Finally went here last week. It was so good that we went back Friday. Burgers.. SOOO good!! Pizza ... SOOO good!! Fries.. yummy. And the guy was super patient when I was asking nine different questions about the food because of my wife's dietary restrictions. Love this place. 100% recommend.

Nice concept of filling your own glass in your own pace with pay per once. A bit overpriced, but still worth it. Comfortable atmosphere inside and on the deck. Clean, friendly, modern. Overall five stars !

Really fun place to go to have a casual meal and some fun with free table games and self service beer on tap. The food was really good and everyone was very friendly.

I don't know what I was expecting but this place sucked. Half of the food on the menu isn't on the menu you can choose from on the kiosk that you have to do yourself. When you do get your food it sucks. I got a grilled cheese which was more wet than grilled. There is absolutely no wait staff. No one talked to us. We stood at the expensive beer wall for 10 minutes before somebody gave us a beer card to use it. It's confusing and not worth the money. Also the atmosphere is terrible. there is none.

I should have guessed how bad it was when there was only 4 patrons. It’s a lot of fancy ingredients and clever descriptions for what at best could be described as subpar food. Service was embarrassing stood at beer wall for 5 minutes before I had to go find the guy in charge of the bar area so he could tell us we needed a beer card. Again only 4 other people in the entire establishment me and my wife the only ones in bar area. Long story short if I’m gonna be my own waitress, bartender and busboy I don’t expect to pay as much as I would anywhere else that offers all of those services and better food. It got one star because no stars wasn’t an option

Great place to grab a quick lunch or post up to catch up on some work remotely. They have a good mix of salads, pizza, sandwiches and entrees. Plenty of seating. A fun self serve beer wall. I would come back to hang out and have a beer.

Not impressed. Went in looking for a simple burger and a beer. The burgers have great pictures on the screen that don’t resemble the squished, lackluster half warm cardboard boxed burger and fries - $14 each. It includes a wilty piece of lettuce and a tomato slice. Overpriced beer- $14 for a 13 ounce pour - that you pour yourself. Lots of choice there but It’s pay by the ounce so check the price before you pull the handle. Don’t know the brand of wine - but it too was 13$ for 6 ounces. They do have one pool table, a ping pong table, and shuffle board that could be fun… unfortunately the poor food and expensive drinks will not be drawing us back.

Beer selection is good, though service could be better in the food area. You order your own food here via their kiosk, and the guy failed to notice my order because he was playing with his phone. Having said that, the food was good.

Came here for a function last weekend. Had a great time. Food was good, drinks were good, Ciders were the coldest!! Its spacious place, great to hang out, meet friends, and relax. The bar corner is small and can be confusing, but if you have a credit/debit card, its easy. They apply a small $12 fee to activate a card that you can use to pay per pour and pour your own drinks from the taps on the wall. I love the location and how it has outside seating that can oversee a large area of the street and buildings its on. If you go here for a large event, be prepared for a long line at the bar to get started or cash out at the end, but the guy who jumped in you help out with the handheld helped move people through quickly. I'm curious why it doesn't stay open later on Saturday nights, especially if there is a function that paid for the extra room area. Had a great time and experience and recommend it as a nice place to enjoy and meet old friends or a first date.

We arrived town fairly early and decided to check this place out on a Wednesday afternoon around two in the afternoon. The location was completely dead. In fact we are the only customers in there. They offer a couple of different ways to have your food served, but the majority of their offerings are sous vide. I have the general cheeseburger and it was very good and very moist. Could've had a little bit more seasoning to the burger overall. My husband did order a pizza and got just the regular pepperoni. He thought the marinara sauce was way too sweet and the pepperoni to him did not taste like actual pepperonis. They have a really large location for both indoor and outdoor seating. And they also have a beer wall where you can pay by the number of ounces that you want to have the particular beer and or cider. When I went to look to see them, I was slightly disappointed as several of the beers and the cider taps were out. Given that it was about two 2:30 in the afternoon, we were surprised to see that all of the garbage cans were completely full with boxes stacked on top of the garbage and glasses sitting there that clearly we probably left over from a lunch rush. Also, the majority of the tables had not been wiped off as well after lunch rush as we ended up wiping our own table. As we are preparing to leave, there was a female manager who came on and immediately began cleaning up the location. The gentleman who was there prior to was sitting working on his laptop, the entire time.

