Perfect balance of flavor, service, and atmosphere We had dinner outside and everything was exceptional. We ordered the Deluxe Veggie Pizza, which truly lived up to its “supreme” name, thin, crisp crust with perfectly roasted vegetables, rich flavor, and just the right amount of cheese. It felt gourmet yet comforting. Our waiter recommended pairing it with a Tank 7 beer and a Sidebar 20, and both drinks elevated the meal beautifully. The Tank 7 added a refreshing, citrusy contrast to the pizza’s depth, while the Sidebar 20 brought a smooth, elegant finish. The service was polished but friendly, and the atmosphere struck that rare balance between luxurious and welcoming. It’s clear the staff take pride in both presentation and experience. If you’re visiting The Post Oak Hotel, or just looking for a high-end spot in Houston to unwind with excellent food and drinks, this place is an absolute must.

F&B at the Post Oak Uptown Hotel has become one of our family’s favorite spots! 🍔🍕 Their burgers and pizzas are truly delicious. Especially the Bizon Burger – it’s honestly the best burger we’ve ever had. The pizzas are just as amazing, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. This is a really neat little craft beer restaurant. I got the veggie pizza and it was delicious! Service was on point and the atmosphere was very nice and comfortable.

This establishment offers an excellent setting for enjoying a burger and a cold beverage. The bison and bacon burgers were truly delightful, featuring seasoned, double patties that were incredibly juicy, all perfectly complemented by the bread. The sweet potato fries, Java beer, and Hefe were also delicious. They certainly demonstrate a remarkable skill in crafting a burger, making it one of the most enjoyable I have tasted in years.

My husband and I had date night at Craft and it didn't not disappoint. Shout out to the staff specifically the manager/bartenders, for exceptional service. I hate it dont remember there names. I made a reservation not knowing the available seating for a Friday night but to our surprise there was adequate sitting. We decided to sit at the bar instead which wasnt a problem. The manager/bartender diligently checked in with us to confirm the change and that our experience was enjoyable. We appreciated the staffs attentiveness and follow through during our visit. We ordered the wings, onion rings, and pizza... Everything was hot and tasty. We will definitely be back.

I sat at the bar and watched cowboys play the Vikings to a draw during the first half of a Sunday night football game. I had two beers while there. Both were draft and good. One was a triple, the other a hefe. I had the fish and chips. This included what I would call a tasty house ketchup, a vinegar, lemon wedges, and tartar sauce. The croutons eluded me, but they looked nice in the jar, so I took a picture.

Nice unpretentious spot inside the Post Oak Hotel for a chill date night or night out with a friend just to grab something to eat. Came here on a Thursday night. Crowd was perfect. Service was kind. They validate parking. Food was good. The tacos and empanades were well seasoned.

We visited this bar with the intention of finding just good bar food. Unexpectedly, the food exceeded my expectations. We ordered wings, tacos and waffle fries. We didn't order much but the garlic parm wings and hot wings were extremely saucey and delicious. It had tons of flavor. The size of the wing itself was quite large and was dipped with a lot of flavor. 9 wings came in the appetizer. We also ordered the surf and turf tacos. I absolutely recommend this. Unfortunately, I only had one because I had to share with the hubby but I will definitely order these again . The service was good considering it was a bar. The establishment was nice and clean and placed perfectly in the post oak hotel. If I am ever in the area again, I would happily visit again and explore more of their menu. I'll rate this establishment happily with 5 stars for great food, a full bar, great service and a clean and comfortable atmosphere.

Excellent burger. Cooked medium as requested. The steak fries were served hot and the portion was good but some of them were cooked more (better) than some others. Likely due to slice thickness but I'd hoped they'd figured out how to get this right when fries do not come with the burger. I also tasted the waffle fries that my friend ordered. Those were good. They were complimentary of their burger as well. I was served ranch when I asked for mayo when I placed my order. The smoked old fashioned was pretty good. However, the bar service was super slow. We got drinks after entrees. I would've probably been about half way through my burger (if I wasn't waiting for mayo) by the time drinks made it to the table. It didn't appear to be terribly busy but I understand the bartender may have been making drinks for people not physically in this restaurant. I'd definitely try a pizza next time. Plenty of good views for game watching.

