"So it's a bit of a trek to Greenwich Peninsula, but as far as London's big-name developers are concerned, it won't feel that way in a few years. The first top-notch restaurant to land in the area is a collaboration between chef Stevie Parle and London's designer of the moment, Tom Dixon. Diners are treated to beautiful views of the city from the depths of Dixon's sumptuous, and a touch 70's interiors, not to mention an entirely local, British meal that is Parle's specialty. Everything from the honey, to the cheese, to the salt and pepper is sourced nearby by suppliers as nutty about quality as Dixon and Parle. Be sure to hit the bar on the top floor before dinner for well-crafted cocktails and the best sunset views."

Instead of an exhibition, we saw heaps of garbage and dirt.
old open smelly bottles of alcohol...
garbage and leftover food on the table.
Why should children see this?
Do you have a liquor license? Why did the alcohol stay open until the morning?

The Craft Central will cease trading for good at the end of March 2024. It's such a shame. Back in the days, it was a hub of vibrant creativity, designed to nurture emerging talent.
Since it moved location, it became tired, old and cliche. It lacked any diversity. Diversity in users and management.
It's closure is enevitable and it won't be missed

I've been a studio occupant for 2 years and I love this facility. I'm a personal trainer, yoga instructor and sports massage therapist and the space is perfect for me to run my business from. The rates are good and include bills, so I don't have to deal with this separately. The building is a fantastic space, very open and light inside. The people who run the facility are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you're looking for a work place or desk.

Excellent winter market! Lovely to meet so many craftmakers, and the mulled wine and Japanese cakes were super comforting. A highlight of the pre-Xmas season in East London

I'm only in 3weeks and absolutely LOVE the place. A fantastic building that consists of various sized self-contained studio units, hot-desking areas and communal zones such as workshops, gallery/exhibition space and kitchen area.. These and all bills are inclusive in the rent you pay which is pretty darn decent for London! Having had to manage all those separately in my last place, this place is a godsend! It's absolutely perfect for creatives and small businesses so if you're looking for a place to work and grow, I would highly recommend it. Great transport links, 24 hour secure access. The CC crew are also incredibly friendly, welcoming and supportive - making you feel right at home. I really look forward to my time here and getting to know everyone in due course. :)

Nice creative space. I attended a workshop in one of the rooms at the ground floor.

A fantastic space for artists and craftspeople. We went to a small Japanese craft exhibition held here. Excellent food on offer (it was Japanese, and most likely changes. I'm not sure) though it is a little crowded in the food corner when it gets busy.

The Forge is a great place to work with spacious newly built studio units, hot desks, meeting rooms and exhibition space. The building has been adapted to fit an array of studios for designers, makers and small businesses and has great breakout spaces to network and meet the other tenants. There is also 24 hr access for studio holders and good security. The staff are friendly and helpful, with the Craft Central organisation providing regular opportunities for markets and fairs.
