday celebration. Food came out hot, service was a little slow and forgetful at times as our water would run out before she would return. But overall not terrible.

Family came here for lunch to try the Campfire Steak Lunch. Server told us that it wasn't an option on the menu so we all ordered something else. While waiting for our meal I checked online and saw it was an option and placed an online order myself for pickup so I can grab it and try it at home. While waiting for our food the server apparently clocked out and went home so we waited about an hour for food and none came. Eventually we flagged down another staff member who brought us drink refills and the food. The food was mediocre at best and the service was awful. I grabbed my campfire steak meal on the way out to try at home as planned. Cut into my steak and it was bloody and raw (pictured). Terrible experience and will not be eating at this location again they have fallen off hard.

Ordered from DoorDash and missing half the items and bag was sealed. Everything is marked off as in the bag but they didn’t really check. I would like to get what I paid for. Thanks!

Great experience! Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great! As always love shopping there too.

Yelp
Like going to moms good country cooking. I love shopping in the country store after a great meal

Yelp
It's part country kitchen and part store. This location is now my favorite. We came on Father's Day. It was crowded, but we got in line ahead of time through the app and were seated right away and lucked out with a corner table we could keep our toddler contained in. They also had a coloring menu and crayons. She also played with the peg game so a lot to keep her entertained. Our server was fantastic! He was friendly, attentive and moving very fast. I think his name was Ryan, but will update if I find my receipt. We were around brunch time and all ordered breakfast food. Breakfast is served all day along with classic country items. My husband enjoyed us strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes. I went with a classic Old Timers breakfast with bacon, eggs, hash brown casserole and biscuits and gravy. Everything was good. It took a little while for the food to come, but considering the crowd, I was expecting that. Also you can now pay at your table by phone which was super convenient and fast.

Yelp
I usually go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast which I enjoy most of the time. I decided to change , I ordered the fried catfish, not bad. Pinto beans were hard and undercooked. Never received my Cole slaw to go with the meal. We ordered a Spicy Louisiana shrimp dish, which we received grilled unseasoned shrimp. The service wasn't bad, the food was bad. From now on I'll stick with breakfast.

Yelp
I used to love Cracker Barrel and I often tried to eat in these restaurants when I would travel as they were few and far between in the north east. I now live within a few miles of two Cracker Barrels but have not been to one for many months. With all of the news swirling around CB, their logo and the renovations of the restaurants, I figured it would be a good time to see if the restaurants have improved since my last couple of experiences. Cracker Barrel used to be a favorite restaurant of mine, my daughter's and my wife's with a country store that features many interesting things to purchase and a family friendly menu that features comfort food at decent prices. Today I ordered my wife's typical order of Chicken Fried Chicken with a side salad and mashed potatoes with gravy and biscuits. First, the biscuits. They were not as good as I had come to expect. They seemed smaller and a bit overdone. The salad was okay but I remember better salads at CB. The mashed potatoes were fine but the chicken was just not as tasty as usual. So, the food was not up to par. The waitress was interesting. You would think that with all of the news on the restaurant that the waitresses would go out of their way to make you want to come back another time but I did not get that impression from my waitress, who was not going out of her way to be friendly with anyone. This is not to say that she was not doing her job but I watched another waitress who was clearly trying to connect with her customers, using humor and a wonderful smile that would make anyone feel comfortable. My waitress poured my water in such a manner that she got my straw (still in paper) and napkin wet. She did not mention it and just moved on to another customer. So, not the worst waitress experience but I would have preferred her colleague. With all that Cracker Barrel is experiencing with management that desperately wants to change all of the things we love about Cracker Barrel, they still have a long way to go before they are where they used to be. This restaurant seems to have undergone a renovation as it was clearly brighter than it had been but there were pieces of Americana on the walls. On the way out an employee made sure to say goodbye to me. As a long time customer who also has a few gift cards I will certainly go back but I also have it in the back of my mind that I may have to use my gift cards sooner than later. Let's see if Uncle Herschel can do something to improve the quality of the food.

Yelp
I couldn't believe my eyes. I walked in very early morning to have breakfast and the manager and front register cashier were laughing and grimacing at a customer sitting in the dining area clipping his fingernails and toenails at a table in front of other patrons. Instead of asking him to stop and/or making him leave because grooming obviously isn't appropriate in a restaurant, they laughed and commented but did nothing to stop it. That's disgusting and I won't be coming back in there. If you don't think to stop that kind of behavior, I can't imagine what might be going on behind the scenes. That was enough but I should mention the raw bacon they serve you now. Had to chase down the waitress for my bill. Take your money and go to FirstWatch or even better a local hometown joint. Never again.