I was in Waltham visiting a local branch office for the company I work for. The company's local branch just happens to inhabit the same office building as Craft Food Halls. My coworkers frequent Craft Food Halls often and they raved about how good the food was. They highly recommended I try it. So for lunch, I decided to give it that try. My coworkers were right, this place is great! I will admit i was surprised and bewildered to find a craft food kinda restaurant inside an office building, but I was not going to complain. The place almost is several restaurants within a restaurant, as they have varied options like salads, tacos, vegan, burgers, wings, etc I choose to have pizza from their Project X Street Pizza. I placed an order and in no time at all I had my pizza. Super quick and efficient, which are huge plusses when eating lunch during a work day! The pizza was awesome! It was so good. I was also pleasantly surprised by their soda, they have tractor natural sodas. I never tried it until I had some at Craft Food Halls. They taste so different! Different in a good way! I have no idea if they are better for you, but they taste better than coke/pepsi! Wish I could buy these in store, as I would leave coke/pepsi behind. Loved the place! Very comfortable to sit and eat at. When I come for another visit to my branch office, I know where I will be having lunch!

Food was fine. Not amazing. Wife had chicken bowl (chicken was breaded and there was some sort of dressing.) i had the steak tacos, which were good but sort of average. Waitress was efficient and quite pleasant. Beer selection decent. Wife likes Truly and they don't have Truly. Not sure why. That is the best seltzer out there.

This is a really interesting place. Hidden in an office building and office park with its own entrance to the parking lot, this is a bar, gathering place, and restaurant. With 30 beers on tap, charged by the ounce, there is a lot to enjoy! We sampled some really interesting craft beers, sometimes only 1-2 oz. We ordered Jamaican chicken wings that were tasty, but not exceptional. The sous vide cheesecake is really interesting and flavorful. The whole restaurant is an interesting combination of a bar, self-service cafeteria (no tipping is required, although welcomed), and after-hours location. Despite being in a city with two colleges, the crowd seemed more of young professionals (and I am still one at heart). The music is a bit loud, but tolerable. There can be a wait for the ping pong or billiards tables.

Friendly staff, but that's where everything ends, sadly. Food was passable, but $12.00 for a pair of soft tacos that were at best a child-sized portion. Ended up paying about $24.00 (with tip) for beer that was maybe 24 oz in total. In addition, all the so-called "hazy IPA's" tasted virtually identical. So, about $37.00 for 2 12 oz beers and a kid's meal left me somewhat disappointed. The place was spacious, clean, and easy parking (on July 4 weekend, it was dead in terms of business). I like the concept, but all this kiosk ordering and self-service fell flat, to be honest. Gen Z may love the hands-off approach to service, but old timers still go to restaurants to be waited on and have friendly conversations with staff while sitting at tables.

As an update, the Craft Food Halls team did reach out to me about the unfortunate Door Dash missed connection! Even though it wasn't their fault directly who knows what happened between the food being packed and the Dasher pick up they gave me a $15 gift card. So thank you to the team for reaching out and ensuring a great follow up experience. I was able to use the code and it covers most of one of their meals. I love the Shrimp Scampi with Spaghetti Squash. We've also had the burgers, parmesan truffle fries, pizza, pretzels, steak, desserts, etc... I think we have tried most of the items there. We love seeing the rotating beer wall! Recently we tried super tasty ciders flavored donut and Hiya Skyguy Sour/Smoothie that we would have never discovered on our own. They have some wines and cocktails on the tap but those are on the more expensive side. They have a menu for cocktail drinks too but one time when we went there was one person working and it took 40 minutes for us to get a drink but they seemed super busy. During the in between summer/fall or spring/summer they have fire pits for the outdoor dining option which is super cozy to sit by. I was surprised they let us try and light it on our own but unfortunately it didn't seem to have enough propane so we needed to get a staff member to help us out. In the middle area they also have a ping pong table and some activities for kids to occupy themselves. They also often have free or lower cost events going on here. We came here with our friends who have a daughter for Jeff Jam Music which was a nice way to entertain the kids for an hour. I'd recommend stopping by here and checking out the rotating wall. It's a nice fast casual place to meet up.