The hotel is gorgeous and a must visit. But if you want to come casual and watch some games come in to the Craft. I was too underdressed for the bar but they have options. The wait staff was amazing and even went to another bar to get me lemon cello. There is a reason they are the number one hotel and spa in Texas. Go see for yourself.

Five craft stars for Jade!! Such a kind, sweet server who made our meal special. Nice to spend a quiet Saturday afternoon with family for a birthday lunch. The fish and chips were so fresh and hot. The large pieces of fish had the perfect amount of crispy breading. So good with the malt vinegar, tartar sauce and fries. The kielbasa hot dog was a good choice as well. Both were served on the cutest wooden craft boards. The boards would be great for a charcuterie board as well. Need a refreshing drink on a hot, humid day in Houston? Try a mock-tail. The pineapple mule was a great choice. So nice to be able to sit in the shade and just enjoy life. Thankful for the breeze during lunch. Amazing burgers and the Jumbo pretzel is just so good!! Good cocktails and the service is always top notch!

Met up with another here for a quick semi casual bite inside the Post Oak Hotel. One can try to park in one of the shared open parking spaces nearby and walk to the restaurant, but the are limited and fill up rather quickly, so your only other option is to valet with the hotel. This bar and restaurant is fairly small in term of the dining room, but the plentiful bar seating plus outdoor seating make up for it. Several televisions in the bar area play sports, so there's an opportunity to catch a match. There aren't any big screens, so to speak, but they are suitable. The menu is fairly straight forward, with familiar bar bites including shareable pub fare, salads, burgers, and pizzas. I opted for the Salmon and Pearl Couscous salad, while my dining partner ordered the #1 Burger and added fries, since they are not included with the burger. While bringing out our order, our server noticed the missing salmon from my salad right before setting it down in front of me. He apologized and took it back to the kitchen. My dining partner meanwhile, was served his gigantic burger. This was one tall burger! There appeared to be a nice sear on the smashed beef patties. I sampled some fries while waiting for my salad, and unfortunately they were the thick slabs type that I don't particularly enjoy-- no crispiness whatsoever. When my salad was finally brought out, it was quite tasty! The salmon was cooked perfectly and was nice and soft! The dressing, bits of olives, tomatoes, croutons, crumbled feta, scattering of couscous, and greens complimented the protein well. My signature cocktail was well crafted and tasty with just the right kick. Service was not as attentive as more guests arrived, but the staff was very pleasant from start to finish. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you're staying in the hotel and prefer a little more casual fare than the other surrounding restaurants.

Most hotel restaurants are sub par but this place got it right. A nice casual option for grabbing a burger and watching a game. They have a pretty good selection of local craft beer which is great. Service, when I went, was decent. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a sports bar. People having fun and talking loud. Food was really good too!

Good food friendly service Rolls Roys cars in the lobby connected to Post Oak hotel menu has gourmet burgers and pizza. This is a high end place with fish & steak selection excellent beer and wine don't need to leave the hotel walk through lobby to get there we had fun warm wooded bar area.

