We Yelped this place before coming and boy, it was worth every penny! Get a little bit of this and a little bit of that! We we pretty impressed with charcuterie assortment to start! Not to mention, they are vegan/vegetarian friendly which is good for our group! Tom, our waiter, was fantastic and very patient with us to the very end (split our check four ways!)! Look at the menu before you go, but I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Just check my photos...and then try it for yourself!

Say yes to the fried chicken, spicy Thai wings, cheese dip with house made chips and pretzels. The biscuits and gravy are delicious also. Great cocktails, great staff and cool vibe too. One of my favorite spots in Vegas.

Nice gastro pub in the Hard Rock Hotel. Vegetarian options available, and more than the usual rabbit food. Vegan green curry was delicious! The Soft Pretzels with Provolone Fondue was A HUGE portion! Definitely one to share with a table. Sweet Corn Ravioli, and an assortment of small bites, and we were all stuffed. Beer selection is heavy on the hoppy side, not much for the malty beer drinkers. But they have the standard Guinness on tap.

Gina our waitress and Sarah our hostess were amazing. Their level of customer service goes beyond from what you would expect from a busy restaurant inside a casino. They made myself and my group feel welcomed. These are the type of employees that any interprise would want representing them in the front line because of their loyalty and care for their clients.

Short rib hash from the brunch menu. I got mine with an egg over easy instead of sunny side up. It looks small but definitely a lot of food. I had a pineapple and a passion fruit mimosas and both went well. I didn't give this place 5 stars because even though the food was plenty and came out pretty fast and hot, there were too many elements to the dish that didn't fit together in my opinion.

YES. Everything was good. We had 36 hr ribs and tacos. Smashed Irishman drink is delicious. Our table got a ton apps to share like fondue, beets, brussels, all delicious. Service was great, staff was friendly. A solid dinner in the middle of a million options.

Went here on a Monday night. Very slow night with quick service. Jake was my server, very attentive. Upon entry to the restaurant, I was quickly seated. Decor was very modern. Noticed a few games of cornhole there. Very laid back environment. Great cocktail drinks available. I opted for the classic Moscow mule accompanied with the fries chicken. Sides were coleslaw, mashed, potatoes, and a biscuit. Let’s start with the drink: very fresh ginger and mint. Mixed perfectly. The slaw was slapping, mashed potatoes were a little bland for my taste, the biscuit was amazing. Now the chicken: phenomenal. The menu alerts you that this takes a little bit longer to prepare, “be patient.” It was worth the wait for sure. This was perfectly crispy chicken drizzled in honey. Major brownie points for having several different hot sauces for people. I was offered tobasco, sriracha, and some other stuff I never heard of. Fire, fuego, flames fried chicken.... This was a heart plate, as there was a breast, thigh, and leg. Enough for me to take leftovers up to my room.

Delicious ribs, delicious fried chicken and great cocktails. One of my new favorites. Definitely worth the trip slightly off the strip in the Hard Rock.

Three stars for the atmosphere, the Decor and the possibilities. The service was ambivalent at best. We were seated and waited a solid 10 minutes before anybody wanted by and finally we flagged somebody down and they found our waiter. There was only three tables in the whole place and it was dinner time. There was a chef making handmade ravioli within our view which was really kind of interesting although the guy could not have looked anymore bored if he tried. Like he was literally falling asleep standing up he was so bored. But I guess that's not the most fun job on the planet however he did a good job making that ravioli and while I didn't try it I bet it was fantastic. We tried some nachos first and then a couple sandwiches with fries. The nachos came out downright cold. I don't mean a little bit cold I mean like fresh out of the refrigerator cheese sauce cold I don't know what happened. In theory they could've been good but it was just not good even the chips were ice cold like the whole plate had been refrigerated. I noticed that their window for food service does not have a heater in it so I expect maybe all the plates get set on that ledge in the air-conditioning blows right on it and next thing you know it's arctic freeze. The sandwiches burgers and fries were all fairly cold as well but by that time we were ready to get out and go to our concert. We ordered some truffle fries I think and they brought regular fries so when they brought out the replacement those were hot and fresh and those were delicious. I think this restaurant could be great with some better management. We didn't really see the management the entire time we were there and the waiter kind of disappeared for a while several times. I won't be back unless they change management. What I noticed was that every single one of the staff was so ambivalent. Like I feel like they are just working out their contract because the place is due to close shortly so they just don't care. They know there's not gonna be repeat customers so why bother to try hard? That's a shame. If you're going to close down just do it don't talk about it and then do it a month later because everybody gets short timers disease.