Cool spot to check out if your in the area. My husband and I stopped by to grab some lunch. This is in a business area mainly filled with offices. The food hall style great for groups. You have three food options and a draft like bar. If you are familiar with Tap room you pretty much just get a bracelet and serve yourself for the drinks. I ordered a Maple Smoked Turkey on a Brioche Bun with Fries. The sandwich was great freshly made and the fries are good. My husband got the Sweet Carolin-A Pork Sandwich which also came with fries. Service was great! I believe it was a manager walking around and he promptly answered all of our questions and help us check out the pool table items. He was very attentive to all our needs as it was our first time here. They have plenty of activities to do and TVs to watch any sport games. He mentioned it being a place you can rent out for events. Sorry no photos of my food I literally inhaled it lol. Parking was good huge parking lot. Will be back the next time we are in Mass with friends.

I am so happy I got introduced to this place! Came here with my lab group for a company meal and was in for a great surprise. The food hall is quite spacious, with areas to play ping pong, pool, and other fun games. There's spaces to lounge and hang out, perfect for large parties. The staff was also friendly, showing us how to use the beer tap. They give you a card that you put above a tap, and the drink is charged per pour. They also have a small bar as well with seasonal cocktails. The pretzel bites were superb, definitely order as an appetizer. Everything was seasoned well, besides the korean noodles which i found to be quite salty and mediocre compared to everything else. Give this place a try, I will for sure return!

Walked in to about 5 kids running around the ping pong table which is located right in front of the draft beer wall. Legit got hit with a ping ping ball while getting beer. Obviously the parent's fault more than the staff. The environment progressed for the worse when we realized the "Jeff Jams" live music that started at 4pm on a Sunday was a "sold out-free" show for children. The stream of parents with kids just kept coming. Thankfully they ended up closing the doors to the back room so that ei-ei-o wasn't taking over all attempts to chat with each other while we tried to enjoy our beers. Beer selections were decent. Being able to try several different beers without having to commit to a full pour was great. Burgers and sandwiches were good. We did not have any issues with long wait times for food, food quality (you're not at Ruth's Chris), nor any issues with poor customer service. Staff were all friendly. If you are looking to get away from your children and/or others children, think twice. Absolutely read the details about the live music if this is a concern for you so that you don't find yourself in a daycare with Wheels on the Bus stuck in your head for the next 6 hours. The plan for Sunday Funday of beer and relaxing watching NFL playoffs took quite a turn. Would definitely not go back during this once a month kids music that they apparently do. Would try again on another day though. Now on the opposite side, if you like beer and kids, great spot for you.

Cool progressive spot. Tons of options to choose from. You can order individually or as a group, right from your phone. There is table tennis, a huge area for gathering and mixing with people. Outside has fireplaces at select tables. The staff is really helpful getting you oriented,especially first timers. If you are looking for something different, check it out.

Ended up here kind of randomly after an appointment. I would never have expected a restaurant to be in this building, but if I worked in one of these buildings I'd be going here all the time. The restaurant is huge, it feels like the love child of a cafeteria and a sports bar/lounge. I got there around 5:00. Was a bit confused about where to go and what was what. But I scanned the QR code and fumbled my way through. They also have screens you can order off of inside at the counter if your cell is dead or something - but that is not readily apparent when you enter. I'm quickly becoming a fan of toast tab, which this restaurant uses. You can order as soon as you are ready and pay right away. The food came out a lot earlier than the estimate toast gave me. The turkey sandwich I had was delicious as were the parm fries. I had to squeeze the mayo from little tubes myself which was a bit annoying. But over all I enjoyed it. They had beverages from the tractor company organic beverage co. Which I do not like very much but also am so intrigued - I really need to taste them all. I tried the coconut soda.... and that was weird, but kind of pleasing? and it made me feel like I was drinking sunscreen. I am going to try them all - but after I do, I don't think I'll ever have to try them again... This restaurant has a large selection of beer. I was not there for drinking today though, would like to sometime I got there at 5:30ish and it seemed to transition from it's business day to it's night life look. It felt like as soon as some guys came in to get beers they turned the music on and up. On the way out I took a peak at their deck, which had fire tables. All in all, I had a great experience. The 4 rating is because I think there needs to be some clear signage telling you to enter the restaurant and go up to the counter for pick up/questions/help you may need that an app cannot give you.