Yelp
Had breakfast here with the family. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly service, nice menu, slow service. However once we got our food, it was hot, eggs cooked to order and good coffee. A basket of biscuits brought to the table with butter and jams. Everything tasted good. So we enjoyed our meal. Afterwards lots to look at for purchase at their country store such as clothing, toys, jewelry, household items and food. The staff was friendly and accomadating. Prices reasonable plus it was a tax free weekend. I ended up buying a blouse I liked. It was a good breakfast stop

Yelp
Worst chicken and dumplings I've ever had in my life. Fire the cook! They did have my favorite candy and the staff was friendly but them damn chicken and dumplings... (You know when you really want something that you haven't had in a while) Yuck McSucked! PSA Don't get the chicken and dumpling!
google avatar

Sandy D.

Yelp
I picked 2 sides; fried apples & hashbrown casserole. I said no to biscuits & corn muffins. Washed down with unsweetened iced t w/lemon which was just ok. I've had much better unsweetened iced t elsewhere. I highly recommend their fried chicken. As inflation hit us...so did the prices here at Cracker Barrel.

Yelp
Every Cracker Barrel around the country is amazing and this one was no different. The food is always fresh and hot, servers are on point and friendly at all times. The restaurant has a family feel with ample seating and games to keep you entertained at the table while you wait for your food. Or you can admire all the old time items that are all over the restaurant, taking you back in time. The country store has unique finds all the time, so many selections that I always end up buying something for the home!

Yelp
Our estimated wait time was 45 minutes after we ordered which was okay to deal with. When we finally got our food it was an extra hour wait and our food was cold and my soup was forgotten so we had to turn back around and get it. The mashed potatoes were solid and the okra was soggy. The chicken and dumplings were pretty solid too as well as the meatloaf. We haven't touched the rest of the food because we want to eat it when it's hot. The soup barely had anything in it. It was mainly tomato water. I don't know how they can charge an extra 1.99 for the soup to be lackluster and so bland like hot dog water. I've had better a experience dining in but to go was pretty bad this time when it really shouldnt have been. I guess our food was ready for a while but the staff didn't pack it and send it out til an hour later sadly. Free beignets with FREEBEIGNETS on to go orders though. They're okay tasting.

Yelp
The pancakes were actually really amazing tasting , the flavor was there but the texture was kind of soggy..luckily I'm actually a fan of 'soggy'pancakes, my son on the other hand didn't enjoy the texture. In reference to the photo: It was soggy before I added syrup, I added the syrup to help this soggy feel more 'because of syrup' and not because it was enclosed in a poorly ventilated container. The bacon was very "microwave" tasting so I'm not sure if I'll order takeout from here again. Maybe something more sustainable would have been a better takeout option.

Yelp
Got seated quickly on a Tuesday night. They weren't very busy. Sat there for over 5 minutes and was never approached by a waitress or waiter. I extended my patience more than normal because I really wanted it. When a waitress finally arrived, she helped the table behind me and member acknowledged I was there. Got up and left.

Yelp
Lately, this has been the go to spot for church fellowships, so this restaurant is doing something right. The pancakes are one of my faves along with the Southern Fried Chicken. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and patient as at almost every visit I am there with a large group. At my last visit, I had: White Cheddar Cheese Bites ($4.99) - lightly breaded white cheddar bites that is deep fried to a golden brown, served with buttermilk ranch - LOVED EVERY SINGLE ONE. The ranch takes it to the next level, but it's still banging without it. - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Southern Fried Chicken ($11.79 - comes with 2 sides) - Four hand-breaded pieces of bone-in chicken using CB's special recipe seasoning, fried golden and crisp. - PERFECTION. This is my second time having the chicken, so that tells you this is a winner. Breaded Fried Okra - Love the crispiness and taste. Steamed Broccoli - EXCELLENT. Yelp
This is a mixed review. Alianna was our server and she was awesome!! She was attentive, kind, and on top of it!! The kitchen must've been mixed up or backed up because our table of 8 had the food come out all about 15 minutes apart with items missing from everyone's meal. The manager came over (un-prompted) as the last plate was being delivered and had a very rude complex. Talking quietly saying "it was slow, what do you want me to do?" And when we asked her to speak louder because it was loud in the store she became even more rude and just kinds shoo'd us off. Allianna was great! Store was mostly clean. Food was good. Kitchen was confused. Manager was rude and off-putting.