Rustic wood tables & high top bar. Wooden tables overlook the bar in this rather small burger/pizza/flatbread restaurant located inside the Post Oak Hotel. Valet parking is necessary, the restaurant validates the first hour, the $6 after per hour. Service: Was slow, very slow & it wasn't packed. There was 1 waiter, he wasn't overly friendly & didn't write down our order so it was all wrong. Didn't complain or send it back, just adjusted the burger myself. Turkey Burgers: (I ordered 2, one to eat there and 1 to-go $15 ea) Both burgers were highly overcooked & dry. They were very lacking with the cranberry sauce that was supposed to be on the burger it was so dry I had to request mayo to literally be able to swallow without chocking because the bread is very this & dry also even though very soft on the outside the bun was burnt around the edges (not good) had to pull off the burnt pieces of bread to eat the burger. Bison burger: Cooked well great flavor but it included everything and when ordering I asked to eliminate some items, that was not done. It's a messy burger so be ready for dripping everywhere. Waffle fries: appeared to be fried in old grease so they had an after taste & came to the table absolutely cold. Onion rings: Love these kind, smooth battered and sweet. However, same issue as the fries, cold & old grease flavor. I wasn't able to eat the fries or the onion rings COLD, huge disappointment. Even though both burgers had very good flavor, the burned dry turkey I won't order again & will request fries be hot when ordering. That is if I decide to return. I'll try the grilled chicken burger next time. Hope your experience is better than mine. I had high hopes seeing others reviews.

Burger was pretty darn good... I can say the same for the pizza with huge slices of pepperoni (although I prefer my toppings a little more well done from a wood oven) It was the service that nearly ruined the night. Our server seemed a little lost or aloof. Drinks took forever. We watched our pizza sit under the heat lamp for about five minutes which normally wouldn't be a big deal, but the place only had about two other tables with people in it. (Should have been a sign I guess). The table next to us didn't get bussed until we were nearly done with our meal which didn't help with the flying insects. We laughed about how slow the service was after the fact bc again, it's just food... but c'mon... in an area like post oak, you expect better. Should realistically be two stars, but the food was 3.5 stars, so I'll leave it at that.

I had such a great time at Craft F&B. Nick was taking care of us, and he did such an impeccable job! The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect. Nick did not disappoint one bit. Always served with a smile and was so accommodating! If Nick is there, it'll always be a 5 star experience.

Great vibe and menu options. I wasn't a fan of the empanadas because they were baked by that was a personal preference. The fish and chips was pretty good and bison burger gets two thumbs up as well. The beer list and cocktail menu has something for everyone.

Came here for dinner last night after a recommendation from a friend that wanted to try it out. It's located in the Post Oak hotel so you'll more than likely need to valet for parking. My friend paid $25 for the valet but I could've sworn last time I came here the Parking was validated if you ate at one of the restaurants (or at least discounted) but don't quote me. The restaurant itself is a little small on the inside, almost like a bar. They do have a patio outside if you wanted to sit outdoors as well. Our waiters name was Aiden and he was the sweetest, giving excellent service and helpful with recommendations. We started off with onion rings and the Junk fries for our appetizers and both were delicious. The onion rings were served with a poblano aioli sauce and it was magnificent. The junk fries were also Amazing! it was loaded with some kind of pico, meat, and a delicious cheesy type sauce (maybe similar to ranch I'm not sure) but it gave loaded baked potato vibes and I was all the way here for it. For my meal I ordered the "whatever the hell you want" pizza which is a pizza that that you can create with unlimited toppings. Soo the pizza wasn't bad but I felt like there was so much potential for it and something was just missing for me. For starters, it was actually a very pig portion for the crust I chose (which was thick crust). So big that it could definitely be split between two people. My friend got the cauliflower crust and that one was much smaller (like a personal size pizza for one person). I chose mozzarella sauce as my base but I did not taste it at all! Either they used the wrong sauce or it's so light that it's not even noticeable but my pizza kinda gave like a plain low-fat sauce type of vibe. Also I asked for jalapeño peppers which I noticed they put but they were cut soo but that I couldn't enjoy it. I also usually like mine cooked or distilled or something but this looked like they just cut the peppers fresh and threw it right in the pizza. Lastly, I think the crust of the pizza was very flimsy so it was hard to eat each slice without all the toppings falling off. I took my left overs home and air fried it so they made it a little more so idk but nonetheless still a little difficult to eat. Overall the restaurant was pretty cool and I heard good things about the burgers so I may come back and try them another time.