Um...ok This is the second 'beer-by-the-ounce' place i've run into in the past few years, and I'm still a solid thumbs down on it. In addition to the confusing card you have to get from them that is then linked with your credit card (you get charged if their card is not returned btw - so make sure to return), the value and experience simply is not there. I was charged $4-6 for several ounces of foam. Just have a bartender for crying out loud. Congrats on whoever's MBA project this is - maximizing ROI on literally every ounce. We didn't get food, although was told by my friend who had been there before, not to worry. Large space that's pretty casual, but value simply is not there and it's too much work as a customer.

We are from out of town visiting our daughter and this is our second time here. On Tuesdays they have Taco Tuesday. Whereas you normally get two tacos for $11.95, on Taco Tuesday you get 6 tacos for $17.95. They all have to be the same kind and you have a choice of Achiote BBQ chicken, Cilantro Shrimp, or Caribbean Pork. We got the chicken and it was really really good. Highly recommend if you're hungry, sharing with friends or want some for later. Only gave it 4 stars cuz the wine is kind of expensive. But cool place. Update 8/8/23 - went back and had a BBQ infused sous vide burger. It was excellent and a must try if you like burgers. Also got the truffle fries which were excellent as well.

Craft Food Halls has delicious food. A helpful staff that helps first timers navigate their way and a great atmosphere. What else can you ask for?

Cool concept if you're into beer. I'm not, so I thought the rap wall was lacking despite the few cider and wine options. They also do mixed drinks and all the typical canned drinks if you're not a beer-head like me. The best part of the place is definitely the space, it's a huge venue with indoor and outdoor seating. They do sell food and I must say their pizza is out of this world. The crust is like fried dough textured and light so you could easily devour so good munchies while getting your buzz on. The staff there were friendly and attentive. Even though it's not my cup of tea, I would definitely go back if the universe brought me here again.

I would recommend going into the establishment for certain things instead of delivery ! I.e Salads, fries. They have the best crust HANDS down!

I checked out Craft Food Halls with some friends over the weekend. We enjoyed the array of games including ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, pool, and more. During our visit, we got to try their new breakfast menu. The Tater Tots were so crispy and crunchy, I couldn't stop eating them. I also really liked the Specialty Breakfast Sandwich with egg patty, spinach, fig jam, and goat cheese. It had a good balance of salty and sweet flavors. The Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Tacos were delicious as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. Craft Food Halls has plenty of space for people to enjoy food and games together.

I dream about CFH's pizza on a weekly basis... New York, Chicago, and Detroit-style pizza ain't got nothing on their pizza!! But forreal... their pizza is delicious! I love how their crust is crunchy yet soft. So different from any other pizza I've tried! They also have great vegetarian/vegan options too. The staff is friendly and the ambience is relaxed and fun. I highly recommend checking out CFH Waltham!

I stopped in 3:30-4 Monday afternoon. 3 girls having self serve 3 beers, one other guy having self serve beers . Staff of 5 there. I self ordered a stout burger on inventory screen? Took forever? Why? Staff a plenty ? As a manager; I would have sent 3 home as no work ? Well burger was red center raw looking but was cooked . No taste what so ever... menu said coffee infused ? BS. Infused. Needed salt, pepper or any seasoning ... any cooking cable show shows any cook or chef sprinkling salt and pepper on any burger or piece if meat on grill ? looked around and no salt or pepper shakers, no salt or pepper packet in self serve cutlery napkin packet. Tater tots looked frozen on arrival or albino style white tots where tots are sensitive to sun or in this case golden browning in frying... maybe these baked or micro Waved? We're not soggy .. I tasted and tasted cooked so I ate a few. Way too many and I took remaining home to give to back yard birds for winter treat. Burger tasteless... maybe frozen prior? Good size and nice thick burger messy to eat as ham sauce soaked. Minimal cheese.. needed twice cheese Nice place for outing or for sports game... Monday afternoon obviously not the key time for attendees. Last visit was good burger... because of lack of taste this time... wondering if I lost taste buds to COVID.

Yelp did not send a notification that my pizza was ready and it was cold when I picked it up. No fault of the restaurant.

I spoke with Craft food hall today after I noticed an unusual charge from them on my bank account. Nowhere onsite or did anyone tell me that if I did not return my beer card to them that you would be charged an extra fee of $12. Look at the back of your beer card before you get swindled out of funds. They cannot refund to your bank account but will offer you a gift certificate in the amount of over charge if you return card back to their establishment. I do not drive and have no way of returning their card. Be fore warned and return your beer card to the establishment before leaving and stop their license to steal from your bank account.