Yelp
Arrived at about 12:30 and was seated at about 12:45(really fast time as they said it would take 35 minutes) waitress was slow getting to table. So we ordered our food along with the drinks and I ordered a house salad. The drinks came fast. But the salad came with the food (about 25 minutes after we ordered it.) brought by a different waitress.about 5 minutes later our waitress brought another salad as she didn't know we had our food.My wife needed a drink refill and I had to go to the waitress station to get it.two waitresses there on there phones one took the glass and said she would bring it to the table which she did 5 to 7 minutes later .come on folks the salad ought to get there before the food and somebody should be serving extra drinks

Yelp
Traveling through in our RV towing a truck. Read that it was okay to park here overnight, but wasn't really sure. I figured it would be better than a rest area on the Interstate and dinner to boot. Our set up was too big for the standard RV/bus parking slot, so we parked in the very back taking up a lot of car spots. We went in for dinner and asked for the manager and met a lovely young woman (I can't remember her name). She said where we were was fine and told us it was very safe in their lot and there was security cameras all around. Got a dinner of fried chicken and it was exquisite! Cracker Barrel never disappoints with their food! The waitress was amazing with top notch service. You can bet this Cracker Barrel will be my "halfway stop" from now on when traveling from FL to WV. I absolutely love it!

Yelp
Everything was sub-standard. Only given a fork --- how does one cut meat or butter a roll with a fork? No plates to put rolls on...just the dubious table.... Incredible how what used to be a premier restaurant was destroyed.

Allison R.

Yelp
This happened a few weeks ago but I can't let it go. I graduated a few Saturdays ago, and I wanted my family to go eat here to celebrate. My mom called the day before AND the day of to let them know there would be a large party (eight people). When we got there, we had to wait thirty minutes, which is to be expected when there is a large party. When we got seated, it took FIFTEEN MINUTES for someone just to come take our drink orders, and it wasn't even our waitress, it was a manager. By the time the food was ready, I was missing stuff off my plate, my stepmom never got her food, and everything took forever. Our waitress kept blaming the cooks and the manager, the manager kept blaming our waitress, it was just an all around awful experience. Normally I'm not a Karen or anything like that, but this was my graduation. I feel that eating this lunch with my family was ruined because of grown adults not taking accountability. Thank god they knocked half the bill off. I will NOT be returning.

Yelp
Service is so slow and rude food was under cooked and overcooked bill was not correct I never got napkins or straws after asking multiple time.

Yelp
Not sure what happened to Cracker Barrel's standards, but it seems they've taken a leave of absence. I arrived at the restaurant anticipating good service and a delicious Cracker Barrel meal. My name got put on a wait list, and told it was about a 10 minute wait. After 20 minutes, and seeing walk-ins getting seated, I asked about our table. Lo and behold, they had a table available. The server's demeanor was better suited for work at a mortuary; languorous is the word that comes to mind. Not to worry...I'd only see her three times; to take our order, deliver our food, and when I hailed her down so I could get the check. She was so absent I was expecting to see her photo in a milk carton. The food was eventually delivered after being aged the appropriate amount of time to get it to that perfect temperature --- just a tad warmer than room temperature. All except the broccoli. My wife's broccoli was scalding hot (after a few laps in the microwave?), while mine looked like it wilted under a heat lamp. My entree was meatloaf. How can you mess up meatloaf? Ask Cracker Barrel. The meat was dry. The sauce was even drier. It was warm (could have used a zap from the microwave instead a languishing under a heat lamp). After a heavy dose of ketchup it approached being palatable. We used to enjoy dining at Cracker Barrel. Hopefully this was a one off and we'll find a different Cracker Barrel that rises to the level of service and quality of food we've come to expect.

Cameron

Yelp
Me and my family used the app to put ourselves on the waitlist, it said it would be a 5 minute wait. When we arrived we were seated immediately. 15 minutes later our waitress came to us with our sweet teas because when we first ordered them, they were mixed with coffee. Yet every single tea came out still tasting of coffee. A bit later she brought out bread, with NO silverware and NO plates. She said that all of the dishes were dirty so we would be eating our appetizers and bread off of napkins. When our cheese bites (our appetizer) came, it tasted like they had been sitting out all day. After that we ordered our food. We waited OVER AN HOUR and we still did not get our food. The manager was called over and asked what we ordered and how long we had been there. She proceeded to ask the waitress where our food was.... OUR WAITRESS SAID SHE DIDNT KNOW WE ORDERED FOOD. We then walked out and went to Taco Bell. Worst experience ever and biggest waste of time.
google avatar

Jane S.