Ok, I still hate the fact that I have to valet to dine here due to a lack of self parking, but I guess the food is worth it! I've recently started ordering the Junk Fries as an entree and they are amazing! The Junk Fries is a bowl of waffle fries covered with BBQ Burnt Ends, Bison Chili,, Tomato Salsa and Scallions then topped with Chipotle Cheese Sauce and Ranch Dressing. It's my new favorite dish. I also wanted to note that the service has improved. I recommend sitting on the covered patio when the weather is nice!

Definitely recommend coming here if you are staying at the hotel. Even if you aren't, food is decent if you can find an area to park in. Service was top notch, our server was super friendly and nice and on top of it, didn't have to ask for anything because he anticipated our needs and was ready ahead of time. For a hotel restaurant, the food was actually pretty reasonably priced. The bacon burger was good, nice that they use high quality bacon. The pizza was also pretty good and large enough to actually share between two people and be full.

This place is amazing. We have gone twice now, and both times did not disappoint. The vibe, the staff, the food and drinks are all wonderful - it is worth the valet to go (and I do not say that lightly). We love their wings, pizza, salads, and pretzel. Great beer/cider options on tap.

This was the first restaurant I returned to for a bidness lunch once things started to open back up for normal (read: not reckless anti-science type) people in the pandemic era. On the ground floor of the muy fancy hotel you get to feel moderately important in case the hotel workers mistake you, a person only here for a bidness lunch, for someone who might be muy fancy enough to actually be staying in the rarefied air at the hotel. Of the many minor but fun Gallagher-type scams you can pull in life if you come from the original south-side of Chicago, Philly, or Boston (not the yuppie gentrified south sides of today) is being accidentally, momentarily mistaken as someone who has more money and is more important than you actually are in life. So if you have nothing else going for you in life, come for a meal at this joint, walk through the hotel lobby, and get accidentally misidentified and treated as your betters, if only momentarily - it will make your day, it did for me. The actual restaurant indoor is very brewpub chic, tarnished by way too many teevee sets everywhere all tuned to sportsball. Do you mfs not know how to put on a spicy ep of Rick & Morty whilst the gentlesir is eating? Any restaurant polluting the minds and eye holes with that many teevees tuned to that much sportsball is already going to lose a yelp star in my mind. The waiter was straightforwardly managing to get water and keep it filled. But then came the ordering. The waiter found my request for no tomato and no onion (which I literally can't eat) on my turkey burger to be an unusually wild, bossy, and demanding request. Nobody else is going to look out for my health if someone surreptitiously slips me a piece of tomato, so if customizing my order to be no tomato and no onion makes me a diva, a Karen, or an eldritch terror you hope you don't see again until next Tuesday, I am fine with that. It was just weird having a request for an item customization appear to be such a big deal, like this guy hoed grandpappy's land out back and personally raised these tomatoes on premises from seed to monstrosity. For a bidness lunch it was nice to have some time to chat and talk bidness, but you will be waiting a good long while for your food here. So do not visit if you are in anything resembling a rush. If you work for yourself or have a yacht where you regularly light cigars with lit $100 bills then you can probably accommodate an extra long lunch at a place such as this. Otherwise, cancel all of your meetings and tell your goldfish you love him since you probably won't see him again for as long a period of time as it took some people on the Oregon Trail (the videogame, not the actual trail trail). The turkey burger was extremely dry and flavourless in the patty. At $15 for one of the only (or arguably) "healthy" options in this joint it was both disappointing and something I should have expected. The vibe of this place is not going for people who go to a brewpub, order no alcohol, and choose one of the only "healthy" options on the menu. This joint is looking for the people who already have a few beers in their belly and come in here wanting something big and/or greasy, along with more beers. All two star reviews are not created equal, so this is really a 2.1 rounded down to a 2 because of the low-quality turkey burger and the strange interaction with the waiter. The two stars it is getting are all for the short-lived upgrayedd you get on being treated in life by the hotel staff as you mosey in through the hotel into the resto.