Very slow service. It took 20 minutes to get a falafel bowl. The food was yummy, but I wouldn't recommend going here if you're in a hurry!

After ordering takeout/delivery from Craft Food Halls several times, we finally visited in person, and it's really a neat spot. The food is good with enough choices to please everyone - pizza, burgers, tacos, and numerous vegetarian choices. We've tried many things including the cauliflower tacos, grain bowls, and pizza and the food has always been delicious. On our most recent visit, we went early in the evening with kids, and the giant jenga was a hit. It's definitely a neat spot to hang out. I look forward to visiting without the kids sometime to check out the beer and cider wall!

Craft Food Hall is a family favorite! So many great food choices and something for everyone. The BBQ Chicken Pizza tonight was so good. The service and the employees are so kind and do everything with excellence. The atmosphere is fun, with pool tables, ping pong and just great spaces to relax while enjoying great food! Wish there was one closer to our home!

Located in the bottom floor of a business building, Craft is the place for surprisingly exquisite and tasty food, beer, and fun! We were staying a hotel close and was hungry - a quick research and Craft Food Hall was highly recommended for a reason. Walked into the place and I quickly noticed three things (1) a whole wall full of beer taps; (2) great aroma from the open style kitchen; (3) games/fun for everyone - ping pong table, pool table, shuffle board, darts, etc. (the only thing missing was ax throwing lanes!) Two types of food are available, an upscale American pub style with a fancy French cooking method cuisine and "Project X" fusion type pizza - both are outstanding. Great ingredients and techniques makes great food. Add the selection of food to an awesome wall full of taps from local breweries - from pils, kolsh, lager, stoudt, IPAs - all are available to include ciders. You pay for what you pour - activate the tap with a card that you get when you sign in. Couple the food, beer, with the games (plus televisions), it's a great place for happy hours, get togethers with friends - for us, it was a great place to have dinner after a long day. If ever in the area, definitely a place to visit again.

I don't drink but love this place! The pretzel bites, pizza and everything else is so good. Fun atmosphere! Take out is also good - very fresh.

Fun place with great food! Service was excellent even though everything was automated staff was friendly and ready to assist. Awesome setting for a fun afternoon.

Different and exciting food and flavors. Ambiance is very welcoming, invites one to stay a while and enjoy. Sous vide Sirloin Tips were tender as can be, delicious though a bit overpowering in the seasoning. Seasonal veggies were undercooked IMO. The Italian sandwich was very tasty! The way they do the meat is interesting, it's all shredded up finely. Im not sure I'm a huge fan of this technique because it doesn't bring out the flavors of the meats as much as I would like.The other toppings are plentiful. Again, there is one flavor due to the seasoning that overpowers so you can't taste the individual flavors. I'd love to give a few more options on the menu a try, I see potential and a definite want to be original and bring the best to the table

Wednesday night, kind of busy and what looked like at least one corporate event. First time here. Vibe was positive, good crew of people. Came here with 4 other co-workers. There is a wall of self serve "taps" as others have outlined. Which required me to wait in a long line to get a card that held a oz. balance. Similar to those cards you get at an arcade to use arcade games... but here, you're required to wait in a long line to get more ounces of beer on the card. Being so used to just opening a "tab" for a group, we had to keep going and waiting in line to "up our balance" then pour our own drinks. There is a trick/style to pouring out of a tap - and I can't imagine how much wasted beer and poor pours happen here as the drinker is required to pour their own. Lots of foam and 1 kicked keg for me. Food - you order from your phone, wait, text message when ready and you pick up from a table. Plastic bagged utensils and 1 napkin. Pizza was ok, wings were soggy. Table tennis, there were some elite players - playing HARD (they brought their own paddles) a bit intense for some patrons trying to navigate a wall of beer tabs right next to it. Any way - I probably won't be back. After a long day of work this was too much work to get a drink and food.

Food was pretty good. Wide array of stuff you can order. Service was (at least when I went), surprisingly fast.