Yelp
Dinner from getting on the list to leaving was almost two hours which is WAY too long for a Cracker Barrel meal. The kitchen must have been running Ia skeleton crew so they were seating tables very slowly despite the dining room not being very full. The food took a very long time to come out. However, once we received our food it was very good. By far the best part of the evening was our server Troung (not sure if I spelled that correctly). This young man was so good! He had the entire back section of the building to himself and he still provided amazing service - even with the slow kitchen. At one point he had ten active tables going and we still received refills, our order was accurate and he was pleasant and friendly. He is a real asset to this location.

Yelp
On Sat Oct 22, 2022 we made the decision to eat at Cracker Barrel, the Rock Hill SC location. We used the call ahead seating which was reflecting a 20 minute wait. We called ahead at 7:05pm. We promptly jumped in the car and make the short journey to the restaurant. We went to the wait station and checked in. The folks at the time were being told it was a 45-50 min wait to be seated. Some stayed, most left. We were seated at 7:25 within 5 minutes of checking in......then the disaster began. We waited about 10 minutes before we saw a waitress. About 5 minutes later she stopped by to take our drink order. Another 10 minutes roll by before we got our drinks , and we placed our food order. After 35 minutes our waitress stopped by to tell us they burnt the cheese bites, and they were remaking them. Its now 8:30 and I am tired of waiting for food. We sat another few minutes, then headed for the door. I spoke to the female manager and while she did profusely try to apologize, she asked if she could have the food packed for takeout on her. Well we have to refuse the offer, because it was now 8:50pm and I had to leave. Its safe to say while we noticed many issues this night with all the tables, to be understanding is one thing. I have noticed that apparently people do not understand the concept of work, and this whole eating out in restaurants has gone downhill, especially since people were paid more NOT to work. Sad to see this American Icon of Good Southern Cooking fall to the bottom of chain restaurants. Poor Service - needs to have a valid training program. Could not comment on food after an Hour and a half, since we never received food, and it seemed like a challenge to get drink orders. I certainly do not plan on returning anytime soon.

Yelp
We have eaten in a ton of different locations of the Cracker Barrel and this one was towards the bottom of the list. We arrived and had to wait almost five minutes for the hostess in order to get our name on the waitlist. Once we were in the waitlist, it was a 25-30 minute wait. We used this time to explore the shop and play checkers on the porch with our children. That part was fun. When we were finally called for our table, they somehow mixed up our party and someone else. My husband was upset and explained that we were on our way to visit family hours away and have already wasted a ton of time in order to have dinner. Once we were able to order, our order came and was incorrect. The food Itself was good and just what we wanted, unfortunately the service left something to be desired.

Yelp
I came in to have a meal with my wife for Thanksgiving from Fort Mill, they told me they had a limited menu, ok no problem. Overall, the food was ok... Here's the issue... With my order we got to go sausage biscuits and gravy to take home...when we got home I ate one of the sausages and it was so off-putting and didn't taste at all like real sausage and the texture was horrible. So I looked at the receipt and it said "Impossible Sausage (2)" which is there vegetarian soy sausage ... which I have an allergy too...so I immediately threw it away... But here's the real issue, I called to get a refund, the person on the phone said "Well it's because they were out of real sausage"... ??? So in other words you gave me the veggie sausage on purpose, because of the limited menu, without even telling me. If we had known or been told this, we wouldn't have ordered it. tbh pretty dangerous, and we won't be back.

Carolyn W.

Yelp
7/4/2024 very poor service this morning. Waited over an hour for our food. Several orders were inedible and they were short staffed. The manager made minimum adjustments to our bills. They apologized for the poor service but the experience will not go unnoticed or forgotten. Will never return to the Rock Hill store again!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 1

Yelp
I mean it is what it is. It's a Cracker Barrel. The chicken and dumplings were blah. Needed more seasoning. My daughter liked them. She got the pot pie. It was way better but not as good as the pot pies our grocery store makes, according to my daughter. The biggest bummer - the golf tee game was not on any of the tables. Stupid covid. The fried apples slapped. The crust on the pot pie was flaky and buttery goodness. It wasn't all bad. Just not great. Also my daughter said the ice tea tasted like sink water. I thought it was a little weak. This will always be a last resort place for me. I'd rather find one off's or family owned places over a big chain. I did really love it when I was a kid.