We decided to try something new and visited Craft F&B. Located at the bottom of The Post Oak Hotel, next door to the Bentley dealership, this was pretty easy to find. We did take an Uber so I'm not sure how the parking works here. The service was phenomenal, everyone was super friendly and they move efficiently, employees make sure you are comfy and that your needs are met while visiting. On to the food and adult beverages! This place is eclectic when it comes to the types of burgers and sandwiches on the menu, we had a tough time deciding what to pick because everything sounded so good! We opted for the BBQ brisket croissant and the bison burger. I tried the onion rings and my bf tried the waffle fries. None of this food disappointed and it all disappeared! The only thing about the brisket was that is was diced and not sliced, still tasted great, I was just surprised by the cut. The bison burger immediately melted and was so tender. The onion rings here are GRRREAT (fried to perfection and the onion easy to bite into) and the waffles fries were pretty good too! This place makes just about everything from fresh ingredients and fresh cuts, we watched the chefs at the bar near the wood fire stove as they kept everything flowing. The beer on tap changes frequently and they do an awesome job supporting local, Texas, and US breweries (kudos for that)! Full bar and nice as well!! The pizzas looked amazing so I'll try one of those next time. Oh and TV's are great, this is a nice smaller space to catch any game!

Divine. I had no idea this burger would be so good! I mean, it literally looks as good as it tastes. I've been here once before and the pizza was good, as well. But this burger is going to be my go to.

Love this place! The drinks are specially made and named by the bartenders and are completely original. I tried the Take It Easy, and oh my damn, where has this drink been all my life! It is beyond indulgent, beyond delectable, and coming from an ex-bartender here, this means a lot: it is likely the best drink I've ever had. Hubs had an Old Fashioned, which I usually can't stand the taste of, but an Old Fashioned at Craft F&B gets a thumbs up. The bartenders are so friendly and personable- it's always refreshing to talk to bartenders who actually like people. Service was fast, food was good. Hubs likes their vegan black bean burger and I love love love their fish tacos. This place is absolutely on my go-to list for a quick, low key place near the house to get good food and a relaxing drink!

This place is located in the very Ritzy area next door to the Rolls Royce dealer and a hotel. The food was good but nothing to rave about or really come back to. We ordered junk fries that were delicious and topped with what they call burnt ends of bbq, but it was more like beef chunks that were juicy. I also ordered a #1 hamburger that says it's 1/2 pound of meat. When the burger came it was 2 thin slices of meat like you get in a fast food burger. We also ordered the BBQ burnt ends croissant that was absolutely delicious, the name is misleading as I was expecting shredded burnt and crispy pieces of bbq.

Decided to eat here as my friend was staying at the Post Oak, and this restaurant is conveniently placed next to their Rolls Royce dealership if that tickles your fancy. Considering where this restaurant is at, the prices are not bad at all. The bacon cheeseburger was nice and hearty. Good, but not memorable. The waffle fries were soggy, I prefer them more crispy. The chips and guac was awful. The chips were so stale and salty.

Excellent bison hamburgers, fries with burnt end and bison chili, pizza. Service has always been great with hand mixed iced tea. Great atmosphere,But the sticking point is parking. Hard to find a place to park without getting towed. Overall a great experience. Been back several times, always consistent.

What can I say, the pandemic took its toll. This place, known for its burgers, kept that going - really good. But the drinks, bartenders and service ... not acceptable. Don't get me wrong, nice people and they try hard, but they are clueless on how to do their job. Watched my burger sit there and cool as the waiter was busy doing non essential tasks. Guess they will fix this soon.

Love their Burgers, Great Tasting Patty it's huge 8oz. more on Greasy side can be little leaner, cheese selection can be better, Aged White Cheddar would be great. Great Pizza Wood Oven, Crust needs more improvement , Tomato Sauce & Cheese flavor can be better.