Nice chill spot located inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino for now, soon to be Virgin Hotel. About a month ago this place was Culinary Dropout...which appears they have dropped off and Craft and Community swooped in and took control. Some menu items are still the same and is still located off the main table games area, with patio seating next to the pool. We ordered a a few items from the uber friendly servers and before we knew it the food was delivered. I tried the truffle Parmesan fries which were delicious 4/5 and the cucumber relish hummus with pita bread, 4/5 with plenty of relish atop the hummus. My colleagues tried the craft burger and the chicken club. Census was the next visit they would both get the craft burger which you have the option to add an egg too.

Went to this newly named restaurant inside the Hard Rock casino. Usually not a huge fan of strip restaurants bc they are way over priced and never up to my standards. However..This is an exception. We topped by before a show so we were ok on time but everything came out pretty fast anyway. Ordered the pretzels w/cheese sauce -so yummy, came w/tiny tea light warmer. Soft thick pretzels...the quesadillas w/short ribs inside so good but they're were only "3". Hard to share when there was 2 of us haha. Then the Parmesan truffle fries. We killed it all! Our bar server was "Bri" who was not only beautiful but friendly and hard working as well. She rocked! I will def be back. I really hope when they change over to Virgin they keep this place it was delish!

Although the future of every eatery inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino hangs in the balance it was earlier than anticipated that Sam Fox's Culinary Dropout "dropped out," an overnight shutter seeing Morton's Restaurant Group step-up and take over with some inside help from the Executive Chefs of soon-to-be Virgin Hotel. Dubbed Craft + Community Bar and Grill, a name likely to last until 2020 sees the property's temporary shutter, guests entering the space immediately off the gaming floor will quickly see little has changed from prior occupants, everything from artwork to management maintained though the menu has already seen some adjustments. Open at 11:30am on weekdays and an hour earlier on Saturday or Sunday, Brunch then running until 3pm, Craft + Community looks to bring Las Vegas all the elements of a backyard party and between its seamless indoor-outdoor environment and frequent live entertainment the vibe is no doubt lively while service is attentive, well-informed and friendly. Focused on American fare with a middle-of-the road price-point, Appetizers, Salads and Sandwiches ranging $8-18 with Entrees approximately $10 more, it was with Iced Tea and a pair of Fruit-forward Cocktails in hand that things were underway no more than fifteen minutes after seating, a "Community Board" for $35 soon to arrive with enough Charcuterie, Cheese, housemade Bread and Condiments for four. Impressed by ingredient quality, though slicing skills leave something to be desired with Bresaola in particular a bit too thin and frayed at the edges, it was after finishing off the last of creamy Beemster and Beets that two Sandwiches arrived, the Lamb Gyro comparable to anything one will find at a local Greek spot while Prime Rib and melted Swiss comprising the French Dip are plenty moist even before being plunged into Au Jus. Not a spot for shortcuts, the fluffy Roll and Pita both made in Hard Rock's Bake Shop while Fries are cut by hand, it was with share plates reset that Soup and Entrees arrived, Chipotle Chicken Chowder unfortunately proving a bit too spicy for timid tastes while Meatloaf generously topped with housemade Ketchup and golden Fried Chicken are both amongst Sin City's best, the latter in particular thanks to a generous spice profile that penetrates deep below the Breading whether light Meat or dark. Smartly sticking with Mickey Harden for Dessert, the man in charge of almost everything sweet at 4455 Paradise Road again showing up in a big way without commanding any credit, it is from his "Craft Box" that guests will be happy to share Brittle, Caramel Popcorn and Bourbon Caramel Bacon Bark while the decadent S'mores Cake and tangy Strawberry Lemonade Pudding are also well-portioned but so enjoyable that more than one might be necessary to avoid fighting over the last bite.