Sharon G.

Yelp
Stopped here last night for dinner. Service wasn't up to par for Cracker Barrel. Waited 45 mins for chicken and dumplings and meat loaf. Also serve kept forgetting to bring out drinks - kept apologizing but kept forgetting them. When food finally arrived - looked like meatloaf had been sitting - very dry and all the good was just warm. Didn't send it back because server was so inattentive to her customers. Not a good place to stop. At 7:00 restaurant was not crowded so didn't understand why everything was just so so.

Yelp
Well it's been about a year since I went to this place after such horrible service and food. I'm sorry to say but they still suck! I ordered to go and they forgot to give me syrup for the blah pancakes so I had to go buy some at the closest store. The hash brown casserole was regular hash browns and they just topped it with bacon bits and some cheese that wasn't even melted. It didn't taste good. So, lesson learned. I just can't go back to this place.

Michael W.

Yelp
Worst experience ever! We waited 15 minutes after being sat to get our drinks. Despite that, the worst part, they wouldn't answer their phones. There was a continuous beeping sound from the phone being on hold. The waitress tried to tell us it was a biscuit timer. We could clearly see the phones lit up and the beeping sound was easily tracked back to the phones. This place, like so many others since Covid, has taken a sharp downhill turn. We were also handed plastic silverware to eat with. They told us that they would check to see if they had any clean! Other diners had real cutlery. Terrible terrible terrible. Stay away!!!

Cameron G.

Yelp
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I very rarely leave reviews to places but this felt necessary. If you are thinking about coming to this location, don't do it. My family and I came here a few months ago and the service was horrible and the food took an hour to come out. We gave it a few months and tried it again tonight in hopes that they got their act together. They didn't. Long wait time, no kids menu, horrible service.

Yelp
i used to love coming to cracker barrel as a kid, the food was always great and the service was always good. Tonight we came in and it took us 45 minutes for a table when they said it would only take 15 minutes, even though the place was dead silent. Once we finally got seated our waitress very rude and when she brought our food out 40 minutes later everything was freezing cold, she even forgot half of our order, and she forgot to bring things after we'd ask 3 times. DEFINITELY don't recommend.
google avatar

Jim B.

Yelp
This is the worst place! Food cold, wrong order, waited for over 10 min for drinks no utensils, no bread plates, when we finally got them, it was very dirty food stuck to the plate. When we complain they told us to call the 800 number, which we did and sadly, the serves on the phone were as bad as in the restaurant. No one answers you keep pressing button and go in circles, completely, ridicules! No such thing as southern hospitality at Cracker Barrel. They lost 3 customers over this!

Yelp
We had to watch 3 tables get sat after we had ordered our food eat, pay, & leave. I then went to the front to get the manager spoke to him and he said that he's going to take care of the issue...we had ordered our food 45 minutes ago at this point. The food comes out 5 minutes later and then my youngest daughters food doesn't come out. All three orders of the pancakes were cold and hard, my wife's eggs were uneditable, and the manger comes back out so we can inform him of these issues. They bring out some more pancakes and 8 minutes later my daughters grilled chicken tenders and okra finally come out. Server comes back out (we've been here now almost 1.5 hours) ask if we need anything else and we said the check (wasn't sure how long that would take) she pulls out the check from her apron and leaves. By far one of the worst experiences at a Cracker Barrel. Manager's name was Erwin. The cashier asked how it was and I informed her of everything that happened and she asked if the manager need to speak with us and I informed her he was serving us near the end. And she said, "oh no, well I hope you try us again"...would you? This was the Rock Hill, SC store #160

Justin P.

Yelp
Absolutely bomb. All the bad reviews lie. Best Cracker Barrel a man could ever ask for. So much food for so cheap. Best food. Best food you'll ever have.

Susan S.

Yelp
Cracker Barrel really needs serious kitchen help. That is the reputation of your business! Pay the extra money to get someone who knows what they're doing! I ordered takeout and my food was in very small portions which was unusual for Cracker Barrel. I ordered their strawberry shortcake since it looks so wonderful on their pictures. But what a joke! Do not waste your money and do not bother ordering it. I could not eat it, and trying to dress it up with ice cream did not help!! See picture. Awful.

Yelp
As usual, Cracker Barrel is located right off the Interstate. In this case, it's I-77, just south of Charlotte NC. This one was busy on a slightly overcast Saturday afternoon. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I sat in the rocking chairs out front for less than 15 minutes until my name was called. YMMV. Friendly service from an experienced waitress. I went with the Chicken BLT sandwich and it was a tasty pile of chicken breast, tomato, and bacon with plenty of cheese. And a big pile of steak fries on the side. A good portion here and enough sweet tea to refloat the Titanic.