The guacamole and chips were great. This was a quick date night for the husband and I. We had the pizza and it was amazing very flavorful. He was not happy with the parking but will return to try the Bison Burger. I hear that is wonderful!!

Very cute little bar with lots of TVs and HUGE portions. Located inside The Post Oak Hotel, Craft F&B plays on industrial ambience and delivers spectacular portions. From tabletops, to plates to silverware, copper is material of choice. Burgers are huge and good (I only ate a half of burger), as regular size is a half pound. Pretzel was huge and simply delicious. It is probably the single best pretzel I ever ate, and it could be a meal by itself. Our server Robert knew the menu and was very helpful in selecting the items. While there is a nice outdoor seating section, that will have to wait until Houston summer passes and temperatures become manageable!

A friend and I wanted somewhere chill & casual with good bites and drinks on a Sunday around 6pm. Everything was absolutely fabulous and delicious. Finding parking can be a little annoying, so be aware of that.

In light of coronavirus restrictions we ordered delivery and were not disappointed Food We ordered the Baconic Burger and the Bison Burger. It's worth noting no sides come with the burgers so we ordered some of their loaded fries. Talk about a heavy meal, but wow! Both burgers were massive! Easily two meals if you don't bring an appetite. The baconic burger comes on a pretzel bun and I must say it was great. It's honestly so large with so much on it that you end up making an absolute mess so expect that. The bison burger is definitely more tame, but a nice lean twist on your standard burger. On the downside we requested medium rare for both, but both were cooked more to a medium well. No worries, there is so much fat content that they were still juicy with excellent taste. The loaded fries were ok, but honestly, I would just go with the fries straight. The crunch , profile, and taste I think the fries stand on their own. Pricing Always a subjective point, but I try to draw off the other market rates around town and what is included. On that note the prices are on the high side considering there is no side or drink included, but the counterpoint is you are getting a huge, fresh, high quality burger. Location certainly has a factor to pricing. Personally $2-3 off would make more of a value appeal when you compare it to some of the other local options around town, or throw in a small order of fries. By no means is it a dealbreaker, just be aware beforehand. Service Honestly it's impossible to really assess this portion given this is delivery, but the driver did not have to wait and it was ready to go upon their arrival. Overall I'd definitely come to this establishment in person when the world returns a bit more to normalcy. Excellent food!

Came here with a group of 5 around 12 and the only downside of this area is that it is so hard to find parking. There is a valet next door but we circled the area a couple of times and finally found a spot in front! It was fairly empty so we were able to get a table fairly quickly. Love the decor and the color scheme of this place. Since the weather was pretty nice, we decided to sit outside. My group mostly ordered the southern border burger, the bbq chicken pizza with thick crust and I ordered the baconic burger w sides of waffle fries. The bbq chicken pizza was enough to share. There was a plethora of bbq and lots of mixed cheese so it all came together really well. Although it was good, would try something else next time. The burgers came with two patties and no sides included so had to order sides. The southern border was a good amount of food, would def just get the burger bc with the fries, it was a lot of food. The baconic burger was okay. The bacon was a little hard to eat but other than that it wasn't a bad burger. I think i would order something else next time. Would come back esp since it's such a cute place!

We ran out of one of the dipping sauces and the waitress promptly brought us another one. This place isn't pretentious like the rest of the hotel so added bonus points!

Discovered this hidden gem Friday evening after work for dinner in the Galleria. Food is amazing and good drinks for a happy hour or light dinner. I had the chicken bbq pizza which is scratch made in their brick oven. Hubby had the fish tacos which were really good (sorry no photo; he was hungry) The burgers looked good so I'll have to try that next time. Beware this place is pricey but you're paying for the upscale location inside the new Post Oak Hotel which is equally amazingly beautiful. It's uppidity for sure but not snobby and service was great. I would love to do a staycation here just to enjoy the beautiful pool and hotel rooms at the hotel. Give it a try.

