Leah Chase Is Turning 95 and You’re Invited to the Party - Eater New Orleans
"Craft Beer Cellar, a chain of craft beer retailers, will land in a 2,700 square foot space on Magazine Street near Washington Avenue by the end of the month. Brothers and owners David, Pat, and Matthew Boudreaux say to expect lots of craft beer in bottles, kegs, and cans; a smaller selection of wines and liquors from small producers; and beer tastings and classes." - Stephanie Carter
Such a dope store. Their selection is really impressive, featuring beer from all sorts of far reaching places. The staff is very knowledgeable, and on a hot day that ac is godlike😇 Great place to get a night on magazine started!

While staying in New Orleans it was difficult to find ciders, and gluten free drinks. The Craft Beer Cellar had the largest assortment of ciders and gluten free drinks! My partner, loving microbrews, loved that collection of microbrews! Not to worry, if you are looking for your mainstream drinks they have those as well. A little bit of everything for everyone.

Decent selection of beer, but their fridge doesn't keep them cold. The cashier was cold and unhelpful when trying to find a restroom.

This place is great. Love the wide selection of beers from the area and outside. I didn’t know much about the local beer, so asked the friendly guy in there what was good and I walked out with all of his recommendations. I was not disappointed in the beers I consumed from here. I went back again the next time I was in the area to grab a few more beers. Looking forward to going back.

Inviting looking store and good local beer selection. If you are not a local...its probably not your stop because both of the guys working made it clear tourists were not welcome. I even complimented the store to one of them and he just shrugged me off. Four of us still bought beers.
A store is only as good as the people working it.

Very friendly and helpful. All their beers are available as single bottles or cans. Some wine and cider is for sale as well. Select beers are able to be bought as a growler. Careful of parking on Magazine . The meter maids are usually close by and you will be ticketed for failure to pay for curbside parking.

Very impressive selection of craft beer and wine. Very knowledgeable staff and loved they could recommend many options. Only con is parking because this is a busy area and only street parking you have to pay for. Otherwise definitely a place to visit.

They are still in the process of filling the place out, but already their selection far exceeds anything in the area. They have a friendly staff that is available to help if you need it. I can’t overstate how excited I am to have this bottle shop in the neighborhood, and I look forward to frequenting this spot.