We visited CRAFT before the Magic Mike Live show for drinks and an early dinner. 5 stars for our server! He was excellent. The dining room is inviting, with a great ambiance, but was virtually empty. Not a good sign at dinner time. My Moscow Mule arrived in a tall glass, not the traditional copper mug. It wasn't cold and tasted watered down. I asked about the lack of a copper mug, and was told that diners tend to steal them, so they are served in glassware. Okkayyyy. I ordered the steak salad. The steak was good. The salad was a bit wilted and did not taste fresh. My friend's steak tacos were way too spicy and a very small portion. Overall, disappointing experience.

Used to be Culinary Dropout, one of the ideas of Fox Restaurant Concepts. They haven't changed the restaurant much at all. I love the vibe here. Hip and casual. Great design and fixtures. Servers have no uniform... or dress code for that matter. It's cool, just a little confusing who is staff and who is guest. Service was great. I shared their Southern Fried Chicken with a friend and they split the entree for us onto two plates. Very considerate. They cut the breast in half and gave one of us the thigh and the other the drumstick, and gave us equal portions of coleslaw and mac n' cheese. The fried chicken was really good. They brine their chicken so the meat is nice and juicy. But I'm coming back specifically for their coleslaw and mac n' cheese. Probably the best coleslaw I've ever had. I think they put apples in it. Their mac n' cheese has that silky smooth texture that the blue box stuff you make at home has but without the bright artificial orange color and much better flavor. Ended with their Strawberry Lemonade Pudding Cake which I thought I'd be disappointed with for some reason. It was so good! Served in a mason jar, it reminded me of a tres leches cake- cake soaked in a thin lemon pudding then topped with fresh whipped cream, macerated strawberry and candied slivers of almonds. I hope this restaurant survives the hotel's transition to a Virgin property late next year.

My friend and I weren't super impressed here. We decided to eat and grab a drink before a concert, so we sat at the bar on the outside. It took our bartender forever to greet us, and then forever to get our drinks and orders. The bartender actually dropped a glass on the floor behind the bar, and the entire hour and a half we were there nobody cleaned it up the broken glass. It was just poor service all around. My friend got the steak tacos and was disappointed when three small tacos arrived with no sides, for $19. If they would've offered rice and beans, or anything, he probably would've taken the up charge. I got the turkey melt. It was a high quality turkey melt, but it needed more sauce because it was kind of dry. Not sure if this place is staying or going after the remodel, but hopefully it's going and turning into something better.

Had a group business dinner here a few days ago. We got a preset menu. I had the fried chicken and it was super tasty. Crispy on the outside, super moist inside. Server was great too. We had a great time.

Stopped in after watching the final game of the college basketball tournament. We were practically the last to come in and glad that we made it in time before closing. The atmosphere is fun. The food was delish. The customer service was great. MENU: Short Rib Nachos: absolutely delicious! the only sad part about this dish is that I had to share. (large enough to share) Roasted Salmon: large portion of salmon with healthy veggies. seasoned perfectly. not a drop left of this. Grilled Steak Tacos: 3 tacos, didn't get a chance to taste these, but they were gobbled up instantly and were said to be amazing. The backyard was open and there were few people out there enjoying the games. We did order a few drinks as well. The one i really wanted, they had ran out of the mix for it, but the bartender suggested another and it was a success on his part, because it was a delicious one. I want to say it was the "can't stop be now" I know they used the Ancho liquor or syrup or whatever it might be lol. If you are staying at the hard rock or happen to be near the area this is a chill and relaxed not too overpriced restaurant to stop into and enjoy a few items off the menu.