[1036] 11/2019 Plenty of parking as this place was located on the ground floor of a huge office complex. Oh how I wished I lived closer as I would definitely be a regular. Staff was very friendly. It was an order at the counter and find a table place so no waitress service. The pizza was good. It was thin crust. The 11 inch pizza was $10 so I had plenty to bring back to my hotel room. They have a self service beer wall. Plenty of games for you to socialize with your friends. Outside there were cornhole games, chairs, counters and a big firepit. I can see this place can be packed during the summer and happy hours. See my picture. This place cooks the food and then seals it. Once it's sealed it get immersed in water (?) so it locks in freshness. I did not try this item as I had the pizza but definitely a cool concept. I'll try it next time. Very cool place that I can't wait to visit again.

This is an amazing burger!! Thick and juicy and cooked perfectly. The salad was extremely fresh. Great open atmosphere to hang out and play bar games. People seem very friendly.

A nice addition to the Waltham area. Not quite the "Time Out" equivalent experience I was expecting. PROS: the service was great. Super friendly staff and great manager. Cool layout. Beer and soda taps available for self service. This is probably the best feature. Lots of televisions. Board games. Lawn games on the patio. Different fun seating configurations. CONS: Hectic and a bit messy. Alot of kids running around, playing tag and screaming, which was unexpected. Not the fault of the place, but maybe because it's close to hotels in the area. The food isn't great. The pizza crust wasn't good at all. I think it's done in a conveyor belt. They need pizza ovens. The pictures are way better than the taste. The pizza is 2 stars at best. They need to rethink that concept. The burgers need something to elevate them. They're cooked in a very interesting way, as you'll see when you come in. Opted for the dry aged one thinking it would be the most flavorful, but it was very plain. They're slider sized also. OVERALL: for drinks and social board games, the place is top notch. The food leaves something to be desired. Because of the service, I went 4 stars. The food, as it is, should be 3 stars. Go here to drink though and experience the fun vibe.

Cool central spot! Industrial setting. Big loud hall vibe on a cold Friday night. Big family surprise meet up to a celebrate a wedding proposal ! Loved the tap selection and process ! Food was good via app, great place to migrate around if you don't like sittin still. Pool, ping pong, and shuffleboard strategically placed. Private room out back. The outside patio looks to be a busy summer hang! Staff was good and the night was great

Great beer, but a burger should never be cooked sous vide. Pizza was terrible. Great atmosphere and music bingo was fun. Why are there plantain chip nachos in the menu? I don't get it.

Bro, I would love to review this place, but I cannot find a functioning menu anywhere. The website just spams some video when you click for a menu. I tried to find one on here and it just tries to force you to order from thumbnail sized images of food. I also cannot find hours listed in any two places online that seem to agree. It's listed as like...three or four individual businesses under one roof and all have different times? What is happening?

Got takeout twice here and it doesn't disappoint yet! The management seems very competent and the staff is very pleasant.

I came here during the Liquor Launch Party featuring the band, Funk Me Not. Ordered a half a delicious Nashville Hottie pizza. The self serving beer is really cool and unique! The place has a cool vibe with a ping pong table, shuffle board and board games. Will definitely come back! The staff are extremely friendly.

Recently ordered via the Yelp app (Grub Hub) at the Craft Food Hall Project. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and they garnered 4 stars on the strength of the quality food, safely in prep, use of recyclable take out products, and atmosphere. While I did order for takeout, I really can't wait for things to return to more normal conditions to try and sit in their establishment. I have friends who will love the beers on tap, but I can't wait to challenge folks on the ping pong tables and even the bubble hockey game!! The good = the food. The assortment of tacos ordered certainly didn't disappoint. Chicken, spicy chicken, beef, and pork were all ordered. I got to watch them being made, prepped and put into trays which kept them in tact and warm. Very impressed with that. We also ordered the Nashville Chicken Mac & Cheese which was delicious with a blend of savory comfort food with a kick; think buffalo chicken if you are wondering about the heat. The surprising menu option we had to try were the plantain nachos. Plantains are like bananas, but more sturdy and their crispy preparation made them a surprise replacement over corn nachos. The only room for improvement is more toppings; not much more than a much of black beans which made me wonder if this was the way they typically come or were they short on other toppings that night. Guess I will have to order another time and compare. The bad = timing and process. I ordered via the app with a specified pick up time in order to make it back home before watching a hockey game. Entering the largely empty dining facility I looked for signs for pickup. Seeing none, I got in the ordering line and waited at the register. Nobody was in line thankfully, but no lie when I say I waiting at least 5 mins for one of the staff to acknowledge me. And when I finally I got the attention of a staffer who was prepping my order, he said "be right with you sir". Then someone came over and I said I was there to pick up my order and was told it was still being prepared. At least I know it would be hot for the short commute home, but I didn't get my order until 10 mins late. It they were busy I would be more understanding, but they were empty on a Thursday night. So, there is room for improvement on the customer service side. Thankfully, the food was very good and the tacos were a big hit. I will certainly give Craft Food Hall Project another go at when the taco cravings fire up again...and also see how those plantain nachos stack up, too.