Yelp
Ordered online. Food was ready about 30 minutes after the estimated time online. It was 1 order. Ok fine, I gave the benefit of the doubt because of employee shortage/people w Covid whatever. I'm giving this a 1 only because I'm sick and I was really craving chicken n dumplings. I got them, they were just cold. They tasted good, I'll give them that. Everything was cold. I also ordered a peach cobbler which came as a small bowl of syrup filled peaches and what looks like shriveled ice cream around the edges? I'm not even sure what this is, but I'd rather eat peaches straight out of a can w a spoon than the garbage I was given. The picture of the cobbler on the menu is def deceiving. I will include a picture of what I was given. I don't think we will be back here.

Yelp
5 stars, A+++ I have used this Cracker Barrel many times before & never had a problem... but I must say, thru this coronavirus epidemic, they've *really stepped up their game & I couldn't be more pleased! Offering family meals & even bringing it to your car (wearing gloves of course). My mother & I got the fried chicken family meal deal & it's enough to fed us all wknd, (3 days) for like $45, including tax & tip! AND we got 4 breakfast bowls! Thank you, management & employees at Cracker Barrel, Rock Hill, Mana Dr! You all really made this tough time a lil' easier w/ this! I will definitely be back!

Yelp
We've eaten at this location numerous times coming back from Charlotte. It's a nice and clean location. Food and service has always been good. I tried their rib-eye and the chicken breast in the last few weeks. Both have been good. I love their green beans. I do wish they had the cabbage every night instead of just on certain nights. My favorite part of Cracker Barrels is the shopping area. I can always find something that I want. I don't think I've ever stopped at a Cracker Barrels to eat that I didn't buy something else. Quick and Easy. We will be back!

Yelp
I was going to give Cracker Barrel at least three stars although the bathroom was dirty, waitress had an attitude and she kept messing up our orders....then she told me if my eggs weren't fried hard enough she could put them back in the microwave longer. MICROWAVE she has to be mistaken. I will NEVER order eggs from Cracker Barrel again Side note~we came with a Boxing team of at least 13 young boys so attitude and messing orders up completely understandable. The eggs tho are not!!!

Yelp
I'm definitely a fan of Cracker Barrel - I know what to expect when I pull into any CB parking lot. I love the great food, the awesome service, and the cute little shop to lounge around in if you need to wait for a table. Cracker Barrel is good for breakfast in the middle of the day or late at night, and is always good for the most excellent sweet tea. The only thing I'd change about Cracker Barrel locations is better signage from the interstate and main roads to get to the restaurant...I've made more than one wrong turn trying to get to that yummy goodness.

Yelp
I am reviewing alone that our pick up time said 5:15 (placed order at 4:30) and it wasn't ready until 6! When you are feeding two small children, time is of the essence. I didn't love their green bean casserole but fried okra and pancakes good. My husband liked his fried chicken. We will not return based on timing issues.

Yelp
Cracker Barrel has a lil something for everybody. It has a lot of somethings for me! I usually fast until noon but I made an exception for Cracker Barrel!! I got Grandma's sampler, enjoying some fluffy pancakes along with a lil bit of everything else. Cody was our server - best I've ever had at a brunch spot! He was polite, quick, and attentive to our needs. He brought our breakfast experience from great to AMAZING. Thanks Cody and Cracker Barrel.

Yelp
I've been going to this Cracker Barrel since I was young, and it has seriously fallen off. The grilled chicken tenderloins used to be my favorite, but now they are bland and colorless, they used to be dark and sweet and sticky. The restaurant is never particularly clean. Service is fine. Probably won't go back, this put me off of CB for a while.

Yelp
Back again for breakfast this time... And we've been sitting here 40 minutes. We've seen our server twice - once to take our order ten minutes after we were seated, and again when she brought coffee. Which is gone. No food. They aren't busy, and we seem to not exist. I don't know what the deal is, but it seems every time we come, the service gets worse and worse. I don't know if they aren't training their staff to actually serve customers or if the managers are just so bad that they don't care, but something's gotta give. Oh, wait...our server just came back and refilled my coffee halfway with cold coffee. Yay. I don't think we'll be coming back until these people can get it together.

Yelp
Highly disappointed that they got rid of the sunrise sampler in the restaurant but I could still order it online for pick up
