I had a good kombucha session with Winnie. She shared a lot of tips that she learnt in her 20 years of brewing which I wouldn’t have known from scouring online. Many of these are tips that non-local brewers wouldn’t have known. Truly enjoyed my session and looking forward to brewing my own kombucha

Recently attended the kimchi making workshop and did not realise it was so easy to make delicious kimchi! Appreciate the owner Winnie's efforts in making the workshop interesting and informative. All of us were tempted to finish all the kimchi before end of the class.
I also bought some ready-to-drink kombuchas and milk keffirs to try out (with some skeptism). And within the next few days, unknowingly and surprisingly my year-long hand eczema issue started to clear up! It was such a relief for me after bearing the eczemas for so long.
So I will continue to purchase and consume the kombuchas and milk keffirs until the next kombucha workshop is open for registration.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for Kefirs. They are more fresh than what's on the isles of Cold Storage or Fair Price. Amazing!