I was so impressed with the food at Craft + Community that I ate here twice during a *very* short trip to Vegas. I ordered the kale salad and was shocked at how big it was, especially for the price of $13 (normally pricey for a salad, but this thing was HUGE). Our server was good, the soundtrack playing in the background was delightfully 90s-tastic, and even though the place was packed, I still felt like most of our requests were honored in a timely fashion. Definitely a surprise for a restaurant inside a hotel, that really doesn't have to try hard to attract a clientele because they're all staying there already anyway....color me pleasantly surprised :)

We came here for dinner last night just before our show. The atmosphere is a bit romantic mixed with rustic. They have lit candle on every table that add to the romantic aesthetic. We were greeted by the hostess right away and seated in a table so that we could face the performer they had on the stage(some guy playing a guitar and singing covers of 90s songs) . They explained to us that everything on the menu is hand crafted in house. We ordered the pretzels and cheese, our favorite part of all the food. For our main dishes, I ordered the chicken club sandwich and my date got their pizza. The chicken club had bacon on it that was cooked to be extra crispy. Our waitress was attentive and we never had to wait for her for anything. We had asked about their outside seating but they told us that it wasn't open, which was weird to me being that it was a Saturday night.

LOVED the atmosphere and the set up of the indoor/outdoor seating. My husband ordered the ribeye and I ordered the fish and chips. His steak came out pre cut, and according to the recipt, was hanger steak. For the price, it wasnt worth it. It came with truffle fries...which was more of a mayo aioli with horseradish and the truffle...he wiped as much of it off as possible, as he dislikes mayo. I loved my fish and chips, which came with coleslaw and a really great tarter sauce. We decided we would definitely try it again, but stay away from the "ribeye".

This place is great. We came here for happy hour and it was awesome. Really good drinks and apps. We got the hot wings which were awesome, the brussels sprouts were insanely good and the street corn was a hit. We were pleasantly surprised. The service at the bar was really good too

Loved the Chicken Chipotle Soup and the Southern Fried Chicken, the service was excellent. I forgot the name of the Bartender, she was super nice and friendly. Made me nice Bacon Bloody Maries. Great job!!

Terrible experience, we ordered and waited over an hour for our food....for take out! Servers were inattentive and a poor experience all around. Goto one of the surrounding restaurants.

My friends and I enjoyed all the dishes we ordered here. All the dishes are flavorful, not too rich or salty. We had nachos, spicy Brüssel spout, French dip sandwich. Good wine too. Nice dinner with reasonable price. This became instantly our favorite restaurant in HRH.

This place was ok since culinary dropout left . Would love to see try this place again on a better note with great food selections and drinks that went away

Love this place! You have to try the pretzels and cheese fondue ! It's amazing ! That cheese you can eat with a spoon!!! Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful!!

Waitress Lauren was amazing took care of us and went above and beyond couldn't be happier food tasted amazing the ribs recommended by Lauren were perfect fell off the bone

The original name is Clulinary Dropout. The ambiance is great, however the food is mediocre and really expensive. My husband and I had 2 drinks, pretzels/cheese, street tacos, and fish and chips $130. You can go to steak house for that price.

Loved this place when it was Culinary Dropout. Decor and food still the same but the service wasn't good... got a nasty response when I asked if they had a locals discount. Server dropped one of our entrees.. He apologized and brought another but in the meantime we waited to eat until the new arrived. No offer of compensation for this inconvenience. Food is great but service needs to improve.

I went with two friends before a show at The Joint. First off, our server... Joseph ... was super!! Very attentive although he was VERY busy. One friend just had light bites: Korean Brussels Sprouts, Street Corn and a Short Rib Quesadilla. He said they were ALL great...and he had a couple of beers as well. My other friend ordered the Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes (which is what I was thinking about ordering.) He said it was good, too. I had their Avocado Toast (starter) as my entree, with a House Salad (I opted for no cheese and their Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette dressing since I don't eat dairy.) These were EXCELLENT CHOICES. The Avocado toast was a thick slice of smoky, grilled bread with avocado (of course,) tomato, & arugula...topped with a perfectly done sunny side up egg. And my salad was very generous: mixed greens with thinly sliced carrots (of different colors,) tomato and chopped cucumbers. We all cleaned our plates. Then we had a great time at the Joint. Can't say enough about our wonderful evening. Well played Hard Rock Hotel.