Went to meet some friends for a casual lunch. Had heard it was a fun place. Walked in and immediately was faced with having to order from a touchscreen. At first glance, there was only touchscreen for the four of us until we discovered a second one 30 feet down the counter. I can only imagine what it's like when it's busy and 20 newcomers walk in the front door and try and peruse the menu. Good luck. After perusing, the menu settled on a pepperoni pizza as a default as nothing else was striking my fancy. My other half opted for a ribs bowl. Ordered and sat down to wait. While we were waiting, we asked for a drink cups in the interim. They do not serve branded soda and the diet cola was so heavy on the seltzer that there was literally no flavor point went half-and-half with regular cola, which didn't help much at all. Ended up, pouring it out and getting some fruity drink instead Point when the pizza came, it was basically a cardboard crust with a little cheese and pepperoni on it that they put through a conveyor belt. Not very appetizing at all. My other half sent back her ribs bowl because of pieces of shredded bone in it and opted for a breakfast meal instead. I can vouch for the tater tots being good. But, that's about all. There was a couple pool tables, a ping-pong table and a couple of table games scattered around. The concept of 30 taps on the wall was a novel idea but, unusual to see a bunch of four, five and six-year-olds playing ping-pong in a tap room. Not sure exactly what kind of crowd they are attempting to draw, but, it seemed like a concept, searching for an audience. Good thing I came mostly for the company and not the dining experience.

The wings were great and they had a lot of really good beers. Inexpensive and a good relaxing atmosphere.

Well, I've come to the point in my life where rating the amount of space to run around for my young toddler is part of my consideration. This place is in a weird spot but it fit the bill for what we needed. I was disappointed in the amount of food vendors - for some reason I thought there would be more? You really just have a pizzas and burgers food-wise. However, the sous-vide burger was so dang good. It was juicy and flavorful, and cooked perfectly- I guess that's the benefit of sous-vide. I didn't think I would love it, but I surprisingly did. Would definitely eat here again, just for the burger alone. They also have beer/wine where you pay for however much you pour. The space itself is quite spacious. Plenty of spaces if you have kids who need room and want to wander.

A cool place to hang out with friends! Location is a bit interesting, it is on the bottom floor of an office park. But I could see it being catered to the employees there who can hang out and grab a bite to eat after work. They have a ton of different activities and games to play including ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball. Super fun to hang out with friends! Food is also pretty decent though a bit expensive. We got a umami burger which was excellent but $18. The pork tacos were also good but on the pricier side. The beer wall is super cool and love the concept! You link your credit card to a beer card and tap the beer card over each beer to dispense. You pay by the ounce you dispense. Cool concept that allows you to try a little bit of each before choosing your drink.

As my 11yo observed, this is the opposite of "craft" food. It's an office park cafeteria, basically. The fries tasted like fish (one vat of fry oil, methinks) and the turkey in the sandwich was of dubious quality. We went because downtown was blocked off for a major funeral, and really, convenience is the only thing going for this place.

The environment is very cool but I sadly think Craft Food hall relies more on that then food quality and service. It is a great place to hang out and have a beer but it's pretty complicated to navigate through without the proper instructions or assistance by staff. The food itself sounds delicious and exciting but wasn't as exciting in flavor and even came out cold which was disappointing since we waited quite a while for it. As well as my drinks took so long that I had to cancel and it wasn't very busy so not sure why it took so long. Would absolutely recommend as a hang out spot and a place to hang with friends and have a drink but in terms of food this absolutely wouldn't make my list. Good place for after work if you work in the offices upstairs but I wouldn't go out of my way for it, unfortunately.