Ordered 2 hamburgers for lunch on a Tuesday midday. Moderately busy. Asked for medium rare. It was medium to well done. Wife asked for the same burger except for yellow cheese instead of white cheese. Came out with white cheese. Sent it back. Took 25 minutes to get a new burger. Of course the meat was well done and the rest of us were done eating. I cannot recommend.

Ok so, pictured here is apparently the owner of the entire hotel behind the counter with No mask in the middle of a PANDEMIC ....me and my friends were enjoying such a nice evening here from out of town and he walks in picking with his BARE HANDS off of pizzas out of the prep areas. Our server was fabulous as was the cook who made our delicious pizzas. But his abuse of power and lack of care and safety for his employees and customers is absolutely disgusting. I'm so glad that we got our food before he arrived. THIS IS PRIVILEGE and the star will stay at one.

Our group of seven had a working dinner here, and we all enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. We started with lovely cheese and charcuterie boards (the house-made olives were divine!) wine, and craft beers. For my entree, I ordered my usual bunless Baconic Burger, which, although slightly over-cooked, was made better in flavor than previous visits with the addition of aioli on the side. Others at the table enjoyed pizzas and other unique sandwiches. Our server was fantastic! ...efficient, attentive, and very friendly!

The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because although Nicholas was condescending and gave me a well done burger, after I had specifically requested a medium burger the order eventually was fulfilled correctly. I honestly think he thought I didn't know what a medium burger would look like? That's the only explanation I can fathom. Although we went through that ordeal the corrected burger was delicious so I gave them a second chance. The second time was a thing of nightmares with the server (Nicholas) taking about 10 minutes to explain why they couldn't make a single Patty medium burger to once again serving a overly cooked burger (even after I just ordered the regular Patty burger), nowhere near medium. We asked for the manager at that point and Juan tried his best to understand why we were upset when we were served an almost burnt burger....we paid our bill and almost ran out of there upset and me (personally) still hungry. Juan walked us to another of their restaurants where I had dinner. I have never had worse service in my life. Nicholas is a incompetent server and has NO people skills. I will avoid this place from here on because although their burgers are good, it's not worth the stress of bad service. I have to admit Juan was super nice and really tried to make us comfortable. I still will not be returning. Visit at your own risk. I'm done.

Had a great time sitting at the bar with my husband. Cameron and Phyleice made us feel very special the entire time. Great service and drinks. Will definitely be back!

This is a cool little spot. Tv's can be seen from almost any seat. The buffalo chicken pizza is not on the menu, but it's a go too. Burgers are huge and juicy.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and sat outside! The service is great and they are very attentive. Loveddddd the burgers here! They are huge and have tons of flavor. We got the southern burger( don't know if this is the exact name) & craft 15. I loved the southern burger because it had a lot of flavor and the beef itself was cooked medium as asked! It was loaded with guacamole and pepper jack cheese! Two of my favorite things. The craft 15 was also a solid choice had mushrooms and grilled onions and the burger was cook nicely as well! Of course my favorite part was the waffle fries!!! Loved them. They weren't soggy or flimsy. They were cooked really well and crispy. The texture was great. Overall the entire meal was delicious and flavorful. If you are in the mood for burger I'd give this spot a whirl!

My family and I came here on a Friday night: I thought the food was good and reasonably priced but the service left a lot to be desired. For the food, we ordered burgers and a pepperoni pizza. The portions are huge - a pizza can feed two, and the burgers come with double meat and each person only ate half. The pizza was really good with a chewy crust and cooked on a wood-fired oven; there is an open kitchen and you can see the cook forming the crust and cooking it in the oven. The burgers were cooked just right and had a nice flavor. We also ordered an appetizer of guacamole - it comes with a pico de gallo type bowl, also - and while it was a fresh avocado it didn't have much flavor so we added some salt. The pricing on our entrees was very reasonable, and we took the leftovers home. The service was another story. On a Friday night at 6:30, there were only 11 tables occupied for both the inside and outside portion. Unfortunately, our waiter Nicholas was serving 9 of them while the other waitress was waiting on two and must have been in training as she was followed by a manager everywhere. Our guy was run ragged inside and out, and I had enough time to start timing how long it took him to come to our table each round: a little over ten minutes. Order a beer, 10+ minutes. Ask for more water (all of the tables had water carafes except ours), 10+ minutes. Ask for ketchup after the burger was delivered, 10+ minutes. There were lots of staff there, and the two bartenders were unoccupied with their arms crossed talking away, the manager should have improved the service. We felt bad for Nicholas as he was the only one appearing to work his tail off. Ironically, once our check was delivered it took no time at all to collect it. While the food was good it doesn't seem too much to ask for a patron to have good service. Seeing as how the owner has his name and face plastered all over the hotel's website, and his reputation for firing if bad service is delivered, we were very surprised. I seriously doubt we will come back to this restaurant in the Post Oak Hotel complex because of it.

O-M-G, can't believe I just discovered this gem. It has an incredible industrial vibe and an excellent selection of music. You can choose your own seating so we sat at the pizza bar, where you can watch a game while they make pizzas in front of you! We started our meal with the junk fries. For entrees, we tried the Bison Burger and the "Whatever" Pizza (you can put any toppings for just $18). The burger is juicy and packed full of flavors. The pizza was amazing! I think I had 2 types of cheese and 4 meats on that beast. It also had caramelized onions and tomatoes with an egg in the middle. Watching the whole process of it being made was the highlight of the meal! And it is just $18!! What a steal.

Guess I'm going to be in the minority here but after trying this place, it made me wish I went to Shake Shack instead. The only thing that was good about this place was the decor and the hostess who reserved the booth for us in the back of the restaurant so I could park my baby stroller there. We ordered the Mac and cheese muffins- they were okay and the ranch sauce that was drizzled on the bottom of the plate did not go well with the cheese. Bacon Burger- extremely dry so I literally had to smother it with ketchup to even be able to chew it properly Decided to go with a side of tater tots and when it came out, it was smothered with the grossest cheese that both me and my husband has ever tasted. It had a super floury taste. I had to track the waiter down and explained to him that we wanted just plain tater tots which took an additional 15 minutes to come out. (Service was very slow btw)When the bill came, it was nice to see that the tater tots were comped Anyway, this place is also valet parking only so I don't think I'll be back. Definitely not worth it if I can get a better burger at shake shack.

This place is a legit spot to strap on your feedbag and watch a game! Service is excellent and the industrial vibe inside is killer. We took some friends that were in town from Dubai so they could get their American glutton on. Success! We shared the junk fries which were incredible. I had the Bison burger and onion rings and both were on point. Wife and buddy had pizza, and it was "ok". That's why I deducted one star. Honestly, drop the pizza and just kill it with the bar food! Will be back again and again!

Hello Yelpers, So I have been passing by here a few times and I finally got a chance to try a few things earlier today. Such a cute little bar located at the front of boutique Post Oak hotel. There is outside and indoor seating and large tv's. I have been drooling on the pretzel that they serve here and boy it did not disappoint! I thought the pretzel at Flying Saucer was the best in houston but I think this place just topped it. Not only was it chewy in the inside, but crispy on the outside as well. Their cheese dip with it was amazing. Their mustard & honey sauce was just okay at best. I also got to try their tater tots skewers with bacon and it was yummy too but I wasn't too crazy about the bbq sauce drizzled on it. The bacon was perfectly cooked to the crisp though! Their drinks was good, a little pricy but that's expected bc of the location. Our bartender, Frank I believe was his name gave us great service. Next time, I will have to come back for their burgers and salads. Parking, we usually valet at the front of the hotel but today we found some parking in the front at no cost.