Ordered delivery through Uber Eats for dinner on a weeknight. Ordered the Mediterranean Grain Bowl, the Nashville Hottie Pizza, and the Hot Chicken Pizza. Total came out to approximately $40. What's Hot - Pizza crust flavor. Their pizza crust is pretty tasty! It's one of the more savory pizza crusts I've had in this area. It has a slight savory cheesy flavor in the crust, which is delish. It tastes better when the pizza is warm. So be aware that if you're ordering takeaway from them, during this time of the pandemic, you may want to reheat the pizza in the oven for a few minutes to bring out the flavor of the crust. - Quality of food. Pretty yummy. Their grain bowl was fresh and flavorful. It came with an Italian dressing, which added to the flavor. The bell peppers are roasted. There were kalamata olives and artichoke hearts, as well. What I really appreciate is that the artichoke hearts aren't pre-marinated with additional oil and seasoning. Veggies were all fresh and crisp. Their pizza was yummy and flavorful, as well. The pizza crust held up well and wasn't soggy, which meant that the pizza toppings weren't sliding off the pizza as we ate. - Portions. Pretty reasonable portions for the price and enough to make you full. - Price. Pretty reasonable and good exchange for the portions, as well. The Mediterranean grain bowl is $13; the Nashville hottie pizza is $13.50; the Hot Chicken pizza is $13.95. - Packaging. The grain bowl was in eco-friendly packing, which was nice and appreciated. Everything was secure and nothing fell out. During this time of the pandemic, having user friendly and secure takeaway packaging is even more important. What's Not - Pizza crust thickness. Although their pizza crust is tasty and has a nice flavor, it was disappointing that the crust isn't thicker. Hubby and I like thick crust pizzas that have more texture and chew. Based on the pictures that we saw on Yelp and Uber Eats, it looked like their crust was on the thick side. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Wish they had an option to order your pizza with a thick crust, too. - Portions. Unfortunately, their pizzas are more personal size pizzas. Their pizzas aren't good for sharing, especially if you're hungry. That was a disappointment for hubby and myself. - Price. As mentioned before, it's pretty reasonable pricing. However, it's disappointing that for the price you pay, the pizzas aren't bigger. It's also disappointing that there aren't different pizza size options in the menu. - Labeling of takeaway containers. Although hubby and I ordered different pizzas, they looked pretty similar. It was surprising for us, when we opened the pizza boxes, as to how similar the pizzas were. As a result, we couldn't really tell which pizza was which. The pizza boxes weren't labeled as to which pizza was in which box, either, which didn't help. In the grand scheme of things, eating your way through a pizza to determine which pizza is which, is not the worse problem to have in the world However, it would be helpful to have takeaway containers labeled, especially because there is probably more than 1 pizza, sandwich, salad, appetizer, whatever in any order. If I could move in, I would! This place has it alllll. Great food, awesome beer selection, the friendliest staff, and a very spacious indoor and outdoor area complete with games. Drinks: We wound up trying a variety of beer, hard cider, and wine while we were here. There were so many good options to choose from, we couldn't just try one thing. I loved that you could pour a splash of something to try or an entire cup fill, since they charge by the ounce. They also had mixed cocktails that I would love to try next time. Food: It was VERY hard to just choose just a few things considering I was tempted to order one of everything on the menu. Burgers, sandwiches, pizza, tacos, steak, mac n cheese, salads. What else could you want?! They also had a fair share of vegetarian and vegan options. We got the buffalo chicken pizza, brie fig pizza, Mediterranean salad, leaf peeper salad, and the garlic parm fries. Everything was SO delicious! The pizza crust was unlike anything I have ever had. It was thin and crispy and so flavorful! The salads were fresh and tasty. The fries. Order them. Don`t question it. You`re welcome ;) Service: From the second we walked in until we left, one person was friendlier than the next! We were greeted right away and showed exactly how everything worked from ordering food on the app to swiping your card to pour your own drink. At one point the owner came out to introduce himself and thank us for coming, which was so so sweet! Ambiance: Pandemic or not, its easy to stay 6 feet away from others here because it is so spacious. indoors has lots of seating, all different types of games, and you can even watch them cook your food. Outdoor has a bunch of tables and chairs on the deck (plenty spaced apart). This place just has such a great vibe, whether you bring 1 friend or 10, or even a group of co workers, everyone would have a great time here!
